Istanbul Process: Censorship Through Subterfuge

Istanbul Process: Censorship Through Subterfuge

The
fall session of the Istanbul Process has concluded; while we await
publication of their report we can reflect on the manifold deceptions
which passed the lips of two participants.  I have selected the
most important phrases out of context for criticism.

It is not possible to advance respect for religious
freedom & tolerance where Allah’s writ runs. There is neither
tolerance nor respect for religions other than Islam in Egypt, Saudi
Arabia and other nations dominated by Islam.  The positive
attitudes desired by Amb. Cook do not  and can not exist there
because of the doctrines of Islam.

  • Non-Muslims are cursed.
    • 2:161.
Verily, those who disbelieve, and die while they are disbelievers, it
is they on whom is the Curse
of Allâh and of the angels and of mankind, combined
      .
    • 3:12.
Say (O Muhammad ) to those who disbelieve: “You will be defeated and gathered
      together to Hell
, and worst indeed is that place to rest.”
    • 9:30.
      And the Jews say:
‘Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allâh, and the Christians say: Messiah
is the son of Allâh. That is a saying from their mouths. They imitate
the saying of the disbelievers of old. Allâh’s Curse be on them, how
they are deluded away from the truth!
  • Only Islam is accepted.
    • 3:19.
      Truly, the religion with Allâh
      is Islâm
      .
Those who were given the Scripture (Jews and Christians) did not differ
except, out of mutual jealousy, after knowledge had come to them. And
whoever disbelieves in the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, signs,
revelations, etc.) of Allâh, then surely, Allâh is Swift in calling to
      account.
    • 3:85.
      And whoever seeks a religion
other than Islâm, it will never be accepted of him
      , and in the
Hereafter he will be one of the losers.
  • Unbelief is a great evil under Shari’ah..
    • Unbelief is the vilest
      form of corruption
, as goes without saying. [Reliance of the
      Traveller O24.2
    • Leaving Islam is the
      ugliest form of unbelief
      (kufr) and the worst. [08.0]
    • …a non-Muslim has no
      right to authority
and hence no right to raise a Muslim. [M13.2]
      • false
divide that pits religious sensitivities against freedom of expression

        [Quoting H.C.]

For the full quote, turn to page 35 of the April ’11 Islamophobia Report.
Hillary’s assertion is malignant. Islam demands that all criticism of
Islam be squelched, which is clear in the text of previous HRC & GA
resolutions “Combating Defamation of Religions“.

Reliance of the Traveller defines apostasy with a
list of twenty acts which entail leaving Islam [O8.7]
Those acts include reviling Allah, Muhammad or Islam and denial of any
Islamic law or doctrine.  The penalty for apostasy is execution,
specified in the second section of chapter 8. [O8.1]
The same rule and punishment are imposed upon conquered Jews &
Christians living in Dar ul-Islam as Dhimmis: -5- or mentions something impermissible
about Allah, the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), or
Islam. [O11.10]
The penalty imposed upon a Dhimmi who blasphemes is the same as he
would suffer when captured in battle, one of four choices by the Imam,
death being the first listed. [O9.14]

The OIC demanded prosecution of the publisher of the
Motoons and demanded that the Dutch government block the publication of
Fitna. After the publication, they demanded prosecution. Egypt is
demanding that publication of Wilders’ upcoming book be blocked.

      • Resolution
16/18 secured an international consensus around an action-oriented
approach to combat religious intolerance in line with respect for
universal human rights—including religious freedom and freedom of
        expression.

“Respect for freedom of expression” yeah, right. The
following paragraph occurs on page two of the resolution:

Expresses deep concern at the continued
serious instances of derogatory

stereotyping, negative
profiling and stigmatization of persons based on their religion or

belief, as well as programmes
and agendas pursued by extremist organizations and groups

aimed at creating and
perpetuating negative stereotypes about religious groups
, in
particular

when condoned by Governments;

“Derogatory stereotyping ” & “negative stereotypes”  are
encrypted references to  associating Islam with
terrorism
.  Last year’s GA resolution expresses it this
way:

Also emphasizes that no religion should be equated with
terrorism
, as this

may have adverse consequences on the enjoyment of the right to freedom
of religion

or belief of all members of the religious communities concerned;

Oh, but that meme has been abandoned, hasn’t it?  Yeah, right. Two
resolutions came out of the Third Committee in November, one based on
19/18 and

A/C.3/66/L.48/Rev.1 : “Elimination of all forms of
intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief”.

Also emphasizes that no religion should
be equated with terrorism, as this

may have adverse consequences on the enjoyment of the right to freedom
of religion

or belief of all members of the religious communities concerned;

Islam = terrorism because Allah said that he would
cast terror, did cast terror & Moe said that it made him
victorious.  I present to you relevant, verifiable proof from the
Qur’an, Tafsir Ibn Kathir & Sahih Bukhari, the most authentic of
the six canonical hadith collections.

  • 3:151. We shall cast terror into the hearts of those
    who disbelieve
  • 7:4.  How many a township have We
    destroyed! As a raid
    by night
, or while they slept at noon, Our terror came unto them.
    • Our torment came upon them by
night or while they were taking their midday nap. ) means, Allah’s
command, torment and vengeance came over them at night or while taking
a nap in the middle of the day. Both of these times are periods of rest
and leisure or heedlessness and amusement.  Nations that were destroyed
  • 8:12. (Remember) when your Lord inspired the
angels, “Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I
will cast terror into the hearts of those
who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all
    their fingers and toes.”
    • …(I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have
      disbelieved.)
means, `you — angels — support the believers, strengthen their
(battle) front against their enemies, thus, implementing My command to
      you. I will cast
fear, disgrace and humiliation over those who defied My command and
      denied My Messenger
      ,
(so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers
      and
toes.) strike them on their foreheads to tear them apart and over the
necks to cut them off, and cut off their limbs, hands and feet….Allah commands the Angels to fight and support the
      Believers
  • 8:60. Against them make ready your strength to
the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into
(the hearts of) the enemies, of God and your enemies, and others
besides, whom ye may not know, but whom God doth know. Whatever ye
shall spend in the cause of God, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall
    not be treated unjustly.
  • 33:26. And those of the people of the
Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allah brought them down
from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so
that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made
    captives.
    • (and cast terror into their
      hearts
😉 means fear, because they had
supported the idolators in their war against the Messenger of Allah and
the one who knows is not like the one who does not know. They had
terrified the Muslims and intended to kill them so as to gain earthly
power, but their plans backfired; the idolators ran away and the
believers were victorious while the disbelievers were losers; where
they had aimed for glory, they were humiliated. The Campaign against Banu Qurayzah
  • 59:2.
He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the
Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Bani An-Nadir) from their
homes at the first gathering. You did not think that they would get
out. And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from
Allah! But Allah’s (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they
expected it not, and He cast terror into
their hearts, so that they destroyed their own dwellings with their own
hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O you with
    eyes (to see).
    • …Therefore, Allah
sent His torment down on them
      ;
it can never be averted, and His appointed destiny touched them; it can
never be resisted. The Prophet forced them to evacuate and abandon
their fortified forts that Muslims did not think they would ever
control. …Then take admonition, O you with eyes.) meaning,
“Contemplate the end of those who defied Allah’s command, contradicted
His Messenger and denied His Book. See how Allah’s humiliating torment
struck them in this life, as well as, the painful torment that Allah
has reserved for them in the Hereafter.”… The End that Bani An-Nadir suffered

  • 59:13. Of a truth ye are stronger (than they)
because of the terror in their hearts, (sent) by
God. This is because they are men devoid of understanding.
  • 8:57. So if you gain the mastery over them in
    war, punish them
severely in order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they
    may learn a lesson
    .
    • …(then disperse those who are behind them,) by severely
      punishing
      ﴿the captured people﴾ according to Ibn `Abbas, Al-Hasan Al-Basri,
      Ad-Dahhak, As-Suddi, `Ata’ Al-Khurasani and Ibn `Uyaynah. This
Ayah commands punishing them harshly and inflicting casualties on them.
This way, other enemies, Arabs and non-Arabs, will be afraid and take a
      lesson from their end
,… Striking Hard against Those Who disbelieve and break

  •  Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 7, Number 331:

    Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah:

The Prophet said, “I have been given five things which were not given
to any one else before me.

    1. Allah made me
    victorious by
    awe, (by His
frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month’s journey. .

  • Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:

    Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been sent with the
shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror(cast
in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the
treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand.

Abu Huraira added: Allah’s Apostle has left the world and now you,
people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not
    benefit by them).

“Programs and agendas pursued by extremist
organizations” is an encrypted reference to the Dutch and Austrian
Freedom Parties and the American Tea Party.  They want to make the
Tea Party and negative expressions about Islam in campaign
advertisements illegal. If you doubt this, read the April ’11 Islamophobia Report, pages 3, 6 & 49

      • calls
on states to take specific measures to combat religious intolerance

The call comes on page 2 of the resolution.

Expresses its concern that incidents of religious intolerance, discrimination

and related violence, as well as of negative stereotyping of
individuals on the basis of

religion or belief, continue to rise around the world, and condemns, in
this context, any

advocacy of religious hatred
against individuals that constitutes incitement to

discrimination, hostility or
violence
, and urges
States to take effective measures
, as set forth

in the present resolution, consistent
with their obligations under international human rights

law, to address and
combat such incidents;

  • incidents of
    • intolerance: Islamophobia
    • negative stereotyping: Terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of
      Islam :. Muslims are terrorists.
    • avocacy of religious hatred
      • constitutes incitement
        • discrimination
        • hostility
        • violence: any & every criticism of Islam, exemplified
by Fitna, the Motoons & Qur’an burning
  • effective measures:  legislation and its enforcement

Article 19

1. Everyone shall have the right to hold
opinions without interference

2.
Everyone shall have the right
to freedom of expression:
this right
shall include freedom to seek, receive, and impart information and
ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing
or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of this
choice

3.
The exercise of the rights provided for in paragraph 2 of this article carries with it special duties and
responsibilities. It may therefore
be subject to certain restrictions
, but these shall only be such
as
provided by law and are necessary.

   (a) For respect of the rights
or reputations of others;

   (b) For the protection of
national security or of public
order
(ordre public), or of public
health or morals.

Article 20

1. Any propaganda for war shall be
prohibited by law

2.
Any advocacy of national,
racial or religious hatred that constitutes
incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence shall be prohibited
by law.

Reservations:

       “(1)
That article 20 does
not authorize or require legislation or other action by the United
States that would restrict the
right of free speech
and association protected by the
Constitution and laws of the United States.

Several of the resolutions make allusion to  19.3, attempting to
stretch 19.3.a to cover Islam.  Note that the U.S.A. reserved our
First Amendment right of free expression.  Several resolutions
bitterly kvetch about that reservation, demanding its repeal. The HRC
has an Ad Hoc
Committee on Elaboration of Complementary Standards

whose mission is to write a binding protocol which will insert the
provisions of previous defamation of Islam resolutions into one of the
human rights covenants.

Define advocacy of hatred that constitutes
incitement. Exactly what does that expression in 20.2 mean in the real
world.  For the answer, we must turn to the Secretary General.

.

Reuters quotes U.N. Secretary General Ban
Ki-moon about Fitna:“There is no justification for hate speech or incitement to violence,” Ban
said in a statement. “The right
of free expression is not at stake here
.”

According to Ban, the short documentary by Geert Wilders meets the test
of 20.2. There is one little problem: Fitna is an exposure of
incitement, it is not incitement.  I direct doubters &
dissenters to this blog post which documents Fitna’s scriptural
citations
: The intention of HRC 16/18 is to criminalize Fitna, the
Motoons, this
blog post and every criticism of Islam.

      • Those
rights include the right to believe and the right practice a religion
not sanctioned by the state — or no religion at all.

Who can argue with the right to belief &
practice of religion?  Islam does, and I can, too!  The
existence of a right to practice Islam is an impossibility because the
practice of Islam entails genocide, terror, plunder, extortion, &
rape. This fatal fact is fully documented here:
No
Right to Practice Islam!

Allah said  that only he has the right to be
worshiped. Get a clue.

  • 3:2.
Allâh! Lâ ilahâ illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He),
the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that
    exists.
  • O11.5 -6- are forbidden to openly display
wine or pork, (A: to ring
    church bells or display crosses
,) recite the Torah or Evangel aloud,
or make public display of their
    funerals and feastdays;
-7- and are forbidden to build new churches.

Islam does not accept the UDHR,
it substituted the Cairo Declaration,
which makes Shari’ah the bottom line. I just quoted the relevant
Shari’ah for you. Get a clue: scroll to the end of the declaration and
read Articles 24 & 25.  Its Shari’ah, stupid, refer to
Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, Chapter 11.5, quoted above.
Freedom of religion is a one way street: for Muslims only.

      • This
purpose is to advance religious freedom, promote religious tolerance,
and combat discrimination on the basis of religion or belief—consistent
        with universal human rights principles.

The purpose is permanently frustrated because Islam does not and will
not allow religious freedom or  tolerate religions  and
discriminates against indigenous religious minorities.
Those flaws are intrinsic to the core of Islam and can not be altered
or removed because Islam can not be reformed.

  • protect
religious minorities and protect freedom of expression

Indigenous Christians in Egypt & Pakistan will
be charged with blasphemy and persecuted, up to and including execution
for saying “Jesus is Lord.”. HRC 16/18 does nothing to change Shari’ah
nor its implementation in Islamic nations and that is not its
intention.  Its stated mission is to prevent and punish “negative
stereotyping”, which is substituted for “defamation of religions”,
which was substituted for “defamation of Islam”. A skunk by any other
name will smell as pungent.  The resolution reeks, likewise the
clever words with which it is being disguised & promoted, which are
redolent of feces.

      •  some
people distort various religious doctrines to justify intolerance,
foment violence, or create strife that serves their narrow political
        purposes

Islam’s mission is to enrich its founder & his
successors through the professional practice of war and
extortion.  I direct doubters & dissenters to a previous blog
post for the disgusting details: Islam’s Mercenary Mission.
Genocidal jihad which terrorizes its victims is an intrinsic sacrament
of Islam, not a radical innovation.  I direct doubters &
dissenters to a previous blog post which exposes the disgusting
details: What’s
Wrong With Islam/Muslims?
.

      • faith
must never be a crime and religion must never be used as an excuse to
        stifle freedom of expression.

“Faith without works is dead.” and faith without
content is empty.  Faith ain’t the problem: doctrines are!
It is what they believe, not the fact that they believe. Faith produces
works; the works of Islam are genocidal conquest, rape, pillage &
extortion; this is why there can be No
Right to Practice Islam
.

The objective of HRC 16/18 and its successor
before the GA is to criminalize and punish the publication of the facts
contained in this blog post. The OIC tried to block the publication of
Fitna. They are trying to block the publication of a new book by Geert
Wilders. They demanded that he be persecuted for Fitna.

  • Remarks at the Istanbul Process for Combating Intolerance and
Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief

Hillary just told us that there is a right kill,
enslave, rape, plunder and extort disbelievers. Does she also
believe that there is a right to free expression? What did she say
about International Burn the Qur’an Day?  Did she uphold Rev.
Jones’ right to express his disdain for the damnable doctrines of Islam
by burning a Qur’an?  No, she condemned the planned event,
labeling it as hate speech and inciting violence, the same terms she
used to condemn the trial & burning of the Qur’an last March.

      • this
resolution marks a step forward in creating a safe global environment
for practicing and expressing one’s beliefs
      • In
it, we pledge to protect the freedom of religion for all while also
        protecting freedom of expression.

There is no step toward religious freedom short of
eradicating Islam. Does Hillary plan to send the Marines to protect
Copts in Egypt?  No resolution will protect them!  Only
overwhelming force will prevent Muslims from killing members of
Christian minorities in Africa, Arabia & Asia.  Nobody
proposes to assemble and apply that force.

Islam can only be eradicated by inducing mass
apostasy.  Mass apostasy can only be induced by exposing the Ummah
to the glaring reality of the identity and attributes of Allah, the
character and works of Moe and the horrific crimes against humanity
perpetrated in Allah’s name over the last 14 centuries.

Previous resolutions demanded criminalizing
association of Islam with terrorism, an intrinsic sacrament of which
Moe bragged. Another resolution pending in the General Assembly demands
criminalizing equating Islam with terrorism.

      • born
free to practice any religion, to change our religion, or to have none
        at all.

Open Reliance of the Traveller to Book O, Chapter 8
and start reading through 8.7; there is a link above. Who will go to
Pakistan and enforce the right to convert to Christianity?  Will
Hillary or Ban go?  Whom will they send; will they return alive
and whole from that mission?  You can not change the Qur’an &
sunnah on which O8.1 is based, so, exactly what will you do about it?

      • they
are not rights bestowed by any government. They are rights endowed by
our Creator within each of us. And therefore, we have a special
obligation to protect these God-given rights.

Only the U.S. government has an obligation to
protect our rights.  Res. 16/18 is part of a campaign to
eviscerate our right to free speech. Hillary’s State department is
acting in contravention of the First Amendment.

      • restricting
the practice of anyone’s faith is a threat to the human rights of all
        individuals.

Muslims believe that they have a divine right and religious
obligation
to conquer
the entire world
, by intimidation & force, including “casting
terror”. That right and obligation is inseverable; Islam
is all or nothing
. Muslims who believe “fight in Allah’s cause, killing
others and being killed
. Only
those who participate in jihad are believers
. Muslims are commanded
to obey Allah and Moe
.  Allah commanded them to “fight
the disbelievers nearest you
“.  Open Sahih Bukhari 52 to see what Moe did, which is to
be emulated.  Terrorism is an act of worship, intrinsic to the
practice of Islam; Muslims earn Brownie
Points for any step taken to injure or enrage
disbelievers.

Hillary just informed us that preventing Muslims
from engaging in terrorism is an infringement of their human right to
the free practice of religion. Muslims can not fully practice Islam
without it.

      • my
ability to practice my religious faith freely does not, and indeed
        cannot, diminish yours

Your Methodism, Hillary, does not impair the
practice of Islam. A Muslim, practicing his religion can rape and kill
you as an act of worship.  Of course, that does not diminish your
rights at all, does it?

      • Religion
can be such a powerful bond, but we also recognize that it can be
        misused to create conflict.

Creating conflict and perpetuating war are not
misuses of Islam, they are its mission.  Its jihad, stupid! The “original religion” of Islam is jihad and jihad is war against non-Muslims. Allah will curse
Muslims with disgrace if they abandon jihad for trade and
agriculture.

      • There
are those who, for reasons actually having little to do with religion,
seek to instill fear or contempt for those of another creed.

That is an obvious sideswipe at “Islamophobes”;
those of us who expose and warn others about the damnable doctrines
& practices of Islam.  Hillary implies that critics of Islam
are rousing the rabble to lynch Muslims.  If that was true, we
could and should be prosecuted.  In fact we are not, but far from
it.

      • So
we believe that it is the duty of every government to ensure that
individuals are not subject to violence, discrimination, or
intimidation because of their faith or their lack of faith.

The governments of Egypt, Pakistan and other Islam
dominated nations are active, willing participants in intimidation,
discrimination & persecution of indigenous Christian minorities and
turn a blind eye to Islamic violence.

      • At
the same time, as we strive to protect individuals from violence and
discrimination because of their religion or their beliefs, we must also
        express the freedom of expression.

Terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of
Islam.  Muslims earn Brownie Points with each act of
terrorism.  9/11 was an act of worship.  The OIC seeks to
criminalize and punish the uttering and publishing of those fatal
facts.  The resolution they ran through the GA last year is clear
on that matter.  Res 16/18 focuses on incitement to hatred and
violence.  According to Ban Ki-Moon,  exposing the direct
connection between Islamic scripture, preaching and terrorism is hate
speech and incitement not protected by freedom of expression.  If
he had the power, Ban would prohibit the publication of this blog post.
The purpose of Res 16/18 is to con our government into doing it for
him.

      • Well,
how would one know that you were being discriminated against if you
didn’t have the right to freedom of expression?

The right of free expression is essential to
discussion of affairs of state; to political campaigns in
particular.  When we perceive a real, proximate and continuing
threat to our personal and national security, we must be free to warn
our fellow citizens.  When we are offended by the arrogant
exactions of enemy forces, we must be free to express our outrage and
contempt.  The resolution you seek to implement is designed to
eliminate our right to free speech.

      • So
the freedom of religion and the freedom of expression are absolutely
        bound up together.

My right to warn of the damnable mission, doctrines
and practices of Islam does not, in any way impair anyone’s freedom of
religion.  If Muslims have a right to practice Islam, then all of
my rights are impaired.  The right to live and the right to
practice Islam can not coexist because Islam is a license to kill; a
declaration of open season in denial of the right to life and
property.  I direct doubters & dissenters to Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387.

      • Now,
there are those who have always seen a tension between these two
freedoms, especially when one person’s speech seems to question someone
        else’s religious beliefs,

Open Reliance of the Traveller, the Shafi’ite
handbook of fiqh which serves as the main codification of Shari’ah, to
BookO11.10 and learn that Dhimmis can be killed for
mentioning
anything “impermissible” about Allah, Moe or Islam.

      • or
maybe even offends that person’s beliefs.

      • But
the truth we have learned, through a lot of trial and error over more
than 235 years in our country, is that we defend our beliefs best by
defending free expression for everyone, and it lowers the temperature.
It creates an environment in which you are free to exercise and to
speak about your religion, whether your neighbor or someone across the
town agrees with you or not.
      •  In
fact, the appropriate answer to speech that offends is more speech.

Speech that offends: “fight them until”, “fight
those who …until”, “I am commanded to fight”, “I will cast terror”,
“Allah cast terror” so that “some you killed” and others you “made
captive”. I am offended by the Qur’an, hadith, Exegesis & Shari’ah!
I am offended by shouts of  “Allahu akbar!”.  I am offended
by the accursed abomination 9/11 and every Islamic act of
terrorism.

This blog post, the hundreds of similar posts which
preceded
it and those that will follow it are my response to intolerable
evil.  My disrespectful demand that Islam be outlawed, Muslims
expelled and excluded from the U.S.A. is my response to intolerable
evil.  My curse that I will not vote for any candidate for high
office who does not explicitly condemn Islam is my response to
intolerable evil.

      • It
is hurtful when bigotry pollutes the public sphere,

Informed and reasoned opposition to &
denunciation of Islam, based on the facts contained in its canon of
scripture, tradition, exegesis & jurisprudence is not bigotry. The
hallmarks of bigotry are ignorance and a closed mind.

      • but
the state does not silence ideas, no matter how disagreeable they might
        be,

You just confessed, in context of Res.16/18, that
exposure & condemnation of Islam are disagreeable to you and that
you consider them to be bigotry.  You also lied, because the
state, in seeking to implement 16/18, seeks to criminalize & punish
all criticism of Islam.  You have, in fact, adopted
the  agenda of the enemy: to silence our messages of warning and
dissent.

      • because
we believe that in the end, the best way to treat offensive speech is
by people either ignoring it or combating it with good arguments and
        good speech that overwhelms it.

My side has the facts, Hillary. It is not possible
to refute our condemnation of Islam because what we say is supported by
ample evidence found in Islam’s canon.  You can not refute the
facts outlined in this blog post. You can lie about them, spew
ad-hominem & Tu-quoque, but you can not prevail with fact and logic
because Islam is intrinsically evil, by design and incapable of
reformation.

      • So
we do speak out and condemn hateful speech.

You condemned Pastor Jones when he sponsored
International Burn the Koran Day.  You condemned him when he tried
and executed the Qur’an last March. You and General Petraeus betrayed
us, blaming Jones for Muslim riots stirred up among rabid rabble by
rabid Imams at Jumah Salat.  Jones did not incite violence. Jones
did not engage in hate speech. Jones did not violate anyone’s
rights.  When you accused Jones of inciting violence, you did, in
fact, incite violence by encouraging Muslims to riot.  I call
treason when I see it.  You and Obama should be impeached,
convicted of treason and removed from office.

      •  In
fact, we think it is our duty to do so,
      •  but
we don’t ban it or criminalize it.

Res. 16/18 is a continuation of the string of
resolutions spawned by the OIC’s Ten year Plan.  Scroll down to Art. VI,
item 3 and read about it.  Read Ekmeleddin
Ihsanoglu’s speech to the HRC Session 15
and Amb. Akram’s statement
to Session 16, which is transcribed in this blog post.  When we read those two
screeds and the Islamophobia Reports,  the intent of the
resolution is unmistakably clear.

Fasten your seat belts, this is where the going gets
rough. Put away all fire, choke and spill hazards before you continue
reading.

      • Now,
with Resolution 1618, we have clarified these dual objectives.

Malignant malarkey!  You clarified nothing, you
obfuscated your intention to criminalize criticism of Islam. That is
kitman as well as al-Taqiyya.

      • We
embrace the role that free expression plays in bolstering religious
        tolerance.

No sentient person, informed of the damnable
doctrines & practices of Islam, will ever tolerate its existence!
Free expression does not bolster tolerance, it bolsters exposure and
awareness! You spoke of a one sided free expression, limited to false
praise of Islam, not extending to honest criticism.

      • We
have agreed to build a culture of understanding and acceptance
        through

Anyone who understands Islam will never accept it!

      • concrete
measures to combat discrimination and violence,

Only Islam and Muslims advocate violence; we
advocate laws to expel and exclude Islam’s fifth column for the purpose
of preventing violence. Do you allow rattlesnakes to reside in your
house? Excluding rattlesnakes is discriminatory.

      • such
as education and outreach, and we are working together to achieve those
        objectives.

When a Muslim says “education” he means
indoctrination.  Nothing exposed in the links provided in this
blog post is included in instructional materials used in our
educational system, with the exception of some doctoral programs at
large universities.     Outreach translates to
appeasement.

      • it’s
one thing if people are just disagreeing. That is fair game. That’s
        free speech.

They say that “only Allah has the right to be
worshiped” and that I must convert or be killed. I say that I have a
right to worship or not as I blessed well see fit, without being
intimidated or coerced.  They assert a duty to attack us, I assert
a right to effective national defense. They say I must be silent, I say
that I have an absolute right to expose their evil doctrines &
practices.

      • But
if it results in sectarian clashes,

Sunni & Shi’ia are rivals for power. Power
corrupts. Nothing can stop them form internecine conflict.

      •  if
it results in the destruction or the defacement or the vandalization of
        religious sites,

In Africa, Arabia, & Asia, Muslims burn down
churches, with Christians in them.  That results from what is
preached in their local mosques, not what we write in our blogs.
We do not incite vandalism, a few  idiots driven over the edge by
frustration act on their own free will, without anyone telling them to.

      • if
it even results in imprisonment or death,

The trial and execution of a Qur’an in Florida did
not result in death. Those deaths and property damage resulted from the
rabid preaching at Jumah Salat, not anything anyone said or did over
here.

      • then
government must held those – hold those who are responsible accountable.

I’d like to see how you are going to hold Allah
& Moe responsible for riots & murders inspired by the Qur’an
& Sunnah. Allah is an impotent idol and Moe has been dead
since   Do you think you can go to Egypt & Pakistan to
arrest, try and incarcerate the rabid Imams who rouse the rabble to
riot?  I’d like to see you try it.

There is a difference between shouting fire in a
crowded theater where there is no fire or rousing a lynch mob and
burning a Qur’an.  Exposing the damnable doctrines of Islam in a
blog post does not kill anyone or destroy any property.  Property
is destroyed and people are killed by Muslims engaged in an act of
worship: terrorism.  They don’t get their incitement from us, they
get it from Islam’s canon of scripture, tradition, exegesis &
jurisprudence and from their Imams.

      • But
I have to say we have one difficulty in understanding all of the
problems that we see around the world, and that is
      • that
because religion is so personal and because it is something that we
        highly value in ourselves,

No, it ain’t and anybody smarter than a Moron can
see it after a little investigation. Ignorant & indolent Morons
like you project the western concept of religion onto Islam, which it
does not fit.  We view religion as a beneficent & anodyne
agency of theology & interpersonal relationships.  Religions
are our source of much of our morality & ethics.

Islam is presented and accepted by Muslims as the
absolute rule of Allah, which must be obeyed in all times, at all
places. It governs every facet of human life from conception through
burial.  It dictates how they eat, how they defecate and how they
wipe their butts. It also imposes upon them a demonic mandate to
conquer and subjugate the entire world.  Go to Amazon.com and get
a copy of Reliance of the Traveller or Volume II of hedaya and start
reading. You can learn much from the table of contents.

Islam is not a benign, anodyne & benevolent
theology, it is a continuing criminal enterprise; a war crime against
humanity motivated by filthy lucre: “The Spoils of War.
After reading the first verse, skip ahead to 41, then 60 & 67.  Turn next to 33:26-27 and  48:15-20.   Turn next to Sahih Muslim 19.4327Sahih Bukhari 4.52.220,  & 4.52.267.  If, after checking those
references, you can not correctly answer the following review
questions, its time to consider suicide to protect the gene pool.

  1. To whom do the spoils belong?
  2. Who gets the top 20%?
  3. What was Moe’s motivation?
  4. What is Allah’s motivation?
[Hint: it ain’t getting Moe into his celestial bordello.]
  5. What was the net effect of casting terror?
  6. What did Allah promise Muslims?
  7. What is the legal status of taking spoils?
  8. What did Allah give Moe?
  9. How did Muslims invest the treasures of the Persian &
    Byzantine Empires?

      •  it
strikes us as troubling that people are not confident in their
        religious beliefs

      • to
the point where they do not fear speech that raises questions about
        religion.

Muslims are hypersensitive because their faith is
false.  The ruling class is in the know, it is likely that many of
the clerical class are true believers. They do not want the Ummah to
find out.

Christians have a long chain of fulfilled Jewish
prophecies to base their faith on.  Muslims have only Moe’s word.
Islam begins and ends with Moe, who co-opted Jewish Prophets in hopes
of deceiving the local Jews.  The trick did not work; the Jews
laughed him to scorn, recognizing the fraud.

Go to a hadith search engine such as Islamic
Network
and search Sahih Bukhari  for these terms, without the
quotes: “was revealed”, “inspiration” and “your wishes and desires”.

      • every
one of us who is a religious person knows that there are some who may
not support or approve of our religion.

      • But is our religion so weak that
statements of disapproval will cause us to lose our faiths?

Moe was extremely sensitive to criticism, so much so
that he ordered his companions to kill several critics.  One clear
example is in the hadith  where we can easily find it, others
are buried in  The Life of
Muhammad
and  Tabari’s
Tahrik
Answering Islam
has several of the relevant accounts.

      • That
would be most unfortunate. In fact, what we have found, in study after
study, is that the United States is one of the most religious countries
in the world. And yet anybody can believe anything and go anywhere.

      • And
so there is no contradiction between having strong religious beliefs
and having the freedom to exercise them and to speak about them and to
even have good debates with others.

Res. 16/18 puts some emphasis on inter-religious
dialog, assuming that it will deaden our awareness of the existential
conflict between Islam and Christianity. When Pope Benedict XVI
lectured at Regensburg, Muslims raised hell and a large number of the
Ulema wrote a missive entitled A Common Word Between Us and You. in which they
called for dialog to find “common ground”.  The central concept of
the missive is drawn from Surah Al Imran 3:64.
That ayeh ends with this sentence: “Bear witness that we are Muslims”;
those are fighting words.  Read the context through #112.
Those threatening words were used in Moe’s extortion letter to Heraclius.

To see how Moe conducted dialog with Christians
(demanding that they curse themselves) turn to this topic in Tafsir Ibn
Kathir: The Challenge to the Mubahalah.

      • Now,
the fact is that no matter how
strongly each of us believes, none of us has the benefit of knowing all
the truth that God holds in his hands

Nobody knows for certain, but Islam asserts a claim
of certainty that it alone has a monopoly on truth and that our
religion is in error.

      • And
        therefore, we are doing the
        best we can here on
earth to reflect and to give honor to our creator in a way that is
        manifest in our religious values
. Because truly, at the root of every major religion,
is a connection with the divinity,

The root of Islam is war, not a connection with
divinity.  Search the hadith for “inspiration”, you will discover
how Moe got his “revelations”: in epileptic seizures. In the first
instance, he thought that he had wrestled with the devil but his wife
convinced him that he had encountered an angel.  Take another good
long look at 8:67;’
that is some connection with “divinity”.

      • Now
I know that some in my country
and elsewhere have criticized this meeting
        and our work with
        all of you.
      •  But
I want to make clear that I am
        proud of this work,
and I am proud to be working with every one
of you. And I believe that this
work is an affirmation of America’s values
        , but equally
        important an affirmation of
        universal values

Since when is anal osculation either an American or
universal value?  Lifting Satan’s tail & inserting
tongue  solves nothing. Abandoning our precious, hard won right to
speak and write the truth is not an American value.  American
values include life, liberty, property, pursuit of happiness and
defeating our enemies. Yielding liberty to our enemies is the polar
opposite of American values.

      • Because
        we nor – no country
individually has a monopoly on the truth
, and we will do better
when we live in peace with each other,

In 1789 we were willing to live in peace with the
entire world but the Barbary pirates were not willing to live in peace
with us. They attacked our shipping and demanded tribute, which nearly
bankrupted the young nation. When asked by what right they attacked us,
the Algerian Ambassador replied
in terms which parallel
the reply of Umar’s field commander to the
Persians in Sahih Bukhari 4.53.386.     Peace
will only be possible after Islam is eliminated because Islam is permanent
war
.

      • when
        we live with respect and
humility, and listen to each other. And it is important that we
        recognize what we accomplished
when this resolution ended 10 years of divisive debate where people
were not listening to each other anymore.

It is abundantly clear from the recent statements of
Akram & ishanoglu, as well as the Islamophobia Reports, that
the change is purely rhetorical, a semantic game at which our side
lost.

      • Now
we are. We’re talking. We have
to get past the idea that we can suppress religious minorities

This is a terrible place to use the royal we .  It is
Islam, not America that suppresses indigenous religious
minorities.  There is an external ‘religious’ minority which has
infiltrated a fifth column into America with moles in high places in
defense, intelligence and security agencies.  We need to expel and
exclude them. You condemn the only recourse we have a priori.

      • that
        we can restrict
        speech,

When you create a legal construct which ties what we
utter and publish with the completely unrelated actions of unrelated
people on other continents, completely beyond our control, assigning
blame to us for what they do on their own accord, then you are
attempting to restrict free speech by forcing self-censorship.
You are, in effect, erecting a heckler’s veto and abandoning the First
Amendment.

      • that
        we are smart enough
that we can substitute our judgment for God’s and determine who is or
        is not blaspheming.

Open Reliance of the Traveller to O8.0 and start reading, continuing through O8.7;
get a clue!

      • And
by bringing countries from around the world here,
      • we
        are affirming our common
        humanity

      • and our common commitment to defend
        and promote fundamental rights.

I doubt that any falser words were ever uttered in
the history of mankind. We are committed to defend and promote
fundamental rights, Muslims are not; Muslims are committed to the
abrogation of our rights.  Islam denies the sanctity of our blood
and property, declaring that we have no rights until we become Muslims.
Those denials are contained in Moe’s declaration  quoted in Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387. Projecting our own values
onto the enemy is a suicidal blunder.

      • We
can think others are wrong, but we don’t feel so insecure and so
fearful of their wrong views that we try to suppress them, imprison
        them, or even kill them.

Ten years ago, 19 Muslims hijacked four passenger
aircraft and flew three of them into occupied office structures.
They shouted “Allahu akbar!” while slitting the throats of the flight
crews. Subsequently, other Muslims, acting in the name of Allah, bombed
subways in Madrid and London and seized a school in Beslan.  Get a
clue!  In the last 1400 years, 270*106  innocent people lost their
lives to Islam
.  If we do not eradicate Islam, either ideologically or militarily, they will out breed
&  out last us and civilization will be destroyed.

Obamination: Spewing Feces in the General Assembly

Obamination: Spewing Feces in the General Assembly

President
Barack Hussein Obama converted the General Assembly of the United
Nations into another re-election campaign atump with a spew of snake
excrement designed to appeal to his base of electoral support:
Communists, both national and international.

Due to the target rich nature of this spew, I will
place my comments in an enumerated list, linking them to superscripts

Remarks by President Obama in Address to the United
Nations General Assembly

United
Nations

New York, New York

10:12
A.M. EDT

PRESIDENT
OBAMA: Mr. President, Mr. Secretary General, fellow delegates, ladies
and gentlemen: It is a great honor1 for me to be here today. I would like
to talk to you about a subject that is at the heart of the United
Nations — the pursuit of peace2
in an imperfect world.

War
and conflict have been with us since the beginning of civilizations.
But in the first part of the 20th century, the advance of modern
weaponry led to death on a staggering scale. It was this killing that
compelled the founders of this body to build an institution that was
focused not just on ending one war, but on averting others; a union of
sovereign states that would seek
to prevent conflict
3, while also addressing its causes4.

No
American did more to pursue this objective than President Franklin
Roosevelt. He knew that a victory in war was not enough. As he said at
one of the very first meetings on the founding of the United Nations,
“We have got to make, not merely peace, but a peace that will last5.”

The men and women who built this institution understood that peace is more than just the absence
of war6
.
A lasting peace — for nations and for individuals —
depends on a sense of justice
and opportunity, of dignity and freedom
. It depends on struggle and sacrifice, on compromise,
and on a sense of common
humanity
.

One
delegate to the San Francisco Conference that led to the creation of
the United Nations put it well: “Many people,” she said, “have talked
as if all that has to be done to get peace was to say loudly and
frequently that we loved peace and we hated war. Now we have learned
that no matter how much we love peace and hate war, we cannot avoid
having war brought upon us if there are convulsions in other parts of
the world.”

The fact is peace is hard7.
But our people demand it8.
Over nearly seven decades, even as the United Nations helped avert a
third world war, we still live in a world scarred by conflict and plagued by poverty9.
Even as
we proclaim our love for peace and our hatred of war, there are still convulsions in our world that
endanger us all
.

I took office at a time of two wars for the United States. Moreover,
the violent extremists who
drew us into war
10in the first place — Osama bin Laden, and his al Qaeda
organization
— remained at large. Today, we’ve set a new direction.

At
the end of this year, America’s military operation in Iraq will be
over. We will have a normal relationship with a sovereign nation that
is a member of the community of nations. That equal partnership11
will be strengthened by our support for Iraq — for its government and
for its security forces, for its people and for their aspirations.

As
we end the war in Iraq, the United States and our coalition partners
have begun a transition in Afghanistan. Between now and 2014, an increasingly capable Afghan
government12
and
security forces will step forward to take responsibility for the
future of their country. As they do, we are drawing down our own
forces, while building an enduring
partnership
with the Afghan people.

So
let there be no doubt: The tide of war is receding. When I took office,
roughly 180,000 Americans were serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. By the
end of this year, that number will be cut in half, and it will continue
to decline. This is critical for the sovereignty of Iraq and
Afghanistan. It’s also critical to the strength of the United States as
we build our nation13
at
home.

Moreover,
we are poised to end these
wars from a position of strength14
.
Ten years ago, there was an open wound and twisted steel, a broken
heart in the center of this city. Today, as a new tower is rising at
Ground Zero, it symbolizes New York’s renewal, even as al Qaeda is under more pressure15
than ever before. Its leadership has been degraded. And Osama bin16
Laden
, a man who
murdered thousands of people from dozens of countries, will never endanger the peace of the world
again.

So, yes, this has been a difficult decade. But today, we stand at a
crossroads of history with the chance to move decisively in the direction of
peace
17.
To do so, we must return to the wisdom of those who created this
institution. The United Nations’ Founding Charter calls upon us, “to
unite our strength to maintain
international peace and security
.” And Article
1 of this General Assembly’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights
reminds us that, “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity
and in rights18.”
Those bedrock beliefs — in the responsibility of
states, and the rights of men and women — must be our guide19.

And
in that effort, we have reason to hope. This year has been a time of
extraordinary transformation. More nations have stepped forward to
maintain20
international peace and security. And more individuals are claiming their
universal right to live in freedom and dignity21.

Think
about it: One year ago, when we met here in New York, the prospect of a
successful referendum in South Sudan was in doubt. But the
international community overcame old divisions to support the agreement
that had been negotiated to give South Sudan self-determination. And
last summer, as a new flag went up in Juba, former soldiers laid down
their arms, men and women wept with joy, and children finally knew the
promise of looking to a future that they will shape.

One
year ago, the people of Côte D’Ivoire approached a landmark election.
And when the incumbent lost, and refused to respect the results, the
world refused to look the other way. U.N. peacekeepers were harassed,
but they did not leave their posts. The Security Council, led by the
United States and Nigeria and France, came together to support the will
of the people. And Côte D’Ivoire is now governed by the man who was elected
to lead
22.

One
year ago, the hopes of the people of Tunisia were suppressed. But they chose the dignity of peaceful
protest over the rule of an iron fist.

A vendor lit a spark that took his own life, but he ignited a movement.
In a face of a crackdown, students spelled out the word, “freedom.” The
balance of fear shifted from the ruler to those that he ruled. And now
the people of Tunisia are preparing for elections that will move them one step closer to the democracy
that they deserve
23.

One
year ago, Egypt had known one President for nearly 30 years. But for 18
days, the eyes of the world were glued to Tahrir Square, where
Egyptians from all walks of life — men and women, young and old,
Muslim and Christian — demanded their universal
rights24
. We
saw in those protesters the moral force of
non-violence
that has lit the world from Delhi to Warsaw, from
Selma to South Africa — and we knew that change had come to Egypt
and to the Arab world
.

One
year ago, the people of Libya were ruled by the world’s longest-serving
dictator. But faced with bullets and bombs and a dictator who
threatened to hunt them down like rats, they showed relentless bravery.
We will never forget the words of the Libyan who stood up in those
early days of the revolution and said, “Our words are free now.” It’s a
feeling you can’t explain. Day after day, in the face of bullets and
bombs, the Libyan
people refused to give back that freedom25
.
And when they were threatened by the kind of mass atrocity that often
went unchallenged in the last century, the United Nations lived up to
its charter. The Security Council authorized all necessary measures to prevent a massacre.
The Arab League called for this effort; Arab nations joined a NATO-led coalition that
halted Qaddafi’s forces
in their tracks.

In
the months that followed, the will of the coalition proved unbreakable,
and the will of the Libyan people could not be denied. Forty-two years
of tyranny was
ended
in six months. From Tripoli to Misurata to Benghazi —
today, Libya is
free
.
Yesterday, the leaders of a new Libya took their rightful place beside
us, and this week, the United States is reopening our embassy in
Tripoli.

This
is how the international community is supposed to work — nations
standing together for the sake of peace and security,
and individuals claiming
their rights
.
Now, all of us have a responsibility to support the new Libya — the
new Libyan government as they confront the challenge of turning this
moment of promise into a just and lasting peace
for all Libyans
.

So this has been a remarkable year. The Qaddafi regime is over. Gbagbo,
Ben Ali, Mubarak are no longer
in power
. Osama
bin Laden is gone, and the idea that change could only come through
violence has been buried with him. 26
Something
is happening in
our world. The way things have been is not the way that they will be.
The humiliating grip of
corruption and tyranny is being pried open
. Dictators are on
notice. Technology is putting power into the hands of the people. The
youth are delivering a powerful rebuke
to dictatorship
, and rejecting the lie that some races,
some peoples, some religions, some ethnicities do not desire democracy27
.
The promise written down on paper — “all human beings are born free
and equal in dignity and rights” — is closer at hand.

But let us remember: Peace is hard. Peace is hard. Progress can be reversed.
Prosperity comes slowly. Societies can split apart. The measure of our
success must be whether people
can live in sustained freedom, dignity, and security28
.
And the United Nations and its member states must do their part to
support those basic aspirations. And we have more work to do.

In
Iran, we’ve seen a government that refuses to recognize the rights of
its own people29. As we meet
here today, men and women and children are
being tortured, detained and murdered by the Syrian regime. Thousands
have been killed, many during the holy time of Ramadan. Thousands more
have poured across Syria’s borders. The Syrian people have shown
dignity and courage in their pursuit of justice — protesting
peacefully, standing silently in the streets, dying for the same values
that this institution is supposed to stand for. And the question for us
is clear: Will we stand with
the Syrian people, or with their oppressors?

Already,
the United States has imposed strong sanctions on Syria’s leaders. We
supported a transfer of power that is responsive to the Syrian people.
And many of our allies have joined in this effort. But for the sake of
Syria — and the peace and security of the world — we must speak with
one voice. There’s no excuse
for inaction
. Now is the time for the United Nations Security
Council to sanction the Syrian regime, and to stand with the Syrian people.

Throughout
the region, we will have to respond to the calls for change. In Yemen,
men, women and children gather by the thousands in towns and city
squares every day with the hope that their determination and spilled
blood will prevail over a
corrupt system.
America supports those aspirations. We must
work with Yemen’s neighbors and our partners around the world to seek a
path that allows for a peaceful
transition of power30 from President
Saleh
, and a movement to free
and fair elections as soon as possible.

In
Bahrain, steps have been taken toward reform and accountability. We’re
pleased with that, but more is required. America is a close friend of
Bahrain, and we will continue to call on the government and the main
opposition bloc — the Wifaq — to pursue a meaningful dialogue that
brings peaceful change that is
responsive to the people
.
We believe the patriotism that binds Bahrainis together must be more
powerful than the sectarian forces that would tear them apart. It will
be hard, but it is possible.

We believe that each nation must chart its own course to fulfill the aspirations of its people,
and America does not expect to agree with every party or person who
expresses themselves politically. But we will always stand up for the
universal rights that were embraced by this Assembly. Those rights
depend on elections that are
free and fair31
; on governance
that is transparent and accountable
; respect for the rights of women and minorities32;
justice that is equal and fair33.
That is what our people deserve. Those are the elements of peace34 that can
last.

Moreover, the United States will continue to support those nations that
transition to democracy
with greater trade and
investment
— so that freedom
is followed by opportunity
.
We will pursue a deeper engagement with governments, but also with
civil society — students and entrepreneurs, political parties and the
press. We have banned those who abuse human rights from traveling to
our country. And we’ve sanctioned those who trample on human rights
abroad. And we will always serve as a voice for those who’ve been
silenced.

Now,
I know, particularly this week, that for many in this hall, there’s one
issue that stands as a test for these principles and a test for
American foreign policy, and that is the conflict between the Israelis and
the Palestinians
35.

One
year ago, I stood at this podium and I called for an independent Palestine36.
I
believed then, and I believe now, that the Palestinian people37
deserve a state
of their own
. But what I also said is that a genuine peace
can only be realized between the Israelis and the Palestinians
themselves. One year later, despite extensive efforts by America and
others, the parties have not
bridged their differences
38.
Faced with this stalemate, I put forward a new basis for negotiations
in May of this year. That basis is clear. It’s well known to all of us
here. Israelis must know that any agreement provides assurances for
their security. Palestinians deserve to know the territorial basis
of their state.

Now, I know that many are frustrated by the lack of progress. I assure
you, so am I. But the question isn’t the goal39 that we
seek — the question is how do we reach that goal40.
And I am convinced that there is no short cut to the end of a conflict
that has endured
for decades
. Peace
is hard work
.
Peace will not come through statements and resolutions at the United
Nations — if it were that easy, it would have been accomplished by
now. Ultimately, it is the Israelis and the Palestinians who must live side by
side
. Ultimately, it is the Israelis and the Palestinians — not
us –- who must reach agreement on the issues that divide
them: on borders
and on security, on refugees and Jerusalem41
.

Ultimately, peace
depends upon compromise
42 among people who must live
together
long after our speeches are over, long after our votes
have been tallied. That’s the lesson of Northern Ireland, where ancient
antagonists bridged their differences
.
That’s the lesson of Sudan, where a negotiated settlement led to an
independent state. And that is and will be the path to a Palestinian
state — negotiations between the parties.

We seek a future where Palestinians live in a sovereign state of their
own, with no limit to what they can achieve
43.
There’s no question
that the Palestinians have seen that vision delayed
for too long
. It is precisely because we believe so strongly in
the aspirations44 of the
Palestinian people

that America has invested so much time and so much effort in the
building of a Palestinian state, and the negotiations that can deliver
a Palestinian state.

But understand this as well: America’s commitment to Israel’s
security
is unshakeable. Our friendship with
Israel
is deep and enduring. And so we believe that any lasting peace
must acknowledge the very real security concerns
that Israel faces every single day.

Let us be honest with
ourselves
: Israel is surrounded by neighbors that have waged repeated wars
against it. Israel’s citizens have been killed by rockets fired at
their houses and suicide bombs on their buses. Israel’s children come
of age knowing that throughout the region, other children are taught to hate
them45
.
Israel, a small country of less than eight million people,
look out at a world where leaders of much larger nations threaten to wipe it
off of the map
. The Jewish people carry the burden of centuries
of exile and persecution, and fresh memories of knowing that six million people were
killed simply because of who they are
. Those are facts. They
cannot be denied.

The
Jewish people have forged a successful state in their historic homeland.
Israel deserves recognition.
It deserves normal relations
with its neighbors. And friends
of the Palestinians do them no favors by ignoring this truth
,
just as friends of Israel must recognize
the need to pursue a two-state solution46
with a secure Israel next to an independent
Palestine
.

That is the truth — each side
has legitimate aspirations
— and that’s part of what makes
peace so hard. And the deadlock will only be broken when each side learns to stand in the
other’s shoes
;
each side can see the world through the other’s eyes. That’s what we
should be encouraging. That’s what we should be promoting.

This
body — founded, as it was, out of the ashes of war and genocide, dedicated, as it is, to the dignity
of every single person
— must recognize the reality that is lived
by both the Palestinians and the Israelis
. The measure of our
actions must always be whether they advance the right of Israeli and
Palestinian children to live lives of peace47 and security
and dignity
and opportunity.
And we will only succeed in that effort if we
can encourage the parties to
sit down, to listen to each other, and to understand each other’s hopes
and each other’s fears.
That is the project to which America is
committed. There are no shortcuts. And that is what the United Nations should be
focused on
in the weeks and months to come.

Now,
even as we confront these challenges of conflict and revolution, we
must also recognize — we must also remind ourselves — that peace is not just the
absence of war
.48 True peace depends on
creating the opportunity that makes life worth living.
And to do
that, we must confront
the common enemies of humanity: nuclear weapons and poverty, ignorance
and disease
. These
forces corrode the possibility of lasting peace and together we’re
called upon to confront them.

To
lift the specter of mass destruction, we must come together to pursue the peace and security of a
world without nuclear weapons
.
Over the last two years, we’ve begun to walk down that path. Since our
Nuclear Security Summit in Washington, nearly 50 nations have taken
steps to secure nuclear materials from terrorists and smugglers. Next
March, a summit in Seoul will advance our efforts to lock down all of
them. The New START Treaty between the United States and Russia will
cut our deployed arsenals to the lowest level in half a century, and
our nations are pursuing talks on how to achieve even deeper
reductions. America will continue to work for a ban on the testing of
nuclear weapons and the production of fissile material needed to make
them.49

And
so we have begun to move in the right direction. And the United States
is committed to meeting our obligations. But even as we meet our
obligations, we’ve strengthened the treaties and institutions that help
stop the spread of these weapons
. And to do so, we must continue
to hold accountable those
nations that flout them
.

The
Iranian government cannot demonstrate that its program is peaceful. It
has not met its obligations and it rejects offers that would provide it
with peaceful nuclear power. North Korea has yet to take concrete steps
towards abandoning its weapons and continues belligerent action against
the South. There’s a future of
greater opportunity

for the people of these nations if their governments meet their
international obligations. But if they continue down a path that is
outside international law, they must be met with greater pressure and
isolation. That is what our commitment to peace and security demands.

To bring prosperity to our people,
we must promote the growth that creates opportunity
.
In this effort, let us not forget that we’ve made enormous progress
over the last several decades. Closed societies gave way to open
markets. Innovation and entrepreneurship has transformed the way we
live and the things that we do. Emerging economies from Asia to the
Americas have lifted hundreds of millions of people from poverty. It’s
an extraordinary achievement. And yet, three years ago, we were
confronted with the worst financial crisis in eight decades. And that
crisis proved a fact that has become clearer with each passing year — our fates are interconnected.
In a global economy, nations will rise, or fall, together.

And
today, we confront the challenges that have followed on the heels of
that crisis. Around the world recovery is still fragile. Markets remain
volatile. Too many people are out of work. Too many others are
struggling just to get by. We acted together to avert a depression in
2009. We must take urgent and coordinated action once more. Here in the
United States, I’ve announced a plan to put Americans
back to work and jumpstart our economy
, at the same time as I’m
committed to substantially reducing our deficits over time.

We
stand with our European allies as they reshape their institutions and
address their own fiscal challenges. For other countries, leaders face
a different challenge as they shift their economy
towards more self-reliance
, boosting domestic demand
while slowing inflation
. So we will work with emerging economies
that have rebounded strongly, so that rising standards of
living create new markets that promote global growth
. That’s
what our
commitment to prosperity
demands.

To
combat the poverty
that punishes our children
, we must act on the belief that freedom from want is a
basic human right
.50 The United States has
made it a focus of our engagement abroad to help people to feed
themselves
.
And today, as drought and conflict have brought famine to the Horn of
Africa, our conscience calls on us to act. Together, we must continue
to provide assistance, and support organizations that can reach those
in need. And together, we must insist on unrestricted humanitarian
access so that we can save the lives of thousands of men and women and
children. Our
common humanity is at stake. Let us show that the life of a child in
Somalia is as precious as any other.
That is what our commitment to our
fellow human beings demand.

To
stop disease that spreads across borders, we must strengthen our system
of public health. We will continue the fight against HIV/AIDS,
tuberculosis and malaria. We will focus on the health of
mothers and of children
.
And we must come together to prevent, and detect, and fight every kind
of biological danger — whether it’s a pandemic like H1N1, or a
terrorist threat, or a treatable disease.

This
week, America signed an agreement with the World Health Organization to
affirm our commitment to meet this challenge. And today, I urge all
nations to join us in meeting the HWO’s [sic] goal of making sure all
nations have core capacities
to address public health emergencies in place by 2012
. That is
what our commitment to the health of our people demands.

To
preserve our planet, we must not put off action that climate
change demands
51.
We have to tap the power of science to save those resources that are
scarce. And together, we must continue our work to build on the
progress made in Copenhagen and Cancun, so that all the major economies here
today follow through on the commitments that were made
.
Together, we must work to transform the energy
that powers our economies
, and support others as they move down
that path. That is what our commitment to the next generation demands.

And
to make sure our societies reach their potential, we must allow our
citizens to reach theirs. No country can afford
the corruption that plagues the world like a cancer.

Together, we must harness the power of open societies and open
economies. That’s why we’ve partnered with countries from across the
globe to launch a new partnership on open government that helps ensure
accountability and helps to empower citizens. No country should deny
people their rights to freedom of speech and freedom of religion
,52
but also no
country should deny people their rights because of who they love53
,
which is why we must stand up for the rights of gays and
lesbians everywhere
.

And
no country can
realize its potential if half its population cannot reach theirs
54.
This week, the United States signed a new Declaration on Women’s
Participation. Next year, we should each announce the steps we are
taking to break down the economic and political barriers that
stand in the way of women and girls
. This is what our commitment to human
progress
demands.

I
know there’s no straight line to that progress, no single path to
success. We come from different cultures, and carry with us different
histories. But let us never forget that even as we gather here as heads
of different governments, we
represent citizens who share the same basic aspirations — to live with
dignity and freedom;
to get
an education and pursue opportunity
; to love our families, and love and
worship our God
; to live
in the kind of peace that makes life worth living
.

It
is the nature of our imperfect world that we are forced to learn these lessons over and over
again.
Conflict and
repression will endure so long as some people refuse to do unto others
as we would have them do unto us.
Yet
that is precisely why we have built institutions like this — to bind
our fates together, to help us recognize ourselves in each other —
because those who came before us believed that peace is preferable to war,
and freedom is preferable to
suppression
, and prosperity
is preferable to poverty
. That’s the message that comes not from
capitals, but from citizens
, from our people.

And
when the cornerstone of this very building was put in place, President
Truman came here to New York and said, “The United Nations is
essentially an expression of the moral nature of man’s aspirations.”
The moral nature of man’s aspirations. As we live in a world that is changing at a
breathtaking pace
, that’s a lesson that we must never forget.

Peace is hard, but we know that it
is possible
. So, together, let us be resolved to see that it is defined by our hopes and not by our
fears
. Together, let us make peace, but a peace, most
importantly, that will last.

Thank
you very much. (Applause.)

  1. A statesman worthy of the honor of addressing
the General Assembly would direct his words to them, not to the
Communists and greedy grabbers who make up his electoral support base.
If truly worthy of that honor, he would restrict his remarks to the
subject at hand instead of wandering through the pages of the catalog
    of Communist talking points.
  2. War is not a function of poverty,
deprivation, ignorance, disease or starvation. All too frequently,
those evils are consequences of war. War is a function of the
intersection of greed, lust for power and opportunity.  War is a
function of predators.  Predators seek opportunity in the form of
weakness.  When a predator senses weakness or lack of will
to resist in potential prey, it attacks.   If you don’t want
to be preyed upon, eliminate the predators.  If you can’t
eliminate them, demonstrate possession of the will and ability to
effectively defend yourself when attacked.  Peace is an abstract
concept, not something to be pursued. If you seek peace, pursue
predators; hunt them to extinction and convince potential predators
that you are able and willing to end their existence if they attack. .
  3. “Thou shalt not covet they
Neighbor’s…” If that commandment was obeyed, conflicts would not lead
to war. If two men want the same land or the same woman, there is
conflict and a potential for violence. If there is a strong police
presence, clearly perceived by both parties, there will be no violence
if both parties are sane and sober. Internationally, the UN ideal
was to serve as the policeman.
  4. Poverty, ignorance and disease
are not the causes of the ongoing war between Islam and Israel.
Islam’s war against Jews, which began in the 7th century
with Moe’s raids on the Jewish settlements around Medina, resulted from
hatred and envy. Moe wove bits of Jewish scripture into his new cult in
hopes of winning the Jews over to it. Instead, most saw through his
deception and rejected Islam.  Moe wanted their land and wealth,
so he fabricated pretexts, demonised the Jews,  roused the Islamic
rabble to fight and launched his attacks. For proof of Moe’s mercenary
motivation, refer to my blog post: Islam’s Mercenary Mission.

Moe  went out to the Jews, told them that
he owned the earth and desired to expel them, demanding that they
embrace Islam in return for safety. This is related in Sahih Bukhari 4.53.392.  Asked about his
priorities for conquest, Moe expressed a preference for the Roman
Province of Syria, based on Allah’s having “on my account taken special
charge of Syria and its people”. That is recorded in Sunan Abu Dawud 14.2477.

Caliph Umar “sent the Muslims to the great
countries to fight the pagans.”, as recorded in Sahih
    Bukhari 4.53.386
. Umar completed the conquest of Syria in 638. That
is the root of the current war.  Islam regards all land conquered
by Muslims to be Waqf, in irrevocable sacred trust; it must not be
relinquished. For the details, refer to the Charter of HAMAS, Part III, Article 11.
    Allah promised victory, see 8:65
    & 13:41.

When Kuffar reconquer land conquered by Islam,
an intolerable condition is created: Allah is exposed as an impotent
idol because he had promised victory.  Muslims could not tolerate
the demonstration of impotence consequent on the Crusades and
reconquered the Levant.  Then they fought on the wrong side of WW1
and lost again.  Britain, with the Balfour Declaration and the
League of Nations, restored part of Israel’s patrimony which had been
stolen by Muslims in 638. Muslims can’t let that stand, so they went to
war in 1948.  If they wanted a state of their own, along side
Israel, they would have accepted the partition plan.  But they are
not interested in a state, they are interested in a restored caliphate
on all waqf land, and expanding on a global scale so they made war
    instead of peace.

Allah’s jihad imperative against Jews is clear
and unambiguous,  translated with great clarity by J.M.
Rodwell.  Moe confirmed it, Tafsir Ibn Kathir explains it and
Reliance of the Traveller codifies it into Islamic law.  Exactly
what part of this does President Barack Hussein Obama, as a Muslim, not
    comprehend?

    9:29
    .
Make war upon such of those to whom the Scriptures have been
given as believe not in God, or in the last day, and who forbid not
that which God and His Apostle have forbidden, and who profess not the
profession of the truth, until they pay tribute out of hand, and they
be humbled.  [The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They
    give the Jizyah
    ] [“I have been
ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be
    worshipped but Allah.’
] [The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and
    Zoroastrians
    ]

Allah said that “He would certainly keep on
sending against them (i.e. the Jews), till the Day of Resurrection,
those who would afflict them with a humiliating torment. “. That
    promise is contained in 7:167.
Tafsir Ibn Kathir tells us that Jesus will return
to lead the Muslims in the final genocide against the Jews.  A
hadith, recorded by Bukhari & Muslim, informs us that the gates of Paradise will
not swing open for Muslims until they hunt down and kill the last
    Jew.

[In the future, the Jews will
support the Dajjal (False Messiah); and the Muslims, along with `Isa,
son of Mary, will kill the Jews. This will occur just before the end of
this world.]  [“The Hour will not be established until you fight
with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will
say. “O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him.”]

Poverty, ignorance & disease are not the causes of this war; it is
caused by the damnable doctrines of Islam and no other cause.
Peace will only be obtained by removing Islam from the region and the
world. If Muslims do not quit believing
or quit living, they will not quit waging war against Jews.

  5. In Islam, peace is the
condition appertaining when Dar Ul-Harb is completely conquered and
engulfed by Dar Ul-Islam; it is the fruit of conquest.  Islam does
    not make peace.

    47:35.
So be not weak and ask not for peace (from the enemies of Islâm), while
you are having the upper hand. Allâh is with you, and will never
decrease the reward of your good deeds.

That ayeh is quoted by Reliance of the Traveller O9.16, which informs us
that truces can only last ten years
and are important matters best reserved for the caliph because ” it is
a matter of the gravest consequence because it entails the
nonperformance of jihad, whether globally or in a given locality, and
our interests must be looked after therein, which is why it is best
left to the caliph under any circumstances,”.

  6. Peace
has nothing to do with dignity, prosperity, social justice or any other
item in the Communist litany. Peace is the absence of war and threat of
war. If either war or the threat thereof are present, peace is
not.  The condition precedent for peace is the total defeat of the
aggressor. In the case of Islam, that requires the destruction of Islamic faith. While
    Muslims continue to believe,
Islam is not defeated and there will be no peace.
  7. Peace is not hard, it is impossible.
While human nature remains what it is, there will always be greedy or
narcissistic megalomaniacs who assert a divine commission to conquer
and rule the world.  The proximate solution to this insoluble
problem is to bring about the death of those megalomaniacs and the
defeat of their armies so that they permanently lose the will to wage
war.  Maintaining the fragile peace is only possible by
manifesting such military strength and resolute will that
warmongers are deterred from mounting attacks for fear of
    destruction.
  8. You have the power, but not
the will to deliver peace. Harry Truman showed the way in August of
    1945.
  9. That
maundering anal orifice is deliberately conflating cause and effect.
Wars cause poverty, poverty does not cause wars. Islamic aggression has
a  is driven by Islamic doctrine which has a mercenary motivation. Muslims are threatened with eternity in the fire if they sit
at home and promised eternity in gardens flowing with rivers of wine if they wage jihad. While Muslims
believe those threats and promises, peace is impossible.
  10. Islam has a standard, set by
Moe’s recitation & sunnah. When one reads the Qur’an & hadith, one discovers the fatal fact that
    normative Islam is genocidally
violent by design.  Usama bin Ladin was a
believer, not an extremist. He acted in obedience to Allah; in
    emulation of Moe.
  11. Allah expressly forbids
partnership with Kuffar in several ayat including: 3:28,
    3:118,
    4:144,
    5:51,
    5:57,
  12. Capable of what? Are they
capable of preventing the creation and maintenance of terrorist
training camps?  Are they willing to prevent the creation and
maintenance of terrorist training camps?  Can they protect secular
Muslims from the Taliban?  Are they willing to protect the secular
Muslims?  I see no evidence of either capacity or will.
  13. We can not restore what you have
destroyed unless we first get rid of you and your willing associates in
Congress. That process will not be rebuilding, it will be tearing down
the counterproductive policies and regulations you have
    enacted.
  14. What strength? Our inventories
of cruise missiles and smart bombs have been depleted. Our forces are
over extended. Our troops are exhausted from excessively long combat
rotations and many are losing life and limb as a result of your
suicidal rules of engagement.  In the best case, strength is
weakness if not accompanied by resolve; the will to completely destroy
the enemy.  While Islam exists, we have no victory, we have a
    defeat.
  15. Al-Qaeda is not the
enemy, it is one of many brigades. Islam is the enemy, no matter what
    name it operates under. HAMAS, Hezbollah, PLO and Al-Qaeda are one;
    they are Islam.
  16. One down, one billion to go.
Killing one General does not end the war. Leaders can be replaced, like
shark’s teath, when one falls, another steps forward to take his place.
Winning the war and establishing peace requires killing the
    shark.
  17. Peace is a compound condition,
not a direction. Peace is the absence of war & threat of war. Peace
can not be obtained while Islam exists. Progress toward peace is only
made by inducing the apostasy or death of Muslims.
  18. The UN may
declare that everyone is born free & dignified, but Islam denies
it. Moe’s denial is clear on the face of Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387, which confirms the jihad
imperatives. When disbelievers recite Shehade and follow Islam’s rules
    & rituals, then “their
blood and property will be sacred to us
    “.  Our blood and
property are not sacred to Muslims until we become Muslims.  “”Whoever says, ‘None has the
right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the prayers,
prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and
has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have.
    “”.
We have no rights or dignity until we become Muslims!  Exactly
what part of that does Barack Hussein Obama, a Muslim, not
    comprehend?
  19. How
about the right of citizens of Israel to live in peace on their own
land, free from assault, attack and abduction, without a constant rain
of rockets & mortar shells?  It is not possible for Jews to
enjoy those rights in Israel while there are Muslims within rocket
range.  Israel will have no peace until their enemy is eliminated
from the region.  Falestinians do not have any rights that Jews do
not have. No matter what ‘rights’, privileges or prosperity you provide
to them, they need to exterminate the Jews.  That fatal fact will
not change until they quit believing in Allah or quit living. Nothing
can alter this objective factual reality. Malignant maundery does not
    cut the mustard.
  20. You can
not maintain what does not exist.  Peace and security can not be
maintained because they do not exist. Peace and security do not exist
    because Islam exists.
  21. They can only claim
their rights and dignity by breaking Allah’s yoke of slavery and
rejoining the human race. While they are Muslims, they are Allah’s
slaves, with no rights or dignity, they fight in Allah’s cause, killing
others and being killed. The “Arab spring” is not about rights and
dignity, it is about exchanging one tyrant for another.
Exchanging one tyrant for another is change without improvement.
  22. Three
years ago, we stupidly elected you. We are worse off for it.  I
    wrote in Alan Keyes.
  23. Democracy is mob
rule.  How is mob rule superior to any tyrant?  Tyranny of
the majority is still tyranny. Tunisia is still misruled by Muslims and
will remain so for the foreseeable future.  Improvement can only
    come with secular, limited government.
  24. A few demanded
universal rights, those with guns demanded Shari’ah. Guess who
prevailed.  Exchanging one tyrant for another is not an
improvement. The Arab spring is a flood of blood.
  25. They have no
freedom, they are Allah’s slaves. They have toppled one tyrant to
enthrone another, gaining nothing. The only improvement is a small
reduction in the number of Muslims in the world.
  26. “Change”
is an Obama campaign slogan. Change is not synonymous with
improvement.  The change they want is global conquest. Who gives a
damn how they accomplish that objective?  Ballot or bullet, its a
bad outcome!  Electing Obama changed things for the worse. Islamic
attacks and conquest change things for the worse. We need to roll back
    both of them.
  27. 33:36.
It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allâh and His Messenger have
    decreed a matter
that they should have any option in their
decision. And whoever disobeys Allâh and His Messenger, he has indeed
strayed in a plain error.    Moe ruled by decree, and he
is the exemplar for Muslims to emulate. 33:21.
Indeed in the Messenger of Allâh (Muhammad ) you have a good example to
follow for him who hopes in (the Meeting with) Allâh and the Last Day
and remembers Allâh much  Islamic law is what Moe said and did; so
    much for democracy in Islam.
  28. People
can not live in freedom when they are Allah’s slaves.  They need
to throw off Allah’s yoke and rejoin the human race.  Until they
do, everyone else is in danger from them, with neither peace nor
    security.
  29. What did you do
about it when the green revolt began?  You allowed it to be
suppressed.  What will you do when their next protest is
launched?  You will sit idly by and watch the suppression, just as
    you did last time.
  30. Peaceful transition to
what?  From one tyrant to another. Replacing one loaded diaper
with another is change without improvement.
  31. Free & fair,
such as where ballot boxes were stuffed in Alaska and New Black
Panthers swung batons at the entrance to a polling place?  Or “one
    man, one vote, one time”?
  32. Such as the rights
of women in Saudi Arabia? And the rights of Christians in Egypt,
    Nigeria, Pakistan and Indonesia?
  33. Free & fair, such as requiring two female
witnesses to match that of one male? Such as barring Christians from
    giving testimony?
  34. Elections, justice and rights are
not elements of peace. War is a function of greed, avarice, the lust
for power & Islamic doctrine. Peace is a function of the absence of
those evils.  At he height of its Empire building, Rome had an
elected senate, did that stop their conquest?  Hitler was elected,
    too.
  35. It
is the genocidal intention of Islam toward Jews.  The gates of
Paradise won’t swing open until they kill the last Jew. Get a clue from
    Sahih Bukhari 4.52.177.
  36. How much money have we given
them?  How much did they get from the UN & EU?  How much
did Arafat & his cronies bank?  You want them to be
independent? Then quit enabling their dependency. Cut off the flow of
    tribute.
  37. Two World Net Daily articles
contain vital information which is necessary to understand this crucial
    issue.

    * We have all been had!

    * Palestinian people do not exist

Here is a vital excerpt from the second article.

Way back on March 31, 1977, the Dutch newspaper
Trouw published an interview with Palestine Liberation Organization
executive committee member Zahir Muhsein. Here’s what he said:

    The Palestinian people
    does not exist.
The creation of a Palestinian state is only a
means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our
Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference
between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese
    . Only for
    political and
    tactical reasons
do we speak today about the existence of a
Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand
    that we
    posit the existence
of a distinct “Palestinian people” to oppose Zionism.

    For tactical reasons,
Jordan, which is a sovereign state with defined borders, cannot raise
claims to Haifa and Jaffa, while as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly
demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we
reclaim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute
    to unite Palestine and Jordan.

  38. Islam demands
genocide & politicide; Israel demands the right to live in peace in
their own homeland. How do you hope to bridge that difference?
Islam demands total surrender from the start. No negotiation is
possible. Israel can not obtain peace without pushing the Muslims back
beyond rocket range.  The land belongs to Israel, was stolen in
638 & 1948. Israel won it back when the Muslims attacked again in
1967. There is no excuse for demanding that Israel yield that land.
  39. The goal is just peace: Israel alone,
secure in her own homeland without attack and the threat thereof.
  40. The goal can be reached
by removing Muslims from the region, inducing mass apostasy or ushering
them into Hell. There are no alternatives.
  41. Would you give half of Washington D.C. to
the Confederacy? Who would get the Capitol?  Who would get the
White House?  Exactly why in Hell should Israel give their enemies
one blessed centimeter of their homeland?  In 1948 King Hussein
seized half of Jerusalem, promising to all ow access. What really
happened?  How did Jewish tomb stones wind up in latrines?
Why were Jews completely excluded from the Temple Mount?  Exactly
why should Jerusalem revert to those conditions?  Exactly why
should Muslims be firing rockets and artillery from the Golan Heights
and the peaks of the Jordan Rift Valley?  The Muslims left the
land they were squatting on with assurances that Jews would be driven
into the sea so that the Muslims could hold the entire area. Their
genocide failed.  Why in Hell should Israel let them return with
    their brood, to try again?
  42. “Long live Israel.”
    || “From the river to the sea.”  How do you compromise with
genocide.  God  bless you, I want to know: exactly how in
Hell do you compromise with genocide. Answer this question in a
comment, please.  “Ok, just kill 4 million of us.” Great idea,
    right?
  43. They want to
achieve three things, reconquer Israel, merge the region into a
caliphate and conquer the rest of the world. No limits! What a great
    idea.
  44. Damned fools
and traitors assert that Falestinians have ‘legitimate aspirations’,
operating on the assumption that the hierarchy of needs we all learned
about in Psychology 101 applies to Muslims.  Unfortunately, it
does not. Lets get real.  Islam is not about live long and
prosper, it is about die fighting and get into the celestial
bordello.  Islam values Allah’s celestial bordello over this
    worldly life.

    9:111.
    Verily, Allâh has
purchased of the believers their lives and their properties
    ; for
the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allâh’s
Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed.
    It is a promise in
truth which is binding on Him in the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel
(Gospel) and the Qur’ân. And who is truer to his covenant than Allâh?
Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the
    supreme success .

    9:38.
O you who believe! What is the matter with you, that when you are asked
to march forth in the Cause of Allâh (i.e. Jihâd) you cling heavily to
    the earth? Are you
pleased with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But
little is the enjoyment of the life of this world as compared with the
    Hereafter.

    47:36.
    The life of
this world is but play and pastime,
but if you believe (in the
Oneness of Allâh Islâmic Monotheism), and fear Allâh, and avoid evil,
He will grant you your wages, and will not ask you your wealth.

    8:28.
    And know that your
possessions and your children are but a trial
    and that surely
with Allâh is a mighty reward.

    34:37.
    And it is not your
wealth, nor your children that bring you nearer to Us
    (i.e.
pleases Allâh), but only he (will please Us) who believes (in the
    Islâmic Monotheism), and does righteous
deeds; as for such, there will be twofold reward for what they did, and
they will reside in the high dwellings
    (Paradise) in peace and
    security.

63:9. O you who believe! Let not your properties
or your children divert you from the remembrance of Allâh. And
whosoever does that, then they are the losers.

  45. The Oslo Accords
contain a provision requiring the cessation of inculcating hatred &
inciting violence.  Arafat never implemented that provision. No
Muslim ever will.  Like Lucy snatching the ball away from Charlie
Brown, the Muslims will never negotiate in good faith.
  46. Two states: Israel & Trans
Jordan. What happened in 1948?  What happened in 1967?  Can
    you get a clue?
  47. Ever heard of the
Maillot Massacre?  How about the murder of the Fogel family?
Then there was an anti-tank rocket fired at a school bus, killing one
boy and injuring the driver.  Israeli children will only live
peacefully and securely when the world is an Islam free zone.
  48. That kind of
blather induces incontinence. Barack Hussein Obama is merging his
Socialist agenda into the peace issue. When there is war or the threat
of war there is no peace.  When there are Muslims, there is no
peace.  Peace and Islam are polar opposites.  Peace is not a
function of prosperity, wealth, social justice, etc.  Peace is a
function of the extinction of predators, extraneous issues should not
    be conflated with peace.
  49. Pandora’s box is
open, the lid is lost and the demons are loose.
Proliferation happened and it can not be reversed. Anyone who trusts
Communists or Muslims who have nukes is a suicidal idiot.
  50. Once
again, the specter of International Socialism, aka. Communism raises
its ugly head and bares its fangs.  Obama is not satisfied with
wrecking the American economy, he wants to wreck the whole world and
    make us pay for it.
  51. Anthropomorphic climate change is a
proven fraud. That spew of malarkey from President Obama is a great
embarrassment to the nation who stupidly elected him three years
ago.  There is nothing more deleterious to our economy than his
cap and tax plan. The need for economic growth militates against that
    malicious policy.
  52. Freedom
of speech, such as Pakistan’s blasphemy law, which they are trying to
impose through the UN? . Freedom of religion such as Egyptian Copts are
experiences with assaults, murders and arson with impunity?
  53. Shari’ah prescribes the death penalty
    for homosexuality. Iran hangs Queers.
  54. In Islam. women are chattel;
men own them.  Exactly how do you hope to change that?

Combating Defamation of Religions

The current incarnation of the resolution demanding international imposition of Islam’s blasphemy laws is A/C.3/65/L.46. Combating defamation of religions,
dated October 28 ’10. Like its predecessors, the draft resolution begins with references to previous resolutions and related documents, then it gets down to the serious business of reaffirming, welcoming,  underlining and expressing serious concern.   Lets  examine selected  lumps from the septic tank.

Stressing that defamation of religions is a serious affront to human dignity leading to the illicit restriction of the freedom of religion of their adherents and incitement to religious hatred and violence, Stressing also the need to effectively combat defamation of all religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, Reaffirming that discrimination on the grounds of religion or belief constitutes a violation of human rights and a disavowal of the principles of the Charter,

Defamation usually applies to individuals, see the first terms in a definition search.

  • a false accusation of an offense or a malicious misrepresentation of someone’s words or actions
  • aspersion: an abusive attack on a person’s character or good name
    wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn

Perhaps we can find some relevant detail.

Expresses deep concern, in this respect, that Islam is frequently and wrongly associated with human rights violations and terrorism;

[…] which clearly confirms, inter alia, that terrorism cannot and should not be associated with any religion, nationality, civilization or ethnic group, […]

Almost everyone more than twelve years old should recall immediately what they are kvetching about: the Motoons & Fitna.  The Motoons depict Moe as a terrorist. Is that defamatory?  He died in 632, prior to the invention of gunpowder, so he never had a bomb in his turban.  But he was a self-confessed terrorist.

  • Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month’s journey.  [Sahih Bukhari 1.7.331]
  • I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy) [Sahih Bukhari 4.52.220]

The Motoons contained exaggeration, but they also contained the element of truth necessary to effective humor. They did not calumniate or defame Moe.

Fitna juxtaposed the Qur’an with scenes  of Imams inciting the believers to jihad, followed by scenes of slaughter. Fitna connects the dots, demonstrating cause and effect.  It is true, and therefore not defamatory.

In the matter of terrorism: Moe claimed victory through terror. Allah said that he would cast terror, commanded the Muslims to strike off necks and fingers, then  reported that he cast terror and its consequences.[Emphasis added for clarity.]

  • 3:151. We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they joined others in worship with Allâh, for which He had sent no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers).
  • 8:12. (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, “Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.”
  • 8:57. So if you gain the mastery over them in war, punish them severely in order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson.
  • 8:60.  Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of God and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom God doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of God, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly.
  • 33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.

33:27. And He caused you to inherit their lands, and their houses, and their riches, and a land which you had not trodden (before). And Allâh is Able to do all things.

  • 59:2. He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Banî An-Nadîr) from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think that they would get out. And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allâh! But Allâh’s (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).
  • 59:13. Verily, you (believers in the Oneness of Allâh – Islâmic Monotheism) are more awful as a fear in their (Jews of Banî An-Nadîr) breasts than Allâh. That is because they are a people who comprehend not (the Majesty and Power of Allâh).

Terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam.  Pointing out that fact is not defamatory, it is truthful.

Noting with concern that defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, could lead to social disharmony and violations of human rights, and alarmed at the inaction of some States to combat this burgeoning trend and the resulting discriminatory practices against adherents of certain religions

They are alarmed that our government does not silence our criticism of Islam.  The First Amendment gives me a right to expose Islam’s rotten core without fear of the federal government.

Underlining the important role of education in the promotion of tolerance, which involves acceptance by the public of, and its respect for, diversity, including with regard to religious expression, and underlining also the fact that education should contribute in a meaningful way to promoting tolerance and the elimination of discrimination based on religion or belief,

They demand that our schools be co-opted to indoctrinate our children with false praises of Islam so that they will tolerate the intolerable.

Expresses deep concern at the negative stereotyping of religions and manifestations of intolerance and discrimination in matters of religion or belief still evident in the world;

That sentence is redundant, it simply restates the complaint about exposing the doctrines & practices of Islam.  It is the second item in a 28 item enumerated list. The third item follows suit, adding two new elements.

Strongly deplores all acts of psychological and physical violence and assaults, and incitement thereto, against persons on the basis of their religion or belief, and such acts directed against their businesses, properties, cultural centres and places of worship, as well as the targeting and desecration of holy books, holy sites and religious symbols and venerated personalities of all religions;

If you are so concerned about incitement to violence, why don’t you ban the Qur’an, which contains imperatives to wage war on Christians? Are you unable to make the connection between 9:39 & 9:123 with attacks on churches in Egypt, Iraq,Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan & Indonesia?

Here are the novel elements:

  • desecration of holy books
  • venerated personalities

Of course, they are not kvetching about terrorists who occupied the Church of the Nativity, who practiced istinja with pages torn from the Bible. [In the link, Daniel Pipes reveals the existence of a fatwa permitting the practice.] Neither are they kvetching about burning Bibles. The reference is specific to International Burn a Qur’an Day.

And the venerated personality is Moe, who really was a terrorist, not Jesus Christ, whose paternity, divinity, crucifixion, death & resurrection are denied by the Qur’an and who is co-opted by Islam as a genocidal warlord.   The Qur’ans torn and partially burned in New York and torn in Washington D.C. Sept. 11 were English translations, which are not considered sacred or authentic by Islam.

Deplores the use of the print, audio-visual and electronic media, including the Internet, and any other means to incite acts of violence, xenophobia or related intolerance and discrimination against any religion, as well as the targeting and desecration of holy books, holy sites and religious symbols and venerated personalities of all religions;

Their definition of incitement is so loose that it encompasses every possible criticism of Islam. Recall what Secy. Gen. Ban Ki-moon said about Fitna.

Reuters quotes U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon about Fitna:

“There is no justification for hate speech or incitement to violence,” Ban said in a statement. “The right of free expression is not at stake here.”

The hate speech in Fitna flows from the lips of Imams. The incitement flows from their lips and from the Qur’an.

Reaffirms that general recommendation XV (42) of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination,14 in which the Committee stipulated that the prohibition of the dissemination of all ideas based upon racial superiority or hatred is compatible with freedom of opinion and expression, is equally applicable to the question of incitement to religious hatred;

I have a few examples for your consideration.

  • 98:6. Verily, those who disbelieve (in the religion of Islâm, the Qur’ân and Prophet Muhammad ()) from among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) and Al-Mushrikûn will abide in the Fire of Hell. They are the worst of creatures.
  • 2:159. Verily, those who conceal the clear proofs, evidences and the guidance, which We have sent down, after We have made it clear for the people in the Book, they are the ones cursed by Allâh and cursed by the cursers.
  • Sahih Bukhari Volume 6, Book 60, Number 80:

    Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Verse:–“You (true Muslims) are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind.” means, the best of peoples for the people, as you bring them with chains on their necks till they embrace Islam.

Reaffirms the obligation of all States to enact the legislation necessary to prohibit the advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence, and encourages States, in their follow-up to the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination,Xenophobia and Related Intolerance, to include aspects relating to national or ethnic, religious and  linguistic minorities in their national plans of action and in this context to take forms of multiple discrimination against minorities fully into account;

That is the same tired boiler plate demand for legislation criminalizing criticism of Islam. Bear in mind what Ban said about Fitna.  Islam contumaciously demands that it be shielded from all questioning and criticism.  Islam demands that it and it alone be allowed to hurl curses while being shielded from return fire.

Elimination of Religious Discrimination

Elimination of all forms of intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief

A/C.3/65/L.32 is a draft resolution assigned to the Third Committee of the General Assembly. Dated October 28 ’10, it takes the form of a six page pdf file. Like most UN resolutions, it begins with boilerplate references to previous resolutions & reports.

On the second page, they get down to details, where I find the first clash with reality.

Considering that religion or belief, for those who profess either, is one of the fundamental elements in their conception of life and that freedom of religion or belief should be fully respected and guaranteed,

That would be fine if all systems of belief were anodyne. But one of them is not; it commands its votaries to engage in genocidal conquest until the entire world is subjugated to its will. How can there be a right to sustain and propagate a belief that one has a divine mandate to terrorize and conquer everyone who does not share your exact system of belief and ritual practice?

Reaffirming that everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion or belief, which includes the freedom to have or not to have, or to adopt a religion or belief of one’s own choice, or to change one’s religion or belief, and the freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest one’s religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance,

The elements of choice, abstention & change all conflict directly with Shari’ah. Allah said, in 3:85, that only Islam will be accepted. Shari’ah requires that apostates be executed.

Expressing deep concern at all forms of discrimination and intolerance, including prejudices against persons and derogatory stereotyping of persons, based on religion or belief,

Exactly what are they concerned about?  The expression is ambiguous, I presume that the ambiguity is deliberate. We can safely assume that it is a reference to linkage between Islamic terrorism and Muslims; a hint at “profiling”.

Convinced of the need to address the rise in various parts of the world of religious extremism that affects the rights of individuals, the situations of violence
and discrimination that affect many women and other individuals on the grounds or in the name of religion or belief or in accordance with cultural and traditional practices, and the misuse of religion or belief for ends inconsistent with the Charter of the United Nations and other relevant instruments of the United Nations,.

What is “religious extremism” and how does it affect the rights of individuals? Is it a reference to the Taliban beating women who do not wear the hijab?  Is it a reference to Muslims burning churches and murdering Christians in Indonesia and Egypt?   What religion is “misused” and by whom?

They love ambiguity. This gem is found on the third page, headlining an enumerated list.

Underlining the importance of education in the promotion of tolerance, which involves the acceptance by the public of, and its respect for, diversity, including with regard to religious expression, and underlining also the fact that education, in religion or belief, as well as violations of freedom of thought, conscience and religion or belief; particular at school, should contribute in a meaningful way to promoting tolerance and the elimination of discrimination based on religion or belief,

If that is not a demand that schools be used to indoctrinate students with false hagiography about Islam, for the sake of fostering “tolerance”  then what is it?

Stresses that the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion or belief applies equally to all persons, regardless of their religions or beliefs, and without any discrimination as to their equal protection by the law;

That includes belief in the supremacy of Islam, and the divine mandate to enforce it upon the entire world through terrorism. No thanks! I can’t tolerate that!

Emphasizes that, as underlined by the Human Rights Committee, restrictions on the freedom to manifest one’s religion or belief are permitted only if limitations are prescribed by law, are necessary to protect public  safety, order, health or morals, or the fundamental rights and freedoms of others, are non-discriminatory  and are applied in a manner that does not vitiate the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion or belief;

How would that be applied to Reliance of the Traveller, o11.5?

Also emphasizes that freedom of religion or belief and freedom of expression are interdependent, interrelated and mutually reinforcing, and stresses further the role these rights can play in the fight against all forms of intolerance and  of discrimination based on religion or belief;

That is a convoluted way of asserting that my right to truthfully reveal the damnable details of Islamic doctrine & practice is subordinated to the Muslim’s right to believe that he has a divine mandate to kill me, rape my widow and sell my orphans into slavery.  Neither that belief nor its implementation can be tolerated. Both conquest and the implied restriction on free expression violate my fundamental freedoms.

Recognizes with deep concern the overall rise in instances of intolerance  and violence, including by non-State actors, directed against members of many religious and other communities in various parts of the world, including cases  motivated by Islamophobia, anti-Semitism and Christianophobia;

That is an obvious attempt to paint an image of balance, when it is clear that the real concern is only about intolerance of Islam. They do not give a damn about the Christians being repressed, beaten, burned out and murdered in Egypt, Kenya, Nigeria, Indonesia & Pakistan.

Condemns any advocacy of religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence, whether it involves the use of print, audiovisual or electronic media or any other means;

In a pig’s eye!  They do not condemn the Quran’ic verses which command Muslims to wage war on polytheists,  Jews & Christians: 8:39 & 9:29,  The Islamic states would never tolerate that well deserved condemnation!  Instead, they condemn the Motoons which exaggerated Moe’s status as a terrorist and Fitna, which exposes Islamic incitement of violence.

Expresses concern over the persistence of institutionalized social intolerance and discrimination practised against many on the grounds of religion or belief, and emphasizes that legal procedures pertaining to religious or belief-based groups and places of worship are not a prerequisite for the exercise of the right to manifest one’s religion or belief, and that such procedures, when legally required at the national or local level, should be non-discriminatory in order to contribute to the effective protection of the right of all persons to practise their religion or belief, either individually or in community with others and in public or private;

When Muslims celebrate Eid by slitting the throat of a goat they shout “Allahu Akhbar!”; they are practicing their religion. When Moe invaded the Khaibar Oasis, shouting “Allahu Akhbar!, he was practicing his religion. [Sahih Bukhari 4.52.195]  When terrorists slit the throats of Flight 93’s crew, shouting “Allahu Akhbar!, they were practicing their religion.   Sacrificing a goat is one thing, we can tolerate that; sacrificing humans is another, intolerable practice which must be condemned and proscribed.

Allah tells us that he purchased the Muslims so that they fight in his cause, killing and  being killed. [9:111].  Allah also tells us that Islam is inseverable, it must be accepted as a package deal, all or nothing. [13:36]  By what sleight of hand can the practice & propagation of Islam be considered tolerable?

Emphasizes that States have an obligation to exercise due diligence to prevent, investigate and punish acts of violence against persons belonging to religious minorities, regardless of the perpetrator, and that failure to do so may  constitute a human rights violation;

Who will go to Egypt, Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan & Sudan to enforce those violated human rights?

Also emphasizes that no religion should be equated with terrorism, as this may have adverse consequences on the enjoyment of the right to freedom of religion or belief of all members of the religious communities concerned;

This tenth item on page  three of the draft is the most egregious offense to truth, logic and common sense.  They flatly declare that Islam must not be equated with terrorism when terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam.  How in Hell can there be a right to engage in terrorism??? Examine the clear evidence open upon the face of authentic Islamic texts. [Emphasis added for clarity.]

  • 3:151. We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they joined others in worship with Allâh, for which He had sent no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers).

  • Bukhari Volume 1, Book 7, Number 331:
    Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah:
The Prophet said, “I have been given five things which were not given to any one else before me.
    1. Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month’s journey.
    2. The earth has been made for me (and for my followers) a place for praying and a thing to perform Tayammum, therefore anyone of my followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due.
    3. The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful for anyone else before me.
    4. I have been given the right of intercession (on the Day of Resurrection).
    5. Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only but I have been sent to all mankind.

    • Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:
Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand.” Abu Huraira added: Allah’s Apostle has left the world and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not benefit by them)

Allah said that he would cast terror, then he said that he cast terror, resulting in the death of male defenders and the enslavement of their women and children. Moe said that he was made victorious by terror.  It is clear for all to see: terrorism is a foundational sacrament of Islam; yet the UN denies the well documented connection.

The eleventh item in the enumerated list contains a lettered list; item h & i are  egregiously outrageous.

To exert the utmost efforts, in accordance with their national legislation and in conformity with international human rights  law, to ensure that religious places, sites, shrines and symbols are fully respected and protected in a non-discriminatory way, and to take additional measures in cases where they are vulnerable to desecration and destruction and to bring to justice individuals responsible for committing acts of desecration or destruction;

One word in that list is sufficiently broad to encompass all criticism of Islam: “symbols”.  The clause clause including it will be used to criminalize any and all negative mention of Allah, the Qur’an, hadith, Shari’ah and Moe.

(i) To ensure that, in accordance with appropriate national legislation and in conformity with international human rights law, the freedom of all persons and members of groups to establish and maintain religious, charitable or humanitarian institutions is fully respected and protected;

One phrase in that list is sufficiently broad to erase laws prohibiting financial aid to terrorists: “charitable or humanitarian institutions”. This returns to President Obama’s promise to facilitate payment zakat.  It ignores the fact that Islamic law requires that one eighth of zakat must be paid to those “fighting in Allah’s cause“.

Combating Defamation of Religions: Vote Trend

The optimists will say that the  General Assembly vote trend on Defamation of Religions  resolutions  favors freedom.  I am not so optimistic. Only eight votes swung in our favor between ’08 & ’09 and the abstention trend was flat.  The slope of the yes vote line  seems flatter  this year compared to the previous decline. The quantitative growth has been in abstentions, not negations.  Abstentions  have no effect on the outcome.  Unfortunately, a plurality still supports the resolutions, voting against  freedom of religion and expression.

2005    101    53    20
2006    111    54    18    Wikipedia
2007    108    51    25
2008    86      53    42
2009    80      61    42*    ACLJ * ACLJ shows 42 abstentions, the UN tally shows 43.

Yes votes
General Assembl;y Vote Trend: for Defamation Resolutions
No votes
G. A. Votes against Defamation of Religions Resolutions
Abstentions
G.A. Votes on Defamation of Religions Resolutions: Abstentions '05--009

If the current trend holds, the resolution could be defeated in ’11. but I do not expect that to happen. I expect that, if the vote grows closer. many member states will jump from  abstention to the yes column. If they wanted the resolution to fail, they would vote no instead of abstaining.

Combating Defamation of Religions: the Substance

The final text of the Combating Defamation of Religions resolution (passed 12/18/’09) spans pages 67-72  of a 151 page pdf file: A/64/439/Add.2, part II. If you want to read it aloud, you’d better take breath control lessons, because the resolution is basically one long run on sentence.  It begins by recalling and reaffirming previous resolutions and documents.  The trip down the memory lane sewer is followed by a series of statements of  alarm and concern.

Expressing serious concern at the increase in racist violence…

Are they seriously concerned about the recent burning and looting of Christian churches, homes and  businesses in Egypt & Pakistan?  Of course not, that is not what concerns them.

as a result, inter alia, of the resurgence of activities of political parties and associations established on the basis of racist, xenophobic and ideological superiority platforms and charters, and the persistent use of those platforms and charters to promote or incite racist ideologies,

No, their concern is about the Dutch Freedom Party and similar parties in Europe which express concern about Islamic encroachment & demographic conquest. But they are deeply concerned about:

the negative projection of certain religions in the media

Next they  progress to stressing:

the defamation of religions is a serious affront to human dignity leading to the illicit restriction of the freedom of religion of their adherents and incitement to religious hatred and violence,

Do they refer to these examples?

  • 1:7. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians).
  • 8:55. Verily, The worst of moving (living) creatures before Allâh are those who disbelieve , – so they shall not believe.
  • 9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.
  • 9:30. And the Jews say: ‘Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allâh, and the Christians say: Messiah is the son of Allâh. That is a saying from their mouths. They imitate the saying of the disbelievers of old. Allâh’s Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth!
  • 9:123. O you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allâh is with those who are the Al-Muttaqûn (the pious – see V.2:2).

Islamic scripture calumniates Jews, Christians and disbelievers in general, then it declares war and incites violence against them. Where is the U.N.’s concern about that prime exemplar of evil?  See what else they are stressing.

the need to effectively combat defamation of all religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general,

Reaffirming that discrimination on the grounds of religion or belief constitutes a violation of human rights and a disavowal of the principles of the Charter,

What is defamation of religions; what constitutes incitement to hatred?  Who decides?  I direct your attention to  Ban Ki-moon’s egregious condemnation of the short documentary by Geert Wilders.

Reuters quotes U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon about Fitna:

“There is no justification for hate speech or incitement to violence,” Ban said in a statement. “The right of free expression is not at stake here.”

The man chiefly responsible for enforcing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights asserts that there is no right to tell the truth about Islam. [Emphasis added for clarity.] Fitna is not hate speech nor is it incitement; it accurately depicts Islamic hate speech and incitement.

Demonstrating the intimate connection  (cause & effect) between Islam’s scripture and violence evidently constitutes hate speech and violence. Take a good long look at the incidents the OIC complains about in their Islamophobia report.  Here is what it all boils down to.

Expresses deep concern in this respect that Islam is frequently and wrongly associated with human rights violations and terrorism;

Human rights violations?  Such as the right to life? How about the right to be secure in their person and property?  How are our rights affected by the declaration of war previously cited (9:29)?  How are our rights affected by Muhammad’s  complete denial of  them, as well as the sanctity of our  blood & property?

Is Islam wrongly associated with terrorism? Who  created that association? What did Allah say about terrorism?

Allah said that he would cast terror, Muslims must cast terror, and they did cast terror. What did Muhammad say?

Allah said he would cast terror, Moe said he was made victorious by it.  There is nothing wrong with the association of Islam with terrorism!  Lets look at the specific application of the wrongly associated meme.

Reiterates the commitment of all States to the implementation, in an integrated manner, of the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy, which was adopted without a vote by the General Assembly on 8 September 200614 and reaffirmed by the Assembly in its resolution 62/272 of 5 September 2008, and which clearly confirms, inter alia, that terrorism cannot and should not be associated with any religion, nationality, civilization or ethnic group, stressing the need to reinforce the international community’s commitment to promote a culture of peace, justice and human development, ethnic, national and religious tolerance, and respect for all religions, religious values, beliefs or cultures and prevent the defamation of
religions;

Any association of  Islam with terrorism is defamatory by default. So I have defamed Islam by quoting from its own canon of scripture and tradition.  Yeah, right. What is the bottom line?

Reaffirms the obligation of all States to enact the necessary legislation to prohibit the advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence, and encourages States, in their follow-up to the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance,7 to include aspects relating to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities in their national plans of action and, in this context, to take forms of multiple discrimination against minorities fully into account;

Do you remember what Ban said about Fitna (“incitement to violence”)?  They postulate a national obligation to criminalize documentaries such as Fitna and this blog post.

The Combating Defamation of Religious resolutions are propaganda, not law.  But they serve to add a false patina of legitimacy to existing blasphemy laws in Pakistan and other places where they are used to persecute adherents of minority religions.  They also create an atmosphere of support for the proposed protocol to ICERD which is slowly progressing in the Ad Hoc Committee for the Elaboration of Complementary Standards. That protocol will become binding international law.

UN Resolutions Revisited: Defamation of Religion

[Edited 03/19/09]

While the original post and those linked below, in the previous edit will provide valuable background information, the revisions of 03/17/09 have rendered some of that material obsolescent. My latest post on this subject: Durban II Sham Revision: the Details

contains links to the revised text and explains  why that text is unacceptable to lovers of liberty.

[Edited: 03/06/09]

This post, while among the most popular, is not the most up to date. The General Assembly passed a new resolution “combating defamation of religions” 12/18/08. A link to that resolution is included, along with detailed and documented rational objections to the same in this post, which I urge you to read:

Quit Aiding Our Enemies!

In this post, you will find my detailed criticism of a statement by four human rights experts condeming the resolution.

Defamation Resolutions: Enough Already!

This related post dissects and refutes the amended resolution just prior to its passage:

Defamation of Religions Resolution Revised

This related post dissects and refutes the resolution as passed by committee:

UN Renews Censorship Demand

This related post exposes the lies & deceptions included in a related U.N. resolution:

UN: Eliminating Intolerance or Protecting it?

The current post, while outdated, still contains useful links and information. Please read it carefully and follow the links.

Now comes The American Center for Law & Justice complaining in a petition of anti-Christian / pro-Islamic bigotry on the part of the UNHRC Unfortunately they do not provide detailed information about the resolution of which they complain nor do they provide a link to it. More than forty thousand people have endorsed the complaint, apparently without knowing the details. Likewise World Net Daily skims over the subject without digging into the gritty details. The G.A. resolution condemning criticism of Islam is highly abstract, too vague & flowery to represent with a few excerpts. The bottom line is this: they want western nations to censor our criticism of Islam. They will not tolerate public exposure of the evil doctrines & actions of Islam. My blog post on the subject usually receives at most two hits per day. It suddenly spiked to eight. I assume that the spike resulted from the ACLJ & WND posts which leave readers hungry for details.

This is not a new issue. The International Humanist and Ethical Union reports that UNCHR passed resolutions against defamation of religion beginning in 1999 and continuing in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. The UNHRC followed suite in 2007.

In August ’07, the Special Rapporteur reported to the General Assembly concerning Islamophobia, etc.
In December of ’07, the General Assembly resolved to oppose defamation of religions. The arrogant hypocrisy of the report is fully exposed in this blog post: Defamation of Islam.

In December ’07, the U.N. General Assembly passed a similar resolution whose arrogant, imbecilic hypocrisy is laid bare in this blog post: United Nations Ban Criticism of Islam.

At the end of March ’08, the UNHRC passed a similar resolution the arrogant hypocrisy of which is exposed in this blog post, which ends with a call to action: More UNHRC AssWholliness.

During the same time period, Geert Wilders uttered & published his short subject, Fitna. The Secretary General of the UN took advantage of the occasion to express his opinion of defamation of Islam. In the process, he exposed his the black hole which substitutes for his soul and earned every term of opprobrium that can be hurled at him by outraged Kuffar. I took advantage of Moon’s madness to expose his hypocrisy in You’ve Been Mooned!
.
The issue is one sided; the resolution of 1999 explicitly cited defamation of Islam. Anything we write about Islam is criminal; slander, libel & blasphemy. But no significant mention is made of epithets such as “gutter religion” hurled in the other direction. As I proved in The Defamation of Jesus Christ, Islam’s canon of scripture is full of negative references to Judaism & Christianity. Obviously, the UN is not about to ban the Koran or prayers & sermons based upon it.

the OHCHR resolution of ’05 is available as a Word document. This excerpt alone should make your blood boil.

Expresses deep concern that Islam is frequently and wrongly associated with human rights violations and terrorism;

That is the sort of malicious, malignant malarkey I disprove in the blog posts referenced earlier. Terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam, sanctified by a series of Koran verses and bragged about by Muhammad.

Recognizes that in the context of the fight against terrorism and the reaction to counter‑terrorism measures, defamation of religions becomes an aggravating factor that contributes to the denial of fundamental rights and freedoms of target groups, as well as their economic and social exclusion;

“Sons of apes and pigs”, “worst of living creatures”, “Allah’s curse be upon them”, “…destination is Hell…”. That sort of defamation is not what the high & mighty are referring to. It is approved because its in the Koran.

Urges States to take resolute action to prohibit the dissemination through political institutions and organizations of racist and xenophobic ideas and material aimed at any religion or its followers that constitute incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence;

But you know damn well that does not include 9:29, which declares war on us until we are subjugated & pay extortion. Of course not; its approved because its in the Koran.

It is time to see to the dissolution of the UN, to begin by withdrawing from membership and expelling its headquarters from our land. It is part of the aggressor’s support structure, not a peace maker, and it must go.
