Freedom of Religion and the Right to Be Respected

Ufuk Gokcen
The article linked above caught my eye in my daily Google Alerts.
I have excerpted some of the most egregious lies found in the article
and exposed them with the help of Islam’s canon of scripture,
tradition, exegesis & jurisprudence. The main concepts are
expressed in H1 headers, underlined quotes are linked to source texts.

international
community not to allow religious persecution and genocide.
religious persecution and genocide
Hitler’s National Socialist Party, at the urging of
the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, exterminated six million Jews.
Ambassador Gokcen, the OIC and Islam wield the Holocaust as a shield to
deflect attention from Islam’s own genocidal doctrines. Since the
“international community” is committed to prevent religious persecution
and genocide, and Islam is part of the “international community”, we
are to presume that Islam shares that commitment. In reality, Islam is
part of the problem, not part of the solution; committed to
shielding itself from all criticism & questioning wielding the
Holocaust as a shield.
great slaughter
Allah ordered Moe to make a great slaughter before
holding captives for ransom: “It
is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free
them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his
enemies) in the land.“. That order is confirmed by another ayah,
which commands killing and wounding “many of them”: “So,
when you meet (in fight Jihâd in Allâh’s Cause), those who
disbelieve smite at their necks till when you have killed and wounded
many of them, then bind a bond firmly (on them, i.e. take them as
captives). “.
genocide
Allah told Moe explicitly that he prefers genocide
to profit while Moe preferred profit. When one local Jewish
settlement surrendered after a long siege, Moe had all the adult and adolescent males slaughtered; the women
and juveniles enslaved. Islamic law lists killing adult male captives as
one option, and prescribes enslavement for women and children.
Islamic eschatology informs us that Jesus will
return to “fight the people for the cause of Islam“,
“break the cross” and “kill the pigs”; perishing all other
religions so that none will be left to pay Jizya. In other words,
all the Jews & Christians will be killed.
religious persecution
Is there any form of persecution worse than
perpetual war? “Fight
against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day,
(3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger
(4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm)
among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay
the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.”
Islamic law states that “The caliph makes war upon Jews…” Allah promised
that he would “certainly
keep on sending against them (i.e. the Jews), till the Day of
Resurrection, those who would afflict them with a humiliating torment.
” Tafsir Ibn Kathir tells us more about this verse, confirming
the obvious: “In the future, the Jews will support the Dajjal (False
Messiah); and the Muslims, along with `Isa, son of Mary, will kill the
Jews. The gates of Paradise will not swing open for Muslims
until they hunt down and kill the last Jew. ”
year, I attended the ceremony with my 12-year-old son out of a deep
conviction that we need to educate the new generations on the merits of
human dignity, respect for the other, co-existence and the horrible
consequences of hatred. It is our responsibility to utilize the
opportunities that interfaith and faith based civil society has to
develop early childhood multi-culturalism and peace-building programs.
Would it not be encouraging to see individuals, families and civil
society partner together to educate the next generation on human
dignity and respect?
human dignity
In the context of one hadith confirming Islamic
Jihad imperatives, Moe informs us obliquely that Islam has no respect
for the human dignity of anyone but Muslims. As kuffar, our lives and
property are free for the taking and we have no human rights. He
said that he was ordered to fight the people until they testify that
only Allah has the right to be worshiped. He said that, when we so
testify and practice, “then their blood and property will be sacred to us “.
childhood education
This video
is exemplary of how Muslims train their next generation. After viewing
it, you should either curse Islam and demand its extinction or go out
into the alley and hang yourself. Pay particular attention to the
adult explanation which follows the boy’s Salat.
religious intolerance
I am not quoting the relevant paragraphs because of
their length and the lack of good hooks. UNHRC Resolution 16/18 is
cited as an example of consensus and understanding. The
resolution demands that I be subjected to criminal and civil punishment
for exposing the fatal facts of Islam to public view. There is no
functional difference between the “defamation of religions” meme and
the “negative stereotyping” meme substituted for it nor has the
defamation meme been abandoned. I have detailed my objections to
the resolution in previous posts.
By association with the “international community”,
the Ambassador implies that Islam is tolerant. Nothing could be further
from the truth. Perpetual war, extending to the Doomsday and
displayed above through a Qur’an quote, two hadith quotes, Islamic Law
and tafsir is the polar opposite of tolerance. But there ia more,
and I will give you a sample.
Only Islam will be accepted: ” whoever
seeks a religion other than Islâm, it will never be accepted of him“.
‘Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him.'” The penalty for
for apostasy is death: how tolerant is that?
Allah tells Muslims that they are the best of
peoples as they bring us to Islam with chains on our necks. No, I
am not making this up. “You [true believers in Islâmic Monotheism, and real
followers of Prophet Muhammad and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)]
are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; ” Click the
link, read the entire verse in context before reading the hadith which
explains it. “the best of peoples for the people, as you bring them
with chains on their necks till they embrace Islam.”.
freedom of religion
A “religion” whose scripture commands perpetual war
until “only
Allah is worshiped” and “they
pay the Jizya with willing submission” , which command is confirmed
by its tradition & jurisprudence, has no standing to invoke freedom
of religion.
right to be respected
Respect must be reciprocal. Sahih
Bukhari 1.8.387 clearly demonstrates Islam’s lack of respect for
us. Declaring perpetual war and open season: that our blood and
property are not sacred to Muslims and we only obtain human rights by
becoming Muslims puts the lie to the arrogant invocation of freedom of
religion and the right to be respected.

United Stand Against Intolerance ? 08/18/11
Last March, the HRC passed a new resolution which was said to abandon - Islam: No Right to Practice! 07/31/11 The concluding
post of a five part series sums it all up.For
more than a decade, the OIC and their allies have been demanding
national & international legislation to enforce Islam’s blasphemy
laws on us; to squelch, silence, censor & censure their critics. In
the face of a growing backlash, they changed their words this spring,
but not their strategic objective.The
OIC, Ban Ki-Moon, the HRC, EU, Secretary of State & President
demand that we “respect” that which is unworthy of respect, “tolerate”
the intolerable and “dialog” with it instead of exposing absolute evil.In
the wake of the horrific & despicable bombing and shooting attack
in Oslo, Islam’s exposers & critics are being unjustly accused of
“hate speech”., “inciting violence” & “inspiring” the lunatic who
perpetrated the massacre.There
is only one rational way to respond to the bitter bitching &
caterwauling: by throwing it back in their face with redoubled efforts
to expose the rotten core of Islam. That is the reason for
the series of blog posts culminating in this post which flatly declares
that there is and can be no right to practice or propagate Islam. This
series began with Right:
Peaceful Practice of Islam, with more than three thousand words
from and about Islam’s canon of scripture, tradition &
jurisprudence, it established the fact that the practice of Islam is
not and can never be peaceful. Islam is
permanent war. That fact should be fatal to Islam, instead,
Islam is fatal to those deluded fools who ignore it. Over the last 14
centuries, 270*106
people have lost their lives to Islam. - Islam: the Right to Plunder 07/31/11 Promotion
& perpetuation of plunder are the purposes of Islam. The
mission is mercenary and the method is martial. It is difficult to
comprehend this fact without sampling the Qur’an & hadith. - Islam: the Right to
Terrorize 07/31/11Mohammad
Atta, in his final
message to the Magnificent 19, directed them to shout the Takbir
while slaughtering because it terrifies disbelievers.Psychological
warfareWhen
the confrontation begins, strike like champions who do not want to go
back to this world. Shout, ‘Allahu Akbar,’ because this strikes fear in
the hearts of the non-believers.Moe
used Takbir, Atta was emulating him. - Islamic Right: to Rape 07/31/11 Is
there a right to rape? Only if there is a right to practice
Islam. In the first post in this series on the right to practice Islam,
we established the fact that aggressively attacking disbelievers is a
“religious obligation” binding on Muslims as fard al-kifaya, This
post will establish the fact that taking, enslaving and raping captives
is a permitted & approved practice of Islam. - Right: Peaceful Practice of
Islam 07/30/11
This is the initial post of a five post series. Herman Cain said
something, previously mentioned by Rep. Allen West, which absolutely
must be refuted and slapped down so hard that it will never again raise
its head. This series of blog posts is my attempt to expose,
refute and slap down the most malignant malicious malarkey: “right to practice Islam“.

everybody. (Applause.) Please, please have a seat.
Good evening, everyone. And welcome to the White House.
Of all the freedoms we cherish as Americans, of all the rights that we
hold sacred, foremost among them is freedom of religion, the right to
worship as we choose..1
It’s enshrined in the First Amendment of our Constitution — the law of
the land, always and forever. It beats in our heart — in the
soul of the people who know that our liberty and our equality is
endowed by our Creator. And it runs through the history of this
house, a place where Americans of many faiths can come together and
celebrate their holiest of days — and that includes Ramadan.2
As I’ve noted before, Thomas Jefferson once held a sunset dinner here
with an envoy from Tunisia — perhaps the first Iftar at the White
House, more than 200 years ago. And some of you, as you arrived
tonight, may have seen our special display, courtesy of our friends at
the Library of Congress — the Koran that belonged to Thomas
Jefferson. And that’s a reminder, along with the generations of
patriotic Muslims in America, that Islam — like so many faiths — is
part of our national story3.
This evening, we’re honored to be joined by members of our diplomatic
corps, members of Congress — including Muslim American members of
Congress, Keith Ellison and Andre Carson — as well as leaders from
across my administration. And to you, the millions of Muslim
Americans across our country, and to the more than one billion Muslims
around the world — Ramadan Kareem.
Now, every faith is unique. And yet, during Ramadan, we see the
traditions that are shared by many faiths: Believers engaged in
prayer and fasting, in humble devotion to God. Families gathering
together with love for each other. Neighbors reaching out in
compassion and charity, to serve the less fortunate. People of
different faiths coming together, mindful of our obligations to one
another — to peace4,
justice5
and dignity6
for all people — men and women. Indeed, you know that the Koran
teaches, “Be it man or woman, each of you is equal to the other.7”
And by the way, we’ve seen this in recent days. In fact, the
Olympics is being called “The Year of the Woman.”
(Laughter.) Here in America, we’re incredibly proud of Team USA
— all of them — but we should notice that a majority of the members
are women. Also, for the very first time in Olympic history,
every team now includes a woman athlete. And one of the reasons
is that every team from a Muslim-majority country now includes women as
well. And more broadly — that’s worth applauding.
(Applause.) Absolutely.
More broadly, we’ve seen the extraordinary courage of Muslim women
during the Arab Spring — women, right alongside men, taking to the
streets to claim their universal rights, marching for their freedom8,
blogging and tweeting and posting videos, determined to be heard.
In some cases, facing down tanks, and braving bullets, enduring
detentions and unspeakable treatment, and at times, giving their very
lives for the freedom that they seek — the liberty that we are lucky
enough to enjoy here tonight.9
These women have inspired their sisters and daughters, but also their
brothers and their sons. And they’ve inspired us all. Even as we
see women casting their ballots and seeking — standing for office in
historic elections, we understand that their work is not done.
They understand that any true democracy must uphold the freedom and
rights of all people and all faiths. We know this, too, for here in
America we’re enriched by so many faiths10, by men and women — including
Muslim American women.
They’re young people, like the student who wrote me a letter about what
it’s like to grow up Muslim in America. She’s in college.
She dreams of a career in international affairs to help deepen
understanding between the United States and Muslim countries around the
world. So if any of the diplomatic corps have tips for her —
(laughter.) She says that “America has always been the land of
opportunity for me, and I love this country with all my heart.”
And so we’re glad to have Hala Baig here today. (Applause.)
They are faith leaders like Sanaa Nadim, one of the first Muslim
chaplains at an American college — a voice for interfaith dialogue
who’s had the opportunity to meet with the Pope to discuss these
issues. We’re very proud to have you here.
(Applause.)
They are educators like Auysha Muhayya, born in Afghanistan, who fled
with her family as refugees to America, and now, as a language teacher,
helps open her students to new cultures. So we’re very pleased to
have her here. (Applause.)
They are entrepreneurs and lawyers, community leaders, members of our
military, and Muslim American women serving with distinction in
government. And that includes a good friend, Huma Abedin, who has
worked tirelessly — (applause) — worked tirelessly in the White
House, in the U.S. Senate, and most exhaustingly, at the State
Department, where she has been nothing less than extraordinary in
representing our country and the democratic values that we hold dear11.
Senator Clinton has relied on her expertise, and so have I.
The American people owe her a debt of gratitude — because Huma is an
American patriot, and an example of what we need in this country —
more public servants with her sense of decency, her grace and her
generosity of spirit. So, on behalf of all Americans, we thank
you so much. (Applause.)
These are the faces of Islam in America12. These are just a few
of the Muslim Americans who strengthen our country every single
day. This is the diversity13 that makes us Americans; the
pluralism that we will never lose.
And at times, we have to admit that this spirit is threatened.
We’ve seen instances of mosques and synagogues, churches and temples
being targeted. Tonight, our prayers, in particular, are with our
friends and fellow Americans in the Sikh community. We mourn
those who were senselessly murdered and injured in their place of
worship. And while we may never fully understand what motivates
such hatred, such violence, the perpetrators of such despicable acts
must know that your twisted thinking is no match for the compassion and
the goodness and the strength of our united American family.
So tonight, we declare with one voice that such violence has no place
in the United States of America14.
The attack on Americans of any faith is an attack on the freedom of all
Americans. (Applause.) No American should ever have to fear
for their safety in their place of worship. And every American
has the right to practice their faith both openly and freely, and as
they choose15.
That is not just an American right; it is a universal human
right. And we will defend the freedom of religion, here at home
and around the world. And as we do, we’ll draw on the strength
and example of our interfaith community, including the leaders who are
here tonight.
So I want to thank all of you for honoring us with your presence, for
the example of your lives, and for your commitment to the values that
make us “one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice
for all.” (Applause.)
God bless you. God bless the United States of America.
(Applause.)

8:48 P.M. EDT
- Freedom of religion is an
individual right, declared in the Declaration of Independence and
enshrined in the Bill of Rights so that the federal government is
prohibited from establishing a national church and dictating religious
doctrines. Freedom of religion can not be extended to Islam
because jihad, “holy fighting in Allah’s cause“, is “the apex of its hump” (the highest peak of Islam).
It is not possible that the Bill of Rights can empower Islam to deny our freedom to manifest Christianity.
It is not possible that the Bill of Rights can empower Muslims to wage war against us. - Ramadan is not a holy day, it is a holy
month: a celebration of the commencement of Moe’s revelations.
Obamination is celebrating Moe’s insanity. - This nation was founded by
Christians, not Muslims. Islam’s role consisted of attacking our
shipping, seizing ships, cargoes and crews, enslaving the men and
holding them for ransom. Paying tribute to the Barbary
Pirates nearly bankrupted the new nation. - Ramadan celebrates the revelation of the
Qur’an. It is impossible to link the Qur’an & Ramadan to
peace. The Qur’an ordains jihad for Muslims. It commands Muslims to wage perpetual war against Christians. Islamic law
requires the caliph to mount a minimum of one military
expedition against kuffar in every year and declares that infidels may be attacked without provocation. - The indemnity for loss of one finger is ten camels. At
that rate, the indemnity for loss of a hand would be fifty camels. Estimating the value of a camel at $1000, that
makes a hand worth $50,000.00. Islamic law prescribes the penalty of hand amputation for stealing an item
worth more than $58.00. Justice? Yeah, right. - Moe declared that our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims until
we become Muslims. Dignity? Yeah, right. - The indemnity for killing a male Muslim is
100 camels. The indemnity for killing a Muslima is 50 camels. The indemnity for killing a Christian is one
third that for killing a Muslim. Equality? Yeah, right. - Muslim Spring has nothing to do with
freedom. It is a contest over who is going to sit on the dictator’s
throne. They are revolting for power, not for freedom. The
result diminishes freedom, it does not augment freedom. - If they sought freedom and liberty, their
first act would be to abjure Islam and cast off Allah’s yoke of
slavery. Muslims have sold their souls to Allah
for admission to his celestial bordello, so that they fight in his
cause, killing others and being killed. Unless and until they
abjure that contract, they are not seeking liberty, they are seeking
domination. - Faith is more than form, it is
content. The doctrines Muslims believe in do not enrich
America. Only Allah has the right to be worshiped. Only Allah has the right to rule. Moe wants loot, Allah wants genocide. Allah rewards Muslims for acts of terrorism. Allah will damn you for shirking jihad. Allah will bless you for going to jihad. - Legislation by mutual consent,
arrived at by an elected legislature is a democratic value.
Imposition of Allah’s Shari’ah by force is an Islamic value. The two
can not be squared; they are polar opposites. - Huma Abedin’s face is that of an
exotic beauty, belonging to her; it is not the true face of
Islam. Obamination seeks to personify Islam; to ascribe, without
evidence, virtues to a physically attractive person and extend them to
her belief system. The true face of Islam is worn by Maj. Nidal
Malik Hasan, S.O.A.Obamination is alluding to the letters sent
by five members of the House Intelligence Cmte. about granting security
clearances to Muslims having links to the Muslim Brotherhood. He
is, by innuendo, calumniating the committee members. Huma is so
beautiful, and the exemplar of every virtue according to Obamination;
it must be impossible that she could be a security risk.
The committee members put their focus on the wrong association
because they lack the courage to make a full frontal assault on the
problem. It is fashionable to attribute evil doctrines and
practices to the Muslim Brotherhood but anathema to criticize
Islam. In reality, the brotherhood is nothing more or less than
Islam. Allah is their goal. That should be your first clue. The
Qur’an is their constitution. That is your second clue. Imposing
Shari’ah on a global scale is their objective. Death in Allah’s
cause is their highest aspiration. Those are clues for you but
you can not perceive them because you have not read the Qur’an and
hadith. The brotherhood adds nothing to Islam doctrinally; it is
only a reflection of heightened zealotry as described in Surah
At-Taubah 9:111.Huma is not a security threat because
her father was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood and her mother,
brother and sister are active members. She is a security threat because
she is a Muslim, a believer in Allah’s imperatives, threat and
promise. Huma is married to a Jew, a relationship strictly
prohibited in Islamic law because their children will not be raised as
Muslims and Kuffar are not permitted to have authority over
Muslims. But Islamic clerics are not condemning her marriage
because it gave her a step up to a position of influence where she has
the ability to advance the short term objective of “destroying their
miserable house”. The necessity of engaging in subversion outweighs the
law against Muslimas marrying Kuffar. - Diversity does not make us Americans!
Being born here makes us Americans. A mix of Christians, Jews and
atheists is diversity enough, we do not need to add our sworn enemies
in order to have diversity. - Murder and arson are criminal
offenses, regardless of the identity of the victims. The intrinsic evil
of those crimes is not increased because the victims are Sikhs or
Muslims. Churches are burned and Christians are assaulted and
murdered damn near every day in Africa and Egypt but we do not hear
Obamination objecting to it or proposing aid to the victims. He
admits Muslims as refugees but excludes persecuted
Christians. As Islamic demographics increase here, the incidence
of attacks on Christians and churches will increase
disproportionately. - Rights are reciprocal. In
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Christians are arrested, jailed and
deported for having prayer meetings in their apartments. In
Egypt, Indonesia and Pakistan, they are not allowed to build new
churches or maintain existing churches. Islamic law specifically
forbids building churches, displaying crosses, ringing bells and public
prayer & processions.Islam is inseverable, an all or nothing package deal
which includes genocidal conquest
and licenses Muslims to rape captive women. The practice of Islam is
not complete without jihad! It is therefore impossible that
Muslims can have a right to practice Islam because it contravenes our
right to live in peace free of threat and assault. 9/11 was
an Islamic act of worship;
read the second page of the confession.
You’ve Been Mooned: Combating Defamation of Religions
The Secretary General of the United Nations issued his annual report on combating defamation of religions [Islam] September 23. I present a link to the report below, along with several important excerpts. I have also included a list of links to various documents referenced in the report.
A/66/372
Combating defamation of religions
Report of the Secretary-General
This issue came to the front burner in 1999 when the HRC passed the original resolution combating defamation of Islam. Because of the ensuing controversy, subsequent resolutions substituted religions for Islam in their titles but their contents belie the distinction without a difference. My sources confirm the original title, but the document linked above lacks it; I presume it has been bowdlerized.
It is difficult to find the resolution; in my search for it, I found an important quote attributed to Masood Khan, representing Pakistan at the UN.
There is one little problem: the element of falsity.
def·a·ma·tion
http://sp.dictionary.com/dictstatic/d/g/speaker.swf [def-uh-mey-shuhn]
calumny: She suedthe magazine for defamation of character. [Emphasis added]
“Islam promotes violence”
“Islam promotes violence” is not defamatory if it is true. “Terrorism is an Islamic tactic” is not defamatory if it is true. Those statements do not defame Islam or stereotype Muslims unless they are false.
“Islam promotes violence” is either true or false. The veracity of the statement can be verified by reference to Islam’s canon of scripture, tradition, exegesis & jurisprudence. Allah said that he ordained jihad for Muslims.
Hilali & Khan included a definition of jihad in a parenthetical expression. They give a fuller definition in their footnote to 2:190. Islamic law defines jihad as “to war against non-Muslims”. Islamic law declares annual military expeditions against disbelievers to be a “communal obligation”. Al-Shafi’i put it this way:
Al-Ghazali said something similar:
Islamic law says that the caliph “The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians… ” In the next section (O9.9) it says that the caliph “fights all other peoples until they become Muslim”. Why would Islamic law make such statements? Only because of what Allah & Moe said and did. “Ordained” was not Allah’s last word on the subject. “Fight them“, “fight those who“, “Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you” . Moe said that he was “ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.”
What did Moe do to implement those jihad imperatives? He dictated and dispatched extortion letters, and followed up with his army. See. for example, the letter to the Jews at Khaibar, and the oral tradition about his raid on them.
Examine the critical quote again, because I have a prime example for you: “Islam promotes violence”. This is the heading from Book 21 of Malik’s Muwatta: “Section: Stimulation of Desire for Jihad” The title of Riyad us-Saliheen, Book 11, Chapter 234 is “Obligation of Jihad”. It quotes the relevant ayat & ahadith with commentary.
Islam is intrinsically violent, by design. It has not been perverted, distorted nor hijacked; it promotes violence because violence was Moe’s source of income. Doubt this? How did Allah make Moe wealthy?
This is not defamation of Islam because it is truthful, proven so by Islam’s own canon. This is not stereotyping of Muslims because Allah stated their obligations, defined believers as those who “fight in” his cause, promised them Paradise if they do and Hell if they don’t. Islam is all or nothing, Muslims are not allowed to select the verses they like.
“Terrorism is an Islamic tactic.”
Most of the Qur’anic references to terror are concerned with what Allah will do to when the world ends. Those are not important to this discussion; the others are. Allah said that he would cast terror. He said that he cast terror. He said that the Jews were more afraid of Moe and his army than of him.
Islam Awakened presents a table of 37 parallel translations. Here are some interesting samples from 8:57.
- to strike fear
- then scatter by (making an example of) them those who are in their rear
- deal with them in such a manner that those that follow them should abandon their designs and may take warning
- use them to frighten off anyone who comes in their rear
- set an example of their humiliation serving as a deterrent
- make a fearsome example of them
- disperse thou through them those behind them,
- make a harsh example of them
- deal with them in such a manner as to deter those behind them
- (by inflicting an exemplary punishment upon them) disperse those behind them
- make them a fearsome example
- so as to strike terror among them
- then thereby strike fear in those that are behind them
- strike terror in those that are behind them
- make of them a fearsome example
8:60 is another prime source of terror references.
- to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of Allah and your enemies
- to strike terror into the hearts and minds of Allah’s enemy
- you terrorize/terrify with it God’s enemy
- to strike terror thereby
- so that you may strike terror into the hearts of your enemy
- Cause terror with this (war readiness) amongst the enemy of Allah
- so that you strike terror into the enemies of Allah
- to frighten thereby the enemy of Allah
- that you may strike terror in (the hearts of) the enemies of God
- whereby you may frighten the enemy of ALLAH
- to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of God
- you shall strike terror through it
- to threaten the enemy of Allah
- that you may overawe the enemies of Allah
- whereby ye may strike a terror into the enemy of God,
- whereby ye may strike terror into the enemy of God
Moe also had something to say about how he was made victorious: ” Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month’s journey. “; “I have been made victorious with terror “. Who associated Islam with terrorism?
Back to the report, this paragraph quotes from another big title officer. [Emphasis added.]
World Outreach Center in Gainesville, Florida, burned a copy of the Koran. The
incident elicited strong condemnation on the part of the United States Government
and religious leaders from different faiths across the world. It also resulted in
violent reactions, including the killing of United Nations staff and others in
Afghanistan. Both the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Secretary-
General replied to letters from the Organization of the Islamic Conference
condemning those acts, which divided peoples and societies, and reaffirming the
collective interest of the international community in countering acts of intolerance.
The Secretary-General also condemned the incident and said that such actions
cannot be condoned by any religion. He also condemned the killing of the United
Nations staff in response. In addition, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on
freedom of religion or belief and the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of
racism sent joint communications about those incidents.
Qur’an burning
Pastors Terry & Sapp hosted a moot trial of the Qur’an, conducted in Arabic and spanning four hours prior to the burning. The trial included a qualified Imam and several expert witnesses, at least two of whom are converts from Islam to Christianity. Why would they find the Qur’an “guilty” of inciting violence?
The violent reactions did not result from the trial & burning of the Qur’an, they resulted from rabble rousing Imams spewing hatred at Jumah Salat. Check out the day and time of those riots. They occurred after Friday prayers.
UN staff had nothing to do; no connection to the trial & burning of the Qur’an in Florida. There is no logical relationship between the two acts. Peoples and societies are divided by the belief of some that they have a divine obligation to conquer the rest. What did Allah & Moe say that might give them that conceited idea?
Qur’an burning is an act of outrage, not intolerance. The Qur’an does not tolerate the existence of disbelievers. Our right to live and worship as we choose or not is the primary issue at stake. Islam’s canon denies those rights, inciting outrage which is expressed by incinerating Qur’ans.
The trial & burning of the Qur’an was not condoned by Christianity, it was performed by two pastors and their congregation. They burned the book which curses them, condemns them to Hell and commands Muslims to wage war upon them.
¶79 is an obvious demand for legislation to prohibit criticizing Islam & burning Qur’ans. It blames the innocent for the independent criminal actions of the guilty.
expression are indispensable conditions for the full development of the person …
they constitute the foundation stone for every free and democratic society”. It
further recognizes that “freedoms of opinion and expression form a basis for the full
enjoyment of a wide range of other human rights”.
82. The General Comment also expounded the extent of lawful restrictions that
can be imposed on the right to freedom of expression, prescribing that any
restrictions to freedom of expression must be compatible with the strict
requirements of article 19, paragraph 3, of the International Covenant on Civil and
Political Rights. The General Comment also deals with the relationship between
articles 19 and 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights,
prescribing that “a limitation that is justified on the basis of article 20 must also
comply with article 19, paragraph 3”. On this point, it underscores that “it is only
with regard to the specific forms of expression indicated in article 20 that States
parties are obliged to have legal prohibitions”. In every other case — while the State
is not precluded in general terms from having such prohibitions — in which the
“State restricts freedom of expression, it is necessary to justify the prohibitions and
their provisions in strict conformity with article 19”.
I do not see any sign that Ban Ki-moon shares the opinion of the committee of experts who composed Comment 34.
religions per se are rights-holders. Whereas the debate concerning the dissemination
of expression which may offend the adherents of religions or faiths has throughout
the past 12 years evolved around the notion of “defamation of religions”, they
welcomed the fact that the debate appeared to be shifting to the concept of
“incitement to national, racial or religious hatred”. In his thematic report at the
sixteenth session of the Human Rights Council,3 the Special Rapporteur on freedom
of religion or belief noted that school education could and should contribute to the
elimination of negative stereotypes, which often poison the relationship between
different communities. He stressed that such negative stereotypes had particularly
detrimental effects on minorities and with regard to religious or belief communities.
The Special Rapporteur highlighted the importance of eradicating stereotypes and
prejudices that constitute the root causes of fear, resentment and hatred in order to
prevent violence and human rights abuses.
I presented sufficient evidence to establish the fact that Islam is not defamed by describing its jihad imperatives & promotion of war through carrot and stick doctrines. If a Muslim goes to war, he goes to Paradise; if not, he goes to Hell. Stating this fatal fact is not defamatory because it is truthful, based on Surah At-Taubah 38-39 & Surah As-Saff 10-13.
At the time of its publication, Ban Ki-moon described Fitna, Geert Wilders’ short documentary exposing the nexus between the Qur’an & terrorism as “hate speech” & “incitement”. It is the Qur’an, not Fitna which constitutes “hate speech” & “incitement” to hatred and violence.
Negative stereotypes
If a Muslim is a believer, he “fights in Allah’s cause”, “killing others and being killed”. That definition of believer is contained in Surah At-Taubah 111. Muslims are commanded to “Obey Allah and the Messenger“. Allah commanded them to fight us until only Allah is worshiped; until we are subjugated and submit to extortion. Are they then Muslims who sit at home? Surely they are hypocrites, not believers who are only those who join the jihad.
Allah said “Indeed in the Messenger of Allâh (Muhammad ) you have a good example to follow for him who hopes in (the Meeting with) Allâh and the Last Day and remembers Allâh much. ” How is a Muslim to obey Moe without emulating his exemplary conduct? What did he say about how he was made victorious? How did Allah make him wealthy??
You can not be Muslim without being evil. That is a fatal fact, not a negative stereotype. Allah commands obedience, which he rewrds with gardens flowing with rivers of wine and punishes with the fire. What did he command Muslims to do? Was there something about cutting off our heads, fingers and toes? 8:12
What did Moe do to the men and adolescent boys of the Banu Qurayzah? He besieged them for two weeks, when they surrendered he slaughtered them in beautiful downtown Medina. How in Hell does a Muslim obey Allah and his Messenger without engaging in terrorism & genocide?? This is a fact, not a negative stereotype. “It is not for a Prophet” that he should hold prisoners for ransom until he has made great slaughter. This is not negative stereotyping, it is stating the fatal facts as contained in Islam’s canon. If Allah’s slaves are offended by revelation of these fatal facts, they should break his yoke of slavery and rejoin the human race.
in incitement, intolerance and hatred in many parts of the world in various
ways. States and national actors are taking measures to combat these
phenomena and the majority of these actions are in the constitutional and
legislative domain. The principles of equality and non-discrimination as well as
freedom of religion and freedom of expression and opinion are provided for at
the highest level through constitutional enshrinement. Most States have such
provisions on freedom of expression and opinion and freedom of religion and
belief, to varying extents. Some States have prohibitions, inter alia, on the
vilification and desecration of religious symbols, sites, places of worship, and
sacred grounds. In the submissions received, there is often a concurrent
criminal regime for the prohibition of actions infringing the freedom of religion
and belief at the national level. Where advocacy and incitement to hatred is
criminalized, it is often prohibited on several grounds, including racial,
national and ethnic or religious.
incitement, intolerance and hatred
On what day of the week and at what time of day do riots, bombing & burning of churches and the homes & business of Christians occur in Africa, Arabia & Asia? Why on friday? Why after Jumah Salat? There is no innocent explanation. What does Allah tell Muslims to do? What did Moe do that they must emulate? Do expressions such as “fight them until” and “be harsh against them” have any meaning for you? Do you have a brain? Can you obtain a clue??
freedom of religion
Where in domestic or international law is the right to conquer enshrined? Muslims are commanded to fight pagans until only Allah is worshiped on a global scale. Muslims are commanded to fight Jews & Christians until we are subjugated and submit to perpetual extortion. We must not build or repair churches, display crosses, ring church bells, hold public processions or funerals.
If there is no right to conquer, then there is no right to practice Islam. Show me, by God, exactly where the right to invade & conquer is enshrined in law other than in Reliance of the Traveller, Hedaya & Risala.
Where in domestic or international law is the right to rape enshrined? Show me, by God, exactly where it is written that Muslims have a right to sexually exploit capive women except in the Qur’an, hadith, and Shari’ah compiled there from! God bless you, can you read and comprehend? What is the meaning of this:
I entered the Mosque and saw Abu Said Al-Khudri and sat beside him and asked him about Al-Azl (i.e. coitus interruptus). Abu Said said, “We went out with Allah’s Apostle for the Ghazwa of Banu Al-Mustaliq and we received captives from among the Arab captives and we desired women and celibacy became hard on us and we loved to do coitus interruptus. So when we intended to do coitus interrupt us, we said, ‘How can we do coitus interruptus before asking Allah’s Apostle who is present among us?” We asked (him) about it and he said, ‘It is better for you not to do so, for if any soul (till the Day of Resurrection) is predestined to exist, it will exist.” [Bukhari 5.59.459]
Moe did not just say he was ordered to fight us, he said that until we become Muslims our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims and we have no rights. Exactly how in Hell can there be a right to believe that, propagate it and act upon it? If there is any such right, then all our rights are null and void. It is therefore impossible that there can be any right to propagate and practice Islam.
freedom of expression
The first amendment to the US Constitution prohibits Congress from making any law abridging the freedom of speech. It therefore remains legal for me to reveal the fatal facts of Islam as documented by its canon of scripture, tradition, exegesis & jurisprudence. This is exactly what Ban Ki-moon & co. seek to outlaw.
If we can not accurately name and describe the enemy and his doctrines & practices, then we will be rendered defenseless. That is their objective. If you harbor any doubts about this, crack open the Risala & Reliance of the Traveller and start reading. If the expression “anything impermissible” is too vague for you, turn to O8.7 to see the detailed list of prohibited speech.
contributions. The importance of public education in promoting tolerance and
understanding in the public education system was noted. The value of ongoing
public awareness-raising by the State, national human rights institutions,
non-governmental organizations, faith groups and religious organizations, the
media and other partners at the national level especially was underlined. The
media has a significant role, and some contributions highlighted its use in
educating the public about different cultures and religions, in counteracting
contentious political discourse and divisive speech, and as a means for
disseminating balanced information and portrayals, as well as bringing
together groups and adherents of different religions and faiths.
¶91 promotes indoctrination, not education.
promoting tolerance
What could be more obnoxious? How can any sentient & self-respecting lover of life & liberty tolerate the arrogant assumption of supremacism which assumes global conquest to be a divine right & mandate? I can not tolerate that which seeks to disposses & kill me, enslaving my widow and orphans. I can not accept any suggestion or demand that I should tolerate it.
awareness raising
Ban seeks to criminalize raising awareness of the existential threat of Islam. He wants the organs of the state to spew propaganda and paint a false image of benign & anodyne religion; the polar opposite of the objective factual reality of Islam.
balanced information
I prefer truthful information that can be objectively evaluated and verified. That is why I provide links to my sources so that readers can explore the context and verify the quotes. Allah said “fight them”; Moe said “I am commanded to fight”. Moe fought in 17 battles and ordered about 60 more in which he did not directly participate. Sahih Bukhari’s books of Jihad & Expedition describe the circumstances of some of those battles. The book of Khumus describes how Moe divided the loot. Tafsirs confirm the obvious meaning of Allah’s jihad imperatives. Shari’ah codifies what Allah said and Moe did. Africa, Arabia, half of Asia and South East Europe were not conquered by a “religion of peace” Peace has no part in barbarian conquest. This subject matter requires truth, not not malignant malarkey.

My email subscription to UNHRC documents turned up an interesting letter from the representative of Cyprus. I keep telling you hat freedom of religion is a one way street, few pay any attention.
Turkey is interfering with Greek Orthodox services in occupied Cyprus. As I keep telling you, if you ain’t Muslim, you have no rights. Perhaps this will give you a clue. Turkey is violating the rights of Christians in occupied Cyprus, interfering with church services, arbitrarily and with outrageous regulations.
grave human rights violation that occurred on 25 December 2010 in the Orthodox church of
Saint Synesios, in the town of Rizokarpaso located in the part of Cyprus under the military
occupation of Turkey. This issue is directly related to the mandate in accordance with
which the yearly reports on the question of human rights in Cyprus are prepared, as
provided for in Commission on Human Rights resolution 4 (XXXI) and General Assembly
resolution 3450 (XXX).
As confirmed by the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP), on
25 December 2010, security forces of the subordinate local administration of Turkey
interrupted an ongoing religious service, forced the priest to remove his liturgical vestments
and to terminate the liturgy, ordered the churchgoers, mainly Greek Cypriot enclaved
persons, to evacuate, then sealed the church on the pretext that no “permission for the
conduct of mass” had been obtained. At the same time, the occupation regime did not allow
for a Christmas mass to be held in the Church of the Holy Trinity (Ayia Triada) in the
nearby town of Yialoussa. Subsequently, the occupation regime informed UNFICYP that a
new “procedure” had been established, whereby prior authorization should be sought 30
days in advance for all scheduled religious services, except those celebrated on Sundays.
These acts contravene the third Vienna agreement of 2 August 1975, which, inter
alia, explicitly provides that the Greek Cypriots who remained enclaved behind the military
lines in their villages in the north-eastern Karpass peninsula in the aftermath of the Turkish
invasion would be “free to stay” and that they would “be given every help to lead a normal
life, including facilities for education and for the practice of their religion, as well as
medical care by their own doctors and freedom of movement”. Even more serious, these
acts constitute a clear violation of international and European human rights law, including
article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and articles 3 and 9 of the
European Convention on Human Rights.
Lets review the fatal facts:
- Muslims are commanded to wage war against us.
- Our blood is not sacred to Muslims.
- Our property is not sacred to Muslims.
- We have no rights until we become Muslims.
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.” Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, “O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?” He replied, “Whoever says, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have.”
We know blessed well that the Human Rights Council will not do anything to remedy this situation, which will continue to be ignored. They are occupied with more important matters such as condemning Israel for defending itself.
Spurring Facebook Censorship
My Facebook friend Frank Einstein alerted me to the existence of a Facebook page dedicated to demanding the removal of Facebook groups critical of Islam. In perusing their page, I discovered that they are also attacking another of my old friends, Az Zaqqum. I find their information page to be full of hypocrisy, which I expose here by giving selected excerpts H2 status and interspersing my comments between them.
The document is long and rambling, I took excerpts out of context in order to conserve space. I have added bold face and font color emphasis to some quotes from Islam’s canon in order to make the significant points stand out with more clarity. The heading immediately below is a link to the page.
Remove All Groups and Pages that Attack Islam
Brothers and sisters, not just in religion, but in creation
until when will we watch transgressors step into our lives as if they own us?
We would live and let live, but you will not. Islam demands that the entire world submit to it. We object to Islam precisely because it attempts to impose itself upon us by force. For the details, see: What’s Wrong With Islam/Muslims?
Until when will we specifically ignore our own rights to the freedom of religion
Until Islam is no more.
3:85. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islâm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.

Until when will we watch transgressors attack our religion
Until you go blind or wise up and emancipate yourself from slavery to Allah. Between 1787 and 1815 you attacked our shipping. On September 11, ’01, you attacked our World Trade Towers for the second time. We have every right to name and shame the enemy who is attacking us, and by God, we will.
be satisfied with having their own rights
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/data/constitution/amendment01/
We have the right to choose our own religion or none; to worship or not as we choose. You have a demonic mandate to impose Islam upon us. We have a right to freedom of speech & press. You assert a right to be shielded from criticism. We have rights, and by God, we will blessed well maintain them!
not even dare to force other’s in their decision making
Our Facebook groups do not have any force. We can do nothing more than expose Islam to ridicule by reference to its own canon of scripture, tradition, exegeses & jurisprudence, just as I do in these blog posts. It is Muslims, demanding that Facebook delete us, threatening boycotts and demanding international legislation to criminalize criticism of Islam who are attempting to use force.
do not know the true essence of peace and justice
“Peace” is what happens after Islam completes its global conquest. “Justice” is just us Muslims.
purpose of individual rights is to recognize and protect the
individual’s freedom of choice for “constructive” purposes
The only right is the right to obey Allah’s dictates in every facet of life. That is how Islam defines the term.

- Fight against those who … and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. 9:29 The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
Yes I agree killing innocent people is wrong
Only Muslims are innocent, all others are rebels against Allah, subject to the hudud prescribed in 5:33. Ibn Kathir, in his tafsir, defines waging war against Allah to include disbelief.
`Wage war’ mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways. [ The Punishment of those Who Cause Mischief in the Land]
publicly humiliating any religion
- 98:6. Verily, those who disbelieve (in the religion of Islâm, the Qur’ân and Prophet Muhammad ()) from among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) and Al-Mushrikûn will abide in the Fire of Hell. They are the worst of creatures.
- 5:60. Say (O Muhammad to the people of the Scripture): “Shall I inform you of something worse than that, regarding the recompense from Allâh: those (Jews) who incurred the Curse of Allâh and His Wrath, those of whom (some) He transformed into monkeys and swines, those who worshipped Tâghût (false deities); such are worse in rank (on the Day of Resurrection in the Hellfire), and far more astray from the Right Path (in the life of this world).”

Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion: Mandate Extension
The initial draft resolution on the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief, tabled June 7, consisted of three boilerplate paragraphs and an enumerated list of seven items.
A revised draft tabled June 9 consisted of four boilerplate paragraphs and an enumerated list of seven items.
A revised draft tabled June 11 by Spain for the European Union consisted of eight proposed boiler plate paragraphs and an enumerated list of seven items. It appears on initial inspection that the first four paragraphs and seven enumerated items are the same as the other revised draft. But the four new proposed paragraphs are different.
On June 14, Pakistan submitted proposed amendments on behalf of the OIC.
They would extend the Reporteur’s mandate to include:
- Examination of incidents of incitement to religious hatred, stereotyping, etc. and recommend remedial measures.
- Encourage adoption of policies to ensure respect for places of worship and public expressions of belief.
- Report on instances of violation of the right to freedom of religion.
- Working closely with mass media to ensure the creation of an atmosphere of respect and tolerance for religions…
Resolution 14/L.5/Rev.1 Freedom of religion or belief: Mandate of the Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief. This draft is expected to be voted on June 18. It consists of four preambular paragraphs and an enumerated list of fifteen items. Eight of these need some attention.
- Condemns all forms of intolerance and discrimination based on religion or belief, as well as violations of the freedom of thought, conscience, religion or belief,
- Stresses that everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion or belief, which includes the freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of one’s choice and the freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest one’s religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance,
- Condemns any advocacy of religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence,
- Deplores the overall rise in instances of intolerance and violence directed against members of many religious and other communities in various parts of the world,
- Deplores also the global rise and number of incidents of religious hatred, discrimination, intolerance and violence, which may be manifested by the derogatory. stereotyping as well as stigmatization of persons based on their religion or belief,
- Expresses serious concern at all attacks on religious places, sites and shrines in violation of international law, in particular human rights and humanitarian law, including any deliberate destruction of relics and monuments,
- Emphasizes that, restrictions on the freedom to manifest one’s religion or belief are permitted only if limitations are prescribed by law, are necessary to protect public safety, order, health or morals, or the-fundamental rights and freedoms of others, are non-discriminatory and are applied in a manner that does not vitiate the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion,
- Emphasizes the important role of media in the creation and promotion of an atmosphere of respect and tolerance for religious and cultural diversity, as well as – multiculturalism,
- Do they really condemn dhimmitude, which subjugates conquered Christians in a sub human state of submission? Do the really condemn violations of freedom of religion, specifically the death penalty for apostasy from Islam and non-recognition of conversions to Christianity? I doubt it.
- Does that include the freedom to be totally secular, or atheist? Does that include the right to change one’s religion from Islam to another faith? Yeah, right.
- Do they really condemn the Qur’anic denunciation of Jews and Christians as the worst of living creatures and its cursing of them? Do they really condemn its declaration of perpetual war against them? Yeah, right.
- Do they really deplore the burning of churches in Kenya, Indonesia and Pakistan? Do they really deplore the mass murder of Christians and Ahmadia?
- It is obvious that the reference is to the Motoons and moves to ban minarets, the hijab & niqab.
- And I have some beach front land to sell you in Arizona.
- Of course the Pact of Umar met all those criteria. Yeah, right. Try to build a church in Egypt.
- The authors deserve to go to Hell. Any delegates voting for it should go with them. It is not possible to express my contempt & detestation for them in polite terms.
- “important role of media: self censorship”: The HRC is demanding that the press, broadcast media and bloggers not publish anything negative about Moe’s War Cult.
- “promotion of an atmosphere of respect and tolerance for religious and cultural diversity”: The idea of promoting respect & tolerance for a War Cult responsible for 270*106 premature deaths in the last 1387 years is unconscionable. Nobody with a scintilla of morality would suggest it. No self respecting lover of liberty who knows about the doctrines & practices of Islam will accept it.
- Only Allah has the right to be worshiped.: 2:22, 2:163, 2:255, 9:129,
- Only Allah has the right to rule: 33:36.
- Muslims are obligated to enforce Allah’s rights: 8:39, 9:29, 9:111.
- The blood & treasure of disbelievers are not sacred to Muslims; they only obtain rights by becoming Muslims.
- Terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam: 3:151, 8:12, 8:57, 8:60, 33:26, 59:2, 59:13, Sahih Bukhari 1.7.331, 4.52.220.
This blog post would be illegal in several nations as it is. Recent Combating Defamation Resolutions passed by the HRC & General Assembly would specifically outlaw the last item in the unordered list immediately above.
At the end of November, the Ad Hoc Committee on Elaboration of Complementary Standards is scheduled to meet for the purpose of drafting a protocol to ICERD would enshrine their censorship demands in binding international law.
Islam has declared and is prosecuting war against us. We need to be free to identify and accurately describe the enemy. Islam is striving to criminalize that which is essential to our self-defense, We must counter attack; there is only one way to do it. ICERD, ICCPR & CPPCG contain provisions which, enforced, would require that Islam be proscribed by law.
We must make the world, particularly the World Court, painfully aware of those provisions of international human rights law and the Islamic doctrines which violate them. The International Qur’an Petition is our best weapon. We must use it! For the love of liberty, sign that petition, send its url to everyone you can influence, with an exhortation to sign and forward it.
Religious Freedom Report: Suicidal Orwellianism
Remarks on the Release of the 2009 Annual Report on International Religious Freedom
2009 Report on International Religious Freedom.
Hillary Rodham Clinton
Secretary of State
Washington, DC
October 26, 2009
The right to profess, practice, and promote one’s religious beliefs is a founding principle of our nation.
It is the first liberty mentioned in our Bill of Rights, and it is a freedom guaranteed to all people in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
Our founders made an understandable oversight, relying on the traditional acceptance of institutions popularly considered to be religions, perhaps because they did not anticipate the development of modern transportation with its resultant increase in immigration which brought Islam to the West.
Unfortunately, Islam does not fit the pattern for two reasons. First, it is a war cult, not a legitimate religion, being founded for a mercenary mission. Second, it is intolerant and violent, denying others the tolerance and respect it demands from them.
The practice of Islam involves Jihad, and Jihad involves terrorism & genocide. How can that be tolerated?
We commend Jordan’s role in initiating the common word dialogue…
The Common Word Between Us and You, a missive from the Ulema to Pope Benedict XVI, is a pious fraud. Christianity and Islam have nothing in common except what Islam plagiarized from Judaism & Christianity,
These important efforts build on the shared values and common concerns of faith communities to sow the seeds of lasting peace.
Christianity values life and peace. Islam values war and death. We have no shared values.
Now, some claim that the best way to protect the freedom of religion is to implement so-called anti-defamation policies that would restrict freedom of expression and the freedom of religion. I strongly disagree. The United States will always seek to counter negative stereotypes of individuals based on their religion and will stand against discrimination and persecution.
Anti-defamation policies have nothing to do with protecting freedom of religion. Their purpose is to protect Islam from truthful criticism. The OIC and their allies are complaining of and campaigning for the criminalization of “negative stereotyping of religions”, particularly association of terrorism with Islam.
But an individual’s ability to practice his or her religion has no bearing on others’ freedom of speech. The protection of speech about religion is particularly important since persons of different faiths will inevitably hold divergent views on religious questions. These differences should be met with tolerance, not with the suppression of discourse.
The proper practice of Islam involves warfare for the purpose of making it dominant. Islam perceives our freedom of expression as an impairment of their demonic duty to enforce Islamic law, which prescribes the death penalty for any negative expression about Allah, Muhammad and their doctrines & practices.
Based on our own experience, we are convinced that the best antidote to intolerance is not the defamation of religion’s approach of banning and punishing offensive speech, but rather, a combination of robust legal protections against discrimination and hate crimes, proactive government outreach to minority religious groups, and the vigorous defense of both freedom of religion and expression.
In its practical implementation, “proactive government outreach to minority religious groups” means appeasement of Islam.
So it is our hope that the International Religious Freedom Report will encourage existing religious freedom movements around the world and promote dialogue among governments and within societies on how best to accommodate religious communities and protect each individual’s right to believe or not believe, as that individual sees fit.
If the Secretary would read Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387, she might learn that only Muslims have rights. How can we have rights when our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims?
The secretary called on Assistant Secretary Michael Posner to elaborate further on the report
Briefing on the Release of the 2009 Annual Report on International Religious Freedom
Michael H. Posner
Assistant Secretary, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor
QUESTION: Can I ask – the Secretary was quite strong in her comments about the defamation laws that – U.S. opposition to – well, perhaps not defamation laws, but I think this refers to something at the Human Rights Council. Is that – that’s correct? Can you elaborate a little bit more on that? And I thought it was sufficiently watered down or defeated that – and that that met your concerns.
ASSISTANT SECRETARY POSNER: There are really two separate issues that have been raised and sometimes conflated at the United Nations. I was part of the delegation last month at the Human Rights Council, where we actually joined with Egypt in promoting a resolution on freedom of expression that did, in fact, meet our concerns. There was a debate in the context of that about how to deal with issues of defamation, and we agreed after much negotiation, much discussion, that there is a legitimate subject as to whether or not an individual, an individual of any particular faith, can be defamed and whether that kind of harassment or discrimination is to be condemned. It clearly is.
Assistant Secretary Posner wants us to believe that the concept of defamation was excluded from the recently passed Freedom of Opinion and Expression Resolution. Like most politicians, his words are deceptive. The concept is present, slightly disguised. [Emphasis added.]
6. Recognizes the positive contribution that the exercise of the right to freedom of expression, particularly by the media, including through information and communication technologies such as the Internet, and full respect for the freedom to seek, receive and impart information, can make to the fight against racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and to preventing human rights abuses, but expresses regret about the promotion by certain media of false images and negative stereotypes of vulnerable individuals or groups of individuals, and about the use of information and communication technologies such as the Internet for purposes contrary to respect for human rights, in particular the perpetration of violence against and exploitation and abuse of women and children and disseminating racist and xenophobic discourse or content;
“Related intolerance” is a code phrase for “Islamophobia”, which is a code word for any negative expression about Islam, which is considered defamation. “false images and negative stereotypes” and “racist” are codes for criticism of Islam. If you have been reading my posts, you know that those codes refer to the Danish Cartoons and Fitna, the short video documentary by Geert Wilders. See You’ve Been Mooned for the proof.
There’s a second resolution that was promoted – that’s been promoted by the Islamic Conference at the UN, which is a broader defamation of religion resolution. It’s being debated, in fact, in one form right now. And it goes, we think, too far in restricting free speech – the notion that a religion can be defamed and that any comments that are negative about that religion can constitute a violation of human rights, to us, violates the core principle of free speech which is so central to us in our own system.
There is one little detail he does not tell us: that other forum is working on a protocol to ICERD, which will be enforcible international law, not a non-binding resolution. .
When asked about misogyny, whether it was of religious origin:
ASSISTANT SECRETARY POSNER: No, I reject that. I think the major religions of the world are all predicated based on assumptions of humanity and ethical behavior. The fact that people take a kind of extreme view and interpret religions in a way that promotes violence and discrimination, I think, is an aberration. That’s part of the purpose of this report. I think we are all mindful of the fact that people of deep faith throughout the world are driven by and motivated by their religious beliefs. We want to encourage that. And we want to discourage people who misuse that faith in a way that’s going to undermine basic human rights.
He thinks that all major religions are predicated on humanity and ethical behavior. He thinks that extremists interpret Islam in a way that promotes violence and discrimination, which are abberations. Does he actually know anything about Islam? I doubt it. In Islam, women are chatle property, literally fields to be plowed. Muslims have Allah’s permission to beat their wives. Women are inferior in intelligence and religion.
Violence and discrimination are also intrinsic and foundational. Mr. Posner would know that if he had read Book O of Reliance of the Traveller.
First, religious freedom is the birthright of all people, regardless of their faith or lack thereof. Enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international instruments, the freedom to profess, practice, and propagate one’s faith must be respected by all societies and governments. The United States takes this obligation seriously. “America will always stand,” the President said in his Ramadan message to Muslims, “for the universal rights of all people to speak their mind, practice their religion, contribute fully to society, and have confidence in the rule of law.”
There is an absolute right to profess, practice and propagate, regardless of the substance of the faith; its doctrines and practices. If the doctrines include supremacism & triumphalism and the practices include conquest, genocide & terrorism, that’s ok with our Department of State. It ain’t ok with me; is it with you? What they did in Beslan and are doing in Darfur is foundational to Islam. It is intrinsic and inseverable; impossible to reform. Who gives a damn? Certainly not our government.
Al-Anfal 39 commands warfare against pagans until resistance ceases and only Allah is worshiped on a global scale. Al Anfal 12 declares that Allah will cast terror and orders Muslims to decapitate their victims and cut off their fingers and toes. Al-Anfal 60 orders Muslims to build armies and stock up on weapons with which to terrify their enemies. Al-Anfal 67 informs us that while Moe wanted ransom money, Allah prefers great slaughter. At-Taubah 29 commands Muslims to make war on Christians & Jews until they are subjugated and extorted. Moe confirmed the order by declaring that he was ordered to fight with men until they became Muslims and that their blood and property were not sacred to Muslims until they did so. Those doctrines are foundational to Islam [3:7], can’t be abandoned and can’t be changed.
By expressing agreement with the false concept of an absolute right to Jihad, our Federal Government is engaging in civilizational suicide.
Executive Summary
`Multilateral, Global, and Regional Challenges to Religious Freedom
In addition to these country-by-country concerns, the wide spectrum of efforts to undermine the right to religious freedom extends to multilateral, regional, and global fora. For instance, over the past decade, the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), an inter-governmental organization comprising 57 states with majority or significant Muslim populations, has worked through the United Nations (UN) to advance the concept of “defamation of religions” by introducing annual resolutions on this subject at the UN Human Rights Council and UN General Assembly. While the United States deplores actions that exhibit disrespect for particular religious traditions, including Islam, we do not agree with the “defamation of religions” concept because it is inconsistent with the freedoms of religion and expression.
“While the United States deplores actions that exhibit disrespect for particular religious traditions, including Islam”; then the United States deplores this blog post. because it tells the truth about Islam. Since when is truth defamatory? What is wrong; deplorable about naming and shaming the enemy?
The United States understands the primary concern of the resolution to be the negative stereotyping of members of religious groups, particularly minority groups, and the contribution of such stereotypes to disrespect and discrimination. The United States shares concerns about the impact of negative stereotypes and believes that such stereotyping, particularly when promoted by community, religious, or government leaders, contributes to disrespect, discrimination, and in some cases, to violence. The United States, however, believes the best way for governments to address these issues is to develop robust legal regimes to address acts of discrimination and bias-inspired crime; to condemn hateful ideology and proactively reach out to all religious communities, especially minority groups; and to defend vigorously the rights of individuals to practice their religion freely and to exercise their freedom of expression.
“The United States shares concerns about the impact of negative stereotypes and believes that such stereotyping, particularly when promoted by community, religious, or government leaders, contributes to disrespect, discrimination, and in some cases, to violence.” Jihad, genocide & terrorism are intrinsic sacraments of Islam. That is a fact, not stereotyping. The terror attacks at Beslan, London, Madrid & Washington D.C. were perpetrated by young Muslim Males who shouted “Allahhu Akbar” as they murdered innocent victims. Only a damn fool can tolerate the continued propagation of the damnable doctrines which motivated those men to murder for the promise of eternity in a celestial bordello.
“To condemn hateful ideology”? Why don’t they condemn Islam? Don’t they know that it curses us and declares perpetual war against us? Don’t they know that it declares genocide as a prerequisite to Judgment Day, when they hope to gain admission to the celestial bordello?
“Proactively reach out to all religious communities, especially minority groups”; those are code words for appeasement. A lot of good that foolishness has done Israel in the last 60 years. Are these fools incapable of learning?
With their lips, our Department of State pays lip service to freedom of speech. With their pen, they co-authored a UNHRC resolution which erodes that freedom, while ignoring the composition of a protocol to ICERD which will criminalize all criticism of Islam, effectively nullifying our First Amendment.
Idiotic Petition Comments
I recently visited the Ban Islam Petition and discovered two interesting new comments. The petition asks the World Court to outlaw Islam because of its intrinsically evil doctrines & practices.
787. Morgan Brykein Care to read the First Amendment?
The petition’s author is a citizen of Canada, not shaded by the First Amendment’s umbrella of protection. The Canadian Human Rights Council has the power to persecute him. The amendment’s establishment & free exercise clauses apply to the federal government of the U.S.A., they have no application to the World Court.
786. Frikka Wow Wow Freedom of religion, crackers, ever hear of it?
Casting aside the racial slur as irrelevant, I’ll tackle the freedom of religion argument. Those persons fortunate enough to be under the First Amendment’s umbrella of protection are shielded from establishment of a national church and protected from national interference with their faith & practice. Freedom of religion implies that we can’t be compelled to believe or worship nor be obstructed from belief & practice.
Islam has no such provision. 3:85 declares that no religion will be accepted but Islam and those who seek other religions will be condemned to Hellfire. 8:39 & 9:29 declare unremitting warfare against pagans and Jews & Christians respectively until all resistance ceases, only Allah is worshiped and “people of the book” are humbled, subjugated & extorted. In Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387, Moe informs us that our lives & property are not sacred to Muslims until we become Muslims.
If Muslims are free to practice Islam, then the rest of us are deprived of the right to live in addition to our freedom of religion. Open your Qur’an to 2:216, which ordains Jihad for Muslims. Jihad is what a Muslim must do to avoid Hellfire and be assured of admission to Paradise. Open your Qur’an to 61:10 and read through the 13th ayeh. Muslims are obligated to fight in Allah’s cause. Allah’s cause is making his word and system dominate the entire world. Doubters & dissenters should turn to 9:33 followed by Sahih Bukhari 4.52.65. Offensive Jihad is fard Kifaya, binding on every able bodied male Muslim of military age until a sufficient number have answered the call. Defensive Jihad is fard Ayn, binding on every Muslim who can get to the front.
Obamination: Treachery In Cairo #10
REMARKS BY THE PRESIDENT ON A NEW BEGINNING Cairo University Cairo, Egypt. [Block quote format, Ariel font, emphasis added.]
Refutation by a disgusted citizen interspersed in Times New Roman.
AUDIENCE MEMBER: Barack Obama, we love you!
PRESIDENT OBAMA: Thank you. (Applause.) The fifth issue that we must address together is religious freedom.
Islam has a proud tradition of tolerance. We see it in the history of Andalusia and Cordoba during the Inquisition. I saw it firsthand as a child in Indonesia, where devout Christians worshiped freely in an overwhelmingly Muslim country. That is the spirit we need today. People in every country should be free to choose and live their faith based upon the persuasion of the mind and the heart and the soul. This tolerance is essential for religion to thrive, but it’s being challenged in many different ways.
tradition of tolerance
Nothing is further from the truth! Islam is not tolerant, it is intolerant. 3:85 says that seeking any religion other than Islam will not be accepted. 8:39 commands war against pagans until resistance ends and only Allah is worshiped. 9:29 commands war against Jews & Christians until they are subjugated, humiliated and extorted.
- 4:88. Then what is the matter with you that you are divided into two parties about the hypocrites? Allâh has cast them back (to disbelief) because of what they have earned. Do you want to guide him whom Allâh has made to go astray? And he whom Allâh has made to go astray, you will never find for him any way (of guidance).
4:89. They wish that you reject Faith, as they have rejected (Faith), and thus that you all become equal (like one another). So take not Auliyâ’ (protectors or friends) from them, till they emigrate in the Way of Allâh (to Muhammad ). But if they turn back (from Islâm), take (hold) of them and kill them wherever you find them, and take neither Auliyâ’ (protectors or friends) nor helpers from them.
Hypocrite is a code word for those who claimed to be Muslim but did not join the Jihad. Allah commands that they be killed. This is why Islamic law requires the execution of apostates. Islam is not tolerant!!!
Among some Muslims, there’s a disturbing tendency to measure one’s own faith by the rejection of somebody else’s faith. The richness of religious diversity must be upheld — whether it is for Maronites in Lebanon or the Copts in Egypt. (Applause.) And if we are being honest, fault lines must be closed among Muslims, as well, as the divisions between Sunni and Shia have led to tragic violence, particularly in Iraq.
Freedom of religion is central to the ability of peoples to live together. We must always examine the ways in which we protect it. For instance, in the United States, rules on charitable giving have made it harder for Muslims to fulfill their religious obligation. That’s why I’m committed to working with American Muslims to ensure that they can fulfill zakat.
Freedom of religion
If Islam has it, nobody else can. Islam is intolerant. It makes war on all non-Muslims. Our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims until we become Muslims. That is clear on the face of Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387. Jihad, genocide & terrorism are intrinsic sacraments of Islam. Their performance is a required practice. It is not possible to practice Islam without performing them. There is, in Islamic law, a minimum requirement of one military attack on Kuffar in every year. “The least that the imam must do is that he allow no year to pass without having organised a military expedition by himself, or by his raiding parties, according to the Muslims’ interest, so that the jihad will only be stopped in a year for a (reasonable) excuse.”
Zakat must be given to support Mujahideen fighting Kuffar at the battlefront. Failure to join the Jihad, support it financially, or support the Mujahid’sd families condemns a Muslim to Hell.
- Abu Dawud Book 14, Number 2497:
Narrated AbuUmamah:
The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: He who does not join the warlike expedition (jihad), or equip, or looks well after a warrior’s family when he is away, will be smitten by Allah with a sudden calamity. Yazid ibn Abdu Rabbihi said in his tradition: ‘before the Day of Resurrection”.
Likewise, it is important for Western countries to avoid impeding Muslim citizens from practicing religion as they see fit — for instance, by dictating what clothes a Muslim woman should wear. We can’t disguise hostility towards any religion behind the pretence of liberalism.
In fact, faith should bring us together. And that’s why we’re forging service projects in America to bring together Christians, Muslims, and Jews. That’s why we welcome efforts like Saudi Arabian King Abdullah’s interfaith dialogue and Turkey’s leadership in the Alliance of Civilizations. Around the world, we can turn dialogue into interfaith service, so bridges between peoples lead to action — whether it is combating malaria in Africa, or providing relief after a natural disaster.
interfaith dialogue
There is no bigger fraud than interfaith dialogue. Visit http://www.totheulama.wordpress.com to find the details of the fraudulent “Common Word Between Us and You”.
The sixth issue — the sixth issue that I want to address is women’s rights. (Applause.) I know –- I know — and you can tell from this audience, that there is a healthy debate about this issue. I reject the view of some in the West that a woman who chooses to cover her hair is somehow less equal, but I do believe that a woman who is denied an education is denied equality. (Applause.) And it is no coincidence that countries where women are well educated are far more likely to be prosperous.
Now, let me be clear: Issues of women’s equality are by no means simply an issue for Islam. In Turkey, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, we’ve seen Muslim-majority countries elect a woman to lead. Meanwhile, the struggle for women’s equality continues in many aspects of American life, and in countries around the world.
I am convinced that our daughters can contribute just as much to society as our sons. (Applause.) Our common prosperity will be advanced by allowing all humanity — men and women — to reach their full potential. I do not believe that women must make the same choices as men in order to be equal, and I respect those women who choose to live their lives in traditional roles. But it should be their choice. And that is why the United States will partner with any Muslim-majority country to support expanded literacy for girls, and to help young women pursue employment through micro-financing that helps people live their dreams. (Applause.)
Finally, I want to discuss economic development and opportunity.
I know that for many, the face of globalization is contradictory. The Internet and television can bring knowledge and information, but also offensive sexuality and mindless violence into the home. Trade can bring new wealth and opportunities, but also huge disruptions and change in communities. In all nations — including America — this change can bring fear. Fear that because of modernity we lose control over our economic choices, our politics, and most importantly our identities — those things we most cherish about our communities, our families, our traditions, and our faith.
But I also know that human progress cannot be denied. There need not be contradictions between development and tradition. Countries like Japan and South Korea grew their economies enormously while maintaining distinct cultures. The same is true for the astonishing progress within Muslim-majority countries from Kuala Lumpur to Dubai. In ancient times and in our times, Muslim communities have been at the forefront of innovation and education.
And this is important because no development strategy can be based only upon what comes out of the ground, nor can it be sustained while young people are out of work. Many Gulf states have enjoyed great wealth as a consequence of oil, and some are beginning to focus it on broader development. But all of us must recognize that education and innovation will be the currency of the 21st century — (applause) — and in too many Muslim communities, there remains underinvestment in these areas. I’m emphasizing such investment within my own country. And while America in the past has focused on oil and gas when it comes to this part of the world, we now seek a broader engagement. On education, we will expand exchange programs, and increase scholarships, like the one that brought my father to America. (Applause.) At the same time, we will encourage more Americans to study in Muslim communities. And we will match promising Muslim students with internships in America; invest in online learning for teachers and children around the world; and create a new online network, so a young person in Kansas can communicate instantly with a young person in Cairo.
education
Bringing Muslims here for education is the worst idea going. We have enough already, we don’t need more. Khalid Sheikh Mohammad and others have degrees from American institutions. Learning our language and culture makes them more effective terrorists. Why should we be teaching them computer science, nuclear technology and microbiology –technologies that can be used against us militarily? This country would be much better off if Barack Obama Sr. had staid home.
On economic development, we will create a new corps of business volunteers to partner with counterparts in Muslim-majority countries. And I will host a Summit on Entrepreneurship this year to identify how we can deepen ties between business leaders, foundations and social entrepreneurs in the United States and Muslim communities around the world.
economic development
Great idea: build factories in Arabia; ship some of our jobs over there, putting Americans out of work. Yeah, right. Great idea: help them to generate more revenue with which to buy weapons to use against us. Yeah, right.
On science and technology, we will launch a new fund to support technological development in Muslim-majority countries, and to help transfer ideas to the marketplace so they can create more jobs. We’ll open centers of scientific excellence in Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, and appoint new science envoys to collaborate on programs that develop new sources of energy, create green jobs, digitize records, clean water, grow new crops. Today I’m announcing a new global effort with the Organization of the Islamic Conference to eradicate polio. And we will also expand partnerships with Muslim communities to promote child and maternal health.
All these things must be done in partnership. Americans are ready to join with citizens and governments; community organizations, religious leaders, and businesses in Muslim communities around the world to help our people pursue a better life.
The issues that I have described will not be easy to address. But we have a responsibility to join together on behalf of the world that we seek — a world where extremists no longer threaten our people, and American troops have come home; a world where Israelis and Palestinians are each secure in a state of their own, and nuclear energy is used for peaceful purposes; a world where governments serve their citizens, and the rights of all God’s children are respected. Those are mutual interests. That is the world we seek. But we can only achieve it together.
I know there are many — Muslim and non-Muslim — who question whether we can forge this new beginning. Some are eager to stoke the flames of division, and to stand in the way of progress. Some suggest that it isn’t worth the effort — that we are fated to disagree, and civilizations are doomed to clash. Many more are simply skeptical that real change can occur. There’s so much fear, so much mistrust that has built up over the years. But if we choose to be bound by the past, we will never move forward. And I want to particularly say this to young people of every faith, in every country — you, more than anyone, have the ability to reimagine the world, to remake this world.
All of us share this world for but a brief moment in time. The question is whether we spend that time focused on what pushes us apart, or whether we commit ourselves to an effort — a sustained effort — to find common ground, to focus on the future we seek for our children, and to respect the dignity of all human beings.
It’s easier to start wars than to end them. It’s easier to blame others than to look inward. It’s easier to see what is different about someone than to find the things we share. But we should choose the right path, not just the easy path. There’s one rule that lies at the heart of every religion — that we do unto others as we would have them do unto us. (Applause.) This truth transcends nations and peoples — a belief that isn’t new; that isn’t black or white or brown; that isn’t Christian or Muslim or Jew. It’s a belief that pulsed in the cradle of civilization, and that still beats in the hearts of billions around the world. It’s a faith in other people, and it’s what brought me here today.
right path, not just the easy path
You are on the wrong path; the easy path: surrendering to Islamic aggression & intimidation.
one rule
The Golden Rule in Islam only applies to fellow Muslims. Zakat can not be given to Kuffar, only to Muslims. Brotherly love is for Muslims, war must be made against Kuffar.
We have the power to make the world we seek, but only if we have the courage to make a new beginning, keeping in mind what has been written.
The Holy Koran tells us: “O mankind! We have created you male and a female; and we have made you into nations and tribes so that you may know one another.”
The Talmud tells us: “The whole of the Torah is for the purpose of promoting peace.”
The Holy Bible tells us: “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.” (Applause.)
The people of the world can live together in peace. We know that is God’s vision. Now that must be our work here on Earth.
Thank you. And may God’s peace be upon you. Thank you very much. Thank you. (Applause.)
peace
We can’t live together in peace with Islam! Islam is permanent war. Jihad, genocide & terrorism are intrinsic sacraments of Islam, codified in Al-Anfal & At-Taubah. A Muslim’s salvation from Hellfire and admission to Paradise is dependent on participation in Jihad. Obtaining one of the best places in Paradise is dependent on being martyred.
Do not believe these lying politicians, read Islam’s canon of scripture, tradition & jurisprudence for yourself. You can find the Qur’an, hadith and tafsir with any search engine. I have posted links to them in this series of posts. Why not use them now? Learn, and share what you learn with others, its the least you can do to save civilization fro advancing barbarism.
