Muslim Response to Burn A Qur’an Day: Al-Taqiyya & Kitman


Muslim Response created  an animated cartoon to portray Pastor Terry Jones as an ignorant bigot and Islam as a religion of peace.  With a cartoon, it is easy to set up Jones as a straw man, conceal the evil aspects of Islamic doctrine & paractice and paint Islam in a beutific light.

Thanks and a tip of the hat to Logans Warning for bringing this to my attention.  The video is a well drawn animated cartoon with poor audio quality. Its theme is an encounter between a passing Muslima and  Pastor Jones attempting to burn Qur’ans. It runs about three and a half minutes. As the dialog between Jones and the Muslima continues, his flock picks up Qur’ans and departs one by one, as if the Muslima’s lame excuses for Islam  are converting them.

Lets take it point by point.

  • Islam is of the devil.

Yes, we say he interviews in which the title of his book was mentioned, and we saw the interviewers keeping Jones busy, never letting him get down to details.  Allah was one of 360 idols ensconced in the Kabaa in the seventh century, until Muhammad conquered Mekkah and destroyed the other idols.  Allah is a moon deity, note the crescent moon on the domes of mosques. At various times and places, Allah went by other names, including Sin.

Who demands sacrifice, human blood?  Is it the God you worship or his adversary?  When Muslims slaughter sheep, goats and camels for Eid, what  do they say while slitting throats?  What were the last words heard on the cockpit voice recorder of Flight 93? What did they say when they slit Nick Berg’s throat?  Why is Allahu Akhbar! pronounced on all those occasions?

Does God really desire human blood in  genocidal quantitiy?  Allah does. The Qur’an has a clue for you. I will emphasize key phrases for clarity.

8:67. It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allâh desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

What does Allah desire? What does Allah require as a prerequisite?  Does God declare perpetual war against Jews & Christians?  Who does?

9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

 

  • The Qur’an refers reverentially to the Bible.
2:41. And believe in what I have sent down (this Qur’ân), confirming that which is with you, [the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)], and be not the first to disbelieve therein, and buy not with My Verses [the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] a small price (i.e. getting a small gain by selling My Verses), and fear Me and Me Alone. (Tafsir At-Tabarî, Vol. I, Page 253).

Ain’t that wonderful, the Qur’an  confirms the Bible. Yeah, right.  We will revisit this subject soon.

  • The Qur’an respects Jesus Christ.  Yeah, right, as Allah’s slave, a genocidal warlord who will exterminate the remaining Jews & Christians just before the end of the world.

Is Jesus the son of God?  Does he divine? Was he crucified? Was he resurrected?  If you remember anything from Sunday school, you will recognize the fact that the Qur’an, while claiming to confirm the Gospels, contradicts them.[Emphasis added.]

4:157. And because of their saying (in boast), “We killed Messiah ‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), the Messenger of Allâh,” – but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but the resemblance of ‘Iesa (Jesus) was put over another man (and they killed that man), and those who differ therein are full of doubts. They have no (certain) knowledge, they follow nothing but conjecture. For surely; they killed him not [i.e. ‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary) ]:

4:158. But Allâh raised him [‘Iesa (Jesus)] up (with his body and soul) unto Himself (and he is in the heavens). And Allâh is Ever All­Powerful, All­Wise.

4:159. And there is none of the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), but must believe in him [‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), as only a Messenger of Allâh and a human being], before his [‘Iesa (Jesus) or a Jew’s or a Christian’s] death (at the time of the appearance of the angel of death). And on the Day of Resurrection, he [‘Iesa (Jesus)] will be a witness against them.

23:91. No son (or offspring or children) did Allâh beget, nor is there any ilâh (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allâh above all that they attribute to Him!

3:61. Then whoever disputes with you concerning him [‘Iesa (Jesus)] after (all this) knowledge that has come to you, [i.e. ‘Iesa (Jesus)] being a slave of Allâh, and having no share in Divinity) say: (O Muhammad ) “Come, let us call our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves – then we pray and invoke (sincerely) the Curse of Allâh upon those who lie.”

Instead of confirming the Gospels concerning the  papternity, deity, death & resurrection of Jesus, the Qur’an contradicts them, declaring that Allah has no offspring and Jesus is his slave.  Can there be anything worse than this?  Of course there is!

What is the Islamic interest in Jesus? Why to Muslims revere him?  Because of their eschatology.  Its all about what they believe he will do when he returns. In a word: genocide.

I now present for your enlightenment a hadith from Sunan Abu Dawud, ranked third in autenticity among the canonical collections.  I have added emphasis to make the important phrases stand out for you.

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 37, Number 4310:
Narrated AbuHurayrah:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: There is no prophet between me and him, that is, Jesus (peace_be_upon_him). He will descent (to the earth). When you see him, recognise him: a man of medium height, reddish fair, wearing two light yellow garments, looking as if drops were falling down from his head though it will not be wet. He will fight the people for the cause of Islam. He will break the cross, kill swine, and abolish jizyah. Allah will perish all religions except Islam. He will destroy the Antichrist and will live on the earth for forty years and then he will die. The Muslims will pray over him.

What will Jesus do?

  • fight the people for the cause of Islam
  • break the cross
    • That phrase is a code for exterminating Christians.
  • kill swine
    • That phrase is a code for exterminating Jews.
  • abolish jiaya
    • Jizya is paid by conquered or intimidated Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians. When they are extirminated, there will be nobody left to pay it.
  • perish all religions except Islam
    • Jesus will wage war on them and exterminate them.

Put those points to a Muslim and he will swear that I am a liar, twisting and distorting the Qur’an and haidth. Unfortunately for that Muslim, there is more clear evidence to prove him wrong.  7:167 says that Allah will continually send someone to torment the Jews.  Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir of that ahyeh holds a secret clue for you.[Emphasis added.]

Eternal Humiliation placed on the Jews
…In the future, the Jews will support the Dajjal (False Messiah); and the Muslims, along with `Isa, son of Mary, will kill the Jews. This will occur just before the end of this world. …

What is the relationship between the Muslim woman and her husband?

2:223. Your wives are a tilth for you, so go to your tilth (have sexual relations with your wives in any manner as long as it is in the vagina and not in the anus), when or how you will, and send (good deeds, or ask Allâh to bestow upon you pious offspring) before you for your ownselves. And fear Allâh, and know that you are to meet Him (in the Hereafter), and give good tidings to the believers (O Muhammad ).

Tilth litteraly means “field to be plowed”.  And the prohibition on sodomy is not to be found in the Arabic text.  Visit this site and scroll down to the beginning of 2:223, then scroll through it.

Of course the relationship is more complex than that. [Emphasis added.]

4:34. Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allâh has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them) from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient (to Allâh and to their husbands), and guard in the husband’s absence what Allâh orders them to guard (e.g. their chastity, their husband’s property, etc.). As to those women on whose part you see ill­conduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful), but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allâh is Ever Most High, Most Great.

Men are superior to women, who must obey their husbands.  Husbands are allowed to beat their wives. Lightly was added by the translators, it is not in the Arabic.  You won’t find beat there, either. Try this page, even though it is fine print. The literal translation says scourge.

There is another little detail the Muslima withheld from your  virgin ears. I am not so shy: women are deficient in intelligence & religion![Emphasis added.]

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 6, Number 301:

Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:

Once Allah’s Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o ‘Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, “O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women).” They asked, “Why is it so, O Allah’s Apostle ?” He replied, “You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you.” The women asked, “O Allah’s Apostle! What is deficient in our intelligence and religion?” He said, “Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?” They replied in the affirmative. He said, “This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Isn’t it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?” The women replied in the affirmative. He said, “This is the deficiency in her religion.”

2:282. O you who believe! When you contract a debt for a fixed period, write it down. Let a scribe write it down in justice between you. Let not the scribe refuse to write as Allâh has taught him, so let him write. Let him (the debtor) who incurs the liability dictate, and he must fear Allâh, his Lord, and diminish not anything of what he owes. But if the debtor is of poor understanding, or weak, or is unable himself to dictate, then let his guardian dictate in justice. And get two witnesses out of your own men. And if there are not two men (available), then a man and two women, such as you agree for witnesses, so that if one of them (two women) errs, the other can remind her. And the witnesses should not refuse when they are called on (for evidence). You should not become weary to write it (your contract), whether it be small or big, for its fixed term, that is more just with Allâh; more solid as evidence, and more convenient to prevent doubts among yourselves, save when it is a present trade which you carry out on the spot among yourselves, then there is no sin on you if you do not write it down. But take witnesses whenever you make a commercial contract. Let neither scribe nor witness suffer any harm, but if you do (such harm), it would be wickedness in you. So be afraid of Allâh; and Allâh teaches you. And Allâh is the All-Knower of each and everything.

 

  • A claim is made that the Qur’an is compatible with the Constitution. Unfortunately it is so mumbled that I can not decipher it word for word.  it begins at 2 2 minutes 18 seconds into the video.

Our Constitution specifies that laws are made by a bicameral legislature, by majority vote in most cases.  The Qur’an specifies that Allah’s word is law and his decisxion is final.

33:36. It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allâh and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allâh and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed in a plain error.

Our Constitution forbids “cruel and unusual” punishments.  The Qur’an specifies amputation & lashing.

5:38. Cut off (from the wrist joint) the (right) hand of the thief, male or female, as a recompense for that which they committed, a punishment by way of example from Allâh. And Allâh is All­Powerful, All­Wise.

24:2. The woman and the man guilty of illegal sexual intercourse, flog each of them with a hundred stripes. Let not pity withhold you in their case, in a punishment prescribed by Allâh, if you believe in Allâh and the Last Day. And let a party of the believers witness their punishment. (This punishment is for unmarried persons guilty of the above crime but if married persons commit it, the punishment is to stone them to death, according to Allâh’s Law).

Our Constitution guarantees freedom of  religion.  The Qur’an says that Muslims must wage war to give Allah a global monopoly.

8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

 

  • 5:32 is quoted, asserting that killing one innocent person is the moral equivalent of global genocide. This quote is used to disclaim ‘radicalism’.
5:32. Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land – it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. And indeed, there came to them Our Messengers with clear proofs, evidences, and signs, even then after that many of them continued to exceed the limits (e.g. by doing oppression unjustly and exceeding beyond the limits set by Allâh by committing the major sins) in the land!.

Did you notice the exceptions: murder & fitna?  The devil is in the details, and Muslims always conceal the vital details.  They will not quote the next verse. Why do they conceal it?   Surah Al-Ma’idah  33 specifies hudud for fitna & “waging war against Allah and his Messener”.

5:33. The recompense of those who wage war against Allâh and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.

Just what is this great sin that subjects one to being killed, crucified, mutilated or exiled??  Once again Ibn Kathir comes to the rescue with a clear definition. [Emphasis added.]

The Punishment of those Who Cause Mischief in the Land

…`Wage war’ mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways….

Is that clear enough for you? Disbelief is waging war against Allah.  If you don’t believe, you can be crucified or mutilated.  The video ends with an exhortation to read the Qur’an.  That is the one part I agree with.  Read it, and learn what is really in it.   The Qur’an is widely available on the web, you can read it without buying a copy.  The King Fahd Complex presents the Hilali & khan translation, which is 95% accurate. The inaccuracies are intentional. They relate to ‘fight’ in which case the real word is fight/kill, essentially wage war, and  ‘marry’ in which case the true word is a four letter obscenity.

I gave you a link to 2:190, because the translator’s footnote defines jihad with great clarity.  You can selelect  any Surah and ayeh from drop down boxes.  You should, at  minimum, read Surahs 2,3,4,8,9,33,48 & 61.  To fully comprehend those Surahs, you should supplement them with the authentic hadith of  Bukhari. I recommend Books 52, 53 & 59.

3 Things You Should Know About Islam


This video probably won’t be up long, but it has been saved and is being reposted elsewhere.  It states the most vital facts about Islam at a fairly high level of abstraction, leaving the reader with the task of researching the details.

I want you to watch this video and tell your friends and family to watch it.  I want it to go viral before it is pulled down  by the intolerant, bigoted forces of obscurantism.

The Qur’an is the foundational text of Islam. It is approximately one third as long as the Bible. It  contains much redundancy, little context and no chronology.
Reading Surahs 2,3 &4 is essential to understanding Islamic jihad & misogyny.  The second Surah deals mainly with defensive & retaliatory fighting.  Surahs 8 & 9 contain the imperatives for global conquest.  Surahs 47, 48 & 61 add some important reinforcing details.

The Qur’an is available free on line in many languages, translations and formats.  The Muslim Student Association at USC hosts three parallel translations: Pickthall, Shakir & Abdullah Yusuf Ali without commentary.

The Skeptic’s Annotated Quran presents Pickthall’s translation with a graphic index in the right sidebar.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali’s translation is available with his  commentary at altafsir.

The King Fahd Complex hosts  the Hilali & Khan translation with commentary. That translation includes parenthetical    expressions from three tafsirs. it is reputed to be 95% accurate, excepting only the terms “fight” and “marry”.  In the former case, the true expression is fight and kill, in the latter case, it is a common obscenity.

Maududi’s translation & commentary displays the Arabic text, English translation & explanation and offers Arabic recital for those who want to know what it sounds like.

Hadith are sayings, observations made by Muhammad’s companions.  They help to confirm and explain the Qur’an and form half of the basis of Shari’ah.
USC-MSA hosts abridgments of four of the six canonical hadith collections.  Sahih Bukhari is considered the most authentic. Its books of Jihad, Khumus & Expedition contain most of what you need to know about jihad.

Tafsir are explanations of the Qur’an, verse by verse. Other verses and hadith  form the basis of tafsir.  Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir is the most widely accepted.  Qtafsir has an alpha-numeric search engine so that you can look up a verse by its Surah:Ayeh numbers.  In several cases, the topic titles will tell everything you need to know.  Here are a few samples. Umdat as-Salik is the all purpose Shafi’ite handbook of Shari’ah: Islamic law. It was translated by Nuh Ha Mim Keller as Reliance of the Traveller, a 1250 page book. That had to be a pure labor of love.  It is divided into books, each named with a  single letter.  Book O treats of justice. Chapter 9 details the law of jihad.  From my point of view, it is the most important part of the book.   Book M treats of marriage. Open it to 3.13  for a real eye opener.

Islam in Action


The video embedded here was recorded at a recent Islamic Festival held in Dearborn, Michigan. In it you will see and hear Muslims assaulting and attempting to intimidate a Christian. Observe their expressions and gestures; hear their words and experience Islamic supremacism, triumphalism and arrogance. As their numbers increase, their attitude will intensify. The video was posted to You Tube by Act! For America.

The video has a ten minute run time and is 23MB. If, like me, you are limited to a dial- up cconnection, you will need to download it. For that you will need Firefox or Flock, with DWHelper; you will also need Irfanview to play the flv file.

The video centers around the Islamic response to Christians who wanted to discuss a pamphlet distributed by Muslims at a booth in the festival. The pamphlet’s title was “Uprooting the Forces of Evil:: Islam’s War on Terrorism”. The pamphlet is available on the web as a pdf file at http://www.islaam.ca/downloads/islamswaronterror.pdf.

A critical examination of the pamphlet will explain their reluctance to have a Dialogue about it. The pamphlet is in question/answer format.

  • Are these indiscriminate bombings, such as what occurred in the US, London and Madrid, Islamically justifiable?
    • Islam unequivocally prohibits the likes of these horrendous acts and does not condone this awful behavior. Look at what Allah says, in the Quran, about those who kill innocent people.
      • “It would be as if he killed the whole of mankind; and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the whole of mankind.”(Al-Ma’idah: 32)
    • Prophet Muhammad- may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him-s stressed the prohibition of killing women and children on many occasions, even at times of war:
      • Abu Bakr; the Prophet’s closest disciple said :Do not kill women or children or a senile person, do not cut down fruit-bearing trees and do not destroy an inhabited place.”
    • Therefore, this behavior can never be justified in any way, shape or form.

The polemicist quotes 5:32, but completely ignores the verse which follows it, which has a bearing upon the definition of innocent.

5:33. The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.

I have added emphasis to the most critical parts of that ayeh. We must focus our attention upon one key phrase: wage war against Allah; what does it mean?
The answer is contained in Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir:

[…]`Wage war‘ mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways. […]

Waging war against Allah and his Messnger consists of opposing and contradicting Islam and it includes three parallel sub elements:

  1. disbelief
  2. blocking roads
  3. spreading fear.

If you do not believe in Allah, and fully submit to him, then you are not innocent; you may be killed with impunity because you are at war against Allah and his Messenger.

Whenever a Muslim speaks or writes about the prohibition of killing innocent people, he practices kitman: lying by omission. In so doing, he relies upon your assumption that he shares your definition of innocent. He does not; In the Muslim world view, only Muslims are innocent.

By the same token, we are expected to assume that the prohibition on killing women and children is based upon moral principles. It is not! The prohibition is economic, not moral. Kuffar women and children are economic assets for their captors. Examine Allah’s word..

33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.

Note the italicized phrase: whom did they make captives? Once again, the answer is provided by Ibn Kathir.

[…]Those who were killed were their warriors, and the prisoners were their children and women.[…]

What is the disposition of captive women and children? We learn from Shari’ah that they become slaves by reason of capture. Examine this quote from Reliance of the Traveller.

O9.13 When a child or a woman is taken captive, they become slaves by the fact of capture, and the woman’s previous marriage is immediately annulled.

This hadith will clarify the matter for you; it should also fill you with disgust.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 5, Book 59, Number 459:

Narrated Ibn Muhairiz:

I entered the Mosque and saw Abu Said Al-Khudri and sat beside him and asked him about Al-Azl (i.e. coitus interruptus). Abu Said said, “We went out with Allah’s Apostle for the Ghazwa of Banu Al-Mustaliq and we received captives from among the Arab captives and we desired women and celibacy became hard on us and we loved to do coitus interruptus. So when we intended to do coitus interrupt us, we said, ‘How can we do coitus interruptus before asking Allah’s Apostle who is present among us?” We asked (him) about it and he said, ‘It is better for you not to do so, for if any soul (till the Day of Resurrection) is predestined to exist, it will exist.”

They received captives. Captive women were distributed as part of the spoils. Moe gave his companions permission to rape those women.

Fatwa: Fiqh You!!!


A fatwa issued by the Fiqh Council November 30 pretends to condemn terrorism. Fortunately, the fatwa cherry picks the Qur’an so obviously that it is impossible to overlook.

Al-taqeyya is the practice of outright deception for the purpose of protecting or advancing the expansion of Islam. It is based on 3:28, 16:106 & a hadith quoted in this Tafsir. Kitman is deception by omission. Both techniques are employed in the fatwa condemning terrorism.

This post contains the full text of the fatwa along with linked citations of the ayat, ahadith & fiqh which prove its fraudulence. Please cross post and distribute this as widely as possible.

From the Press Release announcing the Fatwa:
[Emphasis added.]

Fiqh Council Chairman Muzammil Siddiqi, a former president of the Islamic Society of North America, presented the fatwa, saying that “since peace is the rule, not the exception, in our faith, it follows that any act of violence in humanity and injustice by any party against any party must be condemned as contrary to God’s teachings.”

Islam emphasizes a peaceful and just coexistence between Muslims and all other people, he said. “This position has been stated and reiterated in an earlier fatwa of the Fiqh Council of North America and by many Islamic scholars in various parts of the world.”

  • “peace is the rule, not the exception, in our faith”
  • “Islam emphasizes a peaceful and just coexistence between Muslims and all other people”

Are those statements objectively true? Not if the words retain their common meanings. What did Allah say?

What did Muhammad say?

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.” Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, “O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?” He replied, “Whoever says, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have.”

Allah said “fight them”, Muhammad said” I have been ordered to fight”; Islamic law says the “caliph makes war”. Fiqh Council Chairman Muzammil Siddiqi says that “Peace is the rule, not the exception”. Who is telling the truth? How did Afghanistan, North Africa. Eastern Europe and the Levant become Islamic?

The Fatwa:

The Fiqh Council of North America wishes to reaffirm Islam’s condemnation of terrorism and religious extremism.

Islam strictly condemns religious extremism and the use of violence against innocent lives. There is no justification in Islam for extremism or terrorism. Targeting civilians’ life and property through suicide bombings or any other method of attack is haram – prohibited in Islam – and those who commit these barbaric acts are criminals, not “martyrs.”

The Qur’an, Islam’s revealed text, states: “Whoever kills a person, unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land, it is as though he has killed all mankind. And whoever saves a person, it is as though he had saved all mankind.” (Qur’an, 5:32)

Prophet Muhammad said there is no excuse for committing unjust acts: “Do not be people without minds of your own, saying that if others treat you well you will treat them well, and that if they do wrong you will do wrong to them. Instead, accustom yourselves to do good if people do good and not to do wrong (even) if they do evil.” (Al-Tirmidhi)

God mandates moderation in faith and in all aspects of life when He states in the Qur’an: “We made you to be a community of the middle way, so that (with the example of your lives) you might bear witness to the truth before all mankind.” (Qur’an, 2:143)

In another verse, God explains our duties as human beings when he says: “Let there arise from among you a band of people who invite to righteousness, and enjoin good and forbid evil.” (Qur’an, 3:104)

Islam teaches us to act in a caring manner to all of God’s creation. The Prophet Muhammad, who is described in the Qur’an as “a mercy to the worlds” said: “All creation is the family of God, and the person most beloved by God (is the one) who is kind and caring toward His family.”

In the light of the teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah we clearly and strongly state:

  1. All acts of terrorism targeting the civilians are Haram (forbidden) in Islam.
  2. It is Haram for a Muslim to cooperate or associate with any individual or group that is involved in any act of terrorism or violence.
  3. It is the duty of Muslims to cooperate with the law enforcement authorities to protect the lives of all civilians.

We issue this fatwa following the guidance of our scripture the Qur’an and the teachings of our Prophet Muhammad –peace be upon him. We urge all people to resolve all conflicts in just and peaceful manners. We have deep concern for the suffering and pain of millions of Muslims in different parts of the world. We deplore those who cause death and destruction to them. However, we urge Muslims to not lose their moral grounds. God’s help is with those who follow the right path.

We pray for the defeat of extremism, terrorism and injustice. We pray for the safety and security of our country United States and its people. We pray for the safety and security of all inhabitants of this globe. We pray that interfaith harmony and cooperation prevail both in United States and every where in the world.

  • “Islam strictly condemns religious extremism and the use of violence against innocent lives”

    2:190 And fight in the Way of Allâh those who fight you, but transgress not the limits. Truly, Allâh likes not the transgressors. 2:191 And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah is worse than killing. And fight not with them at Al-Masjid-al-Harâm (the sanctuary at Makkah), unless they (first) fight you there. But if they attack you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers. 2:193 And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and worshipping of others along with Allâh) and (all and every kind of) worship is for Allâh (Alone). But if they cease, let there be no transgression except against Az-Zâlimûn (the polytheists, and wrong-doers, etc.)

  • “There is no justification in Islam for extremism or terrorism”

    3:151 We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they joined others in worship with Allâh, for which He had sent no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong­doers). 8:12 (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, “Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.” Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 7, Number 331:

    The Prophet said, “I have been given five things which were not given to any one else before me.
    1. Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month’s journey.[…] Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:

    Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy),[…]

    5:33 The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter. Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir: […]Wage war’ mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways. […] Mere disbelief is sufficient to incur the penalties specified in 5:33!!!

    3:110 You [true believers in Islâmic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin Al-Ma’rûf (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism and all that Islâm has ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islâm has forbidden), and you believe in Allâh. And had the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better for them; among them are some who have faith, but most of them are Al-Fâsiqûn (disobedient to Allâh – and rebellious against Allâh’s Command). Sahih Bukhari Volume 6, Book 60, Number 80:

    Narrated Abu Huraira:

    The Verse:–“You (true Muslims) are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind.” means, the best of peoples for the people, as you bring them with chains on their necks till they embrace Islam.

I have reproduced the entire fatwa, and disproved it point by point using relevant ayat & ahadith, each linked to source. Do not take my word for it; follow the links and read the context! Muslims can’t shed innocent blood but only Muslims are innocent! Review Bukhari 1.8.387; it reveals something important: our blood and property are only sacred to Muslims after we become Muslim! Abu Dawud 14.2635 confirms this: . […] When they do that, their life and property are unlawful for us except what is due to them. […] What was Muhammad ordered to do? Who was he commanded to do it to? What makes Muslims the best of peoples?

Note how they quote 5:32; why don’t they quote the next verse, which condemns us to multiple amputation or crucifixion for nothing more than disbelief? Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir: […]Wage war’ mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways. […] Ibn Kathir spent his entire life studying the Qur’an, Hadith and Fiqh. He knew his subject and he laid it all out for you. Click that link and read the entire page.

The Fiqh Council tells us that terrorism is haram and peace is the rule, not the exception. That is not what Allah and his Messenger tell us, and it directly contradicts what the Messenger did. Forbidden to kill innocent life? 8:67 makes genocide a prerequisite for ransoming prisoners for profit.

It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allâh desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

Take a long, hard look at how Muhammad enforced that ruling!

Abu Dawud Book 38, Number 4390:
Narrated Atiyyah al-Qurazi:
I was among the captives of Banu Qurayzah. They (the Companions) examined us, and those who had begun to grow hair (pubes) were killed, and those who had not were not killed. I was among those who had not grown hair.

Know that you have been lied to by the Fiqh Council, President Bush, Secretary of State Rice and others. Wake up, rise up and raise Hell!!! Demand that Islam be recognized as a war machine, outlawed, and its adherents deported.

Islam:

  • Not a religion.
  • Not peaceful.
  • Not truthful.
  • Not tolerable!
