Irrationality reared its ugly head at Blogocracy.

Initially, Rodan opined that Islam should be banned because “It is not only Muslim immigrants that are a threat.”. Subsequently, he retracts hes call for banning Islam on the basis of a reader comment from Lance.  Lance argued that banning Islam would lead to banning Christianity.

I will take on Rodan first. Involvement by native converts and Muslims born here is irrelevant to the question of whether Islam should be banned.  Islam should be banned or tolerated based on its mission, doctrines and practices, not the identity of its adherents.

Lance’s argument that banning Islam implies banning religions is illogical because there is good cause for banning Islam. Unlike Judiasm & Christianity, Islam has a mercenary mission and militant methods. It issues a mandatory license to kill, enslave, rape, pillage & plunder.  Jihad is “ordained for Muslims”. That means Jihad is mandatory, not optional. Jihad is their “original religion“, abandoning it in favor of productive pursuits subjects them to a curse from Allah.The Bible neither issues an open license to kill nor threatens adherents with Hellfire for failing to engage in offensive conquest.

Islam’s mercenary mission, evident in 8:1, 8:41, 8:67 & 48:20,  its mandate to global conquest in 8:39, 9:29 & 9:123, its mandate to cast terror in 8:12 and its mandate to genocide in 8:67 & 47:4 make Islam absolutely intolerable.  Those Qur’an verses have no functional equivalent in the Bible.

The free exercise clause prevents Congress from passing laws abridging the free exercise of religion. Jihad, terrorism & genocide are intrinsic sacraments of Islam; they can not be prohibited by law unless the first amendment is reinterpreted or amended. Islam is inseverable; Jihad can not be separated from Iman, Salat & Zakat.

It is true that many Muslims fled to America and Europe to escape from prosecution by the “hypocrites” whose tyrannical regimes they sought to overthrow and supplant with their own corrupt theocracy.  That does nothing to change the fact that Islam is a war cult which wears a thin veil of religion as a camouflage and troop motivator.

Memorial Project still helping the hijacker fix his disguise After denying for 4 years that the Crescent of Embrace memorial to Flight 93 will contain 44 inscribed memorial panels (equaling the number of passengers, crew, AND terrorists) the Memorial Project has announced a new design that appears to collapse three of the panels into one: Artist’s depiction of the slightly altered design for the Sacred Ground Plaza. [If you are a newcomer, the Plaza sits in the position of the star on architect Paul Murdoch’s giant Islamic crescent and star flag. They call the giant crescent a broken circle now, but the unbroken part of the circle–what symbolically remains standing in the wake of 9/11–is completely unchanged. It is still a giant Islamic-shaped crescent, still pointing to Mecca.] The focus of the Plaza is the two part Memorial Wall that follows the path of Flight 93 down to the crash site. As before, the lower section of wall contains 40 memorial panels, inscribed with the names of the 40 heroes. Instead of being small translucent panels set into the wall, they will now be 8 foot tall slabs. Nice. The symbolically significant change is in the separate upper section of Memorial Wall that will be inscribed with the 9/11 date. In the original design, this separate upper section of wall contained three additional inscribed memorial panels: Elevation view from original Sacred Ground Plaza design PDF. The wall on the left is designated: “WALL WITH INSCRIBED NAMES ON FOLDED BAND OF TRANSLUCENT MARBLE.” The opening between the two sections of wall is marked “TRAIL,” and the wall on the right is designated: “WALL WITH INSCRIBED DATE.” The three translucent panels inscribed with the 9/11 date were a problem because further up the flight path, at the upper crescent tip (where Flight 93 symbolically breaks the circle, turning it into the giant Islamic shaped crescent), sits one more inscribed translucent memorial panel: At the end of the Entry Portal Walkway sits a huge glass panel that dedicates the entire site. In the original design, this brought the total number of inscribed translucent memorial panels on the flight path to 44, with the number of “extra” blocks matching the number of Islamic hijackers on Flight 93. The enabling legislation for the Flight 93 Memorial specifically bars the Park Service from memorializing the enemy, but architect Paul Murdoch has other ideas. He doesn’t just include them in some kind of can’t-we-all-just-get-along multiculturalist fantasy. He depicts them as triumphant warriors, placing the capstone of his terrorist memorializing block count at the exact point where, in Murdoch’s description, the terrorists’ circle-breaking, crescent-creating feat is achieved. They explode through our peaceful circle, then die along with their victims. The capstone block commemorating this glorious martyrdom will be inscribed: “A field of honor forever.” The Memorial Project is okay with all of this, but thanks to our blogbursts, too many people OUTSIDE of the Project also know about the terrorist memorializing block count, so they decided to fix up architect Paul Murdoch’s disguise, telling a caller two years ago that they were going to turn the three panels with the 9/11 date into one large panel. That would change the memorial block count from 44 to 42. Here is Mountain Goat’s report on that 2007 phone call:

The gentleman did add, that the translucent blocks are actually white marble, and that the one with Sept. 11 inscribed on it will be one block, although it will be roughly the length three of the other blocks would have been.

This seems to be the change that is depicted in the new design image, though we will have to see the construction drawings to be sure. (An FOIA request for the recently completed construction drawings was submitted to the Park Service earlier this month.) Primping Murdoch’s disguise does not stop his terrorist-memorializing plot, but only helps him to get away with itThe Park Service assumes that the 44 blocks were a coincidence and that by eliminating the coincidence it has eliminated the problem, but the 44 blocks were not a coincidence and changing the number of blocks to 42 does nothing alter the terrorist memorializing intent. Also, because the Park Service has been trying NOT to see Murdoch is up to, they left other terrorist memorializing features of the inscribed panels completely intact. Notice, for instance, that the separate upper section of memorial wall, inscribed with the 9/11 date, is centered on the centerline of the giant crescent: The trail that divides the Memorial Wall into two parts is marked in purple. The section of wall with the 9/11 date is marked in aqua. You can see just by looking that the upper section of wall is centered on the center line of the crescent. That is the exact position of the star on an Islamic crescent and star flag. Thus the 9/11 date goes to the star on the Islamic flag. The date goes to the terrorists. Changing the number of panels used to inscribe the 9/11 date does nothing to alter this terrorist memorializing feature. Not that Murdoch really cares whether the Park Service executes his design with proper Islamic precision. To Murdoch, it is the plan that mattersMurdoch made clear from the beginning that it is the plan that matters, not whether the memorial is actually built exactly to his specifications. We can tell that he fully expected at least one of his terrorist memorializing features to be caught and stopped because he left provision for his “mistake” to be easily corrected. This was the so called “40 Memorial Groves.” There were supposed to be one for each of the 40 infidel heroes, but Murdoch’s site-plan only shows 38 groves: Why 38? Try to figure it out for yourself, then look here. As usual, Murdoch provides multiply redundant proof of intent, once you figure out what he is up to. Notice that Murdoch left room for two more Memorial Groves, one at each end. But just as the 38 Groves “mistake” is easy to fix, it will also be easy to un-fix it later. Indeed, failure to follow Murdoch’s exact design is not a bug. It is a feature. Islamic fundamentalists have been citing control of the al-Aqsa mosque as a grounds for waging war against Israel since the founding of the modern Jewish state. If we fail to be true to the glorious design of Murdoch’s terrorist memorial mosque, that will just be one more reason for Murdoch’s co-religionists to conquer The Great Satan, so that this death-penalty insult can first be avenged (“It is not for any prophet to have captives until he hath made slaughter in the land” 8.67), then corrected. Murdoch has not admitted to being Muslim (never mind a fundamentalist Muslim), but he HAS demonstrably designed an al Qaeda sympathizing memorial to Flight 93, all according to the established principles of proper mosque design (chapter 5), so there is no doubt of his ambition. Anyone who tries to sneak an al Qaeda memorial onto the Flight 93 crash site IS al Qaeda. In 2005, the Park Service helped Murdoch hide his giant crescent by calling it a broken circle instead (as Murdoch had described it all along). Now the Park Service is helping to disguise yet another of Murdoch’s terrorist memorializing design features, but without even acknowledging this time that the changes are in response to anything troublesome about the original design. So tell us Park Service: if there never were 44 memorial panels on the flight path, as you have been telling the press for almost four years, why did you change the number of panels? Inter Religious Idiocy

The Foundation for Ethnic Understanding sponsored a conference of Rabbis & Imams to promote ethnic understanding.  At the end of the four days of meetings, including visits to New York City and Washington D.C. ,  a joint statement was issued. Selected excerpts are reproduced below. [Emphasis added.]

• We should explore together the commonalities in our faiths and traditions. We affirm here that we respect the sanctity of each other’s houses of worship and will stand together in case of an assault on either a mosque or a synagogue. We also stand in solidarity with each other in affirming that both Islamophobia and anti-Semitism are wrong and unacceptable, and we will fight against them together. Bigotry against any Jew or any Muslim is an attack on all Muslims and all Jews. In addition we are united in support of human rights for all peoples.

• We denounce all forms of violence in the name of any religion or ideology and will do everything we can to prevent the spread of extremism in the name of any faith—including our own.

• We feel sorrow and pain over the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the great suffering it has brought to both peoples involved in that conflict. We pray for a non-violent resolution of that conflict that will allow both Palestinians and Israelis to live with dignity in peace and security.  We have resolved to work together to strengthen Muslim-Jewish ties in our own countries and around the world. We will not allow future eruptions of violence in the Middle East to derail our efforts to strengthen Jewish-Muslim ties in Europe and North America because we understand that good Muslim-Jewish relations are necessary for the health of our own communities and our societies.

The condemnation of “Islamophobia” stands out as a token of idiocy or insincerity. Fear and loathing of Islam is not irrational, since 270*10⁶ innocent people have been slaughtered by Islam in the last 1400 years. Bigotry against Jews is founded in the Qur’an, including 1:7, 2:76, 3:64-65, 4:47, 9:30 & 98:6.

Denunciation of “all forms of violence in the name of any religion”  stands out as a clear case of al-taqeyya.  Jihad against Jews is mandated by  Surah At-Taubah 29.  Renouncing Jihad is an act of Apostasy punishable by death under Shari’ah. Refer to Reliance of the Traveller, O8.7-7.

Considering the  Qur’anic mandate to make war upon Jews and the hadith which prescribes the final genocide as a prerequisite for Judgment Day, the prayer for non-violent resolution of the attempted reconquest of Israel rings hollow.

88,942  People have signed the letter to U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon demanding  prosecution of the leadership of HAMAS  on war crimes charges. Take-A-Pen For Israel wants to increase that to 100,000 by July 31, 2009.

The petition lists the following criminal acts.

– Shooting rockets and grenades purposely on civilian targets in Israel.
– Shooting these rockets from within Palestinian civilian compounds such as schools or in close proximity of hospitals or residential buildings.
– Storing weapons and ammunition in schools, mosques, public offices and buildings and the sort.
– Regularly using their own civilians as human shield; particularly children, often forced to be in the most dangerous spots.
– During fighting with the Israeli forces the Hamas fighters, who wore uniforms at the beginning, changed to civilian clothing or IDF uniforms and continued to fight.
– Hamas fighters have routinely hid among civilians in hospitals
– To the kidnapped Israeli soldier, Gilad Schalit, Hamas did not provide the most elementary rights of war prisoners, such as information given to the other side and Red Cross visits, rights Israel grants even to convicted Hamas terrorists.
– Children and minors were routinely used by Hamas for military tasks, both battle and auxiliary. The Hamas regime has also educated, indoctrinated and trained children and minors to murderous hatred, to will and techniques to kill.
– The Hamas leadership embezzled aid money received for the peaceful needs of Gaza’s population and used these extensive funds for war efforts; weaponry, military equipment and constructions, and an enormous military build-up.

The H.R.C.’s one sided, prejudiced ‘investigation’ “of the grave war crimes Israel committed in the Gaza military operation” provides good reason for bringing this petition to the front burner at this time.  Nothing can make the ‘fact finding mission’ even handed or objective, but this petition campaign is a good way to shine the light of truth on its bias which results from domination of the U.N. by the O.I.C. and its allies.

“The aim of the public hearings was to show the human side of suffering and to give a voice to victims so that they are not lost among the statistics,” former South African judge Richard Goldstone, head of the fact-finding mission, told journalists in Geneva on Tuesday. Restore the Constitution!

A new petition has been launched with 134 signatures. This petition demands adherence to the federal Oaths of Office pledged by the President, Senate, House of Representatives & Judiciary.

Signing, publicizing and promoting this petition is our way of expressing our support for the best document ever created for the purpose of establishing and perpetuating liberty.  The petition’s title is linked to the signature page.

Please sign the petition and mention  Article 2, Section 1 in your comment because it is being almost universally ignored. After signing the petition, send a link to it to your family, friends & associates urging them to sign and promote it.  We were born two hundred years too late to sign the Declaration of Independence, but this petition gives us an opportunity to affirm our support for the organic documents which founded this nation.

What Will Jesus Do?

Muslims assert that they revere Jesus Christ as a Prophet.  Here is an example from islamicity.

Muslims respect and revere Jesus, and await his Second Coming. They consider him one of the greatest of God’s messengers to mankind. A Muslim never refers to him simply as ‘Jesus’, but always adds the phrase ‘upon him be peace’. The Quran confirms his virgin birth (a chapter of the Quran is entitled ‘Mary’), and Mary is considered the purest woman in all creation.

So Christians and Muslims share common ground as monotheistic faiths holding Jesus Christ in high esteem. Most readers are aware of the Christian Jesus, but unaware of the Islamic concept of Jesus.  Allah’s book, the Qur’an, will enlighten us. The following quotes are from the Hilali & Khan translation, linked to a table of ten parallel translations. [Emphasis added.]

3:59 Verily, the likeness of ‘Iesa (Jesus) before Allah is the likeness of Adam. He created him from dust, then (He) said to him: “Be!” – and he was.

3:61 Then whoever disputes with you concerning him [‘Iesa (Jesus)] after (all this) knowledge that has come to you, [i.e. ‘Iesa (Jesus)] being a slave of Allah, and having no share in Divinity)…

4:157-158 And because of their saying (in boast), “We killed Messiah ‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), the Messenger of Allah,” – but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but the resemblance of ‘Iesa (Jesus) was put over another man (and they killed that man), and those who differ therein are full of doubts. They have no (certain) knowledge, they follow nothing but conjecture. For surely; they killed him not [i.e. ‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary) ]:  But Allah raised him [‘Iesa (Jesus)] up (with his body and soul) unto Himself (and he is in the heavens). And Allah is Ever All­Powerful, All­Wise.

4:159 …And there is none of the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), but must believe in him [‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), as only a Messenger of Allah and a human being]…

23:91 . No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; …

Islamic scripture denies Christ’s divinity, paternity, crucifixion, death & resurrection.  Why do Muslims anticipate the second coming?  Our first hint comes from an obscure, off topic reference in Shari’ah, Islamic law codified in Reliance of the Traveller. I have added emphasis to the crucial text.

O9.8: The Objectives of Jihad

The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,

“Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled” (Koran 9.29),

the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon whom be peace).  After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until Jesus’ descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the divinely revealed law of Muhammad. The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad. As for the Prophet’s saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),

“I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,”

this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) ).

We learn from Shari’ah that the caliph is obligated to extend dawa to people having scriptural religions and to make war upon them if they reject Islam.  We learn that he can accept extortion payments from them in lieu of conversion, but only until the second coming, after which Jizya will not be accepted. After Jesus returns, Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians must convert or die; only Islam will be accepted from them.

We learn that Jesus will be a successor to Muhammad and that he will rule by the Qur’an, not the Bible. It follows that he must make war upon Jews & Christians as all caliphs must do.  For amplification we turn to one of the prophetic hadith of Muhammad which bears directly on this issue. [Emphasis added.]

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 37, Number 4310:

Narrated AbuHurayrah:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: There is no prophet between me and him, that is, Jesus (peace_be_upon_him). He will descent (to the earth). When you see him, recognise him: a man of medium height, reddish fair, wearing two light yellow garments, looking as if drops were falling down from his head though it will not be wet. He will fight the people for the cause of Islam. He will break the cross, kill swine, and abolish jizyah. Allah will perish all religions except Islam. He will destroy the Antichrist and will live on the earth for forty years and then he will die. The Muslims will pray over him.

Jesus will fight the people for the cause of Islam, just as Islamic law requires. Breaking the cross is an obvious reference to destroying Christianity.  Killing swine is a metaphor for genocide of the remaining Christians. “As cited in Ibn Abbas: The apes are Jews, the keepers of the Sabbath; while the swine are the Christian infidels of the communion of Jesus.”

Islamic prophesy depicts Jesus Christ as a genocidal warmonger, not the prince of peace. But thats not all, Islamic exegeses informs us that Jesus will lead the Muslims in exterminating the Jews.  This quote is from Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir of 7:167 : Eternal Humiliation Placed on the Jews.

In the future, the Jews will support the Dajjal (False Messiah); and the Muslims, along with `Isa, son of Mary, will kill the Jews. This will occur just before the end of this world.

Now you know what Jesus will do: he will wage war against and kill Christians & Jews and rule the world as caliph, a successor of and subordinate to Muhammad.  Jesus Christ:  genocidal warmonger.  So much for the “great religion of peace”. So much for “common ground” & “inter religious dialogue”. We have been lied to: Islam is a war cult, not a religion of peace and it co-opts Jesus Christ as a genocidal warlord.  Now that you know, what will you do about it? Wake Up, America!

The Obama administration, its co-conspirators in Congress and their union/special interest cronies are passing legislation unread and unexamined, under the guise of urgency. They are wasting billions of borrowed dollars, burying us in unaffordable debt, destroying industries, eliminating jobs and threatening our health and our liberty.

We absolutely must rise up and demand an immediate and permanent halt to their chicanery!  The Wake Up America Movement has the right idea with their petition drive. The wording is less than perfect, but it is out there, on the record, and it is the best we have. Lets run with it!  If you love liberty and prosperity and want to restore them, then sign this petition, join the movement and become an activist.

The petitions will be used to apply pressure on fence sitting legislators in swing districts, where following the left wing line is likely to be a risky career move.

I am among millions of Americans who vehemently object to the irresponsible rushed passage of unnecessary legislation which is both unaffordable and which serves purposes other than those being purported, namely: HEALTH CARE and CAP & TRADE bills now being put forward.

I am among the growing numbers of citizen protesters who recognize there is no viable, legitimate source of funding for these programs which will burden our lives and those of our future generations for no greater purpose than providing political favors to special interests while causing a wasteful level of Federal bureaucracy to intrude on our lives.

I am among the voters of your state and neighboring states who recognize we will be adversely impacted by these bills, if made law and am appalled you have not studied these matters sufficiently to realize these same facts. The rush to spend money we do not have is shockingly irresponsible!

I, like other Americans nationwide, am appalled at the careless passage of laws by the 11th Congress without a thorough reading nor due deliberation on the immediate and long term consequences of these actions by Congress.

Therefore, I am among those putting you – as a public official sworn to represent the People -that if you support CAP & TRADE or HEALTH CARE legislation put forward by this administration I will work ceaselessly to inform the voters in your state and district of your misconduct in giving complicity to reckless Federal spending and Federal usurping of authority over our lives – which these legislations contain and misrepresent!

Hands off My Healthcare!

Patients First sent out an email containing information about the Health Care Destruction proposal. They urge us to sign their petition and send a link to our contacts so as to exert maximum political pressure to prevent the passage of this monstrosity. [The list below is  quoted directly from the email.]

This latest bill includes:

• A new government health insurance plan.
• An individual mandate that every one of us must purchase government-defined health insurance or face new taxes and fines. This is a clear breaking of the president’s pledge not to raise taxes on Americans earning less than $250,000 per year – at least 8 million Americans and their families will see their taxes go up.
• An employer mandate that will make businesses either provide government-defined insurance coverage or pay a penalty tax.
• Another income tax on households and many small businesses with an annual income of $350,000 to help pay for all this. This is another broken campaign promise.  The president had pledged not to increase any American’s taxes above the level of the 1990s – and that is just what would happen.
• Did I mention that the government will decide what is an “adequate” health insurance package? A new bureaucracy – the Benefits Advisory Committee – and the Secretary of Health and Human Services will decide what coverage you have to pay for and what diseases and treatments will be covered.
• Another bailout that will cost taxpayers tens of billions of dollars – this time to unions to bail out their retiree health care plans.
• More Comparative Effectiveness Research that could lead to government bureaucrats denying you health care treatment options.

A BILL
To provide affordable, quality health care for all Americans

and reduce the growth in health care spending, and

for other purposes.

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

3 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF DIVISIONS, TITLES,

4 AND SUBTITLES.

5 (a) SHORT TITLE.–This Act may be cited as the

6 America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009”.

Notice the high level of abstraction.  Exactly what do these terms mean, and how are they to be measured?

• affordable
• quality
• choice

What the Hell is “affordable”?  My gross income last year was $575.00 .  Most health insurance plans would cost me more than that each month.  If one of those  ‘crats would say that word in my presence, in the context of that legislation, I would offer to pull his head out of his ass and explain reality to him.

Quality? The difference between surgery and non-invasive treatment? The difference between chemo therapy that damn near kills you and a newer, more expensive but less toxic treatment? Accept the new flu vaccine or decline?  Who makes those choices? Not some G’d bureaucrat, not for me anyway!!!

Choice? Let us choose an insurance plan? What insurance company can compete with the government’s printing press?  The legislation will make competing plans both impossible economically and illegal. There is a provision in the law which will forbid adding policy holders. As policy holders die or switch to the government plan, their pools will diminish, until they go out of business.

Reduce the growth in health care spending?  Why do we elect Morons to govern this nation?! If the population grows, if morbidity rates increase, if the population ages, there will be more demand for medical services and for drugs.  Demand pushes up prices. New technologies cost more initially at least.  If you increase the numbers of “insured”, and they go to the doctor for every perceived ache and illness, or seeking treatment for wrinkles, hair loss, breast enlargement, butt reduction or declining libido/virility, then costs are going to increase, as will waiting times unless you increase supply. Increase supply, and you’ll need to pay the new medical professionals and their operating costs.

How are you going to increase supply when you enact laws  and regulations that reduce the income and increase the expenses of doctors?  Didn’t Hillary want to limit admission to medical schools and control entry into specialty programs?

The bill is too large, too complex, and the time frame is too short. No Congressman is going to read it. They will depend on lies told by President Obama’s shills. We are going to be screwed, and the damage will be irreversible. There is no way out of entitlement programs once they are established.

Sign the petition and urge others to sign it.  Go to http://www.congress.org, enter your zip code, click the Federal link and tell your Representative and Senators to use all their health care proposals as anal suppositories.  Watch how they vote, and vote against them if they vote for those bills.

The Sessions andt. gives E-Verify permanent authorization, removing it from the chopping block where it currently awaits extinction.  It mandates that a company with a federal contract must  screen all new hires through E-Verify.  It also mandates that all people working on the gov’t. contract must be verified.

The Demint amdt. requires completion of the 700-mile fence along the Mexican border by the end of  2010.

The Vitter amdt. activates a no-match notification system that informs employers of employees whose Social Security numbers do not match their records.

The Grassley amdt allows businesses to voluntarily run all existing employees through E-Verify.

Each of those vital amendments will be stripped from the bill in the reconciliation process unless we apply extreme pressure. The first step is to sign the petition. The second step is to exhort your friends to sign. The third step is to send a strongly worded email to your Representative & Senators exhorting them to support the amendments.

Similar provisions were placed in the House Stimulus bill last fall and secretly removed in the reconciliation committee. We must prevent that from happening again.

Islam in Action

The video embedded here was recorded at a recent Islamic Festival held in Dearborn, Michigan. In it you will see and hear Muslims assaulting and attempting to intimidate a Christian. Observe their expressions and gestures; hear their words and experience Islamic supremacism, triumphalism and arrogance. As their numbers increase, their attitude will intensify. The video was posted to You Tube by Act! For America.

The video centers around the Islamic response to Christians who wanted to discuss a pamphlet distributed by Muslims at a booth in the festival. The pamphlet’s title was “Uprooting the Forces of Evil:: Islam’s War on Terrorism”. The pamphlet is available on the web as a pdf file at http://www.islaam.ca/downloads/islamswaronterror.pdf.

A critical examination of the pamphlet will explain their reluctance to have a Dialogue about it. The pamphlet is in question/answer format.

• Are these indiscriminate bombings, such as what occurred in the US, London and Madrid, Islamically justifiable?
  • Islam unequivocally prohibits the likes of these horrendous acts and does not condone this awful behavior. Look at what Allah says, in the Quran, about those who kill innocent people.
    • “It would be as if he killed the whole of mankind; and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the whole of mankind.”(Al-Ma’idah: 32)
  • Prophet Muhammad- may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him-s stressed the prohibition of killing women and children on many occasions, even at times of war:
    • Abu Bakr; the Prophet’s closest disciple said :Do not kill women or children or a senile person, do not cut down fruit-bearing trees and do not destroy an inhabited place.”
  • Therefore, this behavior can never be justified in any way, shape or form.

The polemicist quotes 5:32, but completely ignores the verse which follows it, which has a bearing upon the definition of innocent.

5:33. The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.

I have added emphasis to the most critical parts of that ayeh. We must focus our attention upon one key phrase: wage war against Allah; what does it mean?
The answer is contained in Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir:

[…]`Wage war‘ mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways. […]

Waging war against Allah and his Messnger consists of opposing and contradicting Islam and it includes three parallel sub elements:

1. disbelief
2. blocking roads
3. spreading fear.

If you do not believe in Allah, and fully submit to him, then you are not innocent; you may be killed with impunity because you are at war against Allah and his Messenger.

Whenever a Muslim speaks or writes about the prohibition of killing innocent people, he practices kitman: lying by omission. In so doing, he relies upon your assumption that he shares your definition of innocent. He does not; In the Muslim world view, only Muslims are innocent.

By the same token, we are expected to assume that the prohibition on killing women and children is based upon moral principles. It is not! The prohibition is economic, not moral. Kuffar women and children are economic assets for their captors. Examine Allah’s word..

33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.

Note the italicized phrase: whom did they make captives? Once again, the answer is provided by Ibn Kathir.

[…]Those who were killed were their warriors, and the prisoners were their children and women.[…]

What is the disposition of captive women and children? We learn from Shari’ah that they become slaves by reason of capture. Examine this quote from Reliance of the Traveller.

O9.13 When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman’s previous marriage is immediately annulled.

This hadith will clarify the matter for you; it should also fill you with disgust.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 5, Book 59, Number 459:

Narrated Ibn Muhairiz:

I entered the Mosque and saw Abu Said Al-Khudri and sat beside him and asked him about Al-Azl (i.e. coitus interruptus). Abu Said said, “We went out with Allah’s Apostle for the Ghazwa of Banu Al-Mustaliq and we received captives from among the Arab captives and we desired women and celibacy became hard on us and we loved to do coitus interruptus. So when we intended to do coitus interrupt us, we said, ‘How can we do coitus interruptus before asking Allah’s Apostle who is present among us?” We asked (him) about it and he said, ‘It is better for you not to do so, for if any soul (till the Day of Resurrection) is predestined to exist, it will exist.”

They received captives. Captive women were distributed as part of the spoils. Moe gave his companions permission to rape those women.
