Freedom Ain’t Free & Take Our Country Back

VICTORY Is Not Defeat

Innocence of Muslims, Guilt of Muhammad, Treason of the State Department

The U.S. Embassy in Cairo issued a most disgusting statement; an
apology to the brethren of the 19 G’d’d Muslims who wreaked havoc on us
eleven years ago.  The statement is tantamount to treason and
should result in the removal from office of the President and Secretary
of State.  I have reproduced the statement below, inserting
superscripts linked to my commentary which follows below the video and
the horizontal line.  [Click a superscript to read the associated

Embassy of the United States in Cairo condemns the continuing efforts
by misguided individuals1 to hurt the religious feelings
of Muslims2
as we condemn efforts to offend believers of all religions3. Today,
the 11th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the
United States, Americans are honoring our patriots and those who serve
our nation as the fitting response4 to the enemies of democracy5. Respect
for religious beliefs6
is a cornerstone of American democracy7. We firmly reject the actions
by those who abuse8
the universal right of free speech9 to hurt the religious beliefs10

“Innocence of Muslims”

Many Muslims are descendants of early victims of
Islam who were converted at sword point or forced to convert by the
impoverishing imposition of jizya.  They may be Muslims in name
only or secular; they may be unaware of the evil character of Moe or
the damnable doctrines & practices given ‘divine’ sanction by his
‘revelations’.  But they are part of the Ummah al-Islamiya and
form the lower level base of support for the believers who engage in

Defeating terrorism requires confronting Islam on
the ideological battlefield, something our government is unwilling to
do.  The ideological plane of this war is left to the private
sector.  The video sampled in the clip used as an excuse for the
barbarian rampage in Egypt and Libya  has the potential to be a
powerful weapon in this battle: the equivalent of a Little Boy &
Fat Man which brought WW2 to an end in the Pacific.  If the
demon’s slaves have not prevailed to pull it down from You Tube, you
will find it embedded below.   I want you to watch it and
share it.  lets make it go viral!

The article at the Atlantic is my first introduction
to this work of art.  It ain’t perfect. The man cast as Moe seems
a bit young for the role.  The murder of Kinana is not exactly as it happened.  The
murder of Um Quirfa is accurately depicted.

By Jesus, until last year I had not darkened the
door of a theater since 1967.  My recent visit was to a free movie
honoring the 70th. anniversary of a relative.  But, If I find this
movie in the local theater, I blessed will go and watch it, with great
joy and pleasure.  And then I will publish a more complete

So, it pisses off Muslims. That is a good thing; it
gets their attention.  Let them watch it and listen.  Let the
few who are literate turn to the two Sahihs, Ibn Ishaq’s Sirat Rasul
Allah, Tabari’s Tahrik, Ibn Sa’d’s Sira and The Sealed Nectar seeking
facts to disprove the film’s accurate depiction of Moe.  They will
find only confirmation of the worst of it.

Muslims need to learn the truth about Moe &
Allah even more than we do.  They must, to escape eternal
damnation, emancipate themselves from Allah’s yoke of slavery.
Once they know the fatal facts, those who retain a scintilla of
vestigial morality will apostatize.  If enough of them do so at
one time, the Salafis will not be able to kill all of them and the
empire of Islam which Moe built will crumble into dust.

Moe really was a lunatic, suffering hallucinations
as a side effect of epileptic seizures. He really did perceive that he
had wrestled with a demon, was possessed, and set out to commit
suicide. He really did marry the six year old daughter of his closest
friend.  He really did suborn murder. he really did attribute
divine sanction to rape, pillage & plunder. Islam really is pure,
unmitigated evil and that is the God blessed truth.

History Recycles

Those who will not learn from history really will be
doomed to repeat it.  When America declared independence, she lost
the protection of the English Navy and her merchantmen were sacked and
their crews held for ransom or sold into slavery.  The new nation
was nearly bankrupted by exaction of tribute.  Adams and Jefferson
asked Tripoli’s Ambassador by what right they attacked us.  His
answer should serve as a life saving lesson, but it has been widely

ambassador answered us that [the right] was founded on the Laws of the
Prophet (Mohammed), that it was written in their Koran, that all
nations who should not have answered their authority were sinners, that
it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could
be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as prisoners, and
that every Mussulman (or Muslim) who should be slain in battle was sure
to go to heaven.

Where have we seen that before?  Only in the most authentic of the
hadith collections: Sahih Bukhari; a Persian general got a similar
answer from one of Umar’s generals.

Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord,
has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya
(i.e. tribute); and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:–
“Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to
lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us
remain alive, shall become your master.” 4.53.386

We could have learned from that, but we did not.  We could have
learned from the ravings of the “blind sheikh”, but we did not.
We could have learned from the threats issued by Usama bin Ladin, but
we did not.  We have one more chance, with the confession of
Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, will we ever learn? [Emphasis added.]

Many thanks to God, for his kind
gesture, and choosing us to perform the act of Jihad for his cause and
to defend Islam and Muslims.

Therefore, killing
you and fighting you, destroying you and terrorizing you, responding
back to your

attacks, are all
considered to be great legitimate duty in our religion
. These actions are our
offerings to

God. In
addition, it is the imposed reality on Muslims in Palestine, Lebanon,
Afghanistan, Iraq, in the

land of the two holy sites [Mecca and Medina, Saudi Arabia], and in the
rest of the world, where

Muslims are suffering from your brutality, terrorism, killing ofthe
innocent, and occupying their lands

and their holy sites. Nevertheless, it would have been the greatest religious duty to fight
you over your

infidelity. However,
today, we fight you over defending Muslims, their land, their holy
sites,and their

religion as a whole.

One sentence stands out beyond the rest:  “Nevertheless, it would
have been the greatest
religious duty to fight you over your

infidelity.” That vital
clue meshes with an infamous statement found in one codeification of

Hedaya Vol II, Book IX, Ch. 1 Pg.

  • Text
    •     The destruction of the sword  is
incurred by infidels, although they be not the first aggressors, as
appears from various passages in the  sacred writings which are
      generally received this effect.
  • Marginal Note
    • Infidels may be attacked without provocation.

Muslims do not require provocation to attack
us.  They attack us because we are not Muslims, that is
provocation enough.

  1. Rev. Terry Jones and the creators of
“Innocence of Muslims” are not misguided, Muslims are.  Both have
read the Qur’an and at least one sira, Muslims are misguided: they
believe that excrement, Jones and the movie’s creator recognize Islam
for what it is: a demonic system of intra-species predation.
  2. Dr. Ali Sina has said that it is necessary to
insult Muslims in order to get their attention, sort of like whacking a
stubborn mule with a piece of lumber. The objective is education, not
  3. When did you condemn the Qur’an because of
its insults and execrations against Jews & Christians?  When
did you condemn its declaration of genocidal warfare against
us?   Take your tongue out of Satan’s anus long enough to
    condemn these egregious verses:  1:6, 2:161, 5:60, 9:29, 9:30, 98:6.
  4. The fitting response to genocidal
conquest; existential war is extermination.  Instead, Slick Willy
treated it as a common criminal matter. Shrub sent men to bleed and die
where he should have sent nukes.
  5. Democracy is mob rule, as likely to
result in tyranny as good government. Our founders gave us a limited,
representative republic, whose existential  enemy should be
exterminated, not appeased & apologized to.
  6. Evidently you respect the belief that “Only
Allah has the right to be worshiped.”; I do not, I condemn it because
it is a denial of my rights as a Christian. Evidently you respect the
belief that Allah demands continuous conquest; I do not, I condemn it
because it is the basis of existential warfare against us.
Evidently you respect the belief that a Prophet must make “a great
slaughter” before holding prisoners for ransom; I do not, I condemn the
sanctification of genocide.  Evidently you respect the belief that
Infidels may be attacked without provocation, their widows raped and
their orphans sold into slavery; you can go to Hell with the
  7. The cornerstone of our republic is
individualism. Freedom of religion means freedom to choose among legitimate
religions or none at all, without having any religion imposed by force
or law.  If you had read and understood 3:85, 3:110, Bukhari 6.60.80 and 8:39, you would know that Islam contravenes our
    rights; imposing itself by force.
  8. This blog post is not an abuse of free
speech, it is an effort to educate and arouse fellow citizens so that
they will rise up as one disrespectfully demanding the extinction of
Islam.  Paul Revere’s ride was not an abuse of free speech.
“Innocence of Muslims”, International Judge the Koran Day and
International Judge Muhammad Day are not abuses of free speech, they
are legitimate warnings of clear, imminent and persistent
  9. Inoffensive speech does not require
protection. It is specifically offensive speech: expressions of fact
and logical opinion which piss off violators of human rights that
requires the protection afforded by the first amendment.  Moe had
his critics murdered, they needed protection; they did not have
  10. Charlie Brown said it best
“Nobody likes having his cherished beliefs questioned.” Muslims believe
that they serve Allah by killing and terrorizing us.  There is
nothing wrong about exposing and offending that belief!

Obamination: Treachery at the UN; False Promises and Narcissism

My quest for a transcript of President Obama’s remarks to the General Assembly led me to the New York Times.  The transcript was divided into seven pages. When I finished the preliminary round of highlighting, my working file was 34kb.

In order to keep my reaction to Obama’s UN treachery readable, I will divide it into several posts. This first post in the series will concentrate on the issue of President Obama’s narcissism. [Emphasis added.]

I come before you humbled by the responsibility that the American people have placed upon me

Yeah, right. He holds the office of President on his own initiative, having spent hundreds of millions of dollars in an effort to deceive enough people long enough to win election. We shall see just how humble Barack Hussein Obama is, through his own words.

I am well aware of the expectations that accompany my presidency around the world. These expectations are not about me. Rather, they are rooted, I believe, in a discontent with a status quo that has allowed us to be increasingly defined by our differences, and outpaced by our problems. But they are also rooted in hope — the hope that real change is possible, and the hope that America will be a leader in bringing about such change.

As ignorant, simple minded, gullible Americans expected that President Obama would wave a magic wand to solve all their problems once and for all, the greedy & gullible idiots of the world expect Uncle Sam, in the person of President Obama, to come bearing a magic toy bag, always full for their pleasure.  In promising to make them healthy, wealthy & educated by grossly expanding our national debt, President Obama lifts the world’s tail aside, displaces the flies and plants his lips for a wet kiss.

Is President Obama running for a new post: Global Dictator ? Why else would he continue with his “hope and change” mantra which mesmerized so many American voters?  Of course, as Sean Hannity pointed out in his radio broadcast Tuesday, “its all about I and me”.  There are 36 occurrences of “I”  in the speech. [Repetitions omitted from lists.]

  • I
    • come
    • have been in office
    • am aware
    • believe
    • took office
    • will never
    • have carried this message
    • will speak about

    • had
    • will not waver
    • thank
    • know
    • will never forget
    • would not
    • pledge
    • admit

There are 13 occurrences of “my”.

  • my

Obamanation: Treason in Turkey

Turkish Grand National Assembly Complex

Ankara, Turkey  April 6, 2009

Because the speech presents a target rich environment this post will
concentrate on the issue of relations with Islam. I will block quote
relevant excerpts from the prepared remarks, linking my comments with
superscripts inserted into the excerpts.

Now, our two democracies are confronted by an unprecedented set of challenges: An economic crisis that recognizes no borders; extremism that leads to the killing of innocent men and women and children1; strains on our energy supply and a changing climate; the proliferation of the world’s deadliest weapons; and the persistence of tragic conflict2.

In  the Middle East, we share the goal of a lasting peace between Israel and its neighbors. Let me be clear: The United States strongly supports the goal of two states, Israel and Palestine, living side by side in peace and security. That is a goal shared by Palestinians3,
Israelis,  and people of goodwill around the world. That is a goal that the parties agreed to in the road map and at Annapolis. That is a goal that I will actively pursue as President of the United States.

Both must overcome longstanding passions and the politics of the moment4 to make progress towards a secure and lasting peace.

We must reject the use of terror5, and recognize that Israel’s security concerns are legitimate.

Now, I have made it clear to the people and leaders of the Islamic
Republic of Iran that the United States seeks engagement based on
mutual interest and mutual respect6. We want Iran to play its rightful
role in the community of nations. Iran is a great civilization7. We want them to engage in the economic and political integration that brings prosperity and security. But Iran’s leaders must choose whether they will try to build a weapon8 or build a better future for their people.

So both Turkey and the United States support a secure and united Iraq that does not serve as a safe haven for terrorists9.

Make no mistake, though: Iraq, Turkey, and the United States face a
common threat from terrorism10. That includes the al Qaeda terrorists who have sought to drive Iraqis apart and destroy their country. That includes the PKK. There is no excuse for terror against any nation.11 (Applause.) As President, and as a NATO ally, I pledge that you will have our support against the terrorist activities of the PKK or anyone else. These efforts will be strengthened by the continued work to build  ties of cooperation between Turkey, the Iraqi government, and Iraq’s Kurdish leaders, and by your continued efforts to promote education and opportunity and democracy for the Kurdish population here inside Turkey.

Finally, we share the common goal of denying al Qaeda a safe haven in Pakistan or Afghanistan. The world has come too far to let this region backslide, and to let al Qaeda terrorists13 plot further attacks. That’s why we are committed to a more focused effort to disrupt, dismantle, and defeat al Qaeda14. That is why we are increasing our efforts to train Afghans to sustain their own security, and to reconcile former adversaries. That’s why we are increasing our support for the people of Afghanistan and Pakistan, so that we stand on the side not only of security, but also of opportunity and the promise of a better life.15

I know there have been difficulties these last few years. I know that
the trust that binds the United States and Turkey has been strained,
and I know that strain is shared in many places where the Muslim faith is practiced. So let me say this as clearly as I can: The United States is not, and will never be, at war with Islam16. (Applause.) In fact, our partnership with the Muslim world17 is critical not just in rolling back the violent ideologies that people of all faiths reject18,
but also to strengthen opportunity for all its people.

I also want to be clear that America’s relationship with the Muslim
community, the Muslim world, cannot, and will not, just be based upon opposition to terrorism19. We seek broader engagement based on mutual interest and mutual respect20. We will listen carefully, we will bridge misunderstandings, and we will seek common ground21.
We will be respectful, even when we do not agree. We will convey our deep appreciation for the Islamic faith22, which has done so much over the centuries to shape the world — including in my own country. The United States has been enriched by Muslim Americans23. Many other Americans have Muslims in their families or have lived in a Muslim-majority country –I know, because I am one of them. (Applause.)

Our focus will be on what we can do, in partnership24
with people across the Muslim world, to advance our common hopes and our common dreams.

There’s an old Turkish proverb: “You cannot put out fire with flames.”
America knows this. Turkey knows this. There’s some who must be met by force, they will not compromise. But force alone cannot solve our problems, and it is no alternative to extremism26. The future must belong to those who create, not those who destroy27. That is the future we must work for, and we must work for it together.

  1. Extremism’ is a shibboleth which must be deflated. The violence perpetrated by Muslim ‘terrorists’ is an intrinsic part of orthodox Islam, founded on several
ayat, notably 3:151, 8:12, 8:603:26.  The message of those ayat is confirmed by two ahadith:  Bukhari 1.7.331 & 4.52.220.
  2. Tragic conflict’ persists because it is perpetuated by intrinsic and immutable
doctrines of Islam. World conquest is mandatory, not optional under 2:216, 8:39 & 9:29.
  3. The charters of the PLO and Hamas indicate otherwise, as does the familiar mantra “from the river to the sea”.
  4. The passions date back nearly 1400 years, to Moe’s rejection by Jews living in the Hijaz who scorned his plagiarized mix of paganism, Christianity and
    Judaism. Allah said he would continually torment the Jews;
and Moe said that the Muslims could not collect their reward until they finish exterminating the Jews. There will be no peace while Islam continues to propagate hatred and incite violence.
  5. So genocide & policide are ok with President Obama as long as there is no
terror; the means justify the ends. Islam’s attitude is “we conquered
it, its ours, and we will reconquer it if it takes till doomsday!”.
Click the link to the Hamas Charter in #3 and read it carefully.
  6. There is no mutual respect. Islam is contemptuous of us and all non-Muslims.
They are obligated to punish, humiliate and subjugate us, to defeat us
and gather us into Hell. Is there some part of  8:55 & 3:12 that President
    Obama does not comprehend?
  7. The Persian civilization was conquered by Islam; it is dead and gone, supplanted by pure, unmitigated evil which inculcates hatred and incites violence.
Cyrus the Great  permitted rebuilding the Temple at Jerusalem. Islam demands the destruction of Israel. President Obama seems to be  oblivious to the difference.
  8. That decision has been made, irrevocably.  They must destroy Israel, and they need the bomb to accomplish that tactical objective.
  9. If it is Islamic, it is a safe haven for terrorists. Islam and terrorism are one and the same. Moe was a terrorist, by his own admission, cited and linked in #1. Shari’ah is
the primary source of law for the new constitution of Iraq. Get a clue.
  10. Muslims practicing takfir will terrorize anyone they perceive as weak; unable or unwilling to effectively retaliate. Terrorism is intrinsic to Islam; the rule, not an exception. The texts linked in #1 make that perfectly clear.
  11. Is there any excuse for conquest, rape, pillage, plunder & enslavement with or without inflicting terror? Please follow the links in #1 & #2.
  12. Education, opportunity, democracy etc. are irrelevant. Terrorism is a function of
    doctrines, not grievances.
  13. Al-Qaeda means “the base”. Ummah al-Islamiya is the base of the pyramid of Islam.  Islamic law requires a minimum of one military expedition against Kufar
in every year. That requirement predates Abd al-Wahhab & co. Read chapter 9 of Book O of Umdat as-Salik.
  14. So long as Islam exists, al-Qaeda can not be defeated, its fallen martyrs
will always be replaced and resupplied.
  15. They don’t want opportunity and a better life, they want to conquer the entire world, obtaining Allah’s approval and subsequent admission to the celestial bordello. Shari’ah is the primary source of law for Afghanistan’s new
    constitution. Get a clue.
  16. Islam is at war against Dar ul-Harb: the entire non-Muslim world; wherever
Allah’s writ does not rule. Follow the links in #2 and #13; read O9.8 & 9.9 Get a clue.
  17. We have no partnership with Muslims, it is explicitly forbidden by several ayat including 3:118,  5:51,  58:22, & 60:1.
  18. Violence is not part of an external ideology, it is intrinsic to Islam! Read the ayat linked in #2 and get a clue. Islam does not reject violence, it mandates it: “Jihad
    is ordained for you”.
  19. Good idea; we should also consider Jihad, genocide, misogyny and subjugation of  Kufar, each and every one of which is ample cause for rejecting Islam.
  20. There is no mutual respect. Refer to #6.
  21. There is no common ground with Islam. Islam declares Allah to be the creator of the earth and everything on it; therefore sovereign over it and us. Allah
has delegated to Islam the right to be regent over the entire world.
Theologically, Islam denies the divinity, heritage, death  & resurrection of Jesus Christ and co-opts him as a  genocidal warmonger. These facts are fully documented in another blog post: The Defamation of Jesus Christ.
  22. What does President Obama appreciate about Islam besides the sound of the Adhan at sunset?   Could it be the  270 million untimely deaths it has caused?
  23. Contributions made by individuals who may be Muslim in name only are not a legitimate source of pride for Islam.
  24. Refer to #17.
  25. Common dreams? Do we dream of world conquest; ruling and dominating the entire world?  If you doubt me, read my blog post: ROPMA.
  26. Extremism is a shibboleth. Standard, off the shelf orthodox Islam is violent because it is a demonic mandate to genocidal conquest using terror as a battle
tactic. There is no alternative to war when we are attacked by Islam
  27. Islam destroys, it does not create. Allah has pronounced an execration
against the Muslims if they ever abandon Jihad in favor of productive pursuits.

Tokens of Treason

In remarks prepared for delivery to the Wilson Center August 1, 2007, then Senator Obama expressed ideas which can only result from extreme ignorance or treason.  I became aware of this speech through a quote in a Los Angeles Times opinion article by Jack Miles.

In that speech, Senator Obama expressed his intention to address a major Islamic forum  “to redefine our struggle“.  Jack Miles indicates that the speech is to be delivered to the Turkish Parliament Monday, April 6, 2009.

When President Obama addresses the Turkish parliament on Monday, he will have the chance to fulfill a campaign promise. Before the secular legislature of a Muslim-majority country — and with the entire Muslim ummahummah listening — he can state plainly that the United States is not at war with Islam.

I have selected some of the most egregious idiocies from the prepared text, including them here ( in block quotes) differentiated from my comments by  font style.

[]We did not develop new capabilities to defeat a new enemy or launch a comprehensive strategy to dry up the terrorists’ base of support.[]

There is no new enemy; we are assailed by an old enemy, one which attacked our commercial shipping in the 18th century: Islam. When Thomas Jefferson and John Adams asked  Ambassador Sidi Haji Abdrahaman by what right the Barbary Pirates attacked our ships, he gave them a clear answer, one which should be taken to heart by our present leaders.

The ambassador answered us that [the right] was founded on the Laws of the Prophet (Mohammed), that it was written in their Koran, that all nations who should not have answered their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as prisoners, and that every Mussulman (or Muslim) who should be slain in battle was sure to go to heaven. [Wikipedia]

Their “right and duty” to attack us is written in the Koran.  Who will bother to read 8:39, 8:60, 9:29 and 9:123?  Not our President, neither our legislators, nor  our military officers; they can’t be bothered with reality, preferring to live in fantasy land.

The “terrorists’ base of support” is the Ummah al-Islamiya, ordinary Muslims who contribute Zakat toward their support. Those who stay at home are required to contribute to the support of the Mujahideen at the front.

[]Just because the President misrepresents our enemies does not mean we do not have them. The terrorists are at war with us. The threat is from violent extremists who are a small minority of the world’s 1.3 billion Muslims, but the threat is real. They distort Islam. They kill man, woman and child; Christian and Hindu, Jew and Muslim. They seek to create a repressive caliphate. To defeat this enemy, we must understand who we are fighting against, and what we are fighting for.[]

Presidents Carter, Clinton Bush & Obama all misrepresented our enemy, claiming that we are assailed by a “tiny minority of extremists” motivated by legitimate grievances.  Islam is the enemy, driven by immutable intrinsic doctrines enshrined in the Koran and exemplified in Moe’s sunna. Casting terror into the hearts of Islam’s enemies is an intrinsic sacrament, clearly established by 3:151, 8:128:60, 33:26 & 59:2 and confirmed by Bukhari 4.52.220 & 1.7.331.

Islam is at war with us, and all non-Muslims not under a treaty of protection imposed upon victims of Islamic intimidation and conquest. The war is dictated by Allah’s commands in 8:39 & 9:29, which Moe confirmed in Bukhari 1.8.387, saying “I have been ordered to fight”. It is Shari’ah, codified in Umdat as-Salik O9.8.

The “terrorists” do not “distort Islam”; they obey Allah who ordered them to “strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemiesand emulate Moe, who said “I have been made victorious with terror“. Islam is fighting against us, and we should be fighting to secure life & liberty.

[]But America must be about more than taking out terrorists and locking up weapons, or else new terrorists will rise up to take the place of every one we capture or kill. That is why the third step in my strategy will be drying up the rising well of support for extremism.[]

“Extremism” is a shibboleth which must be exposed.  The founder of Islam bragged about winning with terror. Allah commanded it, Moe exemplified it: it is the standard, unexceptional. Terrorism’s well of support is the Koran, its support flows through the family, Mosque and every structure of Islamic society.

[]We know where extremists thrive. In conflict zones that are incubators of resentment and anarchy. In weak states that cannot control their borders or territory, or meet the basic needs of their people. From Africa to central Asia to the Pacific Rim – nearly 60 countries stand on the brink of conflict or collapse. The extremists encourage the exploitation of these hopeless places on their hate-filled websites.[]

That paragraph alludes to and reinforces another shibboleth: “terrorism is grievance driven”.  Numerous splodydopes were from middle and upper class families, students of law & medicine, with promising careers in prospect. They chose to end their lives in an effort to kill Kufar, please Allah and gain admission to the Celestial Bordello.

Their “hate-filled websites” reflect the contents of their hate-filled Koran, hadith & Shari’ah.  Those Muslims are not hopeless, they hope to conquer and dominate the entire world, as Allah promised they will.

[]America is at war with terrorists who killed on our soil. We are not at war with Islam. America is a compassionate nation that wants a better future for all people. The vast majority of the world’s 1.3 billion Muslims have no use for bin Ladin or his bankrupt ideas. But too often since 9/11, the extremists have defined us, not the other way around.[]

Islam is at war against us, a war declared in 623 and re-affirmed in 20012002 and  2003.  If they had no use for “bankrupt ideas” of world conquest, they would be Apostates, not Muslims.

[]As President, I will lead this effort. In the first 100 days of my Administration, I will travel to a major Islamic forum and deliver an address to redefine our struggle. I will make clear that we are not at war with Islam, that we will stand with those who are willing to stand up for their future, and that we need their effort to defeat the prophets of hate and violence. I will speak directly to that child who looks up at that helicopter, and my message will be clear: “You matter to us. Your future is our future. And our moment is now.”[]

Their future, promised by Allah, is total world conquest and domination.  The Prophet of “hate and violence” was Moe, who revealed Allah’s conquest, genocide & terror imperatives.   “Your future is our future. And our moment is now.”   President Barack Hussein Obama is one of them. You fools, what have you done!

Congress: Traitors!!!

The following text was found on a blog belonging to The World Muslim Congress.  I have added emphasis to particularly disgusting segments of the text and will append my comments below.

1st Session – H. RES. 635

Recognizing the commencement of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting and spiritual renewal, and commending Muslims in the United States and throughout the world for their faith.

Ms. EDDIE BERNICE JOHNSON of Texas (for herself, Mr. MEEKS of New York, and Mr. ELLISON) submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs

Recognizing the commencement of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting and spiritual renewal, and commending Muslims in the United States and throughout the world for their faith.

Whereas since the terrorist attacks on the United States on September 11, 2001, threats and incidents of violence have been directed at law-abiding, patriotic Americans of African, Arab, and South Asian descent, particularly members of the Islamic faith;

Whereas, on September 14, 2001, the House of Representatives passed a concurrent resolution condemning bigotry and violence against Arab-Americans, American Muslims, and Americans from South Asia in the wake of the terrorist attacks;

Whereas it is estimated that there are approximately 1,500,000,000 Muslims worldwide;

Whereas Ramadan is the holy month of fasting and spiritual renewal for Muslims worldwide, and is the 9th month of the Muslim calendar year; and

Whereas the observance of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan commences at dusk on September 13, 2007, and continues for one lunar month: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That–

(1) during this time of conflict, in order to demonstrate solidarity with and support for members of the community of Islam in the United States and throughout the world, the House of Representatives recognizes the Islamic faith as one of the great religions of the world; and

(2) in observance of and out of respect for the commencement of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting and spiritual renewal, the House of Representatives acknowledges the onset of Ramadan and expresses its deepest respect to Muslims in the United States and throughout the world on this significant occasion.

  • commending Muslims in the United States and throughout the world for their faith.

Commending Muslims for what? Their faith! What do Muslims believe? What is the content of their faith? What does Allah require them to do to prove their faith? Congress has no clue but I do and you will.

  • 9:71 The believers, men and women, are Auliyâ’ (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another, they enjoin (on the people) Al-Ma’rûf (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism and all that Islâm orders one to do), and forbid (people) from Al-Munkar (i.e. polytheism and disbelief of all kinds, and all that Islâm has forbidden); they perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât) and give the Zakât obey Allâh and His Messenger. Allâh will have His Mercy , andon them. Surely Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.
  1. they enjoin (on the people) Al-Ma’rûf
  2. forbid (people) from Al-Munkar
  3. obey Allâh and His Messenger

Believers tell us what not to do, tell us what to do and obey Allah & Muhammad. Oh, yeah, what are we forbidden to do? disbelief!!!  Believers forbid us to not believe in Allah!

What did Allah command believers to do? Congress: pull your heads from your anal orfices, wipe the feces from your eyes and take a good long, hard look at the content of what Muslims believe.

  • 9:29 Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

Do what? Fight. To whom? Jews, Christians, Samaritains & Zoriastrians. Terminal condition: payment of extortion in a state of submission & subjugation. For this, damn you, you commend Muslims!!!

  • 8:12 (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, “Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.

What will Allah do? Terrorize us! What must Muslims do? Cut off our heads, fingers & toes. For this, damn you, you commend Muslims!!!

  • 8:67 It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allâh desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

How does a Muslim earn admission to Paradise? By making a great slaughter.  For this, damn you, you commend Muslims!!!

Muhammad is believed by Muslims to be the best and greatest of men, a role model for all Muslims to emulate. What did he say and do about the execrable commands issued by his demon?

  • Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
    Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.” Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, “O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?” He replied, “Whoever says, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have.”

Muhammad was ordered to fight us until we recite Shehada and become Muslims. Until then, our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims. For this, damn you, you commend Muslims!!!

  • Abu Dawud Book 14, Number 2497:
    Narrated AbuUmamah:
The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: He who does not join the warlike expedition (jihad), or equip, or looks well after a warrior’s family when he is away, will be smitten by Allah with a sudden calamity. Yazid ibn Abdu Rabbihi said in his tradition: ‘before the Day of Resurrection”.

Non participants in Jihad will be punished by Allah, before he casts them into Hellfire. For this, damn you, you commend Muslims!!!

  • Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:
    Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand.“…

Muhammad gained victory by terrorizing his victims and claimed all the world’s treasures.  For this, damn you, you commend Islam!!!

  • Whereas it is estimated that there are approximately 1,500,000,000 Muslims worldwide…

That’s argumentum adnumerum, a logical fallacy.  The damnable doctrines above documented are not made blessed by 1, 10, 100, 1000, 1,000,000 or any other number of adherents!!! Whats evil is evil no matter how many it enslaves.  Forthis, damn you, you commend Muslims!!!

  • demonstrate solidarity with and support for members of the community of Islam in the United States and throughout the world, the House of Representatives recognizes the Islamic faith as one of the great religions of the world

You demonstrate solidarity with those sworn to Jihad, terrorism & genocide and practicing it in Israel and Darfur. For this, damn you, you commend Muslims!!!

  • expresses its deepest respect to Muslims in the United States and throughout the world on this significant occasion.

You express deep respect for those who plot and plan to kill you, rape your wives, enslave your children and usurp your property. Not just yours but ours. For this, you commend Muslims!!!

For all of this I condemn the 110th Congress as traitors jointly & severally and call for their removal from office severally at the  termination of their present terms.  Not one Representative had the courage and resolve to vote no. 46 Republicans and one Democrat refused to vote for it, but could not bring themselves to vote against it. One verbally condemned it. All have lost our respect. Despicable traitors one and all, giving comfort to the enemy in time of war. No words can express my contempt and detestation. I urge and exhort all loyal Americans, lovers of liberty to go to the polls and cast this Congress out of office.

From Wake Up Americans

Joe Lieberman along with McCain, Kyl, Graham, and Coleman, offered up an amendment to the Defense Authorization Act, confronting the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran over its proxy attacks on American soldiers in Iraq, and it passed with a vote of 97-0.

Roll call can be found here.

Statement of purpose: To require a report on support provided by the Government of Iran for attacks against coalition forces in Iraq.

Liebermans statement from his site (linked above)

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Senators Lieberman, McCain, Kyl, Graham, and Coleman today introduced a bipartisan amendment to the Defense Authorization Act, confronting the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran over its proxy attacks on American soldiers in Iraq.

The amendment details the publicly available evidence put forward over the past year by General David Petraeus, commanding general of Multi-National Force Iraq, and others about Iran’s violent and destabilizing activities in Iraq.

The amendment states that “the murder of members of the United States Armed Forces by a foreign government or its agents is an intolerable act of hostility against the United States,” and demands the government of Iran “take immediate action” to end all forms of support it is providing to Iraqi militias and insurgents. The amendment also mandates a regular report on Iran’s anti-coalition activity in Iraq.

“For many months, our military commanders and diplomats have warned us that the Iranian government has been training, equipping, arming, and funding proxies in Iraq who are murdering our troops,” said Senator Lieberman. “This amendment is a common sense, common ground statement of the Senate to Tehran: we know what you are doing, and you must stop.”

“American officials attest that the government in Teheran seeks to bleed the United States and render unsuccessful our efforts to bring about a stable and self-governing in Iraq,” said Senator McCain. “This amendment will send a clear signal: Iran’s activities in Iraq are wrong, and they must end immediately.”

“The Iranians are attempting to thwart our policies in the Middle East by actively supporting terrorists who are killing our troops in Iraq,” said Senator Kyl. “It is time we acknowledge this hostility against us, and this amendment tells the Iranians we will not tolerate any actions which threaten our troops or allies.”

“The evidence is increasingly clear the Iranian government is working to destabilize the Iraqi government,” said Senator Graham. “It is long past time for Congress to speak out about this destructive behavior by Iran. We need one voice, and I expect it will be a unified bipartisan voice, speaking out and condemning these actions by the Iranian government.”

“The United States will not tolerate Iran’s hostile attempts to sabotage our efforts in the Middle East region,” said Senator Coleman. “On my last trip to Iraq, our Minnesota troops in Southern Iraq showed me Iranian-made explosives that were used against them on convoy missions. This crucial amendment makes it clear to the Iranian government, and any other government in the region that seeks to harm our soldiers, that providing any form of support to Iraqi insurgents will not be tolerated and must cease immediately.”

The text of the actual amendment should be here, when they actually get it up on the site. (That link will be changed if it ends up being put up at a different URL)

Michael Goldfarb reports:

Iran Amendment Passes 97-0

The Lieberman amendment–confronting Iran on its proxy attacks on U.S. troops in Iraq–just passed the Senate unanimously, 97-0.

So let’s look at the scorecard this week so far: The Webb amendment on trying to limit Iraq deployments went down to defeat. The Lieberman amendment confronting Iran passed unanimously. So much for the long-predicted collapse–at least so far. There will be some tough votes in the days ahead. Let’s hope the Senate Republicans continue to hold the line.

Meanwhile, Senator Lieberman had this to say of the Senate’s unanimous vote, confronting Iran:

“Today’s unanimous vote sends a strong, clear message from the entire Senate to the Iranians that we know what they are doing in Iraq, and they must stop…This is a warning to the Iranians that whatever differences divide us politically here in Washington, we stand united against these outrageous attacks.”

What does it mean? For one thing, take a stroll to Spree’s place and read some comments from the far-left moonbat blogs. They are upset. Good. Maybe they will just end it all and do the world a favor.

97 – 0. If 97 Senators are all on the same page when it comes to Iran killing our people, why then do they support AQI from killing our people? I don’t get it. Oh. Wait. Politics. OK. Never mind.

The Hill

According to sources, Boehner and Minority Whip Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) were urging solidarity among House Republicans, explaining that they must distinguish themselves from their Senate colleagues.

A spokesman for Boehner said his comments were in no way meant to trivialize the war or the senators’ decisions. Rather, they were meant to emphasize the importance of allowing the troop surge to work and to urge GOP lawmakers to reserve their judgment on the situation until September, when Gen. David Petraeus is scheduled to brief Congress fully on the progress in Iraq.

CNS News

President Bush’s Iraq “surge” strategy is not dead and should be given a chance to succeed, according to two security analysts who met at the American Enterprise Institute Monday to discuss military policy and politics.

AEI resident scholar Frederick Kagan and former acting Army Chief of Staff Gen. Jack Keane spoke out with rare voices of approval for the president’s policy as part of an AEI panel called “Assessing the Surge in Iraq.”

Kagan was critical of the surge’s detractors, saying they had jumped to attack a policy that had only recently begun. He expressed incredulity at the idea that the surge was somehow not working.

“The current strategy has not failed. It just began June 15th,” Kagan said.

Keane agreed, adding that the strategy needed more time. He also stressed that the situation was generally improving in Iraq and that coalition forces were gaining momentum in their efforts.

“All the Iraqis that I spoke to, numbering in the hundreds, believed the security situation was getting better,” he said.

The “surge” is working. Will Washington allow the current progress to continue?
In Washington perception is often mistaken for reality. And as Congress prepares for a fresh debate on Iraq, the perception many members have is that the new strategy has already failed.

This isn’t an accurate reflection of what is happening on the ground, as I saw during my visit to Iraq in May. Reports from the field show that remarkable progress is being made. Violence in Baghdad and Anbar Province is down dramatically, grassroots political movements have begun in the Sunni Arab community, and American and Iraqi forces are clearing al Qaeda fighters and Shiite militias out of long-established bases around the country.

This is remarkable because the military operation that is making these changes possible only began in full strength on June 15. To say that the surge is failing is absurd. Instead Congress should be asking this question: Can the current progress continue?

One should be wondering why it is that the folks with the lowest approval ratings in history want to once again get shown the door. Reid and Pelosi cannot scrape enough votes together to override GWB’s veto pen and those of us in the New Media won’t allow them to win this round either. We trounced the ILLEGAL Alien Shamnesty bill into the dirt and we will do the same this time around as well.

We are strongly united in defeating the Leftinistra.

Be fair warned. We are watching.

Just A Spattering

CBS News

“…U.S. intelligence analysts have concluded al Qaeda has rebuilt its operating capability to a level not seen since just before the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, The Associated Press has learned…”

“…A counterterrorism official familiar with a five-page summary of the new government threat assessment called it a stark appraisal that will be discussed at the White House on Thursday as part of a broader meeting on an upcoming National Intelligence Estimate…”

The findings by the Center for Religious Freedom were presented on Monday and come in advance of the publication of the book, “Religious Freedom in the World 2007,” to be released next year.

The report cited Burma, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, the Maldives, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tibet, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan as nations with the worst religious freedom records of the 100 countries surveyed…”

AQI is on the run

“…Before the tape was running, I asked Abu Ali why he and the 1920s turned against al Qaeda in Buhriz. Speaking through LT David Wallach, a native Arabic speaker, Abu Ali said that “al Qaeda is an abomination of Islam: cutting off heads, stealing people’s money, kidnapping . . . every type of torture they have done.”

The recent stories of baked children came to mind. I asked if Abu Ali had heard about children being baked. Ali said no, he had not heard such a story, but he would not be surprised if it were true because al Qaeda had done so many crimes, such as cutting off a man’s head, putting it up on a stick and parading it around town.

Ali said people had been afraid in their own homes because of al Qaeda. I asked if he had fought Americans and Ali laughed and said through Wallach, “What kind of question is that?” I chuckled. Unfortunately, we had to go to other meetings, so the time for taping was short. In closing, I asked Abu Ali if there was something he would like to say to Americans. The markets that had been closed under al Qaeda were bustling around us…”

Al Qaeda Cell in the U.S. Or On Its Way, According to New Intel

Right Truth

It’s “logical to watch anything that happens in the UK as a potential precursor to future threats against U.S.,” says Thomas P.M. Barnett and I agree with him completely. We need to always be on watch, ever evaluating our procedures, watching what the terrorists are saying in ‘chatter’, on websites, and in videos.

It was an established fact from Day 1 that al Qaeda was behind this and it was planned by its followers in Great Britain with bin Laden’s blessing,” a senior foreign intelligence source told The Times of London.

UPDATE!! Remember this?

Teams of al Qaeda-trained suicide bombers were dispatched to the United States and Europe from an Afghan camp 10 days ago, ABC News reported last night.

About 300 would-be bombers – including boys as young as 12 – were ordered to carry out attacks in Britain, Canada, Germany and the United States, the report said.

A Pakistani journalist invited to attend the camp took pictures of a Taliban commander congratulating graduates on June 9, ABC News said.

Another White Flagger?

John J Duncan, Jr; White Flag Republican

Ladies and Gentlemen, it appears some public servants don’t understand the concept of working for the American People. I sent out the letter Congress to about half of the list yesterday. Below is a response I received from Teresa McCollum, John Duncan Jr.’s staff assistant. I suggest the bloggers blog it and we show Duncan’s staff for what they are–purposely obtuse and out and out ignoring–INDEED BLOCKING–the American constituency. BTW, he’s from Tennessee.

Here’s the response:

Whoever you are, this email does not pertain to me and you have been reported and also blocked and sent to junk mail.

My letter to Duncan read like this:

I have emailed the following to my google group, Patriots for Conservative Values.

Perhaps you need to educate your staff when they receive email concerning issues of the day, such as the Surrender Date Certain timeline discussion regarding Iraq, this is not the way to respond to the American taxpayer and constituent paying your–and your staff member’s–salary. Never forget YOU serve at the pleasure of the people.

This is what I’ve mailed to my group:

and closed like this:

Mr. Duncan, I suggest you educate your staff. This will be blogged everywhere.

The QUIT Caucus

The “Quit Iraq” Caucus

Such a grand title for an article, yes? Ralph Peters of the NY Post says it very well.

EVEN as our troops make serious progress against al-Qaeda-in-Iraq and other extremists, Congress – including Republican members – is sending the terrorists a message: “Don’t lose heart, we’ll save you!” Iraq’s a mess. Got it. The Bush administration has made so many mistakes I stopped counting a year ago. But we’ve finally got a general in Baghdad – Dave Petraeus – who’s doing things right. Iraqi politicians are still disgracing themselves, but our troops are killing America’s enemies – with the help of our former enemies.

Al-Qaeda-in-Iraq is suffering a humiliating defeat, as fellow Sunni Muslims turn against the fanatics and help them find the martyrdom they advertise. Yet for purely political reasons – next year’s elections – cowards on Capitol Hill are spurning the courage of our troops on the ground.

The frantic political gamesmanship in Congress would nauseate a ghoul. Pols desperate for any cover and concealment they can get have dragged the Iraq Study Group plan from the grave.

Masterminded by former Secretary of State Jim “Have Your Hugged Your Saudi Prince Today?” Baker, the report is a blueprint for a return to yesteryear’s dictator-smooching policy (which helped create al Qaeda – thanks, Jimbo!).

That Baker report reminds me of cheap horror films where the zombies just keep coming back – except that zombies retain a measure of integrity.

But if Republicans are rushing to desert our troops and spit on the graves of heroes, the Democratic Party at least has been consistent – they’ve supported our enemies from the start, undercutting our troops and refusing to explain in detail what happens if we flee Iraq.

So I’ll tell you what happens: massacres. And while I have nothing against Shia militiamen and Sunni insurgents killing each other 24/7, the overwhelming number of victims will be innocent women, children and the elderly.

Why anyone with any kind of intelligence levels are listening to a group of people whose approval ratings is HALF of GWB’s is a odious concept.

BlandlyUrbane of DeMediacratic Nation has some things to say as well.

Perhaps bringing up the laws which are being violated by the “Quit Iraq” caucus is in order.

In posts here, and here, we find the following:

Expulsion, Censure, Reprimand, and Fine: Legislative Discipline in the House of Representatives

The House of Representatives is expressly authorized within the United States Constitution (Article I, Section 5, clause 2) to discipline or “punish” its own Members. This authority of the institution of the House to discipline a Member for “disorderly Behaviour” is in addition to any criminal or civil liability that a Member of the House may incur for particular misconduct, and is a device or procedure designed not so much as merely a punishment of the individual Member, but rather ultimately as a measure to protect the institutional integrity of the House of Representatives, its proceedings and its reputation.

Congressional discipline of a Member by the House of Representatives is done by the House itself, without the necessity of Senate concurrence, and may take several forms. The most common forms of discipline in the House are now “expulsion,” “censure,” or “reprimand,” although the House may also discipline its Members in others ways, including fine or monetary restitution, loss of seniority, and suspension or loss of certain privileges. In addition to such sanctions imposed by the full House of Representatives, the standing committee in the House dealing with ethics and official conduct matters, the House Committee on Standards of Official Conduct, is authorized by House Rules to issue a formal Committee reproach in the form of a “Letter of Reproval” for misconduct which does not rise to the level of consideration or sanction by the entire House of Representatives. Additionally, such Committee has also expressed its disapproval of conduct in informal letters and communications to Members.

The House may generally discipline its Members for violations of statutory law, including crimes; for violations of internal congressional rules; or for any conduct which the House of Representatives finds has reflected discredit upon the institution. Thus, each House of Congress has disciplined its own Members for conduct which has not necessarily violated any specific rule or law, but which was found to breach its privileges, demonstrate contempt for the institution, or which was found to discredit the House or Senate. When the most severe sanction of expulsion has been employed in the House, however, the conduct has historically involved either disloyalty to the United States Government, or the violation of a criminal law involving the abuse of one’s official position, such as bribery.

United States Code

Section 2382. Misprision of treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

Section 2388. Activities affecting armed forces during war

(a) Whoever, when the United States is at war, willfully makes or conveys false reports or false statements with intent to interfere with the operation or success of the military or naval forces of the United States or to promote the success of its enemies; or Whoever, when the United States is at war, willfully causes or attempts to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty, in the military or naval forces of the United States, or willfully obstructs the recruiting or enlistment service of the United States, to the injury of the service or the United States, or attempts to do so – Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

(b) If two or more persons conspire to violate subsection (a) of this section and one or more such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each of the parties to such conspiracy shall be punished as provided in said subsection (a).

(c) Whoever harbors or conceals any person who he knows, or has reasonable grounds to believe or suspect, has committed, or is about to commit, an offense under this section, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

(d) This section shall apply within the admiralty and maritime jurisdiction of the United States, and on the high seas, as well as within the United States.

Madame Traitor Pelosi has also violated The Logan Act:

Did Nancy Pelosi Violate the Logan Act?

Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

This section shall not abridge the right of a citizen to apply himself, or his agent, to any foreign government, or the agents thereof, for redress of any injury which he may have sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects.

That is the complete text of the Logan Act, passed by the U.S. Congress on January 30, 1799, and in force to this day.

Did Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (and others) violate that act during a much-publicized, self-authorized trip to Syria?

The answer, like the law itself, is simple and straightforward: Yes.

Nancy Pelosi qualifies as “any citizen of the United States,” with no exemption as Speaker of the House.

Nancy Pelosi acted “without authority of the United States,” which, in matters of foreign policy, resides solely and exclusively in the executive branch of the U.S. Government, meaning the President of the United States and his designees. The President of the United States specifically disapproved of the Pelosi trip to Syria, asked her not to go and criticized her thereafter.

Nancy Pelosi directly commenced “correspondence or intercourse” with officers and agents of a foreign government.

Nancy Pelosi, by her own statements, intended and attempted to influence the “measures or conduct” of that foreign government. Those measures and that conduct directly relate to disputes or controversies with the United States (and its allies).

That the measures and conduct of Syria are among the worst of nations is of considerable concern from the standpoint of U.S. foreign policy, but is irrelevant from the standpoint of the Logan Act, which does not grade the behavior of countries or delineate among them for the purposes of its strictures.

That Speaker Pelosi says she said nothing on her trip that differs from the positions of the President is also irrelevant, from the standpoint of the law, and either woefully ignorant or ignorant and spiteful, from the standpoint of international relations.

The current policy of the U.S., as made by the executive branch, is to isolate Syria. That may be right; it may be wrong; it may not even matter. It is not, however, anywhere within Speaker Pelosi’s prerogative to tangibly interfere or even interpose herself by meeting directly with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad for the purposes of any “diplomacy.”

Pelosi’s defenders make much of the fact that she is Speaker of the House of Representatives and only behind the Vice President in order of succession to the Presidency. That may get heads nodding on television talk shows, but falls with a thud against the words of the U.S. Supreme Court, recognizing the “exclusive power of the President as the sole organ of the federal government in the field of international relations” or “the decision of the executive is conclusive.”

(Contrary to the mistaken assertions of some, presidential succession is not specified in the Constitution, but in statutory law made by Congress, subject to change, as it has changed in the past. No Speaker has ever succeeded to the Presidency. Even if one ever does, that will never make the legislative branch the executive branch or allow anyone in the legislative branch to adventure past the separation of powers that is one of the cornerstones of our government.)

It is far more pertinent to ask another question regarding Pelosi’s role as Speaker of the House. What does it say to this country that she openly violates a law made by the very legislative body of which she is the putative leader? If she disagrees with the law, for any reason, it is her job to try to change it, not to violate it, no matter how much she may disagree with the foreign policy positions of a duly-elected President.

The Logan Act may be old and no one ever before prosecuted for violating it. But it is neither ill-founded nor archaic, particularly in a time of world unrest and significant domestic tension regarding U.S. policy toward that unrest. The law does not preclude all legislators’ discussions with foreign leaders, such as fact-finding, but only those which have the unauthorized intent to influence those leaders.

As recently as September 2006, the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct of the House issued a memo to all members and officers that cautioned against activities that implicate the Logan Act, albeit intended as a warning to outgoing members. Similarly, in February 2006, the Congressional Research Service prepared a survey of the Logan Act for Congress. While neither document is particularly respectful of the law, there should at least be no one in Congress claiming not to understand it (including Speaker Pelosi’s Republican fellow travelers).

There is no question that many Americans and many in Congress disagree strenuously with foreign policy positions of the Bush Administration. Any and all, including Speaker Pelosi, may say so, loudly and often, in Congress, in the public square. But none of us, including Speaker Pelosi, has the right to conduct any foreign policy, without specific authorization of the President.

Now, Speaker Pelosi and Congressman Tom Lantos, Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, are openly discussing a diplomatic trip to “dialogue” with Iran. In the Byzantine world of foreign relations, that’s like trying to dismantle a nuke wearing only a head scarf for protection.

The Washington Post called Speaker Pelosi’s mission to Syria “foolish.” Vice President Cheney called it “bad behavior.” We call it felony

As the Imam mentioned, half a century has passed since one of our great leaders welcomed the Islamic Center into our nation’s family of faith. Dedicating this site, President Dwight D. Eisenhower offered America’s hand in friendship to Muslims around the world. He asked that together we commit ourselves “to peaceful progress of all men under one God.”

Today we gather, with friendship and respect, to reaffirm that pledge — and to renew our determination to stand together in the pursuit of freedom and peace.1 We come to express our appreciation for a faith that has enriched civilization for centuries.2 We come in celebration of America’s diversity of faith3 and our unity as free people4. And we hold in our hearts the ancient wisdom of the great Muslim poet, Rumi: “The lamps are different, but the light is the same.”5

Moments like this dedication help clarify who Americans are as a people, and what we wish for the world. We live in a time when there are questions about America and her intentions. For those who seek a true understanding of our country, they need to look no farther than here. This Muslim center sits quietly down the road from a synagogue, a Lutheran church, a Catholic parish, a Greek Orthodox chapel, a Buddhist temple — each with faithful followers who practice their deeply held beliefs and live side by side in peace.6

This is what freedom offers: societies where people can live and worship as they choose without intimidation, without suspicion, without a knock on the door from the secret police. The freedom of religion is the very first protection offered in America’s Bill of Rights. It is a precious freedom. It is a basic compact under which people of faith agree not to impose their spiritual vision on others, and in return to practice their own beliefs as they see fit. This is the promise of our Constitution, and the calling of our conscience, and a source of our strength.7

The freedom to worship is so central to America’s character that we tend to take it personally when that freedom is denied to others. Our country was a leading voice on behalf of the Jewish refusniks in the Soviet Union. Americans joined in common cause with Catholics and Protestants who prayed in secret behind an Iron Curtain. America has stood with Muslims seeking to freely practice their beliefs in places such as Burma and China.8

To underscore America’s respect for the Muslim faith here at home,9 I came to this Center six days after the 9/11 attacks to denounce incidents of prejudice against Muslim Americans. (Applause.) Today I am announcing a new initiative that will improve mutual understanding and cooperation between America and people in predominately Muslim countries.

I will appoint a special envoy to the Organization of the Islamic Conference. This is the first time a President has made such an appointment to the OIC. (Applause.) Our special envoy will listen to and learn from representatives from Muslim states and will share with them America’s views and values. This is an opportunity for Americans to demonstrate to Muslim communities our interest in respectful dialogue and continued friendship.10

We have seen that friendship reflected in the outpouring of support Americans have extended to Muslim communities across the globe during times of war and natural disaster. Americans came to the aid of the victims of devastating earthquakes in Pakistan and Iran, and responded with urgency and compassion to the wreckage of the tsunami in Indonesia and Malaysia. Our country defended Muslims in Bosnia and Kosovo after the breakup of Yugoslavia. (Applause.)11 Today we are rallying the world to confront genocide in Sudan.12 Americans of all beliefs have undertaken these efforts out of compassion, conviction, and conscience.

The greatest challenge facing people of conscience is to help the forces of moderation win the great struggle against extremism that is now playing out across the broader Middle East. We’ve seen the expansion of the concept of religious freedom and individual rights in every region of the world — except one. In the Middle East, we have seen instead the rise of a group of extremists who seek to use religion as a path to power and a means of domination.13

These self-appointed vanguard — this self-appointed vanguard presumes to speak for Muslims. They do not. They call all Muslims who do not believe in their harsh and hateful ideology “infidels” and “betrayers” of the true Muslim faith. This enemy falsely claims that America is at war with Muslims and the Muslim faith, when in fact it is these radicals who are Islam’s true enemy. (Applause.)14

They have staged spectacular attacks on Muslim holy sites to divide Muslims and make them fight one another. The majority of the victims of their acts of terror are Muslims. In Afghanistan, they have targeted teachers for beatings and murder. In Iraq, they killed a young boy, and then booby-trapped his body so it would explode when his family came to retrieve him. They put children in the backseat of a car so they could pass a security checkpoint, and then blew up the car with the children still inside. These enemies bombed a wedding reception in Amman, Jordan, a housing complex in Saudi Arabia, a hotel in Jakarta. They claim to undertake these acts of butchery and mayhem in the name of Allah. Yet this enemy is not the true face of Islam, this enemy is the face of hatred.15

Men and women of conscience have a duty to speak out and condemn this murderous movement before it finds its path to power.16 We must help millions of Muslims as they rescue a proud and historic religion from murderers and beheaders who seek to soil the name of Islam.17 And in this effort, moderate Muslim leaders have the most powerful and influential voice. We admire and thank those Muslims who have denounced what the Secretary General of the OIC called “radical fringe elements who pretend that they act in the name of Islam.” We must encourage more Muslim leaders to add their voices, to speak out against radical extremists who infiltrate mosques, to denounce organizations that use the veneer of Islamic belief to support and fund acts of violence, and to reach out to young Muslims — even in our country and elsewhere in the free world — who believe suicide bombing may some day be justified.18

We need to rally the voices of Muslims who can speak most directly to millions in the Arab world left behind in the global movement toward prosperity and freedom. For decades the free world abandoned Muslims in the Middle East to tyrants, and terrorists, and hopelessness. This was done in the interests of stability and peace, but instead the approach brought neither. The Middle East became an incubator for terrorism and despair, and the result was an increase in Muslims’ hostility to the West. I have invested the heart of my presidency in helping Muslims fight terrorism, and claim their liberty, and find their own unique paths to prosperity and peace.19

The efforts underway in Afghanistan and Iraq are central in this struggle, but that struggle is not going to end the threats; it’s not going to end there.20 We believe the ultimate success of Afghans and Iraqis will inspire others who want to live in freedom, as well.21 We will work toward a day when a democratic Palestine lives side by side with Israel in peace.22 (Applause.) We have already seen stirrings of a democratic future in other parts of the Middle East, though it will take time for liberty to flower. A democratic future is not a plan imposed by Western nations, it is a future that the people of the region will seize for themselves.23 A future of freedom is the dream and the desire of every loving heart.24

We know this because of the 8 million people who braved threats and intimidation to vote in Afghanistan. We know this because of the nearly 12 million people who cast ballots in free elections in Iraq. And we know this because the world watched as the citizens of Lebanon raised the banner of the Cedar Revolution, drove out their Syrian occupiers, and chose new leaders under free elections. Even now the hope for freedom is felt in some dark corners in the Middle East — whispering in living rooms, and coffee houses, and in classrooms. Millions seek a path to the future where they can say what they think, travel where they wish, and worship as they choose. They plead in silence for their liberty — and they hope someone, somewhere will answer.25

So today, in this place of free worship, in the heart of a free nation, we say to those who yearn for freedom from Damascus to Tehran: You are not bound forever by your misery. You plead in silence no longer. The free world hears you. You are not alone. America offers you its hand in friendship. We work for the day when we can welcome you into the family of free nations. We pray that you and your children may one day know freedom in all things, including the freedom to love and to worship the Almighty God.26

May God bless you.

  1. Islam does not pursue peace; it pursues world domination through Jihad. Read this; print & distribute it: Is Islam Peaceful?
  2. The only enriching Islam did was of Muhammad & his Caliphs with booty and the soil with blood & bodies! See Bukhari3.37.495  and 4.52.220.
  3. Islam does not celebrate diversity; it is intolerant.  It imposes a sub human state of subjugation upon conquered Jews & Christians.
  4. Muslims in Dar Ul-Harb self-segregate. Thats why they collect in European cities such as Malmo, where police dare not enter.  They are creating and taking over enclaves as a progression toward total conquest.
  5. How do you square the Golden Rule with “kill them wherever you find them” & “fight them until” they pay extortion in a state of subjection?
  6. Side by side in peace … only until the number of Muslims is sufficient to support attacks against their neighbors, as in Aceh and the suburbs of Paris.
  7. Freedom of religion is not a part of Islam. Islam demands that only Allah be worshiped in the entire world.  Islam must be made dominant.
  8. Practicing Islamic beliefs means waging war against all who refuse to submit to Islam.  Only a damn fool traitor stands with Islam!!!
  9. None but an ignoramus or a damn fool respects Islam!  Islam is a predatory institution designed to enrich and empower Muhammad through the professional practice of piracy.  Read and distribute this: The Roots of Islamic terrorism.
  10. Sheer idiocy!!! The OIC supports HAMAS & Hizbollah.  It seeks global world conquest as prescribed in the Qur’an.  Respectful dialogue with Islam is an impossibility; Islam has no respect. It is supremacist, racist intolerant and aggressively violent.
  11. President Clinton supported Islamic aggressors against Christian defenders. He is a traitor to western civilization!
  12. The ongoing genocide in Darfur is Islamic. in compliance with Muhammad’s preaching and practice.
  13. Islam was created as a means to acquire power and domination.  It is a war machine, not a religion. There are no extremists; only believing, faithful Muslims obeying Allah and emulating Muhammad.
  14. Islam is the enemy of all mankind; has declared war and is prosecuting it. Most Muslims are descendants of people who were conquered and converted at sword point.
  15. The true face of Islam is what Allah commanded and Muhammad exemplified: perpetual war on all mankind!!! Wake up!!! Wise up!!! Inform yourself!!! Quit believing the lies told by damn fools and traitors!!!!!  Begin by reading the Know Thine Enemy series. Be sure to follow and carefully read the links therein contained.
  16. The murderous movement is Islam, Muhammad’s path to power.  The dichotomy : moderate || extreme Islam is false and malicious. Islam is violent and genocidal; was so from its foundation and will always remain so.
  17. Islam has not been hijacked!!! Read  and distribute this: Has Islam Been Hijacked?  Muhammad ordered the murder of poets who criticized him.  See Sahih Muslim Book 019, Number 4435.
  18. What in Hell is moderate about this??:
9:29 USC Fahd Declaration of perpetual war against “people of the book”. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.
  • 8:67
    USC Fahd
Genocide is prerequisite to ransoming POW. It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allâh desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

Order to fight: confirms 9:28 & 8:39; denies dignity & equality of Kuffar/Dhimmis. Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
  • Muslims can only fight terrorism and claim their liberty by mass apostasy: casting off Allah’s yoke of slavery.  Islam and liberty can not coexist because Islam is slavery.
  • If we were victorious in Afghanistan & Iraq– if liberal democratic governments were established, they could not be maintained because Islam does not allow democracy. Allah rules.  His rule may not be questioned.  Only the complete extinction of Islam can achieve the goal of liberating the region and rendering it peaceful.
  • Only a damn fool would believe that. First, democracy will never be successful in the presence of Islam.  We lost the battle when we allowed Sharia to be the source of law in their constitutions!  We succeeded in Germany & Japan because we imposed  new constitutions on them. Allowing Afghanistan & Iraq to retain Islam was a fatal blunder, guaranteeing failure.  Muslims are Allah’s slaves. They can only obtain freedom by removing Allah’s yoke.
  • Only an ignorant damn fool expects Islam to coexist with Israel!  Israel, by existing on land once conquered by Islam, proves Allah to be an impotent idol.  In 8:65, he promised a 10:1 kill ratio. In 1948, the Muslims lost in spite of overwhelming superiority in manpower and hardware. There is absolutely no possibility of Islam ever tolerating Israel’s existence.  Israel will never obtain peace and security while Islam exists. Neither will we.
  • Not while they are Muslims!  It will never happen.
  • Muslims have sold their lives and property to Allah in return for admission to Paradise. Allah’s part of the bargain: Muslims fight and kill for him.  This is expressly stated in 9:111. Read it and curse Islam, if you have a soul.
  • The only answer is to show them, dramatically, the true nature of Allah, Islam & Muhammad:  a demon, a murder cult and a murdering, pedophile, lecher and pirate respectively. Document the Qur’an & Sunnah on film and give it global distribution.  Let them see the rape of Safia, the murder of her husband, the genocide of the Banu Qurayzah,  the marriage to Aisha at age 6 and the marriage to his daughter in law. Sign and promote this on line petition which urges Mel Gibson to make and distribute the film: Expose Islam On Film.
  • They can only know that freedom as ex-Muslims. If they don’t attain it, we will lose our lives and liberties.
