Whereas Islam is a mercenary institution;

  • They ask you (O Muhammad) about the spoils of war. Say: “The spoils are for Allâh and the Messenger.” So fear Allâh and adjust all matters of difference among you, and obey Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad), if you are believers. Qur’an 8:1
  • And know that whatever of war-booty that you may gain, verily one-fifth (1/5th) of it is assigned to Allâh, and to the Messenger, and to the near relatives [of the Messenger (Muhammad)], (and also) the orphans, Al-Masâkin (the poor) and the wayfarer, if you have believed in Allâh and in that which We sent down to Our slave (Muhammad) on the Day of criterion (between right and wrong), the Day when the two forces met (the battle of Badr) – And Allâh is Able to do all things. Qur’an 8:41
  • Allâh has promised you abundant spoils that you will capture, and He has hastened for you this, and He has restrained the hands of men from you, that it may be a sign for the believers, and that He may guide you to a Straight Path. Qur’an 48:20

And whereas Islam declared global war against disbelievers;

  • And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do. 8:39
  • Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. 9:29

And whereas Islam has prosecuted war upon us, attacking and destroying the World Trade Towers and damaging the Pentagon;

And whereas Islam denies the inalienable right to worship or not as we choose;

  • And whoever seeks a religion other than Islâm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers. Qur’an 3:85

And whereas Islam denies the sanctity of the lives of  Kuffar and declares open season upon us;

  • Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
    Narrated Anas bin Malik:
    Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.” [...]
  • Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 53, Number 386:
    Narrated Jubair bin Haiya:
    [...]Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:– “Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become your master.”[...]

Now therefore the undersigned citizens of the United States of America demand that, in recognition of the fact that Islam is an instrument of war, not a religion, the Constitution be amended to specifically exclude Islam from the umbrella of first amendment protection.

Further, that legislation be enacted and enforced to outlaw the public practice & propagation of Islam including but not limited to the operation of Mosques & madrassas, and to exclude Muslims from immigration and naturalization.

  1. Why stop with Islam? Let’s just outlaw religion entirely. Then we won’t need to worry about all this bickering over whose beliefs are more right.

    I find it incredibly ironic that you use “freedom” in the title of this blog, yet you wish to deny freedom to millions of people solely on the basis of their religion. I suppose you find China’s ban on Christianity abhorrent? How, then, is this any different?

  2. You postulate a right to believe that you have a divine right and duty to kill others, rape their widows and sell their orphans into slavery. There is no such right.

    We are not seeking to limit anyone’s freedom, we are seeking to preserve our own freedoms, and our lives.

    Islam is a license to murder, rape, enslave, pillage & plunder. Common sense dictates the revocation of such license. This is a matter of eliminating a predatory institution, plain and simple.

    And as to your bit about preserving freedom…he who cannot respect the freedom of others deserves no freedom of his own. You have certain beliefs about Islam, but who are you to say those beliefs are concrete? They’re opinions, no more. Islam isn’t a “license to murder, rape, enslave, pillage & plunder” just because you say it is.

  5. Cody, reciprocity is a vital key to respect. “We give credit where credit is due: we pay cash and so will you.” Respect works the same way. Islam has no respect for Jews, Christians nor Zoroastrians. It denies our right to life. It denies our right to security in our persons and properties. It arrogates to itself a demonic right and obligation to rob, rape, enslave or kill us.

    Allah said “Fight them until”, “Fight those who…until”. There is the license to kill. Moe said “When they do that, their blood and property are sacred to us”. Moe said that the man who testifies that there is no god but Allah… “saves his life and property from me”.

    There’s why I don’t see the problem. Allah is simply Arabic for God. Christians and Jews, therefore, have nothing to worry about since they proclaim God to be the only God.

    Anyways, you still haven’t said anything to my suggestion to outlaw religion entirely. Every religion claims some kind of right to deny people their rights.

  7. Allah commands Muslims to make war on Pagans, Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians until only Allah is worshiped and the “people of the book” are subjugated and pay extortion. That is sufficient reason for getting rid of it.

    Christianity has no such commandments. The Gospels & Acts do not contain any direct equivalent to 8:39, 9:29, 8:12 or 8:67. Only Islam is making Jihad on a global scale.
