NPR Propaganda Misrepresents Islam

While I was composing another post, NPR’s Morning Edition was spewing the standard lies, denying the fatal facts of Islam and condemning FBI training materials which accurately describe Islamic doctrine & practice.  The printed word can not reproduce the arrogant condescension dripping from the narrator’s lips as she condemned the training program without demonstrating fallacy or bias.  Lets start with the transcript, when Steve Inskeep introduces the subject.

Material from FBI courses gives agents a particular view of Muslims in America. It suggests that even mainstream Muslim Americans could be suspect. Rather than being told that terrorists were the problem, some agents were apparently told that Muslims were the problem.

even mainstream Muslim Americans could be suspect

Define “mainstream Muslim” and enumerate the distinguishing characteristics by which distinguish them from potential suspects.  Do they know and believe Allah’s word; his threat and promise? Do they obey Allah and emulate Moe or not?  Can you tell by sight or smell?

terrorists were the problem

Were the Magnificent 19 Muslims?  The confession of Khalid Sheikh Mohammad indicates that the plotters are Muslims and proud of what they did in Allah’s name. The confession indicates that they acted in conformity to religious obligation: Allah’s imperatives and Moe’s exemplary conduct.

Was Muhammad bin Abdullah a Muslim?   His bragging about being a terrorist: victory through casting terror, is recorded in two hadith in the collection of Sahih Bukhari: 1.7.331 & 4.52.220. Is mainstream Islam anything other than what he preached and practiced as recorded in the Qur’an [3:151, 8:12, 57, 60; 33:26, 27; 59:2, 13   & hadith?  Allah said that he would cast terror and that he did cast terror, resulting in the death of the men of a Jewish tribe and the enslavement of their widows and orphans. He said that the Jews were more afraid of Moe and his army than they were of him. He commanded Muslims to deal harshly with their victims to strike terror into “those behind them”. He commanded them to maximize their military strenth to “strike terror”.  But the self-annointed experts of NPR instruct us  that terrorism is not an element of mainstream Islam.  If Islam’s canonical texts do not define Islam, what does?

Muslims were the problem

Without Muslims, Islam would be nothing more than musty books on library shelves. It is Muslims who are the foot soldiers of  Islam. It is Muslims who, in obedience to Allah; in emulation of Moe, stage terror attacks all over the world.

And it came out recently in Wired magazine that a counterterrorism training session at the FBI training center in Quantico, Virginia was teaching agents that Islam was a violent religion and that basically if you are a Muslim and religious, you should be seen as suspect.

Islam was a violent religion

Where did the instructors get that idea?  Could it be from the Qur’an? [2:216, 190, 8:39,679:29, 111, 123, 47:4, 48:15-20]  Could it be from the hadith? [Riyad-us-Saliheen Book 11, Chapter 234] Could it be Islamic law? [Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, Chapter 9, Hedaya, Volume II, Book IX, Chapter 1] Could it be from Moe’s biography? [The Sealed Nectar]

Muslim and religious: suspect

Exactly why should we suspect anyone who is not a Muslim of plotting an act of Islamic terrorism?  Why should we not be suspicious of Muslims?  Who is more likely than a Muslim to obey Allah and emulate Moe by attempting to cast terror into the hearts of disbelievers?  When you hear hoof beats, do you look for horses or unicorns?

[…] these were classes on Islamic doctrine that talked about the relationship between Islam and terrorism.

relationship between Islam and terrorism

Apparently there is something wrong with teaching FBI agents about the relationship between Islam and terrorism. FBI agents must be kept ignorant of Allah’s sanctification, imperative & Moe’s example of casting terror into the hearts of disbelievers.  Of course, they have no need to know about it.

And let’s be fair here, there are different interpretations of Islam, some of them certainly would seem to be violent interpretations of Islam, but most Muslims have argued that overwhelming majorities of Muslims are peaceful and that they have a peaceful religion. So did the training overstate what you can know about the different varieties of this religion?

different interpretations of Islam

What is the difference between Sunni, Shi’ia & Sufi concerning jihad & terrorism?  Which mainstream school of Islamic law rejects offensive warfare against disbelievers and terrorism?  Al-Shafi’i had something to say about the obligation to perform jihad.Compare what he said to Reliance O9.1.

“The least that the imam must do is that he allow no year to pass without having organised a military expedition by himself, or by his raiding parties, according to the Muslims’ interest, so that the jihad will only be stopped in a year for a (reasonable) excuse.”

How does that Shafi’ite fiqh differ from that of Al-Ghazali, a Sufi?

one must go on jihad (i.e., warlike razzias or raids) at least once a year

violent interpretations of Islam

Is anyone better qualified to interpret the Qur’an than the man who first recited it?  How did he interpret it?

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.” Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, “O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?” He replied, “Whoever says, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have.”

Allah said “fight them until” Moe said “I have been ordered to fight”.  Exactly how can anyone dispute and disprove the obvious?  Would you prefer a second opinion? [Sahih Bukhari 9.84.89, Sunan Abu Dawud 14.2635 ]

majorities of Muslims are peaceful

Have they not been called to fight yet [48:16, Sahih Bukhari 4.52.79] , or are they hypocrites [9:91…129]? How did the conquests of Syria, Yemen, Egypt, North Africa and India happen if most Muslims are peaceful?

they have a peaceful religion

If they do, it ain’t Islam!  Jihad is defined in Islamic law as “to war against non-Muslims”. Islam is not a religion, it is a way of life: intra-species predation. Its religious component is jihad.

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 23, Number 3455:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:

I heard the Apostle of Allah, (peace_be_upon_him) say: When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.

Jihad, commerce and agriculture are viewed as alternative economic systems; jihad is preferred over the other two. It becomes clear that jihad is their “original religion”.

Unholy Derision

I outgrew comic books more than forty years ago, but was drawn to a review of Frank Miller’s Holy Terror  by a Google Alert “Defamation of Islam”.  The review by  Spencer Ackerman takes a mocking and dismissive tone towards critics of Islam.

One long sentence from the review exemplifies one tactic of al-Taqiyya.

That sentiment has made its way into the halls of the FBI. In January, one of its field offices entertained a lecture on Islamic law from Stephen Coughlin, a former Pentagon consultant on the subject. Coughlin’s typical spiel contends that there’s a “ten-year plan” to make “defamation of Islam a crime” around the world.

The reference to sentiment is passed forward from the preceding paragraph which labels Pamela Geller as “self-righteous” and rejected by the mainstream. which her ilk supposedly consider as proof of their “self-evident virtue”, “a reminder that the rest of the country just can’t handle the reality of the “Muslim threat.”

“ten-year plan”

It appears that Spencer Ackerman wants his readers to believe that the “ten-year plan” to criminalize criticism of Islam is a fiction invented by a Shari’ah expert. Unfortunately, it is no fiction, it is very real.  While the remainder of the paragraph dismisses the plan, it links to another article in which Ackerman has embedded  video of a lecture by Stephen Coughlin.

In reality, the OIC formulated a Ten Year Plan of Action in 2005.  The sixth point of that plan bears directly on the issue at hand. [Bold font original, highlight added for emphasis.]

VI.  Combating Islamophobia

1. Emphasize the responsibility of the international community, including all governments, to ensure respect for all religions and combat their defamation.
2. Affirm the need to counter Islamophobia, through establishing an observatory at the OIC General Secretariat to monitor all forms of Islamophobia, issue an annual report thereon, and ensure cooperation with international Non-Governmental Organization (NGOs) in the West in order to counter Islamophobia.
3. Endeavor to have the United Nations adopt an international resolution to counter Islamophobia, and call upon all States to enact laws to counter it, including deterrent punishments.
4. Initiate a structured and sustained dialogue with the parties concerned in order to project the true values of Islam and empower Muslim countries to help in the war against extremism and terrorism.

Examine the first and third items in that list. They posit international and national responsibility to ensure respect for Islam. They want the UN to call on all members to enact laws to criminalize “Islamophobia”.  In that same year the U.N. Commission on Human Rights passed a resolution “Combating Defamation of Islam”. In later years, the CHR,  its HRC successor   and the General Assembly have passed similar annual resolutions.   See this blog post for more detail about one typical resolution.

Those resolutions are non-binding; they have no enforcement mechanism. But international human rights covenants such as ICERD can be enforced against signatories. In 2007, the HRC formed an ad hoc committee to elaborate complementary standards to be inserted into ICERD through a binding protocol. On September 27, 2012, the committee presented the report on their third session in which they remained bogged down in procedural matters.  For the dirty details, see these blog posts:

Islamophobia Observatory

One result of the ten year plan was the creation of the OIC’s Islamophobia Observatory which issues monthly reports. By reading those reports you can discover the fact that their primary concern is centered on criticism of Islam, particularly Fitna & the Motoons.

basis in Shari’ah

Fitna juxtaposes Qur’an verses and ranting clerics with  the terror attacks & riots they incite.  The Motoons depict Muhammad as a terrorist, which he bragged about. He died before the invention of gunpowder, but he said that he was made victorious with terror; see Sahih Bukhari 1.7.331 & 4.52.220.

The prohibition on criticism of Islam comes from Shari’ah. Reliance of the Traveller, the handbook of Shafi’ite fiqh,  specifies the death penalty for apostasy in Book O, Chapter 8, Sections 1 &2.

  • O8.1

When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostatizes from Islam, he deserves to be killed.

  • O8.2

In such a case, it is obligatory for the caliph (A: or his representative) to ask him to repent and return to Islam. If he does, it is accepted from him, but if he refuses, he is immediately killed.

But we are discussing criticism of Islam; what’s the relevance of the penalty for apostasy?  The relevance is in the definition of apostasy, which is given in O8.7, which includes a list of 20 “Acts that Entail Leaving Islam”. Several of those acts are directly related to our issue.

  • -4- to revile Allah or His messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace);
  • -5- to deny the existence of Allah, His beginingless eternality, His endless eternality, or to deny any of His attributes which the consensus of Muslims ascribes to Him (dis: v1);
  • -6- to be sarcastic about Allah’s name, His command, His interdiction, His promise, or His threat;
  • -7- to deny any verse of the Koran or anything which by scholarly consensus (def: b7) belongs to it, or to add a verse that does belong to it;
  • -16- to revile the religion of Islam;
  • -19- to be sarcastic about any ruling of the Sacred Law;

What is the relevance of those rulings; we are not Muslims so apostasy law does not apply to us?  Jews & Christians conquered or intimidated by Muslims and not embracing Islam remain in the Islamic state under a treaty of protection from Islam, for which they pay jizya. Certain acts violate the treaty, subjecting the violator to a harsh penalty. Five items are listed; one is relevant.

  • O11.10
The agreement is also violated (A: with respect to the offender alone) if the state has stipulated that any of the following things break it, and one of the subjects does so anyway, though if the state has not stipulated that these break the agreement, then they do not; namely, if one of the subject people:
  • -5- or mentions something impermissible about Allah, the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), or Islam.
  • O11.11

When a subject’s agreement with the state has been violated, the caliph chooses between the four alternatives mentioned above in connection with prisoners of war (o9.14).

  • O9.14

When an adult male is taken captive, the caliph (def: o25) considers the interests (O: of Islam and the Muslims) and decides between the prisoner’s death, slavery, release without paying anything, or ransoming himself in exchange for money or for a Muslim captive held by the enemy.

If the prisoner becomes a Muslim (O: before the caliph chooses any of the four alternatives) then he may not be killed, and one of the other three alternatives is chosen.

What would be impermissible to mention about Islam? The items listed in O8.7, of course.  By trivializing the ten year action plan and sending us off to a half hour video which details the relevant part of the plan near the 25 minute mark, Ackerman tries to divert our attention from the fact that the OIC is pressing hard to criminalize truthful criticism of Islam.

The UN resolutions specifically condemn associating Islam with “terrorism and human rights violations”. When we cite the numerous ayat & ahadith  which sanctify & exemplify terrorism or those which sanction the rape of captive women or the slaughter of men who had surrendered, we would be subject to persecution if those resolutions were binding or if ICERD is amended to include their provisions.

In his concluding paragraph, Ackerman once again engages in mockery as a an instrument of diversion.

But it wasn’t God who knocked down the Towers. It was fanatics who believed themselves to have deciphered His true message. Miller doesn’t realize that by portraying them as true disciples of Islam, he’s giving the murderers what they want most. That’s the real terror of Holy Terror, the real lie, and the real naïveté.

Who claims that Allah knocked down the WTC? Atta and his associates were not fanatics, they were believers as defined in 9:111 & 49:15.  The terrorists do not want adulation, they want rivers of wine & honey and 72 virgins to sport with. They believe in Allah’s threat & promise.

The real lie is in Ackerman’s last paragraph.  To fully comprehend it you need to read the statement of Khalid Sheik Mohammad and his four co-conspirators, which they submitted to a military tribunal in response to the nine accusations against them.  Muslims do not decipher Allah’s message; it is not encrypted. His imperatives are contained in clear verses whose meaning is exemplified by Muhammad’s sunnah.  It is confirmed by Islamic exegesis and codified in Islamic law.  Jihad: genocidal conquest which terrorizes its victims is not extremism, neither is it a perversion of normative Islam.  It is normative Islam. Islamic law defines jihad and details the religious obligation to perform it in every year.  Open Reliance of the Traveller to Book O, Chapter 9 and read through 9.9. Of course, you will need confirmation, so open Hedaya to Volume II, Book IX, Chapter 1 and read it, too.

The useful idiots swear that terrorists are the problem, Islam and Muslims are not the problem. In reality, the doctrines of Islam, revealed in the Qur’an and exemplified by Muhammad’s sunnah are the problem. Of course, without believers, they would be no problem. As I write this, NPR’s Morning Edition is spewing the standard lies, denying the fatal facts of Islam and condemning FBI training materials which accurately describe Islamic doctrine & practice.

Islamophobia in the Light of Hypocrisy

A Huffington Post article by Michael Shank triggered one of my Google Alerts. I have selected two excerpts for dissection.

The first excerpt follows a litany of “scares”, ending with Islamophobia.

There is purpose here. When entire races, religions or regions are dehumanized, it is easier to wage war, expel immigrants, and forge new, discriminatory (or oppressive) domestic and foreign policies to deal with these vilified populations.

Which of those things did we do?  Did we wage war against Communism? Did we outlaw the Communist Party?  Did we arbitrarily expel Communists?  How about Catholics & Jews?   We did go to war against Japan, seems like there was some valid reason for that action. I do not remember Pearl Harbor, but some of my readers might.  The issue of internment is highly charged, but I have seen indications that the policy had some grounding in reality.

Next, we get down to the issue: Islamic violence.

We have few notions of Islam and nonviolence, in large part because our fear has focused on the extreme outliers and because our largely Christian nation has not yet fully embraced — in media, policy, education or law — religious diversity, no matter how nonviolent, peaceful and tolerant the religion’s majority. It is time we do so. There is much to embrace — if only we open our eyes to it.

dehumanized

Islam depicts Jews as those who “earned Allah’s anger”; Christians as those who “went astray“. It describes Jews as the “worst of living creatures“; “apes and swine“.  It curses us  and declares war on us.

extreme outliers

Was the founder of Islam an extreme outlier?   He said that he was “ordered to fight the people“. He said that he was “made victorious with terror“.  No, Muhammad defined Islam, and set its standard with the exemplary conduct listed in the contents of his biography.

Is Allah, Islam’s deity, an extreme outlier?  He ordained jihad for Muslims. He commanded Muslims to wage war against pagans until resistance ceases and only Allah is worshiped on a global scale.  Allah commanded Muslims to wage war against Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians until they are subjugated and extorted.

Are Al-Qaeda, HAMAS & Hezbollah extreme outliers or are they Salafists, obedient to Allah and emulating Muhammad?

religious diversity

Muhammad said “I will expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula and will not leave any but Muslim.“.

nonviolent, peaceful

Are they believers? Or are they hypocrites? If they are believers, they are neither nonviolent nor peaceful.

9:111. Verily, Allâh has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allâh’s Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur’ân. And who is truer to his covenant than Allâh? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success .

If they are nonviolent and peaceful, then: [See 9:84…89 for the definition of hypocrites.]

4:88. Then what is the matter with you that you are divided into two parties about the hypocrites? Allâh has cast them back (to disbelief) because of what they have earned. Do you want to guide him whom Allâh has made to go astray? And he whom Allâh has made to go astray, you will never find for him any way (of guidance).

4:89. They wish that you reject Faith, as they have rejected (Faith), and thus that you all become equal (like one another). So take not Auliyâ’ (protectors or friends) from them, till they emigrate in the Way of Allâh (to Muhammad ). But if they turn back (from Islâm), take (hold) of them and kill them wherever you find them, and take neither Auliyâ’ (protectors or friends) nor helpers from them.

9:68. Allâh has promised the hypocrites; men and women, and the disbelievers, the Fire of Hell, therein shall they abide. It will suffice them. Allâh has cursed them and for them is the lasting torment.

tolerant

Why are there no churches in Saudi Arabia?  Why are Christians murdered, their churches & homes destroyed with impunity in Egypt, Indonesia, Kenya & Nigeria?

much to embrace

Does that include genocidal conquest & terrorism?  Do you embrace child brides, who can be divorced before they reach menarche?  Do you embrace a legal code in which a woman’s testimony is worth half that of her husband?  Do you embrace the return of Jesus Christ as a genocidal warlord?

Spew of Feces: Mahmoud Abbas at the General Assembly

Spew of Feces: Mahmoud Abbas at the General Assembly

The
President of the Falestinian Authority, during an illegal extension of
his term, desecrated the City of New York with his evil presence and
spewed feces at the General Assembly of the United Nations.

As with Prime Minister Netanyahu’s address, I have
highlighted the most important parts and inserted superscripts linked
to my comments which follow the screed. Click the superscripts to read
my comments and press your Backspace key to return to your place in the
screed.

Update: publication of this post was delayed by
interruption of my internet connection. After the technical difficulty
was fixed, I discovered that Abbas has declared that he will not
negotiate until “settlement activity” is ended. It becomes ever more
obvious that Islam is interested in conquest, not in peace.

In a Reuters story on Yahoo News, Abbas is quoted as
follows:

“We
will not accept (negotiations) until legitimacy is the foundation and
they cease settlement completely,”

H.E. Mr. Mahmoud Abbas  United Nations General
Assembly Sixty-sixth Session

Mr. President of the General Assembly of the United Nations,

Mr. Secretary-General of the United Nations,

Excellencies,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

At the outset, I extend my congratulations to H.E.
Mr. Nassir Abdulaziz AI-Nasser on his

assumption of the Presidency of the Assembly for this session, and wish
him all success.

I extend today my sincere congratulations, on behalf
of the Palestine Liberation

Organization and the Palestinian people, to the government and people
of South Sudan for its

deserved admission as a full member of the United Nations, wishing them
progress and

prosperity.

I also congratulate the Secretary-General, H.E. Mr.
Ban Ki-moon, on his election for a

new term at the helm of the United Nations. This renewal of confidence
reflects the world’s

appreciation for his efforts, which have strengthened the role of the
United Nations.

Excellencies,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Question Palestine is intricately linked with
the United Nations via the resolutions

adopted by its various organs and agencies and via the essential and
lauded role of the United

Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East
– UNRWA – which

embodies the international
responsibility1 towards the
plight of Palestine refugee
s2, who are the

victims of Al-Nakba 3(Catastrophe)
that occurred in 1948
. We aspire for and seek a greater and

more effective role for the United Nations in working to achieve a just
and comprehensive peace4

in our region that ensures the inalienable,
legitimate national rights5
of the Palestinian people6
as

defined by the resolutions of international legitimacy of the United
Nations.

Excellencies,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

A year ago, at this same time, distinguished leaders
in this hall addressed the stalled

peace efforts in our region.
Everyone had high hopes for a
new round of final status negotiations,

which had begun in early September in Washington under the direct
auspices of President

Barack Obama and with participation of the Quartet, and with Egyptian
and Jordanian

participation, to reach a peace agreement within one year. We entered those negotiations with

open hearts and attentive ears
and sincere intentions,
and we were ready with our documents,

papers and proposals. But the negotiations broke down7
just weeks after their launch.

After this, we did not give up and did not cease our
efforts for initiatives and contacts.

Over the past year we did not leave a door to be knocked or channel to
be tested or path to be

taken and we did not ignore any formal or informal party of influence
and stature to be

addressed. We positively considered the various ideas and proposals and
initiatives presented

from many countries and parties. But all of these sincere efforts and
endeavors undertaken by

international parties were repeatedly wrecked by the positions of the
Israeli government
,8
which

quickly dashed the hopes raised by the launch of negotiations last
September.

The core
issue here is that the Israeli government refuses to commit to terms of
reference

for the negotiations that are
based on international law and United Nations resolutions
, and
that it

frantically continues to
intensify building of settlements on the territory of the State of
Palestine
.

Settlement activities embody
the core of the policy of colonial military occupation9
of the

land of the Palestinian people
and all of the brutality of aggression10 and racial
discrimination

against our people that this
policy entails
. This policy, which constitutes a breach of

international humanitarian law and United Nations resolutions, is the
primary cause for the

failure of the peace process, the collapse of dozens of opportunities,
and the burial of the great

hopes that arose from the signing of the Declaration of Principles in
1993 between the Palestine

Liberation Organization and Israel to achieve a just peace that would
begin a new era for our

region.

The reports of United Nations missions as well as by
several Israeli institutions and civil

societies convey a horrific picture about the size of the settlement
campaign, which the Israeli

government does not hesitate to boast about and which it continues to
execute through the

systematic confiscation of the
Palestinian lands
11 and
the construction of thousands of new

settlement units in various areas of the West Bank, particularly in
East Jerusalem12,
and

accelerated construction of the annexation Wall13
that is eating up large tracts of our land, dividing

it into separate and isolated islands and cantons, destroying family
life and communities and the

livelihoods of tens of thousands of families. The occupying Power also
continues to refuse

permits for our people to build in Occupied East Jerusalem, at the same
time that it intensifies its

decades-long campaign of demolition and confiscation of homes,
displacing Palestinian owners

and residents under a multi-pronged policy of ethnic cleansing14
aimed at pushing them away from

their ancestral homeland.
In addition, orders have been issued to deport elected representatives

from the city of Jerusalem. The occupying Power also continues to
undertake excavations that

threaten our holy places15,
and its military checkpoints prevent our citizens from getting access to

their mosques and churches, and it continues to besiege the Holy City
with a ring of settlements

imposed to separate the Holy
City from the rest of the Palestinian cities16.

    The
occupation is racing against time to redraw the borders on our land
according to what

it wants and to impose a fait
accompli on the ground that changes the realities and that is

undermining the realistic
potential for the existence of the State of Palestine.
17

At the same time, the occupying Power continues to impose
its blockade on the Gaza

Strip and to target Palestinian
civilians by assassinations, air strikes and artillery shelling,

persisting with its war of
aggression of three years ago on Gaza, which resulted in massive

destruction of homes, schools,
hospitals, and mosques, and the thousands of martyrs18
and

wounded.

The occupying Power also continues its incursions in areas of
the Palestinian National

Authority through raids,
arrests and killings at the checkpoints
.19
In recent years, the criminal

actions of armed settler militias, who enjoy the special protection of
the occupation army, has

intensified with the perpetration of frequent attacks against our
people, targeting their homes,

schools, universities, mosques, fields, crops and trees. Despite our
repeated warnings, the

occupying Power has not acted to curb these attacks and we hold them
fully responsible for the

crimes of the settlers.

These are just a few examples of the policy of the Israeli colonial settlement
occupation20,

and this policy is responsible
for the continued failure of the successive international attempts to

salvage the peace process.

This policy will destroy the chances of achieving a two-State
solution
21 upon
which there is

an international consensus, and here I caution aloud: This settlement policy threatens to
also

undermine the structure of the
Palestinian National Authority and even end its existence.

In addition, we now face the imposition new conditions not
previously raised, conditions

that will transform the raging
conflict in our inflamed region into a religious conflict22
and a threat

to the future of a million and
a half Christian and Muslim Palestinians, citizens of Israel, a matter

which we reject and which is
impossible for us to accept being dragged into.

All of these actions taken by Israel in our country23
are unilateral actions and are not based

on any earlier agreements. Indeed, what we witness is a selective
application of the agreements

aimed at perpetuating the occupation. Israel reoccupied the cities of
the West Bank by a

unilateral action, and reestablished the civil and military occupation
by a unilateral action, and it

is the one that detennines whether or not a Palestinian citizen has the
right to reside in any part

of the Palestinian Territory. And it is confiscating our land and our
water and obstructing our

movement as well as the movement of goods. And it is the one
obstructing our whole destiny.

All of this is unilateral.

Excellencies,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

In 1974, our deceased leader Yasser Arafat came to
this hall and assured the Members of

the General Assembly of our affinnative
pursuit for peace
24, urging the United Nations
to realize

the inalienable national
rights of the Palestinian people
25,
stating: “Do not let the olive branch fall

from my hand”.

In 1988, President Arafat again addressed the
General Assembly, which convened in

Geneva to hear him, where he submitted the Palestinian peace program
adopted by the Palestine

National Council at its session held that year in Algeria.

When we adopted this program, we were taking a
painful and very difficult step for all of

us, especially those, including myself, who were forced to leave their homes
and their towns and

villages, carrying only some of
our belongings and our grief and our memories and the keys of

our homes to the camps of exile
and the Diaspora in the 1948 AI-Nakba
26,
one of the worst

operations of uprooting, destruction and removal of a vibrant and
cohesive society that had been

contributing in a pioneering and leading way m the cultural,
educational and economic

renaissance of the Arab Middle East.

Yet, because
we believe in peace27
and because of
our conviction in international

legitimacy, and because we had the courage to make difficult decisions
for our people, and in the

absence of absolute justice, we decided to adopt the path of relative
justice – justice that is

possible and could correct
part of the grave historical injustice committed against our people
.

Thus, we agreed to establish
the State of Palestine on only 22% of the territory of historical

Palestine – on all the
Palestinian Territory occupied by Israel in 1967.28

We, by taking that historic step, which was welcomed
by the States of the world, made a

major concession in order to achieve a historic compromise that would
allow peace to be made in

the land of peace.29

In the years that followed – from the Madrid
Conference and the Washington negotiations

leading to the Oslo agreement, which was signed 18 years ago in the
garden of the White House

and was linked with the letters of mutual recognition between the PLO
and Israel, we persevered

and dealt positively and responsibly with all efforts aimed at the
achievement of a lasting peace

agreement. Yet, as we said earlier, every initiative and every
conference and every new round
of

negotiations and every movement
was shattered on the rock of the Israeli settlement expansion

project.

Excellencies,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I confirm, on behalf of the Palestine Liberation
Organization, the sole legitimate

representative of the Palestinian people, which will remain so until
the end of the conflict in all

its aspects and until the resolution of all final status issues, the
following:

I. The goal of the Palestinian people is the realization of their inalienable
national rights in their

independent State of Palestine,
with East Jerusalem as its capital, on all the land of the West

Bank, including East Jerusalem,
and the Gaza Strip, which Israel occupied in the June 1967 war,

in conformity with the resolutions of international legitimacy and with
the achievement of a just

and agreed upon solution to the
Palestine refugee issue in accordance with resolution 194, as

stipulated in the Arab Peace
Initiative which presented the consensus Arab vision to resolve the

core the Arab-Israeli conflict
and to achieve a just and comprehensive peace.
To this we adhere

and this is what we are working to achieve. Achieving this desired peace also
requires the

release of political prisoners
and detainees in Israeli prisons without delay
.

2. The PLO and the Palestinian
people adhere to the renouncement of violence30
and rejection and

condemning of terrorism31
in all its forms, especially State terrorism, and adhere to all
agreements

signed between the Palestine
Liberation Organization and Israel
.

3. We adhere to the option of negotiating a lasting solution to the
conflict in accordance with

resolutions of international legitimacy. Here, I declare that the
Palestine Liberation Organization

is ready to return immediately to the negotiating table on the basis of
the adopted terms of

reference based on international legitimacy and a complete cessation of settlement
activities
.32

4. Our people will continue their popular peaceful resistance to the
Israeli occupation33

and its

settlement and apartheid
policies
34
and its construction of the racist
annexation Wall35
, and they

receive support for their resistance, which is consistent with
international humanitarian law and

international conventions and has the support of peace activists from
Israel and around the world,

reflecting an impressive, inspiring and courageous example of the
strength of this defenseless

people, armed only with their
dreams, courage, hope and slogans in the face of bullets, tanks,

tear gas and bulldozers.

5. When we bring our plight and our case to this international podium,
it is a confirmation of our

reliance on the political and diplomatic option and is a confirmation
that we do not undertake

unilateral steps36. Our
efforts are not aimed at isolating Israel or de-legitimizing it; rather
we want

to gain legitimacy37
for the cause of the people of Palestine. We only aim to de-legitimize
the

settlement activities, the occupation and apartheid and the logic of
ruthless force, and we believe

that all the countries of the world stand with us in this regard.

I am here to say on behalf of the Palestinian people
and the Palestine Liberation

Organization: We extend our hands to the Israeli government and the
Israeli people for peacemaking.

I say to them: Let us urgently
build together a future for our children where they can

enjoy freedom38,
security and prosperity.
Let us build the bridges of dialogue
instead of

checkpoints and walls of separation, and build cooperative relations
based on parity and equity

between two neighboring States – Palestine and Israel – instead of policies of occupation,

settlement, war and eliminating
the other39.

Excellencies,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Despite the unquestionable
right of our people to self-determination and to the

independence of our State
as stipulated in international resolutions, we have accepted in the past

few years to engage in what appeared to be a test of our worthiness,
entitlement and eligibility.

During the last two years our national authority has implemented a
program to build our State

institutions. Despite the extraordinary situation and the Israeli
obstacles imposed, a serious

extensive project was launched that has included the implementation of
plans to enhance and

advance the judiciary and the apparatus for maintenance of order and
security, to develop the

administrative, financial, and oversight systems, to upgrade the
performance of institutions, and

to enhance self-reliance to reduce the need for foreign aid. With the
thankful support of Arab

countries and donors from friendly countries, a number of large
infrastructure projects have been

implemented, focused on various aspects of service, with special
attention to rural and

marginalized areas.

In the midst of this massive national project, we
have been strengthening what we

seeking to be the features of our State: from the preservation of
security for the citizen and public

order; to the promotion of judicial authority and rule of law; to
strengthening the role of women

via legislation, laws and participation; to ensuring the protection of
public freedoms and

strengthening the role of civil society institutions; to
institutionalizing rules and regulations for

ensuring accountability and transparency in the work of our Ministries
and departments; to

entrenching the pillars of democracy as the basis for the Palestinian
political life.

When division struck the unity of our homeland,
people and institutions, we were

determined to adopt dialogue for restoration of our unity. We succeeded
months ago in

achieving national reconciliation and we hope that its implementation
will be accelerated in the

coming weeks. The core pillar of this reconciliation was to turn to the
people through legislative

and presidential elections within a year, because the State we want
will be a State characterized

by the rule of law, democratic exercise and protection of the freedoms
and equality of all citizens

without any discrimination and the transfer of power through the ballot
box.

The reports issued recently by the United Nations,
the World Bank, the Ad Hoc Liaison

Committee (AHLC) and the International Monetary Fund confirm and laud
what has been

accomplished, considering it a remarkable and unprecedented model. The
consensus conclusion

by the AHLC a few days ago here described what has been accomplished as
a “remarkable

international success story” and confirmed the readiness of the
Palestinian people and their

institutions for the immediate independence of the State of Palestine.

Excellencies,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is no longer possible to redress the issue of the blockage of the horizon
of the peace

talks with the same
means and methods that have been repeatedly tried and proven
unsuccessful

over the past years. The
crisis is far too deep to be neglected, and what is more dangerous are

attempts to simply circumvent
it or postpone its explosion.
40

It is neither possible, nor practical, nor
acceptable to return to conducting business as

usual, as if everything is fine.
It is futile to go into negotiations without clear parameters41
and in

the absence of credibility42
and a specific timetable.
Negotiations will be meaningless as
long as

the occupation army on the
ground continues to entrench its occupation43,

instead of rolling it

back, and continues to change
the demography of our country
44 in
order to create a new basis on

which to alter the borders.

Excellencies,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is a moment of truth and my people are waiting to
hear the answer of the world. Will it

allow Israel to continue its occupation, the only occupation in the
world? Will it allow Israel to

remain a State above the law
and accountability?
Will it allow Israel to continue rejecting
the

resolutions of the Security Council and the General Assembly of the
United Nations and the

International Court of Justice and the positions of the overwhelming
majority of countries in the

world?

Excellencies,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I come before you today from the Holy Land, the land of Palestine,
the land of divine

messages, ascension of the
Prophet Muhammad
(peace be upon him) and the birthplace of Jesus

Christ (peace be upon
him), to speak on behalf of the Palestinian people in the homeland and
in

the Diaspora, to say, after 63 years of suffering of an ongoing Nakba:
Enough. It is time for the

Palestinian people to gain
their freedom and independence.

The time
has come to end the suffering and the plight of millions of Palestine
refugees
in

the homeland and the Diaspora, to end their displacement and to realize
their rights, some of

them forced to take refuge more than once in different places of the
world.

At a time when the Arab peoples affirm their quest for
democracy45

– the Arab Spring – the

time is now for the Palestinian Spring, the time for independence.

The time
has come for our men, women and children to live normal lives
46,
for them to be

able to sleep without waiting for the worst that the next day will
bring; for mothers to be
assured

that their children will return
home without fear of suffering killing, arrest or humiliation47
;
for

students to be able to go to their schools and universities without
checkpoints obstructing them.

The time has come for sick
people to be able to reach hospitals normally48
,
and for our farmers to

be able to take care of their good land without fear of the occupation
seizing the land and its

water, which the wall prevents
access to
, or fear of
the settlers, for whom settlements are being

built on our land and who are
uprooting and burning the olive trees that have existed for

hundreds of years. The time has come for the thousands
of prisoners49
to be released from the

prisons to return to their
families and their children to become a part of building their homeland,

for the freedom of which they
have sacrificed.

My people desire to exercise their right to enjoy a normal life like
the rest of humanity.

They believe what the great poet Mahmoud Darwish said: Standing here, staying here,

permanent here, eternal here, and we
have one goal, one, one: to be.

Excellencies,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We profoundly appreciate and value the positions of
all States that have supported
our

struggle and our rights
and recognized the State of Palestine following the Declaration of

Independence in 1988, as well as the countries that have recently
recognized the State of

Palestine and those that have upgraded the level of Palestine’s
representation in their capitals. I

also salute the Secretary-General, who said a few days ago that the
Palestinian State should have

been established years ago.

Be assured that this support for our people is more
valuable to them than you can

imagine, for it makes them
feel that someone is listening to their narrative
50and
that their tragedy

and the horrors of Al-Nakba and the occupation, from which they have so
suffered, are not being

ignored. And, it reinforces their hope that stems from the belief that
justice is possible in this in

this world. The loss of hope
is the most ferocious enemy of peace and despair is the strongest

ally of extremism.

I say: The time has come for my courageous and proud
people, after decades of

displacement and colonial
occupation and ceaseless suffering, to live like other peoples of the

earth, free in a sovereign and
independent homeland.

Excellencies,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I would like to inform you that, before delivering
this statement, I, in my capacity as

President of the State of Palestine and Chairman of the Executive
Committee of the Palestine

Liberation Organization, submitted to H.E. Mr. Ban Ki-moon,
Secretary-General of the United

Nations, an application for the admission of Palestine on the basis of
the 4 June 1967 borders,

with AI-Quds AI-Sharif as
its capital, as a full member of the United Nations.

I call upon Mr. Secretary-General to expedite
transmittal of our request to the Security

Council, and I call upon the distinguished members of the Security
Council to vote in favor of

our full membership. I also appeal to the States that have not yet
recognized the State of

Palestine to do so.

Excellencies,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The support of the countries of the world for our
endeavor is a victory for truth, freedom,

justice, law and international legitimacy, and it provides tremendous
support for the peace option

and enhances the chances of success of the negotiations.

Excellencies,

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Your support for the establishment of the State of Palestine and for
its admission to the

United Nations as a full member is the greatest contribution to
peacemaking in the Holy Land.

I thank you.

  1. Responsibility for the
Falestinians lies entirely with the membership of the Arab League, who
staged a  series of genocidal attack on Israel, beginning in
modern times, in 1948. Any broader responsibility is limited to Ummah
al-Islamiyya, to pay Zakat to their distressed brethren.  Had the
Arabs lived up to their responsibility, there would be no refugee
    problem for the Falestinians.
  2. The geographic region
called Palestine was, prior to the Destruction of the Second Temple,
known as Israel. The Romans renamed the occupied territory after the
Philistines as an insult to the Jews whom they had thrown out of their
homeland. The Jewish diaspora are the real Palestinian refugees.
  3. In 632, four years after Moe departed for
his richly deserved eternal damnation,{fire be upon him) caliph Umar
completed the conquest of the Roman Province of Syria, the indigenous
population of which was Christian & Jewish, neither Arab nor
    Muslim.

In World War 1, the Ottoman Empire fought on
the losing side, losing the desert to Great Britain. Following the
Balfour Doctrine, the League of Nations gave Great Britain a mandate to
restore the Jews to their ancient homeland which had been stolen from
them. Great Britain reneged on the deal, forcing Israel to rise up
against the occupying force and restored her sovereignty in 1948. The
Arabs rejected the partition plan and Falestinian statehood,
preferring  to launch a genocidal attack.

the links in the left sidebar of http://www.palestinefacts.org/ .

  4. Just, comprehensive and
lasting peace is a function of your apostasy or death. If
you abandon Islam or go to Hell, there will be peace in the
region.  Until you follow one of those courses of action, there
can be no peace.  If you wanted peace, you would have it. Instead,
you want conquest, because it is the commandment of the demon to whom
you are enslaved. You hope that we do not know about the Qur’an, but a
few of us know, and we are sharing our knowledge with others.
Comprehension of the true nature of Islam is propagating at an
    accelerating pace.

We know about Noble Qur’an 2:216,
which ordains jihad for you. We know about 2:190
which commands you to drive out those who drove you out; a command to
reconquer lost territory, which motivates your reconquest of Israel. We
    know about 8:57,
which commands you to deal harshly with those you defeat so as to
terrorize prospective victims behind them.  We know about 8:60,
which commands you to build the strongest possible army with which to
terrify your intended victims.  We know about 8:67,
which sets “great slaughter” as the price of admission to Allah’s
    celestial bordello
    .

We know about how Allah terrified Jews
so that you killed them, enslaved their widows & orphans and seized
their real and personal property.  We know how Moe committed
genocide, slaughtering 800 Jews who had surrendered; how he inspected their sons for pubic hair and slew those
who had developed it.  And we know about Moe instructing his
companions to invade Syria first because “Allah has on my
account taken special charge of Syria and its people
    .” We
    also read 7:167
so we know that Allah will “certainly keep on sending against them
(i.e. the Jews), till the Day of Resurrection, those who would afflict
them with a humiliating torment.”  We even know that the gates of
Paradise will not swing open for you until you hunt down and kill the last Jew.

Nay more! We have read Islamic law, so we know
that jihad is “war against non-Muslims“.
We know that it must be performed in every year, and that, if it is
abandoned in a year without good cause, that all who knew of the
obligation are in sin. We know that “The caliph makes war against Jews, Christians and
    Zoroastrians
    “.

We are not so stupid, ignorant and gullible as
you hope.  We know that Allah
    promised you victory
. We know that Allah promised that you would take
    over the land
    .
We also know by 13:41, that your conquest is irreversible.  That
is how we know that Allah is an impotent idol: The Jews got part of
their land back and you tried to exterminate them and failed several
times.  I know that you will never tolerate the existence of
Israel because she testifies to the fact that you worship an impotent
idol, and I am telling everyone who will read this blog post.

  5. According to sacred and
secular history, Judea & Israel were ancient kingdoms in the region
now referred to as Palestine. We know that Jerusalem was the capitol,
where King Solomon erected the Temple, the Assyrians destroyed it,
Herod rebuilt it and the Romans destroyed it again.  When did you
ever have a nation of Palestine? Who were its rulers? What was its unit
of currency? What was its capitol city? How and when did it cease to
    exist as a sovereign nation?
  6. One terrorist’s admission to a newspaper
spilled the beans.  Falestinians are not a distinct people with a
national history. No people, no nationality, no historical basis for a
nation of their own on Israel’s territory. Your lies are exposed and
the game is up; sit down and shut up!

Way back on March 31, 1977, the Dutch newspaper Trouw
    published an
interview with Palestine Liberation Organization executive committee
member Zahir Muhsein. Here’s what he said:

    The Palestinian
    people does not exist
    . The creation of a
    Palestinian
state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of
Israel for our Arab unity. In
reality today there is no difference
between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese.
    Only for
    political and tactical
    reasons
do we speak today about the existence of
    a Palestinian people
, since Arab national interests demand that
    we
posit the existence of a distinct “Palestinian people
    ” to oppose
    Zionism.

For tactical reasons, Jordan, which is a sovereign state
    with
defined borders, cannot raise claims to Haifa and Jaffa, while as a
Palestinian, I can undoubtedly demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and
    Jerusalem. However, the moment
we reclaim our right to all of
Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and
    Jordan.

  7. Abbas demanded a
construction freeze as a precondition for negotiations. Netanyahu
stupidly imposed the freeze for ten months. Abbas delayed talks until
the last two weeks of the freeze, then he walked away.  Muslims
only negotiate from a position of strength. When too weak to fight,
they only grant a ten year truce during which they rearm and regroup
    for their next attack.
  8. There
were no negotiations because you refuse to negotiate; you demand
surrender as a precondition for peace talks. Go to Hell.
  9. Its Israel, stupid. It
ain’t Palestine, it is Israel, the Jewish homeland. Muslims are the
interlopers & illegal occupiers, since Umar’s conquest in 638.
  10. The projection continues;
Muslims accuse their victims of their own offenses.  You killed a
student and wounded a school bus driver with an expensive anti-tank
rocket yet you accuse Israel of brutal aggression. Muslims were the
aggressors in a series of four wars. Its time for the world to get a
    clue.
  11. It ain’t your
land; you stole it in 638.  You stole it again in 1948. Israel
recovered it when you attacked again in 1967. Live by the sword, die by
    the sword. Quit kvetching, losers.
  12. Jerusalem is Israel’s capitol.
King Hussein illegally seized half of it and excluded Jews from it in
1948, in violation of international law and his oath. You have no right
or claim in Jerusalem. Drop the fantasy. Islam’s so called claim on
Jerusalem is founded in fabulism, a mirage.
  13. There would be no wall if you were
not continually attempting to murder Jews.  The wall is necessary
to slow down and deter genocidal attackers motivated by the damnable
    doctrine
of Islam.  Everything you bitterly bitch about is a
    consequence of your genocidal aggression.
  14. AssWhole: you rival Barack Hussein
Obama in arrogance & al-Taqiyya! You demand that the Falestinian
    state be Judenrein; that all
Jews be expelled from Judea & Samaria. You enforce a law
prescribing the death penalty for selling land to Jews.  May Satan
take you soon in your hypocrisy!
  15. There are no Jewish excavations
near Mecca. The excavations near the Temple Mount do not threaten
anything except your malignant narrative. Your removal and dumping of
rubble containing Jewish artifacts from the Temple Mount stands out as
    a real threat to archeology.
  16. Its
Israel, stupid!  Jerusalem was the capitol, ruled over by David
and Solomon, who were Jews, not Muslims. Jesus Christ worshiped in the
Temple at Jerusalem; he, too is a Jew.  Jerusalem was never the
capitol of any Arab or Muslim nation.  It was neglected by the
Ottoman Empire, falling into decay during their occupation.
  17. Any fool with
    eyes can see that there is not sufficient land there for one state;
Israel is far too small for long term survival. There is not enough
real estate there for two nations.
  18. Yasser Arafat was fond of
chanting “A million martyrs marching to Jerusalem”. You worship
martyrs, naming schools and public places after those who die in the
act of murdering Jews.  Martyrs are a great thing, they gain
instant admission to Alllah’s celestial bordello and take 70 close
relatives with them. Quit bitching about making martyrs.
  19. If you would implement and
enforce your obligations under the Oslo Accords, there would be no need
for Israeli incursions. You will not enforce them because murder is
    your way of life.
  20. Umar sent the Muslims to the great countries to fight
    the pagans
. Islam, not Israel invaded, conquered and occupied the
Levant. It happened in 632. It is time to shut off the projector.
  21. Two states are not a solution.
Statehood will not diminish your genocidal aggression, if anything, it
would exacerbate your aggression.  There is absolutely no excuse
for giving you a staging area for further attacks. If Israel moves for
peace, she will usher you into Hell. Until she does, she will have no
    peace.
  22. Allah said: “Fight against those
who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid
that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those
who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people
of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with
willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.
    “. Moe said: “I
have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the
right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our
prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood
and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them
except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.”  Israel’s
demand for recognition as the Jewish state turns the war into a
    religious conflict. Yeah, right.
  23. It ain’t your country, it
is Israel! You had a chance for a country in 1948; you rejected that
chance, preferring  to drive the Jews into the sea. Your genocidal
attack was a failure, proving to all who will observe the truth that
    Allah is an impotent idol.
  24. You had a fine way of pursuing
peace in 1948, 1967 & 1973. Why did you repeatedly fail to capture
it? You do not want peace, you want genocidal conquest. Arafat is
lonely in Hell, be swift to join him.
  25. You
ain’t a people, you ain’t a nation and you have no historical, legal or
moral right to Israel’s land nor to a nation.  You could have had
a nation, but you did not want one.
  26. Egyptian radio
broadcast orders to evacuate; clearing the way for their army to push
the Jews into the sea. You left to clear a path for genocide. You have
no right to return.  Losing aggressors do not write the rules.
  27.  If you are a Muslim, you
believe in Allah, not in peace.  Allah said that he purchased your
lives so that you fight in his cause, killing others and being killed.
His cause is to make Islam dominant; global conquest. “The Good News that Muslims will conquer the Known
World, and ultimately the Entire World
    “. Kiss my big, smelly,
    deformed, ulcerated foot.
  28. Israel
recovered that land, stolen from her in 638 & 1948, only because
you attacked her again with genocidal intent and lost. You bitch
bitterly about the consequences of your own genocidal aggression. Go to
    Hell.
  29. What historic step did
you take?  Did you make a good faith effort to stop terror
attacks?  Did you end the inculcation of hatred in your schools,
public television and Mosques?  Did you end incitement to violence
against Israel?  Did you meet any of your obligations under the
    Oslo Accords?  Go to Hell.
  30. In a pig’s anus you do! If
you renounce violence, you must abjure & denounce Allah’s damnable
words including, but not limited to 2:216,
    8:39,
    8:60,
    8:65,
    9:29
    & 9:123. By
renouncing those ayat, you would become apostates, subject to
execution. I disrespectfully direct doubters & dissenters to
Reliance of the Traveller O8.1 & O8.7 [on the next page of the pdf.].
  31. In a pig’s anus you do! If
you renounce terrorism, you must abjure & denounce Allah’s damnable
words including, but not limited to 3:151,
    8:12,
    8:57,
    8:60,
    33:26, 33:27,
    59:2
    & 59:13,
subjecting yourselves, under the Islamic law cited above, to execution
    as apostates.
  32. Building
apartments for Jews in Jerusalem is not settlement activity. Jerusalem
is their capitol city. It belongs to Israel, not to you.
  33. Throwing
rocks is not peaceful resistance. Launching mortar shells is not
peaceful resistance. Launching rockets is not peaceful resistance.
Blowing up buses is not peaceful resistance. Slaughtering families as
they sleep is not peaceful resistance. You are occupying Israel; end
the occupation immediately.  Go to Hell!
  34. You demand that your state be
Judenrein and accuse Israel of apartheid. Go to Hell, hypocrite!
  35. You demand the exclusion of
Jews from Jerusalem and call Israel racist. Go to Hell, hypocrite!
  36. Usurpation of
Israel’s sovereign territory and declaration of a state without due
process; in the absence of a functional government ain’t unilateral
    action. Yeah, right.
  37. Legitimacy? Either you have it or
you don’t.  Israel has it, you don’t.  Your cause is
illegitimate and can not be legitimatized.
  38. Your children can not enjoy freedom
while enslaved to Allah. First, they must be emancipated from Allah,
    then from your satrapy.
  39. Allah’s Apostle said
that the gates of the celestial bordello will not swing open for you
until you kill the last Jew.  The genocidal statement is recorded
in several ahadith including Sahih Bukhari 4.52.177 and Sahih Muslim 41.6985.
  40. Your
intransigence in demanding surrender prior to peace talks is building
pressure for your eradication.   Justice will only be served
    by the explosion.
  41.  Recognition of Israel as the
Jewish state, genuine denunciation of violence, complete &
permanent disarmament & demilitarization and Israel’s unquestioned
right and duty to usher you into Hell at the first violation of those
clear parameters; sounds like a plan.
  42. You have no credibility and
can obtain none because you never implemented the Oslo Accords. Until
you quit inculcating hatred and inciting violence, you have no
    credibility.
  43. Yes, it certainly is
unreasonable to expect Israel to negotiate while you occupy her
    sovereign territory. Go home!
  44. Israel is not
your country, and you are breeding like rats in it, changing the
    demography.
  45. “One man, one vote, one time.” “It is not for a believer, man or woman,
when Allâh and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should
have any option in their decision. “[33:36]

The quest is for domination, not democracy; its about who sits on the
    throne.
  46. Then
let them denounce Islam, join the human race and abandon genocidal
conquest. You can quit making war any day of the week, any week of the
year but you will not because you are slaves of Allah. But I know
something you wish I did not know: “And the life of this world is
nothing but play and amusement. But far better is the house in the
Hereafter for those who are AlMuttaqûn (the pious – see V.2:2). Will
    you not then understand?” [6:32]
Muslims do not want normal lives, they seek war and martyrdom as a
guarantee of admission to the celestial bordello.
  47. They send their brats
off to murder Jews, telling them not to shame their mothers by
returning alive. Do you think we do not see the pictures of little boys
carrying rifles and wearing bomb vests?  Do you think we do not
read about teenagers being caught carrying knives and bombs into Israel
or wearing bomb vests to the border?
  48. If you built hospitals
instead of arsenals, buying medicine instead of explosives, that would
    not be a problem.
  49. Israel should execute one of
those prisoners every day until Shalit is freed alive and unharmed. Of
course, they will go directly to the celestial bordello, won’t they.
Their relatives will celebrate their wedding to 72 houris.
  50. We have been listening
for 62 years and we know it is a false narrative.

Netanyahu at the General Assembly: False Hope

Netanyahu at the General Assembly: False Hope

Israel’s Prime Minister addressed the General Assembly
in ample form, clearly expressing what he felt a need to say.
Netanyahu’s address is lengthy; I intended to post excerpts with
commentary, but it is too target rich and interconnected.   I
will therefore reproduce the entire transcript, highlighting the most
important paragraphs and inserting superscripts linked to my comments,
which follow the transcript in an enumerated list.  Click the

Ladies
and gentlemen, Israel has
extended its hand in peace from the moment it was established 63 years
ago. On behalf of Israel and the Jewish people, I extend that hand
again today. I extend it to the people of Egypt and Jordan, with
renewed friendship for neighbors with whom we have made peace. I extend
it to the people of Turkey, with respect and good will. I extend it to
the people of Libya and Tunisia, with admiration for those trying to
build a democratic future. I extend it to the other peoples of North
Africa and the Arabian Peninsula, with whom we want to forge a new
beginning. I extend it to the people of Syria, Lebanon and Iran, with
awe at the courage of those fighting brutal repression.

But most especially, I extend
my hand to the Palestinian
people
1, with whom we seek a just
and lasting peace.

Ladies and gentlemen, in Israel our hope for peace never wanes. Our
scientists, doctors, innovator apply their genius to improve the world
of tomorrow. Our artists, our writers, enrich the heritage of humanity.
Now, I know that this is not exactly the image of Israel that is often
portrayed in this hall. After all, it was here in 1975 that the age-old
yearning of my people to restore our national life in our ancient
biblical homeland – it was then that this was branded shamefully, as
racism. And it was here in 1980, right here, that the historic peace
agreement between Israel and Egypt wasn’t praised; it was denounced!
And it’s here, year after year that Israel is unjustly singled out for
condemnation. It’s singled out for condemnation more often than all the
nations of the world combined. Twenty-one out of the 27 General
Assembly resolutions condemn Israel – the one true democracy in the
Middle East.

Well, this is an unfortunate part of the U.N. institution. It’s the
theater of the absurd. It doesn’t only cast Israel as the villain; it
often casts real villains in leading roles:  Gadhafi’s Libya
chaired
the U.N. Commission on Human Rights; Saddam’s Iraq headed the U.N.
Committee on Disarmament.  You might say: That’s the past. Well,
here’s
what’s happening now – right now, today,  Hizbullah-controlled
Lebanon
now presides over the U.N. Security Council. This means, in effect,
that a terror organization presides over the body entrusted with
guaranteeing the world’s security.2

You couldn’t make this thing up.

So here in the U.N., automatic majorities can decide anything.3
They can
decide that the sun sets in the west or rises in the west. I think the
first has already been pre-ordained. But they can also decide – they
have decided – that the Western Wall in Jerusalem, Judaism’s holiest
place, is occupied Palestinian territory.

And yet even here in the General Assembly, the truth can sometimes
break
through. In 1984 when I was appointed Israel’s ambassador to the United
Nations, I visited the great rabbi of Lubavich. He said to me – and
ladies and gentlemen, I don’t want any of you to be offended because
from personal experience of serving here, I know there are many
honorable men and women, many capable and decent people, serving their
nations here. But here’s what the rebbe said to me. He said to me,
you’ll be serving in a house of many lies. And then he said, remember
that even in the darkest place, the light of a single candle can be
seen far and wide.

Today I hope that the light of truth will shine, if only for a few
minutes, in a hall that for too long has been a place of darkness for
my country. So as Israel’s prime minister, I didn’t come here to win
applause. I came here to speak the truth.  The truth is that
Israel
wants peace. The truth is that I want peace. The truth is that in the
Middle East at all times, but especially during these turbulent days,
peace must be anchored in security4. The truth is that we cannot achieve
peace5
through U.N. resolutions, but only through direct negotiations
between the parties.
The
truth is that so far the Palestinians have refused to negotiate. The
truth is that Israel wants peace with a Palestinian state, but the
Palestinians want a state without peace6. And
the truth is you shouldn’t
let that happen.

Ladies and gentlemen, when I first came here 27 years ago, the world
was divided between East and West. Since then the Cold War ended, great
civilizations have risen from centuries of slumber, hundreds of
millions have been lifted out of poverty, countless more are poised to
follow, and the remarkable thing is that so far this monumental
historic shift has largely occurred peacefully. Yet
a malignancy is now growing between East and West that threatens the
peace of all. It seeks not to liberate, but to enslave, not to build,
but to destroy.

That malignancy is militant
Islam7.
It cloaks itself in the mantle of a great faith8, yet
it murders
Jews, Christians and Muslims alike with unforgiving impartiality.

On September 11th it killed thousands of Americans, and it left the
twin towers in smoldering ruins. Last night I laid a wreath on the 9/11
memorial. It was deeply moving. But as I was going there, one thing
echoed in my mind: the outrageous words of the president of Iran on
this podium yesterday. He implied that 9/11 was an American conspiracy.
Some of you left this hall. All of you should have.

Since 9/11, militant Islamists9 slaughtered countless
other innocents –
in London and Madrid, in Baghdad and Mumbai, in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem,
in every part of Israel. I believe that the greatest danger facing our
world is that this fanaticism will arm itself with nuclear weapons. And
this is precisely what Iran is trying to do.

Can you imagine that man who ranted here yesterday – can you imagine
him armed with nuclear weapons? The international community must stop
Iran before it’s too late. If Iran is not stopped, we will all face the
specter of nuclear terrorism, and the Arab Spring could soon become an
Iranian winter.

That would be a tragedy.
Millions of Arabs have taken to the streets to replace tyranny with
liberty10, and no one
would benefit more than Israel if those committed
to freedom and peace would prevail.

This is my fervent hope. But as
the prime minister of Israel, I cannot risk the future of the Jewish
state on wishful thinking11. Leaders
must see reality as it is, not as it
ought to be. We must do our best to shape the future, but we cannot
wish away the dangers of the present.

And the world around Israelis
definitely becoming more dangerous. Militant Islam has already taken
over Lebanon and Gaza. It’s determined to tear apart the peace treaties
between Israel and Egypt and between Israel and Jordan. It’s poisoned
many Arab minds against Jews and Israel, against America and the West.
It opposes not the policies of Israel but the existence of Israel12.

Now, some argue that the spread
of militant Islam, especially in these turbulent times – if you want to
slow it down, they argue, Israel must hurry to make concessions, to
make territorial compromises. And this theory sounds simple. Basically
it goes like this: Leave the territory, and peace will be advanced. The
moderates will best rengthened, the radicals will be kept at bay. And
don’t worry about the pesky details of how Israel will actually defend
itself; international troops will do the job.
13

These people say to me
constantly: Just make a sweeping offer, and everything will work out.
You know, there’s only one problem with that theory. We’ve tried it and
it hasn’t worked. In 2000 Israel made a sweeping peace offer that met
virtually all of the Palestinian demands. Arafat rejected it. The
Palestinians then launched a terror attack that claimed a thousand
Israeli lives.

Prime Minister Olmert
afterwards made an even more sweeping offer, in 2008. President Abbas
didn’t even respond to it.

But Israel did more than just
make sweeping offers. We actually left territory. We withdrew from
Lebanon in2000 and from every square inch of Gaza in 2005. That didn’t
calm the Islamic storm, the militant Islamic storm that threatens us.
It only brought the storm closer and made it stronger.

Hizbullah and Hamas fired
thousands of rockets against our cities from the very territories we
vacated. See, when Israel left Lebanon and Gaza, the moderates didn’t
defeat the radicals, the moderates were devoured by the radicals. And I
regret to say that international troops like UNIFIL in Lebanon and
EUBAM in Gaza didn’t stopthe radicals from attacking Israel.

We left Gaza hoping for peace.

We didn’t freeze the
settlements in Gaza, we uprooted them. We did exactly what the theory
says: Get out, go back to the 1967 borders, dismantle the settlements.

And I don’t think people
remember how far we went to achieve this. We uprooted thousands of
people from their homes. We pulled children out of their schools and
their kindergartens. We bulldozed synagogues. We even moved loved ones
from their graves. And then, having done all that, we gave the keys of
Gaza to President Abbas.

Now the theory says it should
all work out, and President Abbas and the Palestinian Authority now
could build a peaceful state in Gaza. You can remember that the entire
world applauded. They applauded our withdrawal as an act of great
statesmanship. It was a bold act of peace.

But ladies and gentlemen, we
didn’t get peace. We got war. We got Iran, which through its proxy
Hamas promptly kicked out the Palestinian Authority. The Palestinian
Authority collapsed in a day – in one day.

President Abbas just said on
this podium that the Palestinians are armed only with their hopes and
dreams. Yeah, hopes, dreams and 10,000 missiles and Grad rockets
supplied by Iran, not to mention the river of lethal weapons now
flowing into Gaza from the Sinai, from Libya, and from elsewhere.

Thousands of missiles have
already rained down on our cities. So you might understand that, given
all this, Israelis rightly ask: What’s to prevent this from happening
again in the West Bank? See, most of our major cities in the south of
the country are within a few dozen kilometers from Gaza. But in the
center of the country, opposite the West Bank, our cities are a few
hundred meters or at most a few kilometers away from the edge of the
West Bank.

So I want to ask you. Would any
of you bring danger so close to your cities, to your families? Would
you act so recklessly with the lives of your citizens? Israelis
prepared to have a Palestinian state in the West Bank, but we’re not
prepared to have another Gaza there. And that’s why we need to have
real security arrangements, which the Palestinians simply refuse to
negotiate with us.

Israelis remember the bitter
lessons of Gaza. Many of Israel’s critics ignore them. They14
irresponsibly advise Israel to go down this same perilous path again.
Your read what these people say and it’s as if nothing happened – just
repeating the same advice, the same formulas as though none of this
happened.

And these critics continue to
press Israel to make far-reaching concessions without first assuring
Israel’s security. They praise those who unwittingly feed the
insatiable crocodile of militant Islam as bold statesmen. They cast as
enemies of peace those of us who insist that we must first erect a
sturdy barrier to keep the crocodile out, or at the very least jam an
iron bar between its gaping jaws.

So in the face of the labels
and the libels, Israel must heed better advice. Better a bad press than
a good eulogy, and better still would be a fair press whose sense of
history extends beyond breakfast, and which recognizes Israel’s
legitimate security concerns.
15

I believe that in serious peace
negotiations, these needs and concerns can be properly addressed16,
but
they will not be addressed without negotiations. And the needs are
many, because Israel is such a tiny country. Without Judea and Samaria,
the West Bank, Israel is all of 9 miles wide.

I want to put it for you in
perspective, because you’re all in the city. That’s about two-thirds
the length of Manhattan. It’s the distance between Battery Park and
Columbia University. And don’t forget that the people who live in
Brooklyn and New Jersey are considerably nicer than some of Israel’s
neighbors.

So how do you protect such a
tiny country, surrounded by people sworn to its destruction and armed
to the teeth by Iran? Obviously you can’t defend it from within that
narrow space alone. Israel needs greater strategic depth, and that’s
exactly why Security Council Resolution 242 didn’t require Israel to
leave all the territories it captured in the Six-Day War. It talked
about withdrawal from territories, to secure and defensible boundaries.
And to defend itself, Israel must therefore maintain a long-term
Israeli military presence in critical strategic areas in the West Bank.

I explained this to President
Abbas. He answered that if a Palestinian state was to be a sovereign
country, it could never accept such arrangements. Why not? America has
had troops in Japan, Germany and South Korea for more than a half a
century. Britain has had an an air base in Cyprus. France has forces in
three independent African nations. None of these states claim that
they’re not sovereign countries.

And there are many other vital
security issues that also must be addressed. Take the issue of
airspace. Again, Israel’s small dimensions create huge security
problems. America can be crossed by jet airplane in six hours. To fly
across Israel, it takes three minutes. So is Israel’s tiny airspace to
be chopped in half and given to a Palestinian state not at peace with
Israel?

Our major international airport
is a few kilometers away from the West Bank. Without peace, will our
planes become targets for antiaircraft missiles placed in the adjacent
Palestinian state? And how will we stop the smuggling into the West
Bank? It’s not merely the West Bank, it’s the West Bank mountains. It
just dominates the coastal plain where most of Israel’s population sits
below. How could we prevent the smuggling into these mountains of those
missiles that could be fired on our cities?
17

I bring up these problems
because they’re not theoretical problems. They’re very real. And for
Israelis, they’re life-and-death matters. All these potential cracks in
Israel’s security have to be sealed in a peace agreement before a
Palestinian state is declared, not afterwards, because if you leave it
afterwards, they won’t be sealed. And these problems will explode in
our face and explode the peace.
18

The Palestinians should first make peace with Israel and then get their
state. But I also want to tell you this. After such a peace agreement
is signed, Israel will not be the last country to welcome a Palestinian
state as a new member of the United Nations. We will be the first19.

And there’s one more thing.
Hamas has been violating international law20 by holding our
soldier Gilad
Shalit captive for five years.

They haven’t given even one Red
Cross visit. He’s held in a dungeon, in darkness, against all
international norms. Gilad Shalit is the son of Aviva and Noam Shalit.
He is the grandson of Zvi Shalit, who escaped the Holocaust by coming
in the 1930s as a boy to the land of Israel. Gilad Shalit is the son of
every Israeli family. Every nation represented here should demand his
immediate release. If you want to pass a resolution about the Middle
East today, that’s the resolution
you should pass21.

Ladies and gentlemen, last year
in Israel in Bar-Ilan University, this year in the Knesset and in the
U.S. Congress, I laid out my vision for peace in which a demilitarized
Palestinian state recognizes the Jewish state. Yes, the Jewish state.
After all, this is the body that recognized the Jewish state 64 years
ago. Now, don’t you think it’s about time that Palestinians did the
same?
22

The Jewish state of Israel will
always protect the rights of all its minorities, including the more
than onw million Arab citizens of Israel. I wish I could say the same
thing about a future Palestinian state, for as Palestinian officials
made clear the other day – in fact, I think they made it right here in
New York – they said the Palestinian state won’t allow any Jews in it.
They’ll be Jew-free – Judenrein. That’s ethnic cleansing. There are
laws today in Ramallah that make the selling of land to Jews punishable
by death. That’s racism. And you know which laws this evokes.
23

Israel has no intention
whatsoever to change the democratic character of our state. We just
don’t want the Palestinians to try to change the Jewish character of
our state. We want to give up the fantasy of flooding Israel with
millions of Palestinians.

President Abbas just stood
here, and he said that the core of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is
the settlements. Well, that’s odd. Our conflict was raging for nearly
half a century before there was a single Israeli settlement in the West
Bank. So if what President Abbas is saying was true, then the – I guess
that the settlements he’s talking about are Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jaffa,
Be’er Sheva. Maybe24 that’s what he
meant the other day when he said that
Israel has been occupying Palestinian land for 63 years. He didn’t say
from 1967; he said from1948. I hope somebody will bother to ask him
this question because it illustrates a simple truth: The core of the
conflict is not the settlements. The settlements are a result of the
conflict.

The settlements have to be –
it’s an issue that has to be addressed and resolved in the course of
negotiations. But the core of the conflict25 has always been and
unfortunately remains the refusal of the Palestinians to recognize a
Jewish state in any border.

I think it’s time that the
Palestinian leadership recognizes what every serious international
leader has recognized, from Lord Balfour and Lloyd George in 1917, to
President Truman in1948, to President Obama26 just two days ago right
here: Israel is the Jewish state.

President Abbas, stop walking
around this issue. Recognize the Jewish state, and make peace with us.
In such a genuine peace, Israel is prepared to make painful
compromises. We believe that the Palestinians should be neither the
citizens of Israel nor its subjects. They should live in a free state
of their own27.
But they should be ready, like us, for compromise. And we
will know that they’re ready for compromise and for peace when they
start taking Israel’s security requirements seriously and when they
stop denying our historical connection to our ancient homeland.

I often hear them accuse Israel of Judaizing Jerusalem. That’s like
accusing America of Americanizing Washington, or the British of
Anglicizing London. You know why we’re called “Jews”? Because we come
from Judea.

In my office in Jerusalem, there’s an ancient seal. It’s a signet ring
of a Jewish official from the time of the Bible. The seal was found
right next to the Western Wall, and it dates back 2,700 years, to the
time of King Hezekiah. Now, there’s a name of the Jewish official
inscribed on the ring in Hebrew. His name was Netanyahu. That’s my last
name. My first name, Benjamin, dates back a thousand years earlier to
Benjamin – Binyamin – the son of Jacob, who was also known as Israel.
Jacob and his 12 sons roamed these same hills of Judea and Samaria
4,000 years ago, and there’s been a continuous Jewish presence in the
land ever since.

And for those Jews who were exiled from our land, they never stopped
dreaming of coming back: Jews in Spain, on the eve of their expulsion;
Jews in the Ukraine, fleeing the pogroms; Jews fighting the Warsaw
Ghetto, as the Nazis were circling around it. They never stopped
praying, they never stopped yearning. They whispered: Next year in
Jerusalem. Next year in the promised land.

As the prime minister of Israel, I speak for a hundred generations of
Jews who were dispersed throughout the lands, who suffered every evil
under the Sun, but who never gave up hope of restoring their national
life in the one and only Jewish state.

Ladies and gentlemen, I
continue to hope that President Abbas will be my partner in peace. I’ve
worked hard to advance that peace. The day I came into office, I called
for direct negotiations without preconditions. President Abbas didn’t
respond. I outlined a vision of peace of two states for two peoples. He
still didn’t respond. I removed hundreds of roadblocks and checkpoints,
to ease freedom of movement in the Palestinian areas; this facilitated
a fantastic growth in the Palestinian economy. But again – no response.
I took the unprecedented step of freezing new buildings in the
settlements for 10 months. No prime minister did that before, ever.
Once again – you applaud, but there was no response. No response.

In the last few weeks, American officials have put forward ideas to
restart peace talks. There were things in those ideas about borders
that I didn’t like. There were things thereabout the Jewish state that
I’m sure the Palestinians didn’t like.

But with all my reservations, I was willing to move forward on these
American ideas.

President Abbas, why don’t you join me? We have to stop negotiating
about the negotiations. Let’s just get on with it. Let’s negotiate
peace.

I spent years
defending Israel on the battlefield. I spent decades defending Israel
in the court of public opinion. President Abbas, you’ve dedicated your
life to advancing the Palestinian cause. Must this conflict continue
for generations, or will we be able our children and our grandchildren
to speak in years ahead of how we found a way to end it? That’s what we
should aim for, and that’s what I believe we can achieve.

In two and a half years, we met
in Jerusalem only once, even though my door has always been open to
you. If you wish, I’ll come to Ramallah. Actually, I have a better
suggestion. We’ve both just flown thousands of miles to New York. Now
we’re in the same city. We’re in the same building. So let’s meet here
today in the United Nations. Who’s there to stop us? What is there to
stop us? If we genuinely want peace28, what is there to stop
us from
meeting today and beginning peace negotiations?

And I suggest we talk openly and honestly. Let’s listen to one another.
Let’s do as we say in the Middle East: Let’s talk “doogri”. That means
straightforward. I’ll tell you my needs and concerns. You’ll tell me
yours. And with God’s help, we’ll find the common ground of peace29.

There’s an old Arab saying that you cannot applaud with one hand. Well,
the same is true of peace. I cannot make peace alone. I cannot make
peace without you30. President
Abbas, I extend my hand – the hand of
Israel – in peace. I hope that you will grasp that hand. We are both
the sons of Abraham. My people call him Avraham. Your people call him
Ibrahim. We share the same patriarch. We dwell in the same land. Our
destinies are intertwined.

Let us realize the vision of Isaiah:

“העם ההולכים בחושך ראו אור גדול”

“The people who walk in darkness will see a great light.”31

Let that light be the light of peace.

“העם ההולכים בחושך ראו אור גדול”

“The people who walk in
darkness will see a great light.”

Let that light be the light of peace.

  1. I urge Netanyahu and his
allies to quit telling that lie. “Palestine” is Israel and the
“Palestinian people” are Jews.  The blood thirsty rabble referred
to by the world as Palestinians
are no more than undifferentiated Arabs, asserting a false and
malignant narrative of lost civilization.  Follow these links to
    the facts:  We
    have all been had!

    Palestinian
    people do not exist

    Peace:

    They
will not grasp the proffered  hand of friendship because their
hands are full of weapons, ready to attack you.
  2. The cat presides over

    collar.
  3. Since Islam conquered vast
territories, the combination of Islamic satrapies and their allies
forms a majority in the General Assembly.
  4. Security will be a mirage beckoning just
over the horizon so long as Israel is outnumbered and out gunned by
vast populations thirsting for Jewish blood. No treaties, no borders,
no institution, no forces; nothing can secure Israel while her
neighbors continue to be enslaved by a blood thirsty demon who demands
    genocide
    as the price of
admission to his celestial bordello. Islamic eschatology says plainly
that Muslims must kill the last Jew before the gates of
    Paradise will swing open.
  5. You can not achieve peace so
long as there are Islamic believers living upon the surface of the
earth.  Muslims are taught and believe that Jews: earned
    Allah’s wrath
    , are the worst
    of living creatures
    , are cursed
    by Allah
    and are strongest
    in enmity to Muslims
    .  Muslims are commanded
    to wage war against Jews
.  Allah has promised them that he
will constantly send someone to humiliate
    & torment the Jews
until the last day.  Muslims are promised eternity in the celestial bordello if they wage jihad and threatened with eternal torment if they sit at home.
These facts must be fatal to the fabulistic maundery that peace is
possible. Only a damned fool believes it; only a liar says it. Both are
    worthy of condemnation
  6. They want
neither; their tactical objective is the genocidal destruction of Israel.
Their strategic objective is the restoration of the caliphate and
    global conquest.
  7. Netanyahu swerves so
close to yet far from the truth. The malignancy is Islam. Not “militant”, “radical” or
“extremist”  Islam; its just plain Islam, as Moe preached and
exemplified it. You should read the entire Qur’an & at least one
hadith collection but most people won’t do that. At minimum, these two
ayat, one hadith which confirms them  and the Islamic law that
codifies them should be sufficient to disabuse any sentient person of
the idiotic bigotry which declares peace possible. 8:39,
    9:29,
Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387 and Reliance of the Traveller, O9.  Read them and
curse Islam if you have a soul.
  8. Islam is not a great faith,
it is a great evil disguised as a faith; its “original religion” is jihad, whose legal
    definition is “war against non-Muslims“.
  9. The correct word is believers, defined as having sold
their lives to Allah so that they fight
in his cause, killing and being killed
    in return for guaranteed
    admission to the celestial bordello.
  10. They replaced one
tyrant with another, liberty has no part in “Arab spring”.
  11. But that is
exactly what you do by pretending that peace is possible with Muslims.
  12. Islam can never
tolerate the existence of Israel because the loss of conquered land
stands as evidence of the fact that Allah is an impotent idol. Allah promised
    victory
. He also commanded Muslims to drive
out those who drove them out
.  So long as Israel exists, faith
in Allah is at risk to rationality because of the evidence of his
    impotence.
  13. Netanyahu sets
up what appears to be a straw man; unfortunately, it is not a fallacy,
it is reality, as he demonstrates in the succeeding paragraphs.
  14. They refers to Barack
Hussein Obama & the Quartet who sing the siren song of surrender.
  15. Meditate on
this wisdom for it is true. Israel absolutely must reject the
disingenuous demands for surrender; she has no choice because any other
    course of action is suicidal.
  16. Which
provisions of the Oslo Accords did Arafat implement and maintain?
Only a damn fool believes that Abbas and his successors will perform
    any better than Arafat.
  17. Prevent it by eradicating
Islam from the region. There is no other possibility. If you want
peace, get rid of Islam; make it extinct.
  18. That is
the understatement of the week. Get a clue, for Chrissakes.
  19. On the 34th
day of the month of Never. It ain’t going to happen. Muslims make war,
they do not make peace; its what Islam is; what Muslims do.
  20. The attack in which
Shalit was seized and others were murdered was sufficient violation of
international law. Holding him hostage is exacerbates the violation. A
self-respecting nation would make that act the last of its kind by
wiping the offenders from the face of the earth.
  21. They should; they won’t
because the institution has been subverted by the predatory aggressor:
    Islam.
  22. The resolution they are
about to pass will effectively revoke that recognition retroactively.
Muslims will never recognize Israel as the Jewish state, for reasons
    explained in # 12.
  23.  ICERD,
    ICCPR & CPPCG
. But who gives a damn? Nobody will enforce them
    against Islam.
  24. Only damned fools doubt
it. “From the river to the sea!” should be your first clue to full
    comprehension of the fatal fact.
  25. The core of the conflict is
    the existence of one unconverted Jew. Your answer is Muslim or dead;
that is the only answer you will ever get from them. Conversely, your
response must be secular or dead.  You have no acceptable
alternative to the extinction of Islam.  If Islam is not extinct,
    Jews will be.
  26.  Mulims
    are liars
. Obama is a Muslim. Obama is not sincere when he
claims to recognize Israel as the Jewish state. If he was, he would not
disrespectfully demand that you commit national suicide.
  27. Jordan.
  28. They don’t want peace, they
want genocidal conquest. Get a clue already.
  29. The cemetery.
  30. Peace is only
possible without Islam; get a clue.
  31. The last thing you will see: the
blinding flash of a nuclear detonation.

Obamination: Spewing Feces in the General Assembly

Obamination: Spewing Feces in the General Assembly

President
Barack Hussein Obama converted the General Assembly of the United
Nations into another re-election campaign atump with a spew of snake
excrement designed to appeal to his base of electoral support:
Communists, both national and international.

Due to the target rich nature of this spew, I will

Remarks by President Obama in Address to the United
Nations General Assembly

United
Nations

New York, New York

10:12
A.M. EDT

PRESIDENT
OBAMA: Mr. President, Mr. Secretary General, fellow delegates, ladies
and gentlemen: It is a great honor1 for me to be here today. I would like
to talk to you about a subject that is at the heart of the United
Nations — the pursuit of peace2
in an imperfect world.

War
and conflict have been with us since the beginning of civilizations.
But in the first part of the 20th century, the advance of modern
weaponry led to death on a staggering scale. It was this killing that
compelled the founders of this body to build an institution that was
focused not just on ending one war, but on averting others; a union of
sovereign states that would seek
to prevent conflict
3, while also addressing its causes4.

No
American did more to pursue this objective than President Franklin
Roosevelt. He knew that a victory in war was not enough. As he said at
one of the very first meetings on the founding of the United Nations,
“We have got to make, not merely peace, but a peace that will last5.”

The men and women who built this institution understood that peace is more than just the absence
of war6
.
A lasting peace — for nations and for individuals —
depends on a sense of justice
and opportunity, of dignity and freedom
. It depends on struggle and sacrifice, on compromise,
and on a sense of common
humanity
.

One
delegate to the San Francisco Conference that led to the creation of
the United Nations put it well: “Many people,” she said, “have talked
as if all that has to be done to get peace was to say loudly and
frequently that we loved peace and we hated war. Now we have learned
that no matter how much we love peace and hate war, we cannot avoid
having war brought upon us if there are convulsions in other parts of
the world.”

The fact is peace is hard7.
But our people demand it8.
Over nearly seven decades, even as the United Nations helped avert a
third world war, we still live in a world scarred by conflict and plagued by poverty9.
Even as
we proclaim our love for peace and our hatred of war, there are still convulsions in our world that
endanger us all
.

I took office at a time of two wars for the United States. Moreover,
the violent extremists who
drew us into war
10in the first place — Osama bin Laden, and his al Qaeda
organization
— remained at large. Today, we’ve set a new direction.

At
the end of this year, America’s military operation in Iraq will be
over. We will have a normal relationship with a sovereign nation that
is a member of the community of nations. That equal partnership11
will be strengthened by our support for Iraq — for its government and
for its security forces, for its people and for their aspirations.

As
we end the war in Iraq, the United States and our coalition partners
have begun a transition in Afghanistan. Between now and 2014, an increasingly capable Afghan
government12
and
security forces will step forward to take responsibility for the
future of their country. As they do, we are drawing down our own
forces, while building an enduring
partnership
with the Afghan people.

So
let there be no doubt: The tide of war is receding. When I took office,
roughly 180,000 Americans were serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. By the
end of this year, that number will be cut in half, and it will continue
to decline. This is critical for the sovereignty of Iraq and
Afghanistan. It’s also critical to the strength of the United States as
we build our nation13
at
home.

Moreover,
we are poised to end these
wars from a position of strength14
.
Ten years ago, there was an open wound and twisted steel, a broken
heart in the center of this city. Today, as a new tower is rising at
Ground Zero, it symbolizes New York’s renewal, even as al Qaeda is under more pressure15
than ever before. Its leadership has been degraded. And Osama bin16
Laden
, a man who
murdered thousands of people from dozens of countries, will never endanger the peace of the world
again.

So, yes, this has been a difficult decade. But today, we stand at a
crossroads of history with the chance to move decisively in the direction of
peace
17.
To do so, we must return to the wisdom of those who created this
institution. The United Nations’ Founding Charter calls upon us, “to
unite our strength to maintain
international peace and security
.” And Article
1 of this General Assembly’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights
reminds us that, “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity
and in rights18.”
Those bedrock beliefs — in the responsibility of
states, and the rights of men and women — must be our guide19.

And
in that effort, we have reason to hope. This year has been a time of
extraordinary transformation. More nations have stepped forward to
maintain20
international peace and security. And more individuals are claiming their
universal right to live in freedom and dignity21.

Think
about it: One year ago, when we met here in New York, the prospect of a
successful referendum in South Sudan was in doubt. But the
international community overcame old divisions to support the agreement
that had been negotiated to give South Sudan self-determination. And
last summer, as a new flag went up in Juba, former soldiers laid down
their arms, men and women wept with joy, and children finally knew the
promise of looking to a future that they will shape.

One
year ago, the people of Côte D’Ivoire approached a landmark election.
And when the incumbent lost, and refused to respect the results, the
world refused to look the other way. U.N. peacekeepers were harassed,
but they did not leave their posts. The Security Council, led by the
United States and Nigeria and France, came together to support the will
of the people. And Côte D’Ivoire is now governed by the man who was elected
to lead
22.

One
year ago, the hopes of the people of Tunisia were suppressed. But they chose the dignity of peaceful
protest over the rule of an iron fist.

A vendor lit a spark that took his own life, but he ignited a movement.
In a face of a crackdown, students spelled out the word, “freedom.” The
balance of fear shifted from the ruler to those that he ruled. And now
the people of Tunisia are preparing for elections that will move them one step closer to the democracy
that they deserve
23.

One
year ago, Egypt had known one President for nearly 30 years. But for 18
days, the eyes of the world were glued to Tahrir Square, where
Egyptians from all walks of life — men and women, young and old,
Muslim and Christian — demanded their universal
rights24
. We
saw in those protesters the moral force of
non-violence
that has lit the world from Delhi to Warsaw, from
Selma to South Africa — and we knew that change had come to Egypt
and to the Arab world
.

One
year ago, the people of Libya were ruled by the world’s longest-serving
dictator. But faced with bullets and bombs and a dictator who
threatened to hunt them down like rats, they showed relentless bravery.
We will never forget the words of the Libyan who stood up in those
early days of the revolution and said, “Our words are free now.” It’s a
feeling you can’t explain. Day after day, in the face of bullets and
bombs, the Libyan
people refused to give back that freedom25
.
And when they were threatened by the kind of mass atrocity that often
went unchallenged in the last century, the United Nations lived up to
its charter. The Security Council authorized all necessary measures to prevent a massacre.
The Arab League called for this effort; Arab nations joined a NATO-led coalition that
halted Qaddafi’s forces
in their tracks.

In
the months that followed, the will of the coalition proved unbreakable,
and the will of the Libyan people could not be denied. Forty-two years
of tyranny was
ended
in six months. From Tripoli to Misurata to Benghazi —
today, Libya is
free
.
Yesterday, the leaders of a new Libya took their rightful place beside
us, and this week, the United States is reopening our embassy in
Tripoli.

This
is how the international community is supposed to work — nations
standing together for the sake of peace and security,
and individuals claiming
their rights
.
Now, all of us have a responsibility to support the new Libya — the
new Libyan government as they confront the challenge of turning this
moment of promise into a just and lasting peace
for all Libyans
.

So this has been a remarkable year. The Qaddafi regime is over. Gbagbo,
Ben Ali, Mubarak are no longer
in power
. Osama
bin Laden is gone, and the idea that change could only come through
violence has been buried with him. 26
Something
is happening in
our world. The way things have been is not the way that they will be.
The humiliating grip of
corruption and tyranny is being pried open
. Dictators are on
notice. Technology is putting power into the hands of the people. The
youth are delivering a powerful rebuke
to dictatorship
, and rejecting the lie that some races,
some peoples, some religions, some ethnicities do not desire democracy27
.
The promise written down on paper — “all human beings are born free
and equal in dignity and rights” — is closer at hand.

But let us remember: Peace is hard. Peace is hard. Progress can be reversed.
Prosperity comes slowly. Societies can split apart. The measure of our
success must be whether people
can live in sustained freedom, dignity, and security28
.
And the United Nations and its member states must do their part to
support those basic aspirations. And we have more work to do.

In
Iran, we’ve seen a government that refuses to recognize the rights of
its own people29. As we meet
here today, men and women and children are
being tortured, detained and murdered by the Syrian regime. Thousands
have been killed, many during the holy time of Ramadan. Thousands more
have poured across Syria’s borders. The Syrian people have shown
dignity and courage in their pursuit of justice — protesting
peacefully, standing silently in the streets, dying for the same values
that this institution is supposed to stand for. And the question for us
is clear: Will we stand with
the Syrian people, or with their oppressors?

Already,
the United States has imposed strong sanctions on Syria’s leaders. We
supported a transfer of power that is responsive to the Syrian people.
And many of our allies have joined in this effort. But for the sake of
Syria — and the peace and security of the world — we must speak with
one voice. There’s no excuse
for inaction
. Now is the time for the United Nations Security
Council to sanction the Syrian regime, and to stand with the Syrian people.

Throughout
the region, we will have to respond to the calls for change. In Yemen,
men, women and children gather by the thousands in towns and city
squares every day with the hope that their determination and spilled
blood will prevail over a
corrupt system.
America supports those aspirations. We must
work with Yemen’s neighbors and our partners around the world to seek a
path that allows for a peaceful
transition of power30 from President
Saleh
, and a movement to free
and fair elections as soon as possible.

In
Bahrain, steps have been taken toward reform and accountability. We’re
pleased with that, but more is required. America is a close friend of
Bahrain, and we will continue to call on the government and the main
opposition bloc — the Wifaq — to pursue a meaningful dialogue that
brings peaceful change that is
responsive to the people
.
We believe the patriotism that binds Bahrainis together must be more
powerful than the sectarian forces that would tear them apart. It will
be hard, but it is possible.

We believe that each nation must chart its own course to fulfill the aspirations of its people,
and America does not expect to agree with every party or person who
expresses themselves politically. But we will always stand up for the
universal rights that were embraced by this Assembly. Those rights
depend on elections that are
free and fair31
; on governance
that is transparent and accountable
; respect for the rights of women and minorities32;
justice that is equal and fair33.
That is what our people deserve. Those are the elements of peace34 that can
last.

Moreover, the United States will continue to support those nations that
transition to democracy
with greater trade and
investment
— so that freedom
is followed by opportunity
.
We will pursue a deeper engagement with governments, but also with
civil society — students and entrepreneurs, political parties and the
press. We have banned those who abuse human rights from traveling to
our country. And we’ve sanctioned those who trample on human rights
abroad. And we will always serve as a voice for those who’ve been
silenced.

Now,
I know, particularly this week, that for many in this hall, there’s one
issue that stands as a test for these principles and a test for
American foreign policy, and that is the conflict between the Israelis and
the Palestinians
35.

One
year ago, I stood at this podium and I called for an independent Palestine36.
I
believed then, and I believe now, that the Palestinian people37
deserve a state
of their own
. But what I also said is that a genuine peace
can only be realized between the Israelis and the Palestinians
themselves. One year later, despite extensive efforts by America and
others, the parties have not
bridged their differences
38.
Faced with this stalemate, I put forward a new basis for negotiations
in May of this year. That basis is clear. It’s well known to all of us
here. Israelis must know that any agreement provides assurances for
their security. Palestinians deserve to know the territorial basis
of their state.

Now, I know that many are frustrated by the lack of progress. I assure
you, so am I. But the question isn’t the goal39 that we
seek — the question is how do we reach that goal40.
And I am convinced that there is no short cut to the end of a conflict
that has endured
for decades
. Peace
is hard work
.
Peace will not come through statements and resolutions at the United
Nations — if it were that easy, it would have been accomplished by
now. Ultimately, it is the Israelis and the Palestinians who must live side by
side
. Ultimately, it is the Israelis and the Palestinians — not
us –- who must reach agreement on the issues that divide
them: on borders
and on security, on refugees and Jerusalem41
.

Ultimately, peace
depends upon compromise
42 among people who must live
together
long after our speeches are over, long after our votes
have been tallied. That’s the lesson of Northern Ireland, where ancient
antagonists bridged their differences
.
That’s the lesson of Sudan, where a negotiated settlement led to an
independent state. And that is and will be the path to a Palestinian
state — negotiations between the parties.

We seek a future where Palestinians live in a sovereign state of their
own, with no limit to what they can achieve
43.
There’s no question
that the Palestinians have seen that vision delayed
for too long
. It is precisely because we believe so strongly in
the aspirations44 of the
Palestinian people

that America has invested so much time and so much effort in the
building of a Palestinian state, and the negotiations that can deliver
a Palestinian state.

But understand this as well: America’s commitment to Israel’s
security
is unshakeable. Our friendship with
Israel
is deep and enduring. And so we believe that any lasting peace
must acknowledge the very real security concerns
that Israel faces every single day.

Let us be honest with
ourselves
: Israel is surrounded by neighbors that have waged repeated wars
against it. Israel’s citizens have been killed by rockets fired at
their houses and suicide bombs on their buses. Israel’s children come
of age knowing that throughout the region, other children are taught to hate
them45
.
Israel, a small country of less than eight million people,
look out at a world where leaders of much larger nations threaten to wipe it
off of the map
. The Jewish people carry the burden of centuries
of exile and persecution, and fresh memories of knowing that six million people were
killed simply because of who they are
. Those are facts. They
cannot be denied.

The
Jewish people have forged a successful state in their historic homeland.
Israel deserves recognition.
It deserves normal relations
with its neighbors. And friends
of the Palestinians do them no favors by ignoring this truth
,
just as friends of Israel must recognize
the need to pursue a two-state solution46
with a secure Israel next to an independent
Palestine
.

That is the truth — each side
has legitimate aspirations
— and that’s part of what makes
peace so hard. And the deadlock will only be broken when each side learns to stand in the
other’s shoes
;
each side can see the world through the other’s eyes. That’s what we
should be encouraging. That’s what we should be promoting.

This
body — founded, as it was, out of the ashes of war and genocide, dedicated, as it is, to the dignity
of every single person
— must recognize the reality that is lived
by both the Palestinians and the Israelis
. The measure of our
actions must always be whether they advance the right of Israeli and
Palestinian children to live lives of peace47 and security
and dignity
and opportunity.
And we will only succeed in that effort if we
can encourage the parties to
sit down, to listen to each other, and to understand each other’s hopes
and each other’s fears.
That is the project to which America is
committed. There are no shortcuts. And that is what the United Nations should be
focused on
in the weeks and months to come.

Now,
even as we confront these challenges of conflict and revolution, we
must also recognize — we must also remind ourselves — that peace is not just the
absence of war
.48 True peace depends on
creating the opportunity that makes life worth living.
And to do
that, we must confront
the common enemies of humanity: nuclear weapons and poverty, ignorance
and disease
. These
forces corrode the possibility of lasting peace and together we’re
called upon to confront them.

To
lift the specter of mass destruction, we must come together to pursue the peace and security of a
world without nuclear weapons
.
Over the last two years, we’ve begun to walk down that path. Since our
Nuclear Security Summit in Washington, nearly 50 nations have taken
steps to secure nuclear materials from terrorists and smugglers. Next
March, a summit in Seoul will advance our efforts to lock down all of
them. The New START Treaty between the United States and Russia will
cut our deployed arsenals to the lowest level in half a century, and
our nations are pursuing talks on how to achieve even deeper
reductions. America will continue to work for a ban on the testing of
nuclear weapons and the production of fissile material needed to make
them.49

And
so we have begun to move in the right direction. And the United States
is committed to meeting our obligations. But even as we meet our
obligations, we’ve strengthened the treaties and institutions that help
stop the spread of these weapons
. And to do so, we must continue
to hold accountable those
nations that flout them
.

The
Iranian government cannot demonstrate that its program is peaceful. It
has not met its obligations and it rejects offers that would provide it
with peaceful nuclear power. North Korea has yet to take concrete steps
towards abandoning its weapons and continues belligerent action against
the South. There’s a future of
greater opportunity

for the people of these nations if their governments meet their
international obligations. But if they continue down a path that is
outside international law, they must be met with greater pressure and
isolation. That is what our commitment to peace and security demands.

To bring prosperity to our people,
we must promote the growth that creates opportunity
.
In this effort, let us not forget that we’ve made enormous progress
over the last several decades. Closed societies gave way to open
markets. Innovation and entrepreneurship has transformed the way we
live and the things that we do. Emerging economies from Asia to the
Americas have lifted hundreds of millions of people from poverty. It’s
an extraordinary achievement. And yet, three years ago, we were
confronted with the worst financial crisis in eight decades. And that
crisis proved a fact that has become clearer with each passing year — our fates are interconnected.
In a global economy, nations will rise, or fall, together.

And
today, we confront the challenges that have followed on the heels of
that crisis. Around the world recovery is still fragile. Markets remain
volatile. Too many people are out of work. Too many others are
struggling just to get by. We acted together to avert a depression in
2009. We must take urgent and coordinated action once more. Here in the
United States, I’ve announced a plan to put Americans
back to work and jumpstart our economy
, at the same time as I’m
committed to substantially reducing our deficits over time.

We
stand with our European allies as they reshape their institutions and
address their own fiscal challenges. For other countries, leaders face
a different challenge as they shift their economy
towards more self-reliance
, boosting domestic demand
while slowing inflation
. So we will work with emerging economies
that have rebounded strongly, so that rising standards of
living create new markets that promote global growth
. That’s
what our
commitment to prosperity
demands.

To
combat the poverty
that punishes our children
, we must act on the belief that freedom from want is a
basic human right
.50 The United States has
made it a focus of our engagement abroad to help people to feed
themselves
.
And today, as drought and conflict have brought famine to the Horn of
Africa, our conscience calls on us to act. Together, we must continue
to provide assistance, and support organizations that can reach those
in need. And together, we must insist on unrestricted humanitarian
access so that we can save the lives of thousands of men and women and
children. Our
common humanity is at stake. Let us show that the life of a child in
Somalia is as precious as any other.
That is what our commitment to our
fellow human beings demand.

To
stop disease that spreads across borders, we must strengthen our system
of public health. We will continue the fight against HIV/AIDS,
tuberculosis and malaria. We will focus on the health of
mothers and of children
.
And we must come together to prevent, and detect, and fight every kind
of biological danger — whether it’s a pandemic like H1N1, or a
terrorist threat, or a treatable disease.

This
week, America signed an agreement with the World Health Organization to
affirm our commitment to meet this challenge. And today, I urge all
nations to join us in meeting the HWO’s [sic] goal of making sure all
nations have core capacities
to address public health emergencies in place by 2012
. That is
what our commitment to the health of our people demands.

To
preserve our planet, we must not put off action that climate
change demands
51.
We have to tap the power of science to save those resources that are
scarce. And together, we must continue our work to build on the
progress made in Copenhagen and Cancun, so that all the major economies here
today follow through on the commitments that were made
.
Together, we must work to transform the energy
that powers our economies
, and support others as they move down
that path. That is what our commitment to the next generation demands.

And
to make sure our societies reach their potential, we must allow our
citizens to reach theirs. No country can afford
the corruption that plagues the world like a cancer.

Together, we must harness the power of open societies and open
economies. That’s why we’ve partnered with countries from across the
globe to launch a new partnership on open government that helps ensure
accountability and helps to empower citizens. No country should deny
people their rights to freedom of speech and freedom of religion
,52
but also no
country should deny people their rights because of who they love53
,
which is why we must stand up for the rights of gays and
lesbians everywhere
.

And
no country can
realize its potential if half its population cannot reach theirs
54.
This week, the United States signed a new Declaration on Women’s
Participation. Next year, we should each announce the steps we are
taking to break down the economic and political barriers that
stand in the way of women and girls
. This is what our commitment to human
progress
demands.

I
know there’s no straight line to that progress, no single path to
success. We come from different cultures, and carry with us different
histories. But let us never forget that even as we gather here as heads
of different governments, we
represent citizens who share the same basic aspirations — to live with
dignity and freedom;
to get
an education and pursue opportunity
; to love our families, and love and
worship our God
; to live
in the kind of peace that makes life worth living
.

It
is the nature of our imperfect world that we are forced to learn these lessons over and over
again.
Conflict and
repression will endure so long as some people refuse to do unto others
as we would have them do unto us.
Yet
that is precisely why we have built institutions like this — to bind
our fates together, to help us recognize ourselves in each other —
because those who came before us believed that peace is preferable to war,
and freedom is preferable to
suppression
, and prosperity
is preferable to poverty
. That’s the message that comes not from
capitals, but from citizens
, from our people.

And
when the cornerstone of this very building was put in place, President
Truman came here to New York and said, “The United Nations is
essentially an expression of the moral nature of man’s aspirations.”
The moral nature of man’s aspirations. As we live in a world that is changing at a
breathtaking pace
, that’s a lesson that we must never forget.

Peace is hard, but we know that it
is possible
. So, together, let us be resolved to see that it is defined by our hopes and not by our
fears
. Together, let us make peace, but a peace, most
importantly, that will last.

Thank
you very much. (Applause.)

  1. A statesman worthy of the honor of addressing
the General Assembly would direct his words to them, not to the
Communists and greedy grabbers who make up his electoral support base.
If truly worthy of that honor, he would restrict his remarks to the
subject at hand instead of wandering through the pages of the catalog
    of Communist talking points.
  2. War is not a function of poverty,
deprivation, ignorance, disease or starvation. All too frequently,
those evils are consequences of war. War is a function of the
intersection of greed, lust for power and opportunity.  War is a
function of predators.  Predators seek opportunity in the form of
weakness.  When a predator senses weakness or lack of will
to resist in potential prey, it attacks.   If you don’t want
to be preyed upon, eliminate the predators.  If you can’t
eliminate them, demonstrate possession of the will and ability to
effectively defend yourself when attacked.  Peace is an abstract
concept, not something to be pursued. If you seek peace, pursue
predators; hunt them to extinction and convince potential predators
that you are able and willing to end their existence if they attack. .
  3. “Thou shalt not covet they
Neighbor’s…” If that commandment was obeyed, conflicts would not lead
to war. If two men want the same land or the same woman, there is
conflict and a potential for violence. If there is a strong police
presence, clearly perceived by both parties, there will be no violence
if both parties are sane and sober. Internationally, the UN ideal
was to serve as the policeman.
  4. Poverty, ignorance and disease
are not the causes of the ongoing war between Islam and Israel.
Islam’s war against Jews, which began in the 7th century
with Moe’s raids on the Jewish settlements around Medina, resulted from
hatred and envy. Moe wove bits of Jewish scripture into his new cult in
hopes of winning the Jews over to it. Instead, most saw through his
deception and rejected Islam.  Moe wanted their land and wealth,
so he fabricated pretexts, demonised the Jews,  roused the Islamic
rabble to fight and launched his attacks. For proof of Moe’s mercenary
motivation, refer to my blog post: Islam’s Mercenary Mission.

Moe  went out to the Jews, told them that
he owned the earth and desired to expel them, demanding that they
embrace Islam in return for safety. This is related in Sahih Bukhari 4.53.392.  Asked about his
priorities for conquest, Moe expressed a preference for the Roman
Province of Syria, based on Allah’s having “on my account taken special
charge of Syria and its people”. That is recorded in Sunan Abu Dawud 14.2477.

Caliph Umar “sent the Muslims to the great
countries to fight the pagans.”, as recorded in Sahih
    Bukhari 4.53.386
. Umar completed the conquest of Syria in 638. That
is the root of the current war.  Islam regards all land conquered
by Muslims to be Waqf, in irrevocable sacred trust; it must not be
relinquished. For the details, refer to the Charter of HAMAS, Part III, Article 11.
    Allah promised victory, see 8:65
    & 13:41.

When Kuffar reconquer land conquered by Islam,
an intolerable condition is created: Allah is exposed as an impotent
idol because he had promised victory.  Muslims could not tolerate
the demonstration of impotence consequent on the Crusades and
reconquered the Levant.  Then they fought on the wrong side of WW1
and lost again.  Britain, with the Balfour Declaration and the
League of Nations, restored part of Israel’s patrimony which had been
stolen by Muslims in 638. Muslims can’t let that stand, so they went to
war in 1948.  If they wanted a state of their own, along side
Israel, they would have accepted the partition plan.  But they are
not interested in a state, they are interested in a restored caliphate
on all waqf land, and expanding on a global scale so they made war
    instead of peace.

Allah’s jihad imperative against Jews is clear
and unambiguous,  translated with great clarity by J.M.
Rodwell.  Moe confirmed it, Tafsir Ibn Kathir explains it and
Reliance of the Traveller codifies it into Islamic law.  Exactly
what part of this does President Barack Hussein Obama, as a Muslim, not
    comprehend?

    9:29
    .
Make war upon such of those to whom the Scriptures have been
given as believe not in God, or in the last day, and who forbid not
that which God and His Apostle have forbidden, and who profess not the
profession of the truth, until they pay tribute out of hand, and they
be humbled.  [The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They
    give the Jizyah
    ] [“I have been
ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be
    worshipped but Allah.’
] [The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and
    Zoroastrians
    ]

Allah said that “He would certainly keep on
sending against them (i.e. the Jews), till the Day of Resurrection,
those who would afflict them with a humiliating torment. “. That
    promise is contained in 7:167.
Tafsir Ibn Kathir tells us that Jesus will return
to lead the Muslims in the final genocide against the Jews.  A
hadith, recorded by Bukhari & Muslim, informs us that the gates of Paradise will
not swing open for Muslims until they hunt down and kill the last
    Jew.

[In the future, the Jews will
support the Dajjal (False Messiah); and the Muslims, along with `Isa,
son of Mary, will kill the Jews. This will occur just before the end of
this world.]  [“The Hour will not be established until you fight
with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will
say. “O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him.”]

Poverty, ignorance & disease are not the causes of this war; it is
caused by the damnable doctrines of Islam and no other cause.
Peace will only be obtained by removing Islam from the region and the
world. If Muslims do not quit believing
or quit living, they will not quit waging war against Jews.

  5. In Islam, peace is the
condition appertaining when Dar Ul-Harb is completely conquered and
engulfed by Dar Ul-Islam; it is the fruit of conquest.  Islam does
    not make peace.

    47:35.
So be not weak and ask not for peace (from the enemies of Islâm), while
you are having the upper hand. Allâh is with you, and will never
decrease the reward of your good deeds.

That ayeh is quoted by Reliance of the Traveller O9.16, which informs us
that truces can only last ten years
and are important matters best reserved for the caliph because ” it is
a matter of the gravest consequence because it entails the
nonperformance of jihad, whether globally or in a given locality, and
our interests must be looked after therein, which is why it is best
left to the caliph under any circumstances,”.

  6. Peace
has nothing to do with dignity, prosperity, social justice or any other
item in the Communist litany. Peace is the absence of war and threat of
war. If either war or the threat thereof are present, peace is
not.  The condition precedent for peace is the total defeat of the
aggressor. In the case of Islam, that requires the destruction of Islamic faith. While
    Muslims continue to believe,
Islam is not defeated and there will be no peace.
  7. Peace is not hard, it is impossible.
While human nature remains what it is, there will always be greedy or
narcissistic megalomaniacs who assert a divine commission to conquer
and rule the world.  The proximate solution to this insoluble
problem is to bring about the death of those megalomaniacs and the
defeat of their armies so that they permanently lose the will to wage
war.  Maintaining the fragile peace is only possible by
manifesting such military strength and resolute will that
warmongers are deterred from mounting attacks for fear of
    destruction.
  8. You have the power, but not
the will to deliver peace. Harry Truman showed the way in August of
    1945.
  9. That
maundering anal orifice is deliberately conflating cause and effect.
Wars cause poverty, poverty does not cause wars. Islamic aggression has
a  is driven by Islamic doctrine which has a mercenary motivation. Muslims are threatened with eternity in the fire if they sit
at home and promised eternity in gardens flowing with rivers of wine if they wage jihad. While Muslims
believe those threats and promises, peace is impossible.
  10. Islam has a standard, set by
Moe’s recitation & sunnah. When one reads the Qur’an & hadith, one discovers the fatal fact that
    normative Islam is genocidally
violent by design.  Usama bin Ladin was a
believer, not an extremist. He acted in obedience to Allah; in
    emulation of Moe.
  11. Allah expressly forbids
partnership with Kuffar in several ayat including: 3:28,
    3:118,
    4:144,
    5:51,
    5:57,
  12. Capable of what? Are they
capable of preventing the creation and maintenance of terrorist
training camps?  Are they willing to prevent the creation and
maintenance of terrorist training camps?  Can they protect secular
Muslims from the Taliban?  Are they willing to protect the secular
Muslims?  I see no evidence of either capacity or will.
  13. We can not restore what you have
destroyed unless we first get rid of you and your willing associates in
Congress. That process will not be rebuilding, it will be tearing down
the counterproductive policies and regulations you have
    enacted.
  14. What strength? Our inventories
of cruise missiles and smart bombs have been depleted. Our forces are
over extended. Our troops are exhausted from excessively long combat
rotations and many are losing life and limb as a result of your
suicidal rules of engagement.  In the best case, strength is
weakness if not accompanied by resolve; the will to completely destroy
the enemy.  While Islam exists, we have no victory, we have a
    defeat.
  15. Al-Qaeda is not the
enemy, it is one of many brigades. Islam is the enemy, no matter what
    name it operates under. HAMAS, Hezbollah, PLO and Al-Qaeda are one;
    they are Islam.
  16. One down, one billion to go.
Killing one General does not end the war. Leaders can be replaced, like
shark’s teath, when one falls, another steps forward to take his place.
Winning the war and establishing peace requires killing the
    shark.
  17. Peace is a compound condition,
not a direction. Peace is the absence of war & threat of war. Peace
can not be obtained while Islam exists. Progress toward peace is only
made by inducing the apostasy or death of Muslims.
  18. The UN may
declare that everyone is born free & dignified, but Islam denies
it. Moe’s denial is clear on the face of Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387, which confirms the jihad
imperatives. When disbelievers recite Shehade and follow Islam’s rules
    & rituals, then “their
blood and property will be sacred to us
    “.  Our blood and
property are not sacred to Muslims until we become Muslims.  “”Whoever says, ‘None has the
right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the prayers,
prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and
has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have.
    “”.
We have no rights or dignity until we become Muslims!  Exactly
what part of that does Barack Hussein Obama, a Muslim, not
    comprehend?
  19. How
about the right of citizens of Israel to live in peace on their own
land, free from assault, attack and abduction, without a constant rain
of rockets & mortar shells?  It is not possible for Jews to
enjoy those rights in Israel while there are Muslims within rocket
range.  Israel will have no peace until their enemy is eliminated
from the region.  Falestinians do not have any rights that Jews do
not have. No matter what ‘rights’, privileges or prosperity you provide
to them, they need to exterminate the Jews.  That fatal fact will
not change until they quit believing in Allah or quit living. Nothing
can alter this objective factual reality. Malignant maundery does not
    cut the mustard.
  20. You can
not maintain what does not exist.  Peace and security can not be
maintained because they do not exist. Peace and security do not exist
    because Islam exists.
  21. They can only claim
their rights and dignity by breaking Allah’s yoke of slavery and
rejoining the human race. While they are Muslims, they are Allah’s
slaves, with no rights or dignity, they fight in Allah’s cause, killing
others and being killed. The “Arab spring” is not about rights and
dignity, it is about exchanging one tyrant for another.
Exchanging one tyrant for another is change without improvement.
  22. Three
years ago, we stupidly elected you. We are worse off for it.  I
    wrote in Alan Keyes.
  23. Democracy is mob
rule.  How is mob rule superior to any tyrant?  Tyranny of
the majority is still tyranny. Tunisia is still misruled by Muslims and
will remain so for the foreseeable future.  Improvement can only
    come with secular, limited government.
  24. A few demanded
universal rights, those with guns demanded Shari’ah. Guess who
prevailed.  Exchanging one tyrant for another is not an
improvement. The Arab spring is a flood of blood.
  25. They have no
freedom, they are Allah’s slaves. They have toppled one tyrant to
enthrone another, gaining nothing. The only improvement is a small
reduction in the number of Muslims in the world.
  26. “Change”
is an Obama campaign slogan. Change is not synonymous with
improvement.  The change they want is global conquest. Who gives a
damn how they accomplish that objective?  Ballot or bullet, its a
bad outcome!  Electing Obama changed things for the worse. Islamic
attacks and conquest change things for the worse. We need to roll back
    both of them.
  27. 33:36.
It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allâh and His Messenger have
    decreed a matter
that they should have any option in their
decision. And whoever disobeys Allâh and His Messenger, he has indeed
strayed in a plain error.    Moe ruled by decree, and he
is the exemplar for Muslims to emulate. 33:21.
Indeed in the Messenger of Allâh (Muhammad ) you have a good example to
follow for him who hopes in (the Meeting with) Allâh and the Last Day
and remembers Allâh much  Islamic law is what Moe said and did; so
    much for democracy in Islam.
  28. People
can not live in freedom when they are Allah’s slaves.  They need
to throw off Allah’s yoke and rejoin the human race.  Until they
do, everyone else is in danger from them, with neither peace nor
    security.
  29. What did you do
about it when the green revolt began?  You allowed it to be
suppressed.  What will you do when their next protest is
launched?  You will sit idly by and watch the suppression, just as
    you did last time.
  30. Peaceful transition to
what?  From one tyrant to another. Replacing one loaded diaper
with another is change without improvement.
  31. Free & fair,
such as where ballot boxes were stuffed in Alaska and New Black
Panthers swung batons at the entrance to a polling place?  Or “one
    man, one vote, one time”?
  32. Such as the rights
of women in Saudi Arabia? And the rights of Christians in Egypt,
    Nigeria, Pakistan and Indonesia?
  33. Free & fair, such as requiring two female
witnesses to match that of one male? Such as barring Christians from
    giving testimony?
  34. Elections, justice and rights are
not elements of peace. War is a function of greed, avarice, the lust
for power & Islamic doctrine. Peace is a function of the absence of
those evils.  At he height of its Empire building, Rome had an
elected senate, did that stop their conquest?  Hitler was elected,
    too.
  35. It
is the genocidal intention of Islam toward Jews.  The gates of
Paradise won’t swing open until they kill the last Jew. Get a clue from
    Sahih Bukhari 4.52.177.
  36. How much money have we given
them?  How much did they get from the UN & EU?  How much
did Arafat & his cronies bank?  You want them to be
independent? Then quit enabling their dependency. Cut off the flow of
    tribute.
  37. Two World Net Daily articles
contain vital information which is necessary to understand this crucial
    issue.

    * We have all been had!

    * Palestinian people do not exist

Here is a vital excerpt from the second article.

Way back on March 31, 1977, the Dutch newspaper
Trouw published an interview with Palestine Liberation Organization
executive committee member Zahir Muhsein. Here’s what he said:

    The Palestinian people
    does not exist.
The creation of a Palestinian state is only a
means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our
Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference
between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese
    . Only for
    political and
    tactical reasons
do we speak today about the existence of a
Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand
    that we
    posit the existence
of a distinct “Palestinian people” to oppose Zionism.

    For tactical reasons,
Jordan, which is a sovereign state with defined borders, cannot raise
claims to Haifa and Jaffa, while as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly
demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we
reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute
    to unite Palestine and Jordan.

  38. Islam demands
genocide & politicide; Israel demands the right to live in peace in
their own homeland. How do you hope to bridge that difference?
Islam demands total surrender from the start. No negotiation is
possible. Israel can not obtain peace without pushing the Muslims back
beyond rocket range.  The land belongs to Israel, was stolen in
638 & 1948. Israel won it back when the Muslims attacked again in
1967. There is no excuse for demanding that Israel yield that land.
  39. The goal is just peace: Israel alone,
secure in her own homeland without attack and the threat thereof.
  40. The goal can be reached
by removing Muslims from the region, inducing mass apostasy or ushering
them into Hell. There are no alternatives.
  41. Would you give half of Washington D.C. to
the Confederacy? Who would get the Capitol?  Who would get the
White House?  Exactly why in Hell should Israel give their enemies
one blessed centimeter of their homeland?  In 1948 King Hussein
seized half of Jerusalem, promising to all ow access. What really
happened?  How did Jewish tomb stones wind up in latrines?
Why were Jews completely excluded from the Temple Mount?  Exactly
why should Jerusalem revert to those conditions?  Exactly why
should Muslims be firing rockets and artillery from the Golan Heights
and the peaks of the Jordan Rift Valley?  The Muslims left the
land they were squatting on with assurances that Jews would be driven
into the sea so that the Muslims could hold the entire area. Their
genocide failed.  Why in Hell should Israel let them return with
    their brood, to try again?
  42. “Long live Israel.”
    || “From the river to the sea.”  How do you compromise with
genocide.  God  bless you, I want to know: exactly how in
Hell do you compromise with genocide. Answer this question in a
comment, please.  “Ok, just kill 4 million of us.” Great idea,
    right?
  43. They want to
achieve three things, reconquer Israel, merge the region into a
caliphate and conquer the rest of the world. No limits! What a great
    idea.
  44. Damned fools
and traitors assert that Falestinians have ‘legitimate aspirations’,
operating on the assumption that the hierarchy of needs we all learned
about in Psychology 101 applies to Muslims.  Unfortunately, it
does not. Lets get real.  Islam is not about live long and
prosper, it is about die fighting and get into the celestial
bordello.  Islam values Allah’s celestial bordello over this
    worldly life.

    9:111.
    Verily, Allâh has
purchased of the believers their lives and their properties
    ; for
the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allâh’s
Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed.
    It is a promise in
truth which is binding on Him in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel
(Gospel) and the Qur’ân. And who is truer to his covenant than Allâh?
Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the
    supreme success .

    9:38.
O you who believe! What is the matter with you, that when you are asked
to march forth in the Cause of Allâh (i.e. Jihâd) you cling heavily to
    the earth? Are you
pleased with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But
little is the enjoyment of the life of this world as compared with the
    Hereafter.

    47:36.
    The life of
this world is but play and pastime,
but if you believe (in the
Oneness of Allâh Islâmic Monotheism), and fear Allâh, and avoid evil,
He will grant you your wages, and will not ask you your wealth.

    8:28.
    And know that your
possessions and your children are but a trial
    and that surely
with Allâh is a mighty reward.

    34:37.
    And it is not your
wealth, nor your children that bring you nearer to Us
    (i.e.
pleases Allâh), but only he (will please Us) who believes (in the
    Islâmic Monotheism), and does righteous
deeds; as for such, there will be twofold reward for what they did, and
they will reside in the high dwellings
    (Paradise) in peace and
    security.

63:9. O you who believe! Let not your properties
or your children divert you from the remembrance of Allâh. And
whosoever does that, then they are the losers.

  45. The Oslo Accords
contain a provision requiring the cessation of inculcating hatred &
inciting violence.  Arafat never implemented that provision. No
Muslim ever will.  Like Lucy snatching the ball away from Charlie
Brown, the Muslims will never negotiate in good faith.
  46. Two states: Israel & Trans
Jordan. What happened in 1948?  What happened in 1967?  Can
    you get a clue?
  47. Ever heard of the
Maillot Massacre?  How about the murder of the Fogel family?
Then there was an anti-tank rocket fired at a school bus, killing one
boy and injuring the driver.  Israeli children will only live
peacefully and securely when the world is an Islam free zone.
  48. That kind of
blather induces incontinence. Barack Hussein Obama is merging his
Socialist agenda into the peace issue. When there is war or the threat
of war there is no peace.  When there are Muslims, there is no
peace.  Peace and Islam are polar opposites.  Peace is not a
function of prosperity, wealth, social justice, etc.  Peace is a
function of the extinction of predators, extraneous issues should not
    be conflated with peace.
  49. Pandora’s box is
open, the lid is lost and the demons are loose.
Proliferation happened and it can not be reversed. Anyone who trusts
Communists or Muslims who have nukes is a suicidal idiot.
  50. Once
again, the specter of International Socialism, aka. Communism raises
its ugly head and bares its fangs.  Obama is not satisfied with
wrecking the American economy, he wants to wreck the whole world and
    make us pay for it.
  51. Anthropomorphic climate change is a
proven fraud. That spew of malarkey from President Obama is a great
embarrassment to the nation who stupidly elected him three years
ago.  There is nothing more deleterious to our economy than his
cap and tax plan. The need for economic growth militates against that
    malicious policy.
  52. Freedom
of speech, such as Pakistan’s blasphemy law, which they are trying to
impose through the UN? . Freedom of religion such as Egyptian Copts are
experiences with assaults, murders and arson with impunity?
  53. Shari’ah prescribes the death penalty
    for homosexuality. Iran hangs Queers.
  54. In Islam. women are chattel;
men own them.  Exactly how do you hope to change that?

Obamination: Class Warfare; No growth, No Jobs, No Debt Reduction

Obamination: Class Warfare; No growth, No Jobs, No Debt
Reduction

President Obama continues to joust straw men and  play class
warfare tactics with the economy, deficit, debt, jobs and taxes. His
mocking denials are transparent;  the jig is up; it is time for
him to exit stage left. I have said it before and I will repeat it Resign!
Resign!! Resign!!!

Remarks by the President on Economic Growth and
Deficit Reduction

Rose
Garden

10:56 A.M. EDT

THE PRESIDENT:  Good morning, everybody.  Please have a seat.

A week ago today, I sent
Congress the American Jobs Act.  It’s a plan that will lead1 to new
jobs2 for
teachers, for construction workers, for veterans,
and for the unemployed3.
It will cut taxes4
for every small
business owner and virtually every5 working man and woman in
America.  And the proposals in this jobs bill are the kinds that
have been supported by Democrats and Republicans in the past.  So
there shouldn’t be any reason for Congress to drag its feet.  They
should pass it right away6.
I’m ready to sign a bill.  I’ve
got the pens all ready.

Now, as I said before,
Congress should pass this bill knowing that every proposal is fully
paid for7.
The American Jobs Act will not add to our nation’s
debt.  And today, I’m releasing a plan that details how to pay for
the jobs bill while also paying down our debt8
over time.

And this is important,
because the health of our economy depends in part on what we do right
now to create the conditions where businesses can hire9
and middle-class
families can feel a basic measure of economic security10.
But in
the long run, our prosperity also depends on our ability to pay down
the massive debt we’ve accumulated over the past decade in a way that
allows us to meet our responsibilities to each other and to the future.

During this past decade,
profligate spending in Washington11, tax cuts
for multi-millionaires and
billionaires12,
the cost of two wars13, and the recession turned a
record
surplus into a yawning deficit, and that left us with a big pile of
IOUs14.
If we don’t act, that burden will ultimately fall on our
children’s shoulders.  If we don’t act, the growing debt will
eventually crowd out everything else, preventing us from investing in
things like education, or sustaining programs like Medicare.

So Washington has to live
within its means15.
The government has to do what families across
this country have been doing for years.  We have to cut what we
can’t afford to pay for what really matters.  We need to invest16
in
what will promote hiring and economic growth now while still providing
the confidence that will come with a plan that reduces our deficits
over the long-term.

These principles were at the
heart of the deficit framework that I put forward in April.  It
was an approach to shrink the deficit as a share of the economy, but
not to do so so abruptly with spending cuts that would hamper growth or
prevent us from helping small businesses and middle-class families get
back on their feet.

It was an approach that said
we need to go through the budget line-by-line looking for waste,
without shortchanging education17 and basic scientific research and
road
construction18,
because those things are essential to our future.
And it was an approach that said we shouldn’t balance the budget on the
backs of the poor and the middle class19;
that for us to solve this
problem, everybody, including the wealthiest Americans and biggest
corporations20,
have to pay their fair share.
21

Now, during the debt ceiling
debate, I had hoped to negotiate a compromise with the Speaker of the
House that fulfilled these principles and achieved the $4 trillion in
deficit reduction that leaders in both parties have agreed we need — a
grand bargain that would have strengthened our economy, instead of
weakened it.  Unfortunately, the Speaker walked away from a
balanced package.  What we agreed to instead wasn’t all that
grand.  But it was a start — roughly $1 trillion in cuts to
domestic spending and defense spending.

Everyone knows we have to do
more, and a special joint committee of Congress is assigned to find
more deficit reduction. So, today, I’m laying out a set of specific
proposals to finish what we started this summer — proposals that live
up to the principles I’ve talked about from the beginning.  It’s a
plan that reduces our debt by more than $4 trillion, and achieves these
savings in a way that is fair — by asking everybody to do their part
so that no one has to bear too much of the burden on their own.

All told, this plan cuts $2
in spending for every dollar in new revenues.  In addition to the
$1 trillion in spending that we’ve already cut from the budget, our
plan makes additional spending cuts that need to happen if we’re to
solve this problem. We reform agricultural subsidies — subsidies that
a lot of times pay large farms for crops that they don’t grow.  We
make modest adjustments to federal retirement programs22.
We reduce
by tens of billions of dollars the tax money that goes to Fannie Mae
and Freddie Mac.  We also ask the largest financial firms —
companies saved by tax dollars during the financial crisis — to repay
the American people for every dime that we spent.  And we save an
additional $1 trillion as we end the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan23.

These savings are not only
counted as part of our plan, but as part of the budget plan24 that
nearly
every Republican on the House voted for.

Finally, this plan includes
structural reforms to reduce the cost of health care25
in programs like
Medicare and Medicaid.  Keep in mind we’ve already included a
number of reforms in the health care law, which will go a long way
towards controlling these costs.  But we’re going to have to do a
little more.  This plan reduces wasteful subsidies and erroneous
payments while changing some incentives that often lead to excessive
health care costs.  It makes prescriptions more affordable through
faster approval of generic drugs.  We’ll work with governors to
make Medicaid more efficient and more accountable.  And we’ll
change the way we pay for health care.  Instead of just paying for
procedures, providers will be paid more when they improve results —
and such steps will save money and improve care.

These changes are phased in
slowly to strengthen Medicare and Medicaid over time.  Because
while we do need to reduce health care costs, I’m not going to allow
that to be an excuse for turning Medicare into a voucher program that
leaves seniors at the mercy of the insurance industry.  And I’m
not going to stand for balancing the budget by denying or reducing
health care for poor children or those with disabilities.  So we
will reform Medicare and Medicaid, but we will not abandon the
fundamental commitment that this country has kept for generations.

And by the way, that includes
our commitment to Social Security.  I’ve said before, Social
Security is not the primary cause of our deficits, but it does face
long-term challenges as our country grows older.  And both parties
are going to need to work together on a separate track to strengthen
Social Security for our children and our grandchildren26.

So this is how we can reduce
spending:  by scouring the budget for every dime of waste and
inefficiency, by reforming government spending, and by making modest
adjustments to Medicare and Medicaid.  But all these reductions in
spending, by themselves, will not solve our fiscal problems.  We
can’t just cut our way out of this hole.  It’s going to take a
balanced approach.  If we’re going to make spending cuts — many
of which we wouldn’t make if we weren’t facing such large budget
deficits — then it’s only right that we ask everyone to pay their fair
share.

You know, last week, Speaker
of the House John Boehner gave a speech about the economy.  And to
his credit, he made the point that we can’t afford the kind of politics
that says it’s “my way or the highway.”  I was encouraged by
that.  Here’s the problem: In that same speech, he also came out
against any plan to cut the deficit that includes any additional
revenues whatsoever.  He said — I’m quoting him — there is “only
one option.”  And that option and only option relies entirely on
cuts.  That means slashing education, surrendering the research
necessary to keep America’s technological edge in the 21st century, and
allowing our critical public assets like highways and bridges and
airports to get worse.  It would cripple our competiveness and our
ability to win the jobs of the future.  And it would also mean
asking sacrifice of seniors and the middle class and the poor, while
asking nothing of the wealthiest Americans and biggest corporations.

So the Speaker says we can’t
have it “my way or the highway,” and then basically says, my way — or
the highway.  (Laughter.)  That’s not smart.  It’s not
right.  If we’re going to meet our responsibilities, we have to do
it together.

Now, I’m proposing real,
serious cuts in spending.  When you include the $1 trillion in
cuts I’ve already signed into law, these would be among the biggest
cuts in spending in our history. But they’ve got to be part of a larger
plan that’s balanced –- a plan that asks the most fortunate among us to
pay their fair share21, just like everybody
else.

And that’s why this plan
eliminates tax loopholes that primarily go to the wealthiest taxpayers
and biggest corporations –- tax breaks that small businesses and
middle-class families don’t get27.  And if tax
reform doesn’t get
done, this plan asks the wealthiest Americans to go back to paying the
same rates that they paid during the 1990s, before the Bush tax cuts.

I promise it’s not because
anybody looks forward to the prospects of raising taxes or paying more
taxes.  I don’t.  In fact, I’ve cut taxes for the middle
class and for small businesses, and through the American Jobs Act, we’d
cut taxes again to promote hiring and put more money into the pockets
of people.  But we can’t afford these special lower rates for the
wealthy -– rates, by the way, that were meant to be temporary.
Back when these first — these tax cuts, back in 2001, 2003, were being
talked about, they were talked about temporary measures.  We can’t
afford them when we’re running these big deficits.
28

Now, I am also ready to work
with Democrats and Republicans to reform our entire tax code29,
to get
rid of the decades of accumulated loopholes, special interest
carve-outs, and other tax expenditures that stack the deck against
small business owners and ordinary families who can’t afford Washington
lobbyists or fancy accountants.  Our tax code is more than 10,000
pages long. If you stack up all the volumes, they’re almost five feet
tall.  That means that how much you pay often depends less on what
you make and more on how well you can game the system, and that’s
especially true of the corporate tax code30.

We’ve got one of the highest
corporate tax rates in the world, but it’s riddled with exceptions and
special interest loopholes.  So some companies get out paying a
lot of taxes, while the rest of them end up having to foot the
bill.  And this makes our entire economy less competitive and our
country a less desirable place to do business.

That has to change.  Our
tax code shouldn’t give an advantage to companies with the
best-connected lobbyists31.  It should
give an advantage to
companies that invest in the United States of America and create jobs
in the United States of America.  And we can lower the corporate
rate if we get rid of all these special deals.

So I am ready, I am eager, to
work with Democrats and Republicans to reform the tax code to make it
simpler, make it fairer, and make America more competitive.  But
any reform plan will have to raise revenue32 to help close our
deficit.  That has to be part of the formula.  And any reform
should follow another simple principle:  Middle-class families
shouldn’t pay higher taxes than millionaires and billionaires33.
That’s pretty straightforward.  It’s hard to argue against
that.  Warren Buffett’s secretary shouldn’t pay a higher tax rate
than Warren Buffett.  There is no justification for it.

It is wrong that in the
United States of America, a teacher or a nurse or a construction worker
who earns $50,000 should pay higher tax rates than somebody pulling in
$50 million.  Anybody who says we can’t change the tax code to
correct that, anyone who has signed some pledge to protect every single
tax loophole so long as they live, they should be called out.
They should have to defend that unfairness — explain why somebody
who’s making  $50 million a year in the financial markets should
be paying 15 percent on their taxes, when a teacher making $50,000 a
year is paying more than that — paying a higher rate.  They ought
to have to answer for it.  And if they’re pledged to keep that
kind of unfairness in place, they should remember, the last time I
checked the only pledge that really matters is the pledge we take to
uphold the Constitution34.

Now, we’re already hearing
the usual defenders of these kinds of loopholes saying this is just
“class warfare.”  I reject the idea that asking a hedge fund
manager to pay the same tax rate as a plumber35
or a teacher is class
warfare.  I think it’s just the right the thing to do.  I
believe the American middle class, who’ve been pressured relentlessly
for decades, believe it’s time that they were fought for as hard36
as the
lobbyists and some lawmakers have fought to protect special treatment
for billionaires and big corporations.

Nobody wants to punish
success in America.  What’s great about this country is our belief
that anyone can make it and everybody should be able to try -– the idea
that any one of us can open a business or have an idea and make us
millionaires or billionaires.  This is the land of
opportunity.  That’s great.  All I’m saying is that those who
have done well, including me, should pay our fair share in taxes to
contribute to the nation that made our success possible.  We
shouldn’t get a better deal than ordinary families get.  And I
think most wealthy Americans would agree if they knew this would help
us grow the economy and deal with the debt that threatens our future.

It comes down to this:
We have to prioritize.  Both parties agree that we need to reduce
the deficit by the same amount — by $4 trillion.  So what choices
are we going to make to reach that goal?  Either we ask the
wealthiest Americans to pay their fair share in taxes, or we’re going
to have to ask seniors to pay more for Medicare.  We can’t afford
to do both.

Either we gut education and
medical research, or we’ve got to reform the tax code so that the most
profitable corporations have to give up tax loopholes that other
companies don’t get.  We can’t afford to do both.

This is not class
warfare.  It’s math.  (Laughter.)  The money is going to
have to come from someplace.  And if we’re not willing to ask
those who’ve done extraordinarily well to help America close the
deficit and we are trying to reach that same target of $4 trillion,
then the logic, the math says everybody else has to do a whole lot
more:  We’ve got to put the entire burden on the middle class and
the poor.  We’ve got to scale back on the investments that have
always helped our economy grow.  We’ve got to settle for
second-rate roads and second-rate bridges and second-rate airports, and
schools that are crumbling.

That’s unacceptable to
me.  That’s unacceptable to the American people.  And it will
not happen on my watch.  I will not support — I will not support
— any plan that puts all the burden for closing our deficit on
ordinary Americans.  And I will veto any bill that changes
benefits for those who rely on Medicare but does not raise serious
revenues by asking the wealthiest Americans or biggest corporations to
pay their fair share.  We are not going to have a one-sided deal
that hurts the folks who are most vulnerable.

None of the changes I’m
proposing are easy or politically convenient.  It’s always more
popular to promise the moon and leave the bill for after the next
election or the election after that.  That’s been true since our
founding.  George Washington grappled with this problem.  He
said, “Towards the payment of debts, there must be revenue; that to
have revenue there must be taxes; [and] no taxes can be devised which
are not more or less inconvenient and unpleasant.”  He understood
that dealing with the debt is — these are his words — “always a
choice of difficulties.”  But he also knew that public servants
weren’t elected to do what was easy; they weren’t elected to do what
was politically advantageous.  It’s our responsibility to put
country before party.  It’s our responsibility to do what’s right
for the future.

And that’s what this debate
is about.  It’s not about numbers on a ledger; it’s not about
figures on a spreadsheet.  It’s about the economic future of this
country, and it’s about whether we will do what it takes to create jobs
and growth and opportunity while facing up to the legacy of debt that
threatens everything we’ve built over generations.

And it’s also about
fairness.  It’s about whether we are, in fact, in this together,
and we’re looking out for one another.  We know what’s
right.  It’s time to do what’s right.
38

Thank you very much.
(Applause.)

  1. If the act will “lead to” new jobs, who
will follow? Where is the demand for the goods and services to be
produced by those new hires? Where is the money to pay their recruiting
costs,  wages, benefits & payroll taxes while waiting for
markets to develop?  How many jobs will this act lead to, and how
much will each of them cost the taxpayers?
  2. Have you considered restoring the old jobs
that were lost?  Millions would be happy to have their old jobs
    back.
  3. New Jobs: for unionized labor only; so
that their dues will flow into your campaign war chest.  When you
list beneficiaries, you are selecting winners– the favored few who
vote for you– and losers; that is not the proper role of
    government.
  4. How will you “pay for” those tax cuts?  How
large will they be: will they be enough to pay for one re-hire for each
    small business?
  5. Extraordinary claims call for extraordinary
proof. Prove that every small business will have its taxes
significantly cut. Prove that “virtually every working” man and woman
will have their taxes significantly cut. Show us the money!
  6. It could wait for months, then
for weeks until after your luxury vacation to Martha’s Vineyard but now
it seems to be an item of the utmost urgency. We are not so stupid; we
remember how you rushed through Obama
    Don’t Care
with such great urgency that they had to “pass it to
find out what’s in it”.  We want the House of Representatives to
deliberate carefully before killing this bill.
  7. A proposal is only “fully
paid for” if you have ready cash in your checking account; cash not
needed for operating expenses or already allocated to something else.
Taxes are dynamic, not static. There is no assurance that your tax
proposals will raise the anticipated revenue.

  8. If
you want to reduce the debt,. first quit borrowing, then start making
periodic payments on the principle instead of rolling over the
    debt.  Quit wasting borrowed money!
  9. Investment
in new hires requires surplus funds over and above anticipated
operating costs & inventory.  You can’t cut business taxes
enough to finance hiring.  Businesses require profits.  They
need increased sales and increased profit margins. Increased demand
must proceed  hiring.   Time bombs such as increased
costs and taxes associated with Obama
    Don’t Care

and new energy related regulations and taxes militate against
hiring.   If you want to create jobs, remove those artificial
    impediments immediately.

  10.  The
threat of unemployment is a major factor in economic insecurity and
lack of confidence but it is not the only factor.  Energy costs,
particularly motor fuel and heating oil are at the top of the list of
factors detrimental to consumer confidence because they raise the price
of everything.  When you can’t afford to fill your fuel tank, your
ability to get to and from work is jeopardized.  The remedy is
obvious: remove all federally imposed artificial barriers to domestic
    petroleum exploration, production, transportation and
refining.Increasing the supply and reducing the price of fuel is a
vital component without which no economic recovery plan can succeed.
  11. The
Democrat Party bears most of the blame for profligate spending; the
RINOs in Congress share that blame.  When Republican Presidents
succumbed to the blandishments of spending cuts in return for tax
increases, the spending cuts never materialized., they are always a
fond dream, just over the horizon.

  12. Tax
    cuts for multi-millionaires and
billionaires” waves the red flag of class warfare; the politics of
envy.  Besides being a threat and promise to strangle the golden
goose, these class warfare attacks are part of an escalating rabble
rousing campaign designed to foment riots and race war.  We
recognize what you are doing, and we find it beneath contempt.
Those with surplus funds, over and above their ordinary living
expenses, are the ones who invest, making hiring, innovation and new
products possible.  When their disposable income is reduced
through tax increases, investment will be the first casualty.
Consumption of luxury goods and services will be the second casualty,
resulting in decreased income and job loss for those involved in their
    production and distribution.

Mr. President, you are sowing envy, hatred & division when we need
unity more than ever. You are threatening reduced economic growth when
we need growth most.  Your policies are counter productive,
reducing instead of increasing hiring.  The time has come for you
    to resign.

  13. FDR’s Socialist agenda did not
pull us out of the Great Depression, do you have a clue what did?
The real estate bubble was the major factor in this depression. What
party was behind that artificial expansion?  What role did Barney
Frank & Chris Dodd play in it?  Who refused to reform Fannie
Mae & Freddy Mac?  How much cheaper would the counter attack
on Afghanistan have been if we had nuked that den of demon spawn?
How many American lives would have been saved?  How many
terrorists and tyrants would be having second thoughts about attacking
    us?
  14. When revenues declined, you
escalated spending. What did TARP, Stimulus & Porkulus
accomplish?  Where did that money go except to your cronies &
    contributors?
  15. No, damn
you!! Washington must live within our means!!! Everything Washington
gets comes out of our pockets! You are taxing us to death and ruining
us with artificially inflated energy prices.
  16.  Investment comes from
surplus. When there is no surplus, there can be no investment!
  17. Education is a state and local function,
    not federal.
  18. Have you ever heard about the
Highway Trust Fund?  Its purpose is federal highway construction
    and maintenance.
  19. There
you go again, rabble rousing with class envy.  Nobody is
suggesting “balancing the budget on the backs of the poor” except
    you.
  20. These
class warfare attacks must come to an end, preferably prior to January
    20, 2012.
  21. Define “fair share”; quantify
it. How much is fair? Justify your answer without appeal to emotion.
  22. Start with the benefit
packages received by the President & Congress.
  23. Those wars are
not won.  The lid will come off of Iraq when we leave, and Iran
will take over, with terrible consequences for the long term.  The
war in Afghanistan is lost so long as the population & government
remain Islamic.  Until there is no Islam there is no victory,
there is a loss and a total waste, your refusal to identify the enemy
and your suicidal rules of engagement are wasting American blood &
treasure. When our troops come home, you will find an alternative way
    to waste that money.
  24. Where is your 2011 budget?  Where
is your 1010 budget? When will you submit your 2012 budget?
  25. Really? Or are you
screwing care providers and calling it cost reduction?
  26. Translation: import more
Mexicans & Muslims in hopes that they will breed workers to pay
taxes to support us geezers. In reality, they will add to the welfare
    burden, not the tax coffers.
  27. Corporations do not pay taxes,
they pass them on to consumers. The middle class and poor will get
stuck with the knives you throw at the “biggest corporations”.
You are using us as human shields in your class warfare.
  28. What we can’t afford is your
spendthrift ways.  Shrub’s tax rate cuts brought in revenue, they
    did not reduce it. Everyone knows that you are playing class warfare;
divide & conquer and we won’t accept it.
  29.  How about the
Alternative Minimum Tax, which was designed to snag the rich and now
eviscerates the middle class? Your party refuses to fix that problem,
asserting that  “we can’t afford it”. The telephone tax was
supposed to be temporary. The income tax was supposed to be limited to
the millionaires. We all know how those promises turned out.
  30. Who wrote that complex code? Which party
ran Congress for 50 years, and held the chairmanship of the House Ways
    and Means Committee?
  31. Do you mean General
    Electric?
  32. Retarded members of your party
understand neither economics nor mathematics. Multiplication problems
have two inputs, not one. Revenues can be increased by broadening the
base more easily than by increasing the rate. Economic growth will
broaden the tax base. Raising rates reduces growth and narrows the tax
    base.
  33. Why
should anyone pay higher taxes?  Please answer that question
rationally, without appeal to emotion, particularly envy. Is Buffet
paying more in net taxes or less than his secretary?  Why should
    any income be taxed twice?
  34. Since
when do you give a damn about the Constitution? When you rammed through
your unconstitutional medical insurance mandate?  Kiss off,
    hypocrite!
  35. The capital gains rate
is lower because that money has already been taxed twice, once to a
corporation and once to the dividend earner.  If you want
corporations to be able to sell stock so that they can grow and hire
more workers, then you need to have a free flowing stock market.
Capital gains rates and rules dry up that flow, creating artificial
dams. Your class warfare policy is counterproductive.
  36. Fighting against the “wealthy”
is not fighting for the middle class, it is killing their jobs and
employment prospects.  Your class warfare tactics must be exposed
    and rejected.
  37. Do what is right, Mr.
President: resign. Take your Vice President, Secretary of State &
President of the Senate with you and elevate the Speaker of the House
to the office you are unqualified for and unworthy to hold.

The OIC Remembers the Victims of 9/11 on its 10th Anniversary

The OIC Remembers the Victims of 9/11 on its 10th Anniversary

The OIC did not condemn the Accursed Abomination, it celebrated it,
smirking & snickering at your gullibility.  Read between the
lines and between the words, scratch the surface and delve into Islam’s
canon to discover the unpleasant objective factual reality.

The OIC Remembers the Victims of 9/11on its 10th
Anniversary

Date: 11/09/2011 –

On
the 10th anniversary of 9/11 terrorist attacks, the Organization of the
Islamic Cooperation (OIC) joins the international community in
remembering the horrendous and cowardly act of terrorism
and the tragic
loss of thousands of innocent human lives. The OIC was among the first
in expressing shock and horror at the dastardly terrorist attack and in
condemning it in
the strongest terms1

The OIC seizes this
opportunity to reiterate its firm position of condemning terrorism
in
all its forms and manifestations and to underscore that terrorism is a
repugnant malady that seeks to destroy the fundamental ethos of
humanity. This principled position of the OIC against terrorism and
extremism is clearly stated in the OIC Ten Year Programme
of Action

adopted by the Heads of State and Government in 2005.2
The perpetrators of terror
have no respect
for human life or dignity3

and pursue an agenda of hate4
and destruction5.
They have no character, follow no faith
6
and live by a
dogma of violence
7. The OIC that is
guided by principles
of peace
and
tolerance
and moderation and modernization, is a major partner
of the
international, community in combating terrorism. In doing so, the OIC
Member States have themselves become the targets of terrorists and have
paid a heavy price in terms of human life and damage to property. The
OIC endeavors to combat
terrorism at its roots8
whatever its
possible
underpinnings, whether political, economic, social or technological.
This stand has been evidenced over the past decades through the
Organization’s endeavors to mobilize energies and efforts to fight
against terrorism. The OIC’s efforts were further strengthened with the
establishment of the Convention on Combating
Terrorism
in July 1999.
Perhaps, it is the only available Convention which defines terrorism9,
so far.

In its firm belief that
combating terrorism requires a multi dimensional approach and not only
the use of military means to guarantee sustainable peace, the OIC
attaches enormous importance to identifying and addressing the root
causes of conflicts and disputes
10.
Dealing with
conflict through
the
comprehensive approach obviously carries huge potential benefits.

In this regard, the OIC has
been vocal in calling for historical
reconciliation among
different
religions
, cultures, and civilizations
11, which would be seen as
catalyst
to debunk the myth of “clash of civilizations”12
elevated by the tragic
events of 9/11, which have, also, helped, unfortunately, the
Islamophobes to pursue with their discriminatory agenda towards Islam
and Muslims. It is worth mentioning that the OIC has always emphasized
that the international
community should act in the spirit of moderation
and dialogue to eliminate
all forms of hatred, intolerance and
discrimination
.13 The OIC
believes that the limits of
discrimination and
racism have already been defined by existing international human rights
instruments, including the consensually adopted HRC Resolution 16/18.
It is equally important to recall the need to observe the UNGA
Resolution 62/272
of September 5, 2008, which
negates the association
of Islam to terrorism
.14 The OIC,
in this regard, calls
for the
full
adherence
15
to these and other similar resolutions and
instruments.

While commending the
initiatives of the international community on combating terrorism, the
OIC reiterates its readiness to cooperate with any
credible initiative in addressing the root causes and
consequences of
terrorism
with a view to having a safer world free from the evil
faces
of terrorism for our future generations.

  1. This is all I could find: “After
the terrorist attacks on the 11th of September 2001, the OIC issued a
statement condemning the « brutal and criminal » acts, stating that
they are in contradiction wth the teachings of Islam. The
statementunderlined the need to distinguish the terrorism practised by
groups and individuals from the national resistance of peoples for
liberation from occupation and colonialism.”  Strongest possible
terms? “Allah” & “damn”  are missing. That condemnation falls
    far short.

  2. VI.      Combating terrorism

    1.            Emphasize the
    condemnation of
    terrorism
in all its forms, and reject any
    justification or rationalization
for it, consider it as a global
    phenomenon that is not
    connected with any religion
    , race, color, or
    country, and distinguish
it from the legitimate resistance to foreign
occupation, which does not sanction the killing of innocent civilians
    .

    2.            Introduce
comprehensive qualitative changes to national laws and legislations in
order to criminalize all terrorist practices as well as all practices
to support, finance, or instigate terrorism.

    3.            Affirm commitment to
the OIC Convention on Combating Terrorism
    , participate
actively in international counter-terrorism efforts, and endeavor to
implement the recommendations of the International Conference on
Combating Terrorism, held in Riyadh in February 2005, including the
establishment of an International Center for Combating Terrorism, as
well as the recommendations of the Special Meeting of OIC Foreign
Ministers on Terrorism, held in Kuala Lumpur in April 2002.

    4.            Support
efforts to develop an International Code of Conduct to Combat Terrorism
and to convene an international conference or a special session of the
UN General Assembly to reiterate the international consensus on
establishing a comprehensive strategy to combat this dangerous
    phenomenon.

  3. […]“I have been ordered
to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped
but Allah.’ And if they say so,
pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will
    be sacred to us
[…][Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387] Islam does not hold our
lives & property sacred until we become Muslims at sword point. It
is Islam that disrespects life &
    liberty
  4. 1:6. Guide us to the Straight Way

1:7. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned
    Your Anger
(such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray
    (such as the Christians).

2:161. Verily, those who disbelieve, and die
while they are disbelievers, it is they on whom is the Curse of Allâh and of
    the angels and of mankind,
    combined.

    2:162. They will abide therein
    (under the curse in Hell)
, their punishment will neither be
lightened, nor will they be reprieved.

    98:6.
    Verily, those who disbelieve
(in the religion of Islâm, the Qur’ân and Prophet Muhammad ()) from among the people of the
    Scripture
(Jews and Christians) and Al-Mushrikûn will abide in the Fire of Hell. They
    are the worst of creatures
    .

  5. 3:110. You
[true believers in Islâmic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet
Muhammad  and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you
enjoin Al-Ma’rûf (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism and all that Islâm has
ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that
Islâm has forbidden), and you believe in Allâh. And had the people of
the Scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better
for them; among them are some who have faith, but most of them are
Al-Fâsiqûn (disobedient to Allâh – and rebellious against Allâh’s
    Command).

3:111. They will do you no harm, barring a trifling annoyance; and if
they fight against you, they will show you their backs, and they will
    not be helped.

    3:112. Indignity is put over
    them
wherever they may be, except when under a covenant (of
protection) from Allâh, and from men; they have drawn on themselves the
    Wrath of Allâh, and destruction
    is put over them.
This is because they disbelieved in
the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.)
of Allâh and killed the Prophets without right. This is because they
disobeyed (Allâh) and used to transgress beyond bounds (in Allâh’s
    disobedience, crimes and sins).

59:2. He it is Who drove out the disbelievers
among the people of the Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Banî
An-Nadîr) from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think
that they would get out. And they thought that their fortresses would
defend them from Allâh! But Allâh’s (Torment) reached them from a place
whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own
dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then
take admonition, O you with eyes
    (to see).

  6. What did they say when they slit the
throats of the flight crews? “Allahhu Akbar”; “follow no faith”? What
sort of Muslim follows no faith?

  7. Bukhari
Ch 61 # 2756: …It is mentioned from Ibn ‘Umar from the Prophet, may
Allah bless him and grant him peace, “My provision has been placed
under the shadow of my spear, and abasement and humility have been
placed on the one who disobeys my command.

    2:216. Jihâd
(holy fighting in Allâh’s Cause) is ordained for you (Muslims)
though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is
good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allâh
knows but you do not know.

    8:39. And fight
    them until
there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism:
i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for
    Allâh Alone
[in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease
(worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer
    of what they do.

    9:29. Fight
    against those who
    (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last
Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His
Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e.
Islâm) among the people of the
    Scripture
(Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with
willing submission, and feel themselves subdued
    .

  8. Terrorism is rooted in the Qur’an &
sunnah.  To combat terrorism, it is necessary to abjure &
curse the following ayat & ahadith without any hesitation, evasion
or mental reservation whatsoever. No Muslim will abjure & curse
these verses because by so doing, he would sign his own death warrant.
I refer doubters & dissenters to Reliance of the Traveller, O8.1 & O8.7-7.

    3:151. We
    shall cast terror
into the hearts of those who disbelieve,
because they joined others in worship with Allâh, for which He had sent
no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of
    the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers).

    8:12.
(Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, “Verily, I am with you,
so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the
hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and
smite over all their fingers and toes
    .”

    8:57.
So if you gain the mastery
over them in war, punish them severely in order to disperse those who
    are behind them
, so that they may learn a lesson.

    8:60.
And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of
war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery, etc.) to threaten the enemy of Allâh
and your enemy, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom
Allâh does know. And whatever you shall spend in the Cause of Allâh
shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly.

    9:120.
It was not becoming of the people of Al-Madinah and the bedouins of the
neighbourhood to remain behind Allâh’s Messenger (Muhammad  when
fighting in Allâh’s Cause) and (it was not becoming of them) to prefer
their own lives to his life. That is because they suffer neither thirst
nor fatigue, nor hunger in the Cause of Allâh, nor they take any step to raise the
anger of disbelievers nor inflict any injury upon an enemy but is
written to their credit as a deed of righteousness.
    Surely,
Allâh wastes not the reward of the Muhsinûn

33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture
who backed them (the disbelievers) Allâh brought them down from their
    forts and cast terror
into their hearts, (so that) a
group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives
    .

33:27. And He caused you to inherit their lands, and their houses, and
their riches, and a land which you had not trodden (before). And Allâh
is Able to do all things.

    59:2.
He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the
Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Banî An-Nadîr) from their
homes at the first gathering. You did not think that they would get
out. And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from
Allâh! But Allâh’s (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they
expected it not, and He cast
    terror into their hearts
, so that they destroyed their own
dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers
    .
    Then take admonition, O you
    with eyes
    (to see).

    59:13. Verily, you
(believers in the Oneness of Allâh – Islâmic
    Monotheism) are more awful as
    a fear in their
(Jews of Banî An-Nadîr) breasts than Allâh.
That is because they are a people who comprehend
not (the Majesty and Power of Allâh).

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 7, Number 331:

    Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah:

The Prophet said, “I have been given five things which were not given
to any one else before me.

    1. Allah made me victorious by
    awe,
(by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one
    month’s journey.

    2. The earth has been made for me (and for my followers) a place for
praying and a thing to perform Tayammum, therefore anyone of my
followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due.

    3. The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful
    for anyone else before me.

    4. I have been given the right of intercession (on the Day of
    Resurrection).

    5. Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only but I have been
    sent to all mankind.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:

    Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been sent with the
shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with
    terror
(cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was
sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and
put in my hand.” Abu Huraira added: Allah’s Apostle has left the world
and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet
    did not benefit by them).

    33:21.
    Indeed in the Messenger of
    Allâh
(Muhammad ) you have a good example to follow for
him who hopes in (the Meeting with) Allâh and the Last Day and
    remembers Allâh much.

Moe is the Muslim role model; what did he do? How was he made
victorious?  There is the tap root of terrorism.

  9. OIC Convention on
    Combating Terrorism

“Terrorism” means any act of violence
    or threat thereof
    notwithstanding its motives or intentions
    perpetrated
    to carry out
an individual or collective criminal plan with the aim of terrorizing
    people
or threatening to harm them or imperiling their lives,
    honor,
freedoms, security or rights or exposing the environment or any
facility or public or private property to hazards or occupying or
seizing them, or endangering a national resource, or international
facilities, or threatening the stability, territorial integrity,
political unity or sovereignty of independent States

    This
paragraph from the convention’s preamble shows us exactly why the U.N.
is not able to define terrorism:  The OIC refuses to admit the
fact that the PLO, HAMAS & Hezbollah are terrorists.

Confirming the legitimacy of the right
of peoples to struggle against foreign occupation and colonialist and
    racist regimes by
all means, including armed struggle to liberate their territories and
attain their rights to self-determination and independence in
compliance with the purposes and principles of the Charter and
    resolutions of the United Nations

  10. The real cause
is Allah’s damnable jihad imperatives enshrined in Surah Al-Anfal &
    Surah At-Taubah.

  11. How is reconciliation possible
between Islam and Judaism?  “Worst of living creatures”, “those
who earned Allah’s wrath”, “fight those who”, “He would certainly keep
on sending against them (i.e. the Jews), till the Day of Resurrection,
those who would afflict them with a humiliating torment.”[7:167],
“The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and
the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. “O Muslim! There
is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him.””[Sahih Bukhari 4.52.177].
  12. The clash is between
civilization and barbarism represented by Islam.
  13. Start by eliminating
Islam, if you have any common sense.
  14. UNGA
    Resolution 62/272
    does not mention Islam
    or its association
    with terrorism
.  Other resolutions do, on the insistence of
    the OIC.

    10/22

      • 6 Expresses deep
concern in this respect that Islam is
        frequently and wrongly

        associated with human
        rights violations and terrorism
        and, in this
        regard, regrets the laws or

administrative measures specifically designed to control and monitor
        Muslim minorities, thereby

        stigmatizing them and legitimizing the discrimination they experience;

      • 7  Reaffirms the commitment of all States to the
        implementation, in an integrated

manner, of the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy,
adopted without a vote by the

        General Assembly in its resolution
        60/288
        of 8 September 2006 and
        reaffirmed by the Assembly

in its resolution 62/272 of 5 September 2008, in which it clearly
        reaffirms, inter alia, that

        terrorism cannot and
should not be associated with any religion, nationality, civilization
        or

        group, as well
        as
the need to reinforce the commitment of the international community to

promote, among other things, a culture of peace and respect for all
        religions, beliefs and cultures

        and to prevent the defamation of religions;

    • A/C.3/62/L.35
      • Further
        expresses its deep concern
that Islam is frequently and wrongly

        associated with human
        rights violations and terrorism
        ;
  15. Islam demands that it be shielded
from exposure; that we be prevented from lifting the lid of the septic
tank so that the world can see and smell Islam as it really is.  I
intend, whenever I see that demonic demand reiterated, to use it as an
occasion for lifting that lid.  Terrorism is an intrinsic
sacrament of Islam. This fatal fact is established by the numerous ayat
and two hadith which sanctify & exemplify terrorism.

Yes, the OIC remembers the accursed abomination,
with swelling pride & satisfaction at the havoc wrought by the
magnificent 19, who earned Brownie Points towards better seats in
Allah’s Celestial Bordello  by steps taken to injure & enrage
disbelievers ten years ago.  No, they do not condemn terrorism
because to do so would make them apostates, subject to execution.

Islam is a package deal: all or
nothing
. It is not possible to renounce terrorism without
renouncing Islam, which is why they won’t do it.  From this day
forward, you can ask any Muslim: “how did Allah make Muhammad
victorious?”. When he lies to you, you can cite Sahih Bukhari, 1.7.331:
Allah made me victorious by
awe,
(by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one
month’s journey. ” and 4.52.220: “I have been made victorious with
terror
(cast in the hearts of the enemy),”

From this day forward, when any Muslim asserts
falsely that terrorism is harram, you can cite the numerous ayat which
sanctify it, the best of which, although indirect, is 9:120, which
promises rewards for any step taken to injure or enrage
disbelievers.  8:27 & 59: 2 fit together hand in glove,
forming a congruent pattern which can not be denied.

  • punish them severely in
    order to disperse those who
    are behind them
, so that they may learn a lesson
  • Then take admonition, O
    you
    with eyes
    (to see).

Obamination: Accursed Abomination 9-11 Dissembled

The name of the occasion connects it with Obamination’s “hope and change” election campaign theme: Remarks by the President at “A Concert for Hope”. It seems that he never opens his mouth to speak without re-election being the foremost consideration.   Because of the extreme importance of this subject I will reproduce and respond only to the most infuriating clauses.

And the hopeful future for those girls is the ultimate rebuke to the hateful killers who took the life of their father.

ultimate rebuke to the hateful killers

If our elected leaders had the courage they blather about, we would have issued the ultimate rebuke: the total eradication of the damnable institution whose execrable doctrines mandated and motivated the Abomination.  We needed to say “You will meet God, who will send you to Hell; we will arrange the meeting.”

These past 10 years have shown America’s resolve to defend its citizens, and our way of life.

resolve to defend

If our elected leaders had the resolve to defend America, Afghanistan & Pakistan would be smoking craters and the surviving Islamic dominated nations would be on probation.  When stung by a wasp, you destroy the nest so that you will not be stung again. Islam is the nest.

Two million Americans have gone to war since 9/11. They have demonstrated that those who do us harm cannot hide from the reach of justice, anywhere in the world.

cannot hide from justice

It took a decade to get bin ladin, if we really got him. We could have finished him off at Tora Bora. We should have. But killing the General does not win the war. We must destroy the enemy’s will and capacity to wage war. Because our enemy is threatened with eternal damnation if they do not wage war and promised admission to Paradise if they do, they can not be defeated without destroying either their faith or their bodies.

There were two Barbary wars because we did not use enough force in the first. Take a clue from history.  There will be no more attacks when there are no more Muslims.  Until that happy day, there will be more attacks.

Too many will never come home.

never come home

Most of them will come home in boxes or on stretchers because of the suicidal rules of engagement imposed by Obamination.  All will return dead or disabled because Shrub sent men where he should have sent nukes.

But our strength is not measured in our ability to stay in these places; it comes from our commitment to leave those lands to free people and sovereign states, and our desire to move from a decade of war to a future of peace.

commitment to leave those lands to free people

Muslims are not free people, they are Allah’s slaves.  Allah’s slaves fight in his cause, global domination,  killing others and being killed.  They can only be free if you remove Allah’s yoke from their necks.  While the populations of Afghanistan & Iraq remain Muslim, our blood and treasure are wasted.  So long as their constitutions are founded on the Qur’an, we have not won, we have lost because they will return to status quo ante as sopn as we pull out.

future of peace

There can be no future of peace while Islam exists with sufficient numbers and wealth to wage war.  When you are told that you go to war and Paradise or sit at home and go to Hell, you go to war, if you are a believer.

Examine the jihad imperatives in 8:39 & 9:29.  Those are outcome oriented fight… until loops. Until resistance ceases and only Allah is worshiped on a global scale; until Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians are subjugated, humiliated & extorted.  Exactly what part of “jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal (Antichrist)” do you not comprehend?

Imam A;-Shafi’i has a clue for you: “The least that the imam must do is that he allow no year to pass without having organised a military expedition by himself, or by his raiding parties, according to the Muslims’ interest, so that the jihad will only be stopped in a year for a (reasonable) excuse.”

These 10 years have shown that we hold fast to our freedoms.

 hold fast to our freedoms

`When Rev. Terry Jones proposed to burn a Qur’an, how did you respond?  How did your top General and Secretaries of Defense and State respond? If you hold fast to our freedoms, why is your Department of State cooperating with the UN and the OIC to implement HRC Resolution 16/18, the purpose of which is to criminalize the publication of this blog post?

Yes, we’re more vigilant against those who threaten us, and there are inconveniences that come with our common defense.

vigilant against those who threaten us

While Muslims will use any disguise, any ruse to evade detection in their attacks, little old ladies who really are Christian citizens in wheel chairs  are not threats, we do not need to be vigilant against them.  Likewise little six year old girls, Christians and citizens like their parents, are not threats. Muslims are threats. Why do we let them fly?  Why do we allow them to enter and remain in this country?

Meanwhile, our open markets still provide innovators the chance to create and succeed, our citizens are still free to speak their minds, and our souls are enriched in churches and temples, our synagogues and our mosques.

souls are enriched in  mosques

You falsely imply that Islam is a spiritual religion, the functional equivalent of Christianity. It is not. Islam is universal malevolence. Islam was contrived for the personal emolument of its founder through  plunder, extortion & taxation.   Islamic benevolence & charity are strictly for Muslims. The Qur’an has a clue for you.

9:23. O you who believe! Take not for Auliyâ’ (supporters and helpers) your fathers and your brothers if they prefer disbelief to Belief. And whoever of you does so, then he is one of the Zâlimûn (wrong-doers, etc.).

We have not succumbed to suspicion, nor have we succumbed to mistrust.

not succumbed to suspicion, mistrust

Shrub consulted in the White House with Muslims who have since been convicted and sentenced for terrorism related offenses. One of them established the Muslim Chaplaincy program in our armed forces.

The Times Square Bomber, when asked by a Judge about his oath of citizenship, replied “I lied.”. The concept of al-Taqiyya makes trusting Muslims impossible. “Al-Bukhari recorded that Abu Ad-Darda’ said, “We smile in the face of some people although our hearts curse them.” Al-Bukhari said that Al-Hasan said, “The Tuqyah is allowed until the Day of Resurrection.” “[Tafsir Ibn Kathir]

The United States will never wage war against Islam or any other religion.

war against Islam or any other religion

Islam is not a religion, it is a Deen: way of life. In object oriented programming terminology, it is an object with properties and methods. Its religious property serves as a troop motivator by means of a carrot and stick. The carrot is  admission to Paradise, flowing with rivers of wine and populated with houris who grow new hymens after they are used by the Muslims. The stick is eternal damnation.

Islam’s economic method is jihad, which brings in revenue through plunder and extortion. Jihad is defined as “war against non-Muslims.” Jihad is undertaken on Islamic initiative, it is offensive, not defensive.  I have another clue for you, lest any doubt remain. Jihad is the original religion of Islam.

Jihad, agriculture & trade are alternative economic models. If Muslims abandon jihad, Allah will curse them.  When the Barbary Pirates sacked our shipping, Thomas Jefferson and  John Q. Adams inquired by what right they attacked us. The answer holds a clue for you.

The ambassador answered us that [the right] was founded on the Laws of the Prophet (Mohammed), that it was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have answered their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as prisoners, and that every Mussulman (or Muslim) who should be slain in battle was sure to go to heaven.[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_Barbary_War]

Islam declared and is prosecuting war against us. Our leaders are too stupid to reciprocate.

And they will know that nothing can break the will of a truly United States of America.  They will remember that we’ve overcome slavery and Civil War; we’ve overcome bread lines and fascism and recession and riots, and communism and, yes, terrorism.  They will be reminded that we are not perfect, but our democracy is durable, and that democracy –- reflecting, as it does, the imperfections of man -– also give us the opportunity to perfect our union.  That is what we honor on days of national commemoration –- those aspects of the American experience that are enduring, and the determination to move forward as one people.

nothing can break the will

What will? Ho Chi Minh wore us down in a decade, serving as an example for Islam. We are leaving Iraq with a Muslim population and Islamic law. Every life, limb and dollar spent there has been wasted.

overcome terrorism

Yeah, right. Rumor has it that three terrorists are planning to attack us with truck bombs this weekend. We have not overcome.

our democracy is durable

Democracies are prone to mob rule, to converting government to an agent of plunder. Our wise founders gave us a republic,  with a strict constitution to prevent those evils to which democracies succumb.

perfect our union

If ever there was an occasion for refraining from campaigning for re-election, this was it. But Obama could not restrain himself, he is obsessive in his promotion of the Socialist agenda.

With a just God as our guide, let us honor those who have been lost, let us rededicate ourselves to the ideals that define our nation, and let us look to the future with hearts full of hope.

the ideals that define our nation

The ideals defining our nation are the rights of man, dignity, equality & self-government constrained by the constitution. Socialism, Fascism, Crony Capitalism, multiculturalism and tolerance of evil are not our national ideals.

Comment on forgetting 9-11

An anonymous comment on my post dissecting 22 damned lies in Obamination’s weekend address about the anniversary of the Accursed Abomination exposes several significant fallacious memes which must be refuted.  I will refute them one by one, out of sequence for maximal clarity.

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post “Obamination: Forgetting the Abomination-9-11“:

If the American know about the suffering of the Palestinian refugees in their daily life , which all originates from their exodus since 1948 and replacing the Jewish settlers instead. When we revise the US successful administrations’ attitudes to the side of Israel one can easily detect the reasons of Palestinians’ anguish which will reasonably lead to some wrong judgements towards America among masses , but educated people know very well that this is wrong ,we know that those who helped every nation when a natural disaster happens wouldn’t accept this enormous burden of oppression upon our people .We know very well too, that Israel and Zionism could benefit cunningly from the aftermath of the 9/11 disaster .So while their powerful media ignore those muslims who died in that tragic incident, they insist to refer to any criminal all over the world with “A MUSLIM” if his religion was Islam and forge in the American mind that Islam, it’s God it’s prophet and it’s holy book all call for violence, thus the image of 1.5 billion Muslims becomes a criminal prototype one.Isn’t it more than enough ,when the death toll is more than 2 million Iraqis, around one million Afghans ,about 8 thousand US troops and the triple of wounded and dis tarted. ,THE MAIN CAUSES OF THESE WARS COME FROM THE ISRAELI OCCUPATION OF PALESTINE , Just once let the US govt try to give the rights to Palestinians, to stop the vito in the security council .See how the response is different, the Libyan example is still fresh!!!

Falestine

When indigenous Israelis rose up in legitimate rebellion against illegal occupation by Rome, Rome suppressed the rebellion and imposed a new name on the province, naming it after the Philistines as an insult to the Jews.  A linguistic corruption of that name stuck and was adopted by historians.

When Moe created his war cult, he did not create it out of the whole cloth, instead he wove in bits and pieces of Jewish & Christian scripture and apocrypha in hopes of deceiving the local Jews & Christians so as to convert them to his war cult by fraud.  Many Jews recognized the dirty trick and laughed Moe to scorn.  Angry at being recognized as a fraud and rejected, Moe turned his wrath on the Jews.

Moe raided the local Jewish settlements in and around Yathrib and set his sights on a regional and global scale. Examine the evidence.

  • Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 53, Number 392:

    Narrated Abu Huraira:

While we were in the Mosque, the Prophet came out and said, “Let us go to the Jews” We went out till we reached Bait-ul-Midras. He said to them, “If you embrace Islam, you will be safe. You should know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle, and I want to expel you from this land. So, if anyone amongst you owns some property, he is permitted to sell it, otherwise you should know that the Earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle.”

  • Sunan Abu Dawud 14.2477
    Narrated Ibn Hawalah:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: It will turn out that you will be armed troops, one is Syria, one in the Yemen and one in Iraq. Ibn Hawalah said: Choose for me, Apostle of Allah, if I reach that time. He replied: Go to Syria, for it is Allah’s chosen land, to which his best servants will be gathered but if you are unwilling, go to your Yemen, and draw water from your tanks, for Allah has on my account taken special charge of Syria and its people.

  • Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 7, Number 331:
    Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah:
The Prophet said, “I have been given five things which were not given to any one else before me.
    1. Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month’s journey.
    2. The earth has been made for me (and for my followers) a place for praying and a thing to perform Tayammum, therefore anyone of my followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due.
    3. The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful for anyone else before me.
    4. I have been given the right of intercession (on the Day of Resurrection).
    5. Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only but I have been sent to all mankind.
  • Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 53, Number 386:
    Narrated Jubair bin Haiya:
‘Umar sent the Muslims to the great countries to fight the pagans.[…] Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:– “Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become your master.”[…]

In Bukhari 4.53.392, we learn that Moe invited the Jews to Islam, and declared his intention to expel them if they rejected it. Note his declaration that he owns the earth. His arrogant narcissism is confirmed in Bukhari 1.7.331-2 & 5. The scope of his conquest is global.  Note the confirmation of this fact in the Qur’an translations of Abdullah Yusuf Ali and Hilali & Khan. [8:39]

  • And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in God altogether and everywhere; but if they cease, verily God doth see all that they do.
  • And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allah) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allah Alone [in the whole of the world]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allah), then certainly, Allah is All-Seer of what they do.

Surah Al-Anfal 8:39, cited above, tells Muslims to wage war against pagans until resistance ceases and only Allah is worshiped on a global scale. Another ayeh is more directly related to the present cases, examine it closely.

  • 9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

J.M. Rodwell’s translation of this ayeh is crystal clear and bears a striking resemblance to its codification in Reliance of the Traveller.

  • 9:29. Make war upon such of those to whom the Scriptures have been given as believe not in God, or in the last day, and who forbid not that which God and His Apostle have forbidden, and who profess not the profession of the truth, until they pay tribute out of hand, and they be humbled.
  • O9.8: The Objectives of Jihad

The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,[…]

Abu Dawud 14.77 informed us that Allah took special charge of the Levant on Moe’s account and Moe set its conquest as priority number one.  In Bulhari 4.53.386, we learned that caliph Umar sent the Muslims to the great countries to fight.  We also saw confirmation of the Jihad imperative.  One of the areas Umar conquered was the Roman Province of Syria, in 638.

Jews & Christians are indigenous to the Levant, Arabs are not. They invaded, conquered and illegally occupied the Levant in 638 because of Moe’s passionate hatred of the Jews.  Muslim Arabs are the invaders, interlopers & illegal occupiers of Eretz Yisroel and oppressors of indigenous Jews & Christians.

The Ottoman Empire fought on the losing side of WW1 and lost the Levant. Great Britain was given a League of Nations Mandate to create a national home for the Jews in the territory which has been stolen from them in 638 by caliph Umar.  The Brits reneged on the promise of the Balfour Doctrine, giving most of the Levant to Trans-Jordan and suppressing the return of the Jews.  After WW2, Israel overthrew the last of her conquerors and restored their national identity.

In 1948, the Arab League invaded Israel, with undisguised genocidal intent. They told the local interlopers & occupiers to leave, clearing the way for genocidal conquest.  But Allah, being an impotent idol, failed to give them the promised victory.  The Muslims who left Israel were not accepted by their Arab brethren, who preferred to keep them stateless and homeless, as a festering sore, political token and cannon fodder.

In 1967, they tried again. Allah, still an impotent idol, again failed to give them the victory they had been promised and they lost Judea & Samaria which they had seized illegally in 1948.

The Muslim narrative tells us that Falestinians are indigenous to the Levant. It tells us that they have a right to a state of their own. Unlike Israel, they never had a state of their own on that land.  If you claim otherwise, reply in a comment to each of the following questions.

  1. What was the name of the Falestinian state?
  2. When was it established?
  3. When and by whom was it abolished?
  4. What was its language?
  5. What was its culture?
  6. What was its currency?
  7. Who was its last Falestinian ruler?
  8. Where was its capitol?

Nobody can give truthful answers to those questions because the Falestinian narrative is malignant malarkey, a complete fabrication of falsehood.

Falestinians

Palestinian people do not exist

July 11, ’02, Joseph Farah published under that title, in World Net Daily,  a revelation of truth difficult for many to accept. He lifted the wool, exposing the fraud perpetrated by the propagandists.   One quote in that article stands out above the rest for  the clarity of its revelation.

The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct “Palestinian people” to oppose Zionism. …[Zahir Muhsein, P.L.O. Executive Cmte.]

Moral men can not, apprised of this fatal fact, remain silent. We must expose it to the eyes and ears of the world.  There is a foundation under the big lie,  seldom exposed to view.

suffering

Such suffering as the Falestinians endure is either self-imposed or imposed by their Muslim brethren for political gain.  If they were not constantly attacking Israel, there would be no security measures.  You could have had a state of your own in ’48, but you opted for genocide instead. You lost, suffer the consequences in silence. Shut up already, we’ve endured enough of your caterwauling.

Israel and Zionism could benefit

Blood libel! “Jews perpetrated 9-11” in order to put the onus on Islam.  Unfortunately for you, we know the truth. Usama bin Ladin threatened us twice, in writing.  After the attack, he bragged about it on video tape. Mohammad Atta left behind a copy of his final instructions to the attackers.

Confession

In response to a nine count bill of indictment, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four companions uttered and published a damning confession, which I quote.  May the Almighty Creator bring down upon them immediate death and eternal damnation!

[…]With regards to these nine accusations that you are putting us on trial for; to us, they are not
accusations. To us they are badges of honor, which we carry with pride. Many thanks to God, for his
kind gesture, and choosing us to perform the act of Jihad for his cause and to defend Islam and Muslims.
Therefore, killing you and fighting you, destroying you and terrorizing you, responding back to your
attacks, are all considered to be great legitimate duty in our religion. These actions are our offerings to
God. In addition, it is the imposed reality on Muslims in Palestine, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Iraq, in the
land of the two holy sites [Mecca and Medina, Saudi Arabia], and in the rest ofthe world, where
Muslims are suffering from your brutality, terrorism, killing ofthe innocent, and occupying their lands
and their holy sites. Nevertheless, it would have been the greatest religious duty to fight you over your
infidelity. However, today, we fight you over defending Muslims, their land, their holy sites, and their
religion as a whole.[…]

K.S.M & co. did it, and they are proud of their work. They consider waging war against infidelity to be a religious obligation, as stated in Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, Chapter 9.1.

Muslim = criminal

Do you emulate Muhammad, as you are commanded to do?

  • 3:132. And obey Allâh and the Messenger (Muhammad ) that you may obtain mercy.
  • 33:21. Indeed in the Messenger of Allâh (Muhammad ) you have a good example to follow for him who hopes in (the Meeting with) Allâh and the Last Day and remembers Allâh much.

How did Muhammad gain his income?

Don’t try to tell me that Muhammad got his living by hunting wild game because the next clause is entirely unrelated to hunting, it refers to men who don’t do what Muhammad told them to do. Lets see exactly how Moe got his income; was it or was it not through organized crime?

  • 8:1. They ask you (O Muhammad ) about the spoils of war. Say: “The spoils are for Allâh and the Messenger.” So fear Allâh and adjust all matters of difference among you, and obey Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad ), if you are believers.
  • 8:41. And know that whatever of war-booty that you may gain, verily one-fifth (1/5th) of it is assigned to Allâh, and to the Messenger, and to the near relatives [of the Messenger (Muhammad )], (and also) the orphans, Al-Masâkin (the poor) and the wayfarer, if you have believed in Allâh and in that which We sent down to Our slave (Muhammad ) on the Day of criterion (between right and wrong), the Day when the two forces met (the battle of Badr) – And Allâh is Able to do all things.
  • 33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.
33:27. And He caused you to inherit their lands, and their houses, and their riches, and a land which you had not trodden (before). And Allâh is Able to do all things.
  • 8:67. It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allâh desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.
  • 3. The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful for anyone else before me.
  • Sahih Muslim Book 019, Number 4327:
The spoils of war were not made lawful for any people before us, This is because Allah saw our weakness and humility and made them lawful for us.

extortion

Moe dictated and dispatched extortion letters. Here is a relevant sample, there are more where this came from.

  • LETTER TO THE CHIEFS OF AQABA

In the name of ALLAH the compassionate, the Merciful

    From Muhammad, Prophet of Allah

    To the People of Aqaba

May peace be on you. I praise Allah who is one and except whom there is nobody else to be worshipped.

I do not intend to wage war against you till you receive my written reason for it. It is better for you, either to accept Islam or agree to pay Jiziya and consent to remain obedient to Allah, His prophet and his messengers. My messengers deserve honour. Treat them with respect. Whatever pleases my messengers, will also please me.

These people have been informed of the orders about Jiziya. If you desire that there should be peace and security in the world, obey Allah and His Prophet. Thereafter none in Arabia and Ajam (Iran) shall dare cast an evil eye on you. But the rights of Allah and His Prophet can at no time be waived.

If you do not accept these terms and set them aside, I do not need your presents and gifts. In that case, I shall have to wage war (to establish peace and security). Its result would be that the big ones shall be killed in war and the commoners shall be taken prisoners.

I assure you that I am a true Prophet of Allah. I believe in Allah, and His Books, and His Prophets and am of the faith that Maseeh (Messiah) son of Mariam (Mary), is a Prophet of Allah and His word.

Hurmala (Raziallah AnhoA.) who brought to me 3 wasaq (about 6 quintals) of barley, recommended your case. Had it not been in compliance of the command of Allah and the good opinion of Hurmala for you, it would not have been necessary for me to correspond with you and instead of it, there would have been a war. If you will obey my messengers, you shall immediately have my support and the help and support of everyone who is attached to me.

My messengers are Shuraih-beel, Obaiy, Hurmala and Hurais (Raziallah AnhoA.) and whatever decision they take in respect of you, shall be acceptable to me.

Your people are under the protection and responsibility of Allah and His Prophet.

Supply provisions to the Jews of Maqna, for their journey to their country.

If you accept obedience, may peace be on you.’

    Seal: Allah’s Prophet Muhammad .

Islam, it’s God it’s prophet and it’s holy book all call for violence,

Whatever gave anyone that impression?  I showed you the two main jihad imperatives. I showed you ahadith which confirm  them. I showed you one provision of Islamic law that codifies  one of them.

death toll

The estimated death toll of Islam in the last 1389 years is 270*106 ; that is more than sufficient.

MAIN CAUSES

What did Allah say? What did Moe do?  Between 1779 and 1815, the Barbary Pirates sacked our shipping, stealing vessels and cargo, killing and enslaving the crews.  Which Arab land were we occupying? Israel was not more than a gleam in a Zionist’s eye.  What excuse do you have?  Thomas Jefferson & J.Q. Adams asked, and the answer they received is most revealing. Compare it to the quote in Bukhari 4.53.386 cited above.

  • The ambassador answered us that [the right] was founded on the Laws of the Prophet (Mohammed), that it was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have answered their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as prisoners, and that every Mussulman (or Muslim) who should be slain in battle was sure to go to heaven.[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_Barbary_War]

give the rights to Palestinians

  • 44:28. Thus (it was)! And We made other people inherit them (i.e. We made the Children of Israel to inherit the kingdom of Egypt).

Why should we give to barbarian plunderers, Hellbent on genocide, that which belongs to Israel?  The entire Falestinian narrative is a lie, told by liars, there is no basis in scripture, history, law or morality for acting on it.

Libyan example

The traitor in the White House intervened in a factional dispute between our enemies, benefiting no one. His treason will not stop jihad. Another traitor, Slick Willy, aided the Muslim conquerors of Bosnea, his treachery has not stopped Bosnian Muslims from commiting terror attacks against us.

Islam violates human rights

The founders of this great nation declared, seized and maintained rights, given by the Almighty Creator.

  • life
  • liberty
  • pursuit of happiness
  • property
  • dignity
  • equality

If we are to preserve and maintain those rights, we absolutely must eliminate Islam from the face of the earth because Islam is perpetual war.

  • […]And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and […]
  • […]”Whoever says, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have.”

Our lives and property are not sacred to Muslims and we have no rights until we become like them.   8:39 & 9:29 are fight…until loops; outcome oriented imperatives. Sunan Abu Dawud Book 14, Number 2526 informs us that “jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal (Antichrist).”.

Jihad is “ordained for” Muslims. It is waging war against non-Muslims, and  a communal obligation,” meaning upon the Muslims each year.[Reliance 09.0, 9.1)  Jihad is their “original religion”.  Agriculture & trade are undesirable alternatives to jihad as a means of subsistence, incurring Allah’s curse.

  • Sunan Abu Dawud Book 23, Number 3455:

    Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:

I heard the Apostle of Allah, (peace_be_upon_him) say: When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.

If any Kufar can know these fatal facts and still respect or tolerate Islam, please write a comment explaining how that is possible.  If you are a Muslim, believing Moe to be al-Insān al-Kāmil, the perfect role model for you to emulate, how can you live with this knowledge?  How can you worship a man who commited genocideHow can you worship a man who raided Jewish settlements, took women captive, raped them and allowed his army to rape them?  How can you accept as divine the ‘revelations’ of a man who received them while suffering epileptic seizures and doing nikah with his child bride?  How can you accept as divine, situational scripture revealed to give sanction to Moe’s carnal urges?  If you can know these fatal facts and remain a Muslim, please write a comment and explain how it is possible.
