Freedom Ain’t Free & Take Our Country Back

VICTORY Is Not Defeat

Do Something about Durban II

Those of us who oppose the Durban II process for demonizing Israel and censoring critics of Islam must organize and act quickly to have any hope of derailing the juggernaut.

Several groups have created on line petitions, most of them have few signatures. It may be possible to popularize them by spreading their urls on blogs and forums. You can also email them to your friends and family, urging them to forward the email to their contacts.  If you use Digg, Redit or similar systems, promote the petitions there, too.

American citizens can send emails to President Obama, their Representative & Senators through a form at http://www.congress.org. Enter your Zip Code and click the  Federal Officials link.  Europeans should contact their Member of Parliament and MEP.

To email a link to my blog  post about the latest revision of the Durban I Draft Resolution, copy and paste this html code into your email: <a href=”http://www.bloggersbase.com/users/Dajjal/blog/durban-ii-sham-revision-the-details/”>Durban II Sham Revision: the Details</a>

Obama Backing out of Durban II?

CBC News claims that Obama Administration officials have declared an intention to Boycott the Durban II Converence unless language deligitimiszing Israel  and criminalizing criticism of Islam is removed.  CBC’s sources remain anonymous, not that I’d believe any member of Obama’s crew of cronies.

This article is distinguished from the mill run by inclusion of a link to the draft document: Draft of UN document. That text is one month old, probably not reflecting recent changes, of which it seems there were few.

CBC makes reference to an article on Politico, which supposedly expresses tolerance for “shorter, much different text”.  Ben Smith’s Blog at Politico has this headline:

U.S. pulling out of racism conference

Here are the weasel words:

They left open the option of re-engaging on a “much shorter, much different text,” a source said.

That loop hole is broad enough to sail anything through.  According to Smith, President Obama was expected to issue a statement. A search of Whitehouse.gov proved fruitless.  Why should we be ‘engaging’ with the representatives of tyrranical regimes which form the majority of the UNHRC? We can not possibly have enough positive effect on the outcome to make it acceptable.

For the time being, we can only hope that The U.S.A. will not participate in the hate fest.  Here are a few examples of the tripe we should  avoid legitimizing.

[Notes that other obstacles hampering progress in the collective struggle against racism and racial discrimination include [first and foremost the absence of political will, the denial of the existence of contemporary racist tendencies,] weak [national] legislation and policies, lack of effective strategies, [lack of political will,] lack of implementation of international legal framework and commitments, impunity on different grounds [ – including [[negative] abuse of] freedom of expression, [counter-terrorism, and national security] [stereotypical association of religion with terrorism and violence by the media and national security forces]– as well as an increase in extreme right wing xenophobic political platforms. Hence the need [arises] to deal with this menace in all its forms and manifestations with all available tools at our disposal];]

[Notes with] [Expresses] deep concern [at] the widening use by some groups and organizations of the opportunities provided by print, audio-visual and electronic media as well as scientific and technological progress, such as the Internet, to promote racist and xenophobic propaganda aimed at inciting societies throughout the world to racial [and religious] hatred;

[Draws attention to the impact of] [Strongly deplores the [overt and covert] discriminatory] counter-terrorism measures [on] [that have led to] the rise of racism,

racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance [including the practice of racial, ethnic, national and religious profiling;]

NEW PARA: Also condemns all acts of ethnic, racial or religious profiling and segregation in any society, wherever it may occur, and its concomitant negative impact on the human rights of affected segments of population [and urges States to take resolute action against those responsible both in the public and private sectors]; [proposal to move to section 5].

NEW PARA: Reaffirms that counter-terrorism strategies should not undermine the protection of human rights and the fight against racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance;

Recognizes with deep concern the global rise in the number of incidents of intolerance and violence against members of religious minorities in various parts of the world [in particular] motivated by [different forms of religious intolerance] [Islamophobia, anti-Arabism, anti-Semitism and Christianophobia];

ALT: Recognizes with deep concern the global rise in the number of incidents of intolerance and violence against members of religious minorities in various parts of the world;

26. [[Notes with concern] [Seriously concerned at the] instances of defamation of religions, which manifests itself in [projecting negative, insulting and derogatory images of religions and religious personalities,] generalized and stereotypical association of religions, in particular Islam, with violence and terrorism, thus impacting negatively on the rights of individuals belonging to these religions, including Muslim minorities, and exposing them to hatred and discrimination. Such situations are further aggravated by the imposition of restrictions on the profession of religions, including [the surveillance of places of worship and restrictions on their construction] [the construction of places of worship and their surveillance];]

Reaffirms a holistic approach to human rights guaranteeing the indivisibility of all human rights, and stresses that [fundamental freedoms of expression and association should continue to contribute and promote the positive and desirable phenomenon of multiculturalism, respect for cultural diversity and tolerance among all religions, peoples and societies.] [the fight against racial and religious hatred should not serve as a pretext to legitimize impermissible limitations to freedom of expression] [as the right to freedom of expression constitutes one of the essential foundations of a democratic society as it ensures individual self-fulfillment and a pluralistic, tolerant society with access to multitudes of ideas and philosophies]; ALT/NEW PARA: Reiterates that freedom of religion or belief, freedom of opinion and expression and non-discrimination are interdependent and stresses the need to strengthen the process of effectively adjudicating cases associated with incitement to national racial and religious hatred in accordance with the permissible limitations under article 20 of the ICCPR and analogous instruments; NEW PARA: Recognizes the importance of the positive role that can be played by the media in this context in particular through a responsible media that abstains from diffusing hate or defamatory information and that engages to fight against such practices;

31. [Reiterates that the Palestinian people have the inalienable right to self determination and that, in order to consolidate the [Israeli] occupation, they have been subjected to unlawful collective punishment, torture, economic blockade, severe restriction of movement and arbitrary closure of their territories. Also notes [with concern] that illegal settlements continue to be built in the occupied [Arab] territories [since 1967];]

32. [Reaffirms that a foreign occupation founded on settlements, laws based on racial discrimination with the aim of continuing domination of the occupied territory[y][ies], as well as the practice of reinforcing a total military blockade, isolating towns, villages and cities from one another, [totally] contradicts the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations [and constitutes a serious violation of international human rights and humanitarian law, a crime against humanity, a contemporary form of apartheid and serious threat to international peace and security] [and violates the basic principles of international human rights law];]

[NEW PARA: Expresses deep concern at the plight of Palestinian refugees and other inhabitants of the Arab occupied territories as well as displaced persons who were forced to leave their homes because of war and racial policies of the occupying power and who are prevented from returning to their homes and properties because of a racially-based law of return. It recognizes the right of return of Palestinian refugees as established by the General Assembly in its resolutions, particularly resolution 194 of 11 December 1948, and calls for the return to their homeland in accordance with and in implementation of this right;]

33. [Reiterates deep concern about the plight of the Palestinian people [as well as inhabitants of the other occupied territories] under foreign occupation, [including the obstruction of the return of refugees and displaced persons, and the construction of the segregation wall,] and urges respect for international human rights law, international refugee law and international humanitarian law, and calls for a just, comprehensive and lasting peace in the region;]

34. [Re-emphasizes the responsibility of the international community to provide international protection, in particular from racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, for [Palestinian] civilian populations under occupation in conformity with international human rights law and international humanitarian law;] [Proposal to include reference to Gaza situation – language to be provided]

Durban II Alert: Take Action!

Durban Alert, February 26, 2009

In the latest Durban II alert,  Anne Bayefsky  reveals what is happening and why. Here is the conclusion of her report.  Click the link above to read the full report..

The Obama Administration has everything it needs to decide the matter. While the Bush administration did not participate directly in Durban II planning, it carefully monitored the dozens of preparatory meetings since they began in August 2007. And now the State Department has added last week’s four days of “engagement.”

The administration, therefore, knows that Durban II will provide: a global megaphone for anti-semites in the name of combating racism and xenophobia, a forum for religious extremists to play-act as guardians of the freedom of religion, a stage for state sponsors of terrorism to fuel the sentiment that counter-terrorism activities are racist plots – and a vehicle for dictators to champion limitations on free speech in the name of human dignity.

With only a few days of scheduled planning meetings left before the conference, it is decision time for President Obama. Whose side will he be on?

Certainly not on the side of truth, justice & liberty; Barack Hussein Obama is a Chicago politician.  He ran on a platform of appeasing the enemy and that is exactly what he will do if left to his own devices.

If our first amendment right of free expression means anything to you, if  our alliance with Israel means anything to you then let President Obama and your Senators know about it! Tell them you object to participation in the Durban II hate fest. Tell them exactly why and tell them you won’t vote for them again if they don’t pull us out of it.  http://www.congress.org has a form which lets you send the three emails at once.

If you don’t know exactly why Durban II is unacceptable and intolerable, then read: Durban II: Revised; Reject it!, it contains the essential details.

Durban II: Revised; Reject it!

From Eye on the UN

Revised version of the technically reviewed text (A/CONF.211/PC/WG.2/CRP.2) submitted by the Chairperson-Rapporteur of the intersessional open-ended working group to continue and finalize the process of negotiations on and drafting of the outcome document (1/28/2009)

Reflecting the status of negotiations in the working group as at 6.00 pm, Friday, 23 January 2009.

Always bear in mind, while reading Durban II & related documents, their manipulation & degradation of our language.
The following quote is from Preliminary document of the African Regional Conference Preparatory to the Durban Review Conference [Emphasis added.]

4.  Emphasizes the urgent need to address the scourges of anti-Semitism, Christianophobia, and Islamophobia as contemporary forms of racism as well as racial and violent movements based on racism and discriminatory ideas directed at African, Arab, Christian, Jewish, Muslim and other communities;

Our language has been molested!!! anti-Semitism, Christianophobia & Islamophobia = racism ! Christianity & Islam are not races, they each include people of varying racial  and geographic backgrounds.  Hating a man on the basis of his skin color is irrational.  Skin color is not a valid predictor of behavior and it is a genetic trait not under the control of the individual. A believing, practicing Christian, who follows the Golden Rule, is a threat to no one; there is no reason to hate him.  A believing, practicing Muslim, is obligated to engage in war against pagans, Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians; our blood and property are not sacred to him, its open season!  Fear of Islam is not irrational, it is intended,[3:151] [59:2]  and is valid, based upon Islam’s history of violent expansion.

Whenever you read racism and / or related intolerance, substitute criticism of  / resistance to Islam.

Readers are urged to sign up for issue updates from Eye on the UN, without which this writer would be unaware of the continuing development of the draft document. Subscribe here.

Key to the Draft Document from the update email.
Ed. Note: Square brackets mean not yet decided. Ad. ref. means ad referendum, or adopted pending agreement on the whole document. A cluster is a group of paragraphs. Para means paragraphs. DDPA is the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action adopted at the first Durban Conference in Durban, South Africa, September 8, 2001. Over the course of the week (January 19-23, 2009), the drafting committee considered only 40% of the document before them and agreed on approximately 20% of the provisions covered.

A/CONF.211/PC/WG.2/CRP.2
{Bold face &  font color added for emphasis.}

1. [Emphasizes] the need to [identify/address all forms and] [eradicate all] manifestations of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance [in all parts of the world] [as identified in the DDPA, including contemporary manifestations], especially in light of developments and challenges that have occurred since the adoption of the DDPA [with a view to prevent,] and to combat [and eradicate] those manifestations wherever they occur;

The authors want the final document to emphasize the need to identify and eradicate all manifestations of criticism of and resistance to Islam.

3. [Affirms that the [effective implementation of the DDPA can contribute to combating racist and xenophobic trends] [failure to fully implement the DDPA [has contributed to] [would result in] the intensification of worrying racist and xenophobic trends,] including the political instrumentalization and intellectual legitimization of racism as well as racist violence;]

The authors are obviously striking out at the development of anti-Islamic political parties in Europe along with web sites that publish the fatal facts of Islamic doctrine & practice.

4. Notes the continued existence of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, and inequality in all spheres of human life, and non compliance with specific obligations in the promotion and protection of equality at the national, regional and international levels and reaffirms the obligation of States to take action in this respect; [Adopted ad ref.]

6. Underlines that racial discrimination condoned by governmental and state agencies, policies and practices violates human rights and may endanger friendly relations between peoples, cooperation among nations, and international peace and security; [Adopted ad ref.]

Paragraph 4 is an obvious veiled reference to legislation. That concept is reinforced in paragraph 5.  Note this combination of expressions.

  • impunity on different grounds
  • [ – including [[negative] abuse of]
    • freedom of expression

The authors are bitching bitterly about the protection afforded to me and my fellow bloggers by the first amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which prohibits legislation abridging freedom of political speech. We have an absolute Constitutional right to tell the truth about Islam; its damnable doctrines and practices. We are God blessed well determined to preserve, protect & defend that right, which alone guarantees the continuation of our liberty.  They are demanding legislation which would violate the first amendment by denying our right to accurately describe Islam. Accurate description of the enemy in time of war is an absolute necessity. Disproving denial of the enemy’s doctrines and the intentions founded thereon is an unacceptable threat to the war effort, which stands alone between our liberties and Islamic theocratic tyranny.

  • [counter-terrorism, and national security]

The authors are bitching bitterly about our civil & military efforts to protect ourselves against their evil intentions, schemes, plans & attacks with which they hope to injure our persons, destroy our property, ruin our economy and conquer our nation.  To Hell with those fiends!  Their fabulistic mopery is perfectly unacceptable. They arrogate to themselves the ‘divine’  ‘right and duty’ to attack & conquer us and simultaneously deny our right to defend against their attacks.

  • stereotypical association of religion with terrorism and violence by the media

Snake Feces!!! The assertion is absolutely untrue, false on its face & malicious in its intent. By God, I have proof, derived from Islam’s canon of scripture, tradition, exegeses & jurisprudence and I will submit it. I will extract the core expressions and provide links so that the reader can verify them and read the context. Terrorism & genocidal Jihad are intrinsic sacraments of Islam. Annual attacks against Kuffar are a basic requirement of Shari’ah (Islamic law).

  • aggressive conquest: [Insets are from Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir, underlined phrases are linked.]
    • 8:39 fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ].
    • 8:60 Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of God and your enemies, [Abdullah Yusuf Ali]
    • 9:29 Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.
    • 9:123 Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you
    • Bukhari1.8.387 “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us
    • Bukhari4.53.386 Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:– “Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become your master.”
    • Muslim19.4294 If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah’s help and fight them...
    • Abut Dawud23.3455 When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.
    • The four following citations are from Reliance of the Traveller, the handbook of Shari’ah, a scanned image at Scribid; enter the reference letter & numbers in the search window just above the image of the text.
    • O9.1 The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, “Jihad is a communal obligation,” meaning upon the Muslims each year.
    • O9.8 The caliph (o-25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians…
    • O9.9 The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim…
    • O25.9 and if the area has a border adjacent to enemy lands, an eighth duty arises, namely to undertake jihad against enemies, dividing the spoils of battle among combatants, and setting aside fifth (def: o10.3) for deserving recipients.
  • terrorism
    • 3:151 We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve
      • (I was given five things that no other Prophet before me was given. I was aided with fear the distance of one month, the earth was made a Masjid and clean place for me, I was allowed war booty, I was given the Intercession, and Prophets used to be sent to their people, but I was sent to all mankind particularly.)
    • 8:12 I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.
    • 33:26 Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.
    • 59:2 But Allah’s (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts,
    • 59:13 Verily, you (believers in the Oneness of Allah – Islamic Monotheism) are more awful as a fear in their (Jews of Bani An-Nadir) breasts than Allah.
    • Bukhari1.7.331 Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month’s journey.
    • Bukhari4.52.220 I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy),
  • genocide
    • 8:67 It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land.
    • 47:4 So, when you meet (in fight Jihâd in Allâh’s Cause), those who disbelieve smite at their necks till when you have killed and wounded many of them, then bind a bond firmly (on them, i.e. take them as captives). Thereafter (is the time) either for generosity (i.e. free them without ransom), or ransom (according to what benefits Islâm), until the war lays down its burden. Thus [you are ordered by Allâh to continue in carrying out Jihâd against the disbelievers till they embrace Islâm
    • Abu Dawud38.4390 I was among the captives of Banu Qurayzah. They (the Companions) examined us, and those who had begun to grow hair (pubes) were killed, and those who had not were not killed. I was among those who had not grown hair.

Allah’s word: “fight them”, “fight those who”, “we shall cast terror”, “I will cast terror”,  “he cast terror” and Moe’s word:  “made me victorious by awe”, “made victorious with terror” clearly prove the assertion of stereotypical association to be malicious malarkey of the worst sort. This proof is confirmed both by exegeses and by Shari’ah.  The Order to fight, command to fight, the Caliph makes war; what could possibly be more clear?  Islam is evil by design, mercenary & martial; terrorist & genocidal; created for Moe’s emolument & empowerment.  Muslims and their allies seek to criminalize the revelation of these fatal facts.

  • racial discrimination condoned by governmental and state agencies, policies and practices
  • may endanger friendly relations between peoples, cooperation among nations, and international peace and security

Paragraph 6 is a pretext for a threat of war. That is absolutely unacceptable.

7. Confirms that [recognition of and full] respect for cultural diversity [and multiculturalism] [is an important tool to combat racial discrimination] [contributes to combating racial discrimination] [Stresses that the respect for cultural diversity is a fundamental principle to combat racial discrimination.] [while bearing in mind the significance of national and regional particularities, as well as social, cultural and religious backgrounds, it is reiterated that they may not be invoked to disregard [internationally accepted] [international human rights law] [human rights and fundamental freedoms] [while reiterating that cultural particularities cannot be invoked to [derogate] [disregard] [from] international human rights law];

8. [Alarmed at the intellectual and political [resistance] [opposition] to [cultural diversity,] multiculturalism, which is one of the root-causes of the resurgence of racist and xenophobic violence, reiterates that rejection of diversity has led to the negation of the very humanity of the immigrant, foreigner and other racial and religious minorities;]

ALT: Reiterates that the rejection of diversity is one of the root causes of the resurgence of racist and xenophobic violence;

In paragraphs 7 & 8, we we have a prime example of projection. Islam is supremacist & intolerant.  “then their blood and property will be sacred to us” from Bukhari 1.8.387 (quoted above) shows us who denies the humanity of “religious minorities’.

15. [Deplores the numerous occurrences of [armed] [internal] [and international] conflicts and inter-ethnic and intra-religious or communal violence, including those that appear to be based on tribal lines, which have lead to casualties and killings, torture, massive displacement, rape and destruction of property and infrastructures, war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide;]

16. Emphasizes that the multiple factors of a situation that might lead to genocide, as defined in the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, include the resurgence of systematic discrimination, the prevalence of expressions of hate speech targeting persons belonging to national, ethnic, racial or religious groups,requests States to respect and implement the responsibility to protect in conformity with paragraphs 138 and 139 of the World Summit Outcome [especially in the context of serious and systematic violation of human rights] [especially if they are uttered in the context of an actual or potential outbreak of violence, and serious and systematic violation of human rights] [and ]; [proposal to move second part to section 5]

Paragraph 15 is supreme hypocrisy. Currently ongoing genocide, such as that in Darfur, arises from Allah’s word & Moe’s example.  It is perpetrated by Muslims against those they consider Kuffar or hypocrites.  Paragraph 16 carries hypocrisy to a new level of accomplishment.

  • prevalence of expressions of hate speech targeting persons belonging to national, ethnic, racial or religious groups,

Muslims need not go far to find examples of hate speech, it is as close as the nearest Mosque, where they express their hatred of Jews & Christians five times per day while reciting Surah Al-Fatihah.

  • 1:7. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians).
  • 9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.
  • 9:30. And the Jews say: ‘Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allâh, and the Christians say: Messiah is the son of Allâh. That is a saying from their mouths. They imitate the saying of the disbelievers of old. Allâh’s Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth!
  • 9:33. It is He Who has sent His Messenger (Muhammad) with guidance and the religion of truth (Islâm), to make it superior over all religions even though the Mushrikûn (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh) hate (it).

(Racial profiling, counter-terrorism)
22. [Draws attention to the impact of] [Strongly deplores the [overt and covert] discriminatory] counter-terrorism measures [on] [that have led to] the rise of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance [including the practice of racial, ethnic, national and religious profiling;]

NEW PARA: Reaffirms that counter-terrorism strategies should not undermine the protection of human rights and the fight against racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance;

Both attacks on the World Trade Center, the attack on the Pentagon, the attack on the Madrid rail system and the London  subway and bus systems were perpetrated by young Muslim males, not elderly nuns. Terrorism is mainly perpetrated by Muslims.  Common sense dictates putting Muslims under close scrutiny.  There is one reasonable solution: sent the Muslims home, where they won’t be profiled nor suffer discrimination. And keep them out of our countries so we won’t suffer terrorism. Let them walk or swim instead of flying & sailing.  That would reduce the lines at airports considerably and restore security too.

(Freedom of religion, incitement to religious intolerance, hatred, or violence, defamation of religion, freedom of expression)

23. Reaffirms the Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief and expresses concern over intolerance[s] and discrimination [practiced, misusing religions or belief] [on the grounds] [and] [in the name] of religion or belief;

Except, of course Dhimmitude & Jizya, imposed upon conquered Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians. Oh, you did not know about it? Read the Pact of Umar.

24. Recognizes with deep concern the global rise in the number of incidents of intolerance and violence against members of religious minorities in various parts of the world [in particular] motivated by [different forms of religious intolerance] [Islamophobia, anti-Arabism, anti-Semitism and Christianophobia];

Such as discrimination and pogroms against Christians in Egypt? Are you concerned about their rights & welfare? How about Christians being persecuted by Muslims in Bethlehem?

ALT: Recognizes with deep concern the global rise in the number of incidents of intolerance and violence against members of religious minorities in various parts of the world;

25. Condemns any advocacy of racial or religious hatred which constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence, and recognizes that only a competent, independent and impartial tribunal established by law may determine, case by case, in a fair and public hearing, whether the facts presented qualify as incitement to racial or religious hatred [prohibited by law];

Why don’t you come right out and openly condemn the Qur’an, which declares war on Pagans, Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians?  I previously showed you the ayat declaring war and one hadith confirming them. Why don’t you do something about that?

ALT: Condemns any advocacy of racial or religious hatred which constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence, and [should be prohibited by law;]

The Qur’an inculcates hatred of Jews, Christians & Pagans. Why don’t you condemn it?  Why don’t you specifically & explicitly condemn 8:39, 9:29 & 9:123?  Why don’t you condemn the ahadith which confirm those imperatives to conquest?

Paragraph 26 is redundant; I previously proved that the assertion of stereotypical association of Islam with violence & terrorism is malicious malarkey.

28. Reaffirms a holistic approach to human rights guaranteeing the indivisibility of all human rights, and stresses that [fundamental freedoms of expression and association should continue to contribute and promote the positive and desirable phenomenon of multiculturalism, respect for cultural diversity and tolerance among all religions, peoples and societies.] [the fight against racial and religious hatred should not serve as a pretext to legitimize impermissible limitations to freedom of expression] [as the right to freedom of expression constitutes one of the essential foundations of a democratic society as it ensures individual self-fulfillment and a pluralistic, tolerant society with access to multitudes of ideas and philosophies];

ALT/NEW PARA: Reiterates that freedom of religion or belief, freedom of opinion and expression and non-discrimination are interdependent and stresses the need to strengthen the process of effectively adjudicating cases associated with incitement to national racial and religious hatred in accordance with the permissible limitations under article 20 of the ICCPR and analogous instruments;

NEW PARA: Recognizes the importance of the positive role that can be played by the media in this context in particular through a responsible media that abstains from diffusing hate or defamatory information and that engages to fight against such practices;

Islam will not tolerate criticism.  Here is an example: the Secretary General condemning Fitna

Reuters quotes U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon about Fitna:

“There is no justification for hate speech or incitement to violence,” Ban said in a statement. “The right of free expression is not at stake here.”

Fitna displays verses from the Qur’an with rabble rousing Imams, Islamic mob scenes and the aftermath of terrorism.  It shows cause & effect. That is neither hate speech nor incitement; it is objective factual reality.   Saying anything negative about Allah, his Messenger or their canon of scripture is a capital offense.

  • O8.7: Acts that Entail Leaving Islam
  • -4- to revile Allah or His messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace);
  • -5- to deny the existence of Allah, His beginingless eternality, His endless eternality, or to deny any of His attributes which the consensus of Muslims ascribes to Him (dis: v1);

  • -6- to be sarcastic about Allah’s name, His command, His interdiction, His promise, or His threat;

  • -7- to deny any verse of the Koran or anything which by scholarly consensus (def: b7) belongs to it, or to add a verse that does belong to it;

  • -16- to revile the religion of Islam;
  • -19- to be sarcastic about any ruling of the Sacred Law;

  • -20- or to deny that Allah intended the Prophet’s message (Allah bless him and give him peace) to be the religion followed by the entire world (dis: w4.3-4) (al-Hadiyya al-`Ala’iyya (y4), 423-24). )

    • O8.1  When a person who has reached puberty and is sane voluntarily apostatizes from Islam, he deserves to be killed.
    • O8.2 In such a case, it is obligatory for the caliph (A: or his representive) to ask him to repent and return to Islam. If he does, it is accepted from him, but if he refuses, he is immediately killed.

The pact of Dhimmitude is violated if a Dhimmi says anything negative about Islam.

  • O11.10 or mentions something impermissible about Allah, the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace), or Islam

143. [Calls on CERD and the Human Rights Committee to elaborate model legislation on [the necessity of upholding respect for human rights and reputation, public morals, as well as] incitement to racial and religious hatred and freedom of expression;]

We have already seen their determination to silence Islam’s critics. They are demanding criminalization of expression critical of Islam.

Action at the national level (Racist theories, ideologies, doctrines, incitement to racial hatred, nationalist ideologies, national preference theories)

NEW PARA: Calls on States [that while identifying] [to identify] [different forms and manifestations of] [new emerging forms and manifestations of] racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance] [and] take effective, tangible and comprehensive measures to prevent, combat and eradicate them as a matter of priority;

NEW PARA: Calls on States to prohibit by law and adopt necessary policy measures to combat [in accordance with norms of international law] the dissemination of all ideas based on racial superiority or hatred and incitement to hatred; (Racist crimes, hate crimes, urban violence)

152. Calls on States to combat impunity for acts of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, [and to grant appropriate redress for victims] [by securing access to justice, by granting [and maximizing] [maximum] [fair] [just and adequate] [appropriate] redress for victims];

Remember that criticism of Islam is equated with racism in their Orwellian new speak.  These provisions effectively demand the passage and enforcement of legislation outlawing and penalizing criticism of Islam in clear and open violation of the first amendment.

[ALT: Calls on States to combat impunity for acts of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobiaand related intolerance and provide [by providing] [just and adequate] [maximum] [fair] redress for victims, including through securing expeditious access to justice;]

153. Urges States, as a matter of priority, to [prohibit] [and criminalize] [any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence in accordance with [all] pertinent international instruments] [and punish violent, racist and xenophobic activities of neo-Nazi groups in accordance with pertinent international instruments]; ALT: Urges States, as a matter of priority, to prohibit [and criminalize] any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence in accordance with all pertinent international instruments and punish violent, racist and xenophobic activities [of neo-Nazi groups] accordingly;

154. Invites Governments and their law enforcement agencies to collect reliable information on hate crimes in order to strengthen their efforts to combat racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance; [Adopted ad ref.]

According to those arrogant, self-righteous AssWholes,  this blog post is a criminal offense. Re-examine The Secretary General’s egregious remark.

Reuters quotes U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon about Fitna:

“There is no justification for hate speech or incitement to violence,” Ban said in a statement. “The right of free expression is not at stake here.”

Watch the video again, through the link I provided. Is that hate speech? Does Geert Wilders incite anyone to violence?  Were the ayat he quoted hate speech? Did those ayat incite violence?  Did the Imams ranting & raving in the video utter hate speech and incite violence?  Did Ban Ki-moon condemn the wrong person, letting the real malfactor go condoned, not condemned?

To Islam and its United Nations Dhimmis, pointing out Islam’s hate & violence is hate speech and inciting violence. That is Orwellian moral inversion at its finest!

(Freedom of religion, incitement to religious intolerance, hatred, or violence, defamation of religion, freedom of expression)

159. Urges States to take effective measures to address contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, and to take firm action against negative stereotyping of religions and defamation of religious personalities, holy books, scriptures and symbols;

160. Calls on States to develop, and where appropriate to incorporate, permissible limitations on the exercise of the right to freedom of expression into national legislation;

161. Reminds States to promote and protect the exercise of the rights set out in the Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief, proclaimed by the General Assembly in its resolution 36/55 of 25 November 1981, in order to obviate religious discrimination which, when combined with certain other forms of discrimination, constitutes a form of multiple discrimination;

162. Calls on States to ensure that lawmakers discharge their responsibilities in conformity with paragraph 2 of article 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and article 4 of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, taking into account General Comment 15 of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination;

These demands for legislation criminalizing revelation of the truth about Islam from its own canon of scripture, tradition & jurisprudence is absolutely unacceptable!  I will not accept it. I curse and condemn it and its authors.

I disrespectfully demand:

  1. That Secretary of State Hillary Clinton publicly reject the Durban II draft document as revised and forswear U.S. participation in the conference.
  2. That the Congress pass and President Obama execute legislation withholding payment of such part of our U.N. assessment as would be used to finance the Durban II conference.
  3. That the Congress pass and President Obama execute articles of withdrawal from the U.N.  and legislation expelling that organization and its appendages from our soil.

I urge and exhort all U.S. citizens who read this blog post to join me in those disrespectful demands. Please sign and promote the following related petitions:

Free Speech Threatened!

While we were distracted by our losing battle with our domestic enemies, our international enemies were regrouping beneath the horizon for their next attack. They met in Madrid. in mid July to plot & plan. I quote from their official statement. I have added emphasis to make the critical phrases stand out.

To work on urging governmental and non-governmental organizations to issue a document that stipulates respect for religions and their symbols, the prohibition of their denigration and the repudiation of those who commit such acts.

That is the product of an Interfaith Dialogue Conference between King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia and high level Christian & Jewish leaders.

tomorrow, November 12, 2008, President Bush and other world leaders are scheduled to meet at the UN Interfaith Dialogue in New York.  What are they going to discuss, what are they going to do except further advance the abrogation of our right to free expression.

In October, the powers behind Durban II convened to excrete the preliminary draft of the Durban II final report to be voted upon next April.  I present two quotes from that long & redundant screed.

Condemns human rights violations, irrespective of their origin, and is not against “reasonable and fair criticism.” However, recent events have once again highlighted the need to demarcate the legal contours between freedom of expression and hate speech. OHCHR’s proposed Expert Consultations on the permissible limits to freedom of expression, by taking into account the mandatory prohibition of advocacy of religious hatred, should reach some conclusions and recommendations coming out from the consultations should be worthy of including in the Review Conference documents

National laws alone cannot deal with the rising tide of defamation and hatred against Muslims, especially if such trends are spreading to the grass root communities. A framework is needed to analyze national laws and understand their provisions. This could then be compiled in a single “universal document” as guidelines for legislation – aimed at countering “defamation of religions“.

If we can not speak out against evil when we see it; if political & ideological movements inimical to life & liberty are shielded by law from factual criticism, then we have no more freedom.  As George Washington warned us.

“If the freedom of speech is taken away then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.”

The details, including links to the sources I used, are in the following blog posts at Freedom Ain’t Free.

  4. Ban Islam (from Canada) Our companion from the north has a great petition to P.M. Harper!
  5. Muhammad, A Symbol Of Terrorism Please forgive me for forgetting to post this when I discovered it. SYED JAMALUDDIN  obviously put a great deal of time and effort into creating this excellent petition which lays out the critical evidence against Moe’s damnable murder cult.  It should have 80 million signatures, not just 80!!!  In adition to the ayat & ahadith I use, Syed quotes Ishak & Tabari, laying bare the evil which is the core of Islam.
  6. Ban The Qur’an as Hate Speech petition 1283 signatures as of 04/06/08. Why not give this short, simpel petition one more signature?

Durban II: Egregious Arrogance Part 4

The preliminary draft is in five Microsoft Word files linked at the bottom of this page. Click this link to read Section 1, the first of the five files, a target rich environment from which I have excerpted some of the most egregious clauses. Section one is comprised mainly of 305 items in an ordered list. In this post I will deal with selections from Item157 to 235
.

157. Reaffirm also that education is one of the principal means of preventing and eradicating racism and racial discrimination and of raising awareness of human rights, particularly among children and young people, and in this context stress the need to amend suitably the textbooks that perpetuate racial stereotypes or encourage xenophobia; (reproduced twice)

Translation: take over the educational system to indoctrinate students with Islamic apologia & multicultural idiocy to reduce their will & ability to resist Jihad.
No mention is made of the hateful indoctrination in text books used throughout the Islamic states. No mention is made of the hateful & violent ayat  and ahadith which form the basis of education in Madrassahs. Why not? Because of their agenda!

158. Emphasize that education and awareness-raising activities undertaken by states should aim to foster a spirit of tolerance and respect for people from different races, religions, cultures and nationalities from an early age; (reproduced twice)

Tolerance & respect must be mutual. Islam is supremely intolerant & disrespectful. Islam can not reform; it is intolerable and unworthy of respect.  No flood of propaganda can overcome those fatal facts.

159. Re-emphasize the importance and necessity of teaching about the past and recent history of colonialism, racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance in order to prevent the recurrence of such policies and practices;

Of course, that does not include the history of Islam’s initial empire building & expansion.  It wouldn’t be appropriate to reveal how Moe slaughtered 900 captive men and boys in beautiful downtown Medina.  It wouldn’t be appropriate to reveal the details of the slaughter of Hindus; how Hindu Kush got its name.  It wouldn’t be appropriate to discuss burning churches full of Christians in Constantinople.

160. Noting that some of the other obstacles hampering progress in the collective struggle against racism and racial discrimination include; weak legislation and policies, lack of moral, educational and practical strategies, non-implementation of international legal framework and commitments by some, persisting impunity on different grounds such as freedom of expression, counter terrorism or national security as well as sharp increase in the extreme right wing xenophobic political platforms.

Truthful expression is Constitutionally protected for blessed good reason: so that we may honestly & accurately discuss real and proximate threats which may arise internally or externally.  Islamic Jihad is one such threat.  We must be able to discuss its origins, doctrines, history and methods.  You would outlaw Fitna, Obsession and What the West Needs to Know About Islam.  You would outlaw this and similar blog posts.  You should go directly to Hell. We will not yield our hard won liberties!!!

161. Some of the other normative and preventive measure that have been proposed over time during discussions on the subject of Review mechanisms include; a) mandatory prohibition by law to eliminate racio-religious profiling or profiling based on any grounds of discrimination recognized under international human rights law with the legal action against perpetrators and effective remedies for the victims; b) legal restrictions on the dissemination of all ideas based upon racial superiority or hatred and incitement to hatred; c) in pursuance of the paragraph 144 of the DDPA, media representative should draw up a their our code of conduct; d) as proposed by the Special Representative on Racism, establishment of national, regional and international monitoring bodies for racist and xenophobic acts, including the OHCHR observatory for racist incidents; e) emphasis on the role of cultural diversity and human rights education in promoting tolerance and preventing racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance;

  1. Given the fact that most terrorist incidents are perpetrated by young Muslim males, subjecting elderly Kuffar women to search & interrogation is unreasonable and a waste of resources. Careful examination of Muslims is reasonable and prudent. Better yet, we should totally exclude them from our shores. Let them stay home, where we won’t need to worry about their splattering bone & flesh
  2. Given Islamic distortion of the language, racial issues are conflated with opposition to Islam. You seek to outlaw revelation of the damnable doctrines of Islam which sanctify & mandate Jihad, genocide & terrorism. Applied objectively, your standard would outlaw the Qur’an which is absolutist, supremacist, triumphalistic & violent.
  3. Self censorship; no thanks.
  4. You watch passively while thousands of innocents are slaughtered by Muslims in Darfur and elsewhere. Kiss off.
  5. Education implies imparting truthful information, not indoctrination with false propaganda.  Kiss off.

162. Urges states to take immediate measures as a matter of priority to end such practices which constitute flagrant violation of human rights;

You are in an urgent hurry to deprive us of our right of free expression. We find that unacceptable.

183. Resolutely condemn any ideologies and practices based on racial discrimination or superiority which entail abuse of human rights and fundamental freedoms, and affirm that all States have the obligation to take all available measures to combat ideologies, activities and practices based on racial discrimination or superiority;

Islam fits that definition: an ideology based on assumed racial, tribal & religious superiority whose practices: Jihad, genocide & terrorism  abuse the human rights to live in peace unmolested. As such, all states are obligated to take all available measures to combat Islam. and its Jihad.  Get started, gentlemen, the sooner the better.

211.      Also recognize the need to adopt, and implement strictly stringent laws, administrative measures and action plans aimed at countering all forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, to carry out exhaustive, timely and impartial investigations of all acts of racism and racial discrimination, to penalize those responsible according to the law and to secure prompt and fair reparation for the victims;

212.      Call on states to ensure that any measures taken in the fight against terrorism do not discriminate, in purpose or effect, on the grounds of race, colour, descent, or national or ethnic origin as well as on the grounds of culture, religion and language and that non-citizens are not subjected to racial or ethnic profiling or stereotyping;

The only practical way to prevent terrorist attacks without surveiling, searching & interrogating the most obvious suspects is to completely exclude members of the terror sponsoring institution from our shores. In short: to deport the Muslims currently present and prohibit the entry of Muslims to our country.  Get them out and keep them out; in the long run, cheaper, more fair and more effective.

230.      Requests the Human Rights Council to invite religious and cultural communities to promote an in-depth intercultural and interreligious dialogue, including on joint actions on issues at the core of their faith such as peace, human rights and development and to analyse the internal factors in their beliefs, practices and relationships that may have contributed to incitement to religious hatred;

Such a dialogue is impossible under the blasphemy law you are attempting to impose.  You won’t let us discuss the damnable doctrines which sanctify & mandate conquest, genocide & terrorism.  There is no peace at the core of Islam, only war.  Peace only comes when the entire world is conquered. Jihad continues to Judgment Day. If Muslims abandon Jihad in favor of productive pursuits such as agriculture, they will be cursed until they return to their “original religion“, which is Jihad.

232.      Urging the Human Rights Council to address the denial of genocide, as recognized by the United Nations, as an attempt to undermine the recognition of genocide as a crime under international law;

Empty rhetoric without substantial meaning to the objective reader. Why don’t you simply recognize aggressive Jihad as a crime against humanity?  Was Hitler’s murder of Jews a crime against humanity but his invasion of  other nations an innocent act of normal statecraft?

235.      Emphasize the importance of national human rights institutions and other similar entities in the struggle against racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance  and the need, as provided by law, for the authorities and society in general to cooperate with such institutions to the maximum extent in those countries where they do exist;

We can only assume that this is a reference to the Canadian Human Rights Councils which sit as extra judicial kangaroo courts to harass and intimidate anyone who dares to speak out about Islam’s doctrines & practices.

Durban II: Egregious Arrogance Part 2

The preliminary draft is in five Microsoft Word files linked at the bottom of this page. Click this link to read Section 1, the first of the five files, a target rich environment from which I have excerpted some of the most egregious clauses. Section one is comprised mainly of 305 items in an ordered list. In this post I will deal with selections from Item39 to 68.

39.  Calls for the elimination of all forms of gender-based violence in the family, within the general community and where perpetrated or condoned by the State, in accordance with the Declaration on the Elimination of Violence against Women;

Where is wife beating endemic? What does Allah’s word say about it?

  • 4:34. […]As to those women on whose part you see illconduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful),[…]

What does Sharia say about it? [Reliance of the Traveller, Book P (Enormities)]

P42.1

Allah Most High says:

“Men are the guardians of women, since Allah has been more generous to one than the other, and because of what they (men) spend from their wealth. So righteous women will be obedient, and in absence watchful, for Allah is watchful. And if you fear their intractability, warn them, desert them in bed(1), or hit them. But if they obey you, seek no way to blame them” (Koran 4:34).

Muslims must be free to practice their religion, to obey Allah’s word, and his word can not be changed.

40.  Expresses concern over the persistence of institutionalised social intolerance and discrimination practised against many in the name of religion or belief;

Could that be a reference to the Dhimmitude of Jews & Christians living in lands conquered by Islam?  Refer to Reliance of the Traveller Book O (Justice): O11.1 to 11.11.

41.  Expresses its concern at the increase in anti-Semitic ideas and violence in many parts of the world and urges States to take appropriate action to end the dissemination of anti-Semitic ideas including through the media, school curricula or by political platforms;

What is the ultimate source of those offensive ideas? Why is there no mention of that source?  Why is there no effort to do anything about it?

  • 1:7. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray (such as the Christians).
  • 2:83. And (remember) when We took a covenant from the Children of Israel, (saying): Worship none but Allâh (Alone) and be dutiful and good to parents, and to kindred, and to orphans and Al-Masâkîn (the poor), [Tafsir At-Tabarî, Vol. 10, Page 158 (Verse 9:60)] and speak good to people [i.e. enjoin righteousness and forbid evil, and say the truth about Muhammad Peace be upon him ], and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and give Zakât. Then you slid back, except a few of you, while you are backsliders. (Tafsir Al-Qurtubî, Vol. 2, Page 392).
  • 2:88. And they say, “Our hearts are wrapped (i.e. do not hear or understand Allâh’s Word).” Nay, Allâh has cursed them for their disbelief, so little is that which they believe.
  • 2:89. And when there came to them (the Jews), a Book (this Qur’ân) from Allâh confirming what is with them [the Taurât (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)], although aforetime they had invoked Allâh (for coming of Muhammad Peace be upon him ) in order to gain victory over those who disbelieved, then when there came to them that which they had recognised, they disbelieved in it. So let the Curse of Allâh be on the disbelievers.
  • 2:96. And verily, you will find them (the Jews) the greediest of mankind for life and (even greedier) than those who – ascribe partners to Allâh (and do not believe in Resurrection – Magians, pagans, and idolaters, etc.). Everyone of them wishes that he could be given a life of a thousand years. But the grant of such life will not save him even a little from (due) punishment. And Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

42.  Recognizes that there have been increasing risks of stereotyping Muslims and other groups and expresses its commitment to combat this phenomenon;

What is the ultimate source of that stereotype?

  • 49:15. Only those are the believers who have believed in Allâh and His Messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allâh. Those! They are the truthful.

Participation in Jihad is the test of a believer. That is the source of the stereotype. What do you propose to do about it? Allah’s word can not be changed.

43.  Expresses regret that fight against racial and religious hatred is increasingly being used as pretext legitimising impermissible limitations to freedom of expression;

Does anyone believe that line will remain in the final draft? The same forces behind the Durban II draft are behind the recent General Assembly & UNHRC resolutions demanding censorship. It also conflicts with the Durban II draft.

44.  Condemns any advocacy of racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence;

Condemning the Qur’an is a death penalty offense under Sharia. That is the law you are attempting to enforce upon us Kuffar.  You are in conflict with yourself. The Qur’an incites hatred and enjoins warfare. Perhaps you should try reading it; it is easy to find in the Compendium of Islamic Texts at USC-MSA, along with the traditional sayings which confirm, reinforce & exemplify it. Use the navigation links in the left sidebar while the Qur’an is displayed.
.

45.  Underlines the challenges and obstacles to changing discriminatory attitudes and gender stereotypes, and stresses that challenges and obstacles remain in the implementation of international standards and norms to address the inequality between men and women;

Allah said that men were made to excel women.  He set men to rule women, and made women chattle property of their husbands.  His messenger, the greatest and best of men; the example for all mankind, declared women to be inferior in intelligence & religion.  How do you propose to overcome those obstacles?

46.  Recognizes that racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance are still among the root causes of armed conflict and very often one of its consequences;

Islamic doctrine is the root cause of most of the present armed conflicts. Jihad is enjoined, ordered, and exhorted by Allah & his messenger.  How will you remove this primary cause of war?

47.  Deplores the numerous occurrences of internal conflicts and inter-ethnic and intra-religious or communal violence, including those that appear to be based on tribal lines which have lead to casualties and killings, torture, massive displacement, rape and destruction of property and infrastructures, war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide;

Oh, yes, Darfur; what do you propose to do about it? Deploring it saves how many lives; prevents how many rapes & mutilations??

48.  Deplores also the use of Government aligned or organised irregular militia to oppress, murder and displace ethnic populations;

This must surely be a great comfort to the many women and children being raped, mutilated and enslaved in Darfur.

49.  Emphasizes that among the multiple factors of a situation that might lead to genocide as defined in the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, there are the resurgence of systematic discrimination, the prevalence of expressions of hate speech targeting persons belonging to national, ethnic, racial or religious groups, especially if they are uttered in the context of an actual or potential outbreak of violence and serious and systematic violation of human rights;

Would that include the Kutbah exhorting genocide of the Jews & conquest of Israel? Would that include recitation of  Bukhari 4.52.177 at Juma Salat? Would that include the constant stream of incitement in all Falestinian media? Would that include the glorification of Jihad & martyrdom in Islamic school texts?  What are you going to do about those factors?

53.  Emphasize that racist ideologies based on race, colour, descent, or national or ethnic origin as well as on culture, religion and language are responsible for fomenting, promoting and spreading racial discrimination, xenophobia and stereotyping;

You have described Islam.

54.  Confirm that lack of respect for cultural diversity in most societies leads to racism and increased discrimination;

We should respect Jihad, genocide, terrorism, rape, plunder, female genital mutilation, wife beating, polygamy, honor killing and extreme corporal punishment. Why, exactly?

55.  Express deep concern at the use of new information technologies, such as the Internet, to propagate racial hatred, xenophobia, racial discrimination and related intolerance and that children and youth have access to this material;

This is a code phrase for criticism of Islam: “racial hatred, xenophobia, racial discrimination and related intolerance” .

56.  Condemn all political platforms and systems based on racism, xenophobia or doctrines of racial superiority and discrimination which are incompatible with democracy and transparent and accountable governance;

Remember that the Durban Conference conflates racism with opposition to Islam. Resistance to Jihad & demographic conquest is not racism, it is rational and warranted by the facts. Exposing Islamic doctrines  & practices is not hate speech; it is warning Islam’s intended victims.

57.  Reaffirm that a foreign occupation founded on settlements, its laws based on racial discrimination with the aim of continuing domination of the occupied territory, as well as its practices, which consist of reinforcing a total military blockade, isolating towns, cities and villages under occupation from each other, totally contradict the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and constitute a serious violation of international human rights and humanitarian law, a new kind of apartheid, a crime against humanity, a form of genocide and a serious threat to international peace and security;

The pot is denigrating the kettle. Islam accuses Israel of colonization  while in reality, Caliph Umar’s conquest of the Roman province of Syria in 638 killed, forcibly converted, dispossessed & displaced native Jews and Christians. The Ottoman Empire fought on the wrong side in WW I and lost.  Israel’s final conqueror was driven off, and Israel restored her sovereignty over a tiny fragment of her ancient patrimony. That is neither conquest nor colonization.  The Muslims immediately attacked. Egypt seized Gaza and Jordan seized the West Bank.  Israel won them back when they set out on the path of genocidal conquest in 1967.  Israel is occupied, not an occupier. Israel is the victim, not the perpetrator of genocide.

Moe hated the Jews because most of them saw through his plagiarized blend of paganism, Zoroastrianism, Judaism & Christianity. Examine what Moe said.

Bukhari Volume 4, Book 53, Number 392:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

While we were in the Mosque, the Prophet came out and said, “Let us go to the Jews” We went out till we reached Bait-ul-Midras. He said to them, “If you embrace Islam, you will be safe.You should know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle, and I want to expel you from this land. So, if anyone amongst you owns some property, he is permitted to sell it, otherwise you should know that the Earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle.”

Abu Dawud 14.2477
Narrated Ibn Hawalah:

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: It will turn out that you will be armed troops, one is Syria, one in the Yemen and one in Iraq. Ibn Hawalah said: Choose for me, Apostle of Allah, if I reach that time. He replied: Go to Syria, for it is Allah’s chosen land, to which his best servants will be gathered but if you are unwilling, go to your Yemen, and draw water from your tanks, for Allah has on my account taken special charge of Syria and its people.

The earth belongs to Allah and his Apostle, who takes possession by the sword. Once Muslims conquer any land, it belongs to Allah and can never be alienated. Israel, by recovering a tiny fragment of her patrimony, violated Allah’s law and proved him to be an impotent idol. No Muslim can tolerate that fact. Israel will never obtain peace or security while Islam exists on this earth; it is impossible. The first Muslim imperative is to reconquer Israel. They will never cease from attacking her short of that objective.

Islam, while falsely accusing Israel of genocide, plots a slow genocide against Israel. They are commanded by Allah, in Al-Taubah 29, to [Rodwell’s translation.]

Make war upon such of those to whom the Scriptures have been given as believe not in God, or in the last day, and who forbid not that which God and His Apostle have forbidden, and who profess not the profession of the truth, until they pay tribute out of hand, and they be humbled.

Islamic law plainly states:

O9.8 The caliph (o-25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians […]

Moe set genocide as a prerequisite to Judgment day, when believing Muslims receive their reward.

Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 177:
Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah’s Apostle said,The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. “O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him.”

7:167
And (remember) when your Lord declared that He would certainly keep on sending against them (i.e. the Jews), till the Day of Resurrection, those who would afflict them with a humiliating torment. Verily, your Lord is Quick in Retribution (for the disobedient, wicked) and certainly He is OftForgiving, Most Merciful (for the obedient and those who beg Allah’s Forgiveness).

Allah will torment the Jews, so?  Until the Day of Resurrection; then what happens? The tafsir has a shocking revelation.

Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir:  Eternal Humiliation Placed on the Jews
Isa, son of Mary, will kill the Jews. This will occur just before the end of this world….

Do you fully comprehend this? Those who describe Jesus Christ as returning to lead them in genocide against the Jews accuse their intended victims of genocide against them.  That is a perfect example of moral inversion;

59.  Note with deep concern the widening use by some groups and organizations of the opportunities provided by print, audio-visual and electronic media as well as scientific and technological progress, such as the Internet, to promote racist and xenophobic propaganda aimed at inciting societies throughout the world to racial hatred and in this connection urge all Governments to take necessary measures against such incitement;

The UN and its masters in the OIC seek to outlaw revelation of the fatal facts of Islam. They intend to make this blog post and similar posts illegal. We point out the damnable doctrines of Islam; we show you what Moe said, speaking in Allah’s name according to the codification in the Qur’an. We show you Ibn Kathir’s explanation of those texts.  We show you what Moe said and did on & about the battlefield, which confirms the obvious prima facie meaning of the Qur’an. We provide hyperlinks so that you can verify the facts we present.  To Muslims, that is blasphemy, and they aim to outlaw it.

In pursuit of that tactical objective they play mind/word games and practice al-taqeyya & kitman. In short, they lie.  At Islamophobia: Exposing Malicious Malarkey, I expose the numerous lies contained in statements made by two OIC Ambassadors. Those lies help to shape the content of UN resolutions such as the draft  discussed here.

66.  Urges States to discontinue discriminatory security practices that single out individuals or groups on the basis of their race, religion or belief, names and appearance;

Muslims are commanded to make war on us. 8:39 & 9:39 are clear commands, reflected in Sharia and confirmed by tafsir. The links immediately above go to posts in another new blog; to edited versions of the Myth vs Fact series, which combine the text of the ayat with links to several tafsir topics & relevant sharia & hadith.

Muslims are promised eternity in the celestial bordello for being killed in the Jihad they are commanded to make. Martyrdom is the highest honor they can aspire to.  WTC1, WTC2, Beslan, London & Madrid were perpetrated by young Muslim males.  What reason is there not to be suspicious of all young Muslim males? What reason is there not to be suspicious of all Muslims?

67.  Acknowledges that all victims should receive the same attention, the same treatment and the same protection and that there should be no hierarchy among potential victims;

The problem is Islam’s disguising itself as victim while it is the aggressor.  In their inverted version of morality, those who defend themselves against Jihad are the aggressors.

68.  Re-emphasize the necessity for special measures or positive actions for the victims of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance in order to promote their full integration into society. Those measures should include measures to achieve appropriate representation in educational institutions, housing, political parties, parliaments and employment, especially in the judiciary, police, army and other civil services, which in some cases might involve electoral reforms, land reforms and campaigns for equal participation;

Here we have a poorly disguised demand for reparations & special preferences. Yeah, right, pack the police, courts & military with Muslims; those sworn to conquer & subjugate us. In your dreams!!!

Durban II: Screw You!

UN Watch has the Preliminary document of the African Regional Conference Preparatory to the Durban Review Conference in Microsoft Word Format. The Provisional Agenda and questionnaire replies are available at UNON.

Lets take a peek into Pandora’s box. [Emphasis added.]

4.  Emphasizes the urgent need to address the scourges of anti-Semitism, Christianophobia, and Islamophobia as contemporary forms of racism as well as racial and violent movements based on racism and discriminatory ideas directed at African, Arab, Christian, Jewish, Muslim and other communities;

Our language has been molested!!! anti-Semitism, Christianophobia & Isllamophobia = racism ! A believing, practicing Muslim, is obligated to engage in war against pagans, Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians ; our blood and property are not sacred to him, its open season!  Fear of Islam is not irrational, it is intended,[3:151] [59:2] and is valid, based upon Islam’s history of violent expansion.

Wherever “racism” is referred to in the preliminary document, you can substitute Islamophobia.

Stresses the need for an assessment to be conducted by the Human Rights Council and the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination on the extent to which racist phenomena are addressed through the implementation of specific laws, and underlines the importance of establishing national mechanisms with a view to specifically examining those phenomena;

They want the UNHRC to assess legislation addressing Islamophobia.  They want laws passed to prevent us from criticizing Islam.

  1. Reiterates strongly that freedom of religion or belief, freedom of opinion and expression, and non-discrimination are interdependent, and stresses the need to strengthen the process of effectively adjudicating cases associated with incitement to religious hatred under article 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and other analogous instruments;

Article 20

  1. Any propaganda for war shall be prohibited by law.
  2. Any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence shall be prohibited by law.

Our freedom of expression is interdependent with the Muslim’s right not to be offended by exposure to the truth about Allah and Moe. Telling the truth about them is equated with incitement to religious hatred.

  1. Underlines the importance of the Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief proclaimed by the General Assembly in its resolution 36/55 of 25 November 1981;

Exactly what is being done to end Islam’s imposition of Dhimmitude upon Copts & Chaldeans?

13.  Calls upon States to avoid inflexibly clinging to free speech in defiance of the sensitivities existing in a society and with absolute disregard for religious feelings;

Our right to expose Islam’s mercenary motivation & barbarian  sacraments  is trumped by their right to be free from offense.  Yeah, right.

14. Reiterates  that it is critical for Governments and the judiciary to ensure that acts that constitute incitement under article 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights are closely monitored and do not enjoy impunity;

Such as the blood thirsty sermons delivered in Mosques all over the Middle East and recorded at MEMRI?

15.  Urges the Human Rights Committee to clarify the scope and content of article 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights with the aim, among other things, of defining an appropriate threshold for enacting relevant legislation;

They are talking about restricting our right of free expression!

20. Calls upon States to pay attention to the serious nature of incitement to religious hatred, such as anti-Semitism, Christianophobia and, more particularly, Islamophobia, and to promote the fight against those phenomena by strengthening interreligious and intercultural dialogue concerning the common ethics of all religions;

They are not really concerned about us, its Islam they are supporting.

27. Calls upon the Durban Review Conference to demonstrate the political will to confront those phenomena, and acknowledges that a failure of the Durban review process would, above all, pave the way for intensification of worrying racist and xenophobic trends, namely, the upsurge in racist violence, the political use of racism and its intellectual legitimization;

In view of point 4 cited above, read Islamophobic for racist / racism.

28.  Reiterates its concern about the plight of the Palestinian people under foreign occupations, urges respect for international human rights law and international humanitarian law, and calls for a just, comprehensive and lasting peace in the region;

The  Falestinians are the illegal occupiers, since Caliph Umar’s conquest of the Levant. Palestine is Israel, Palestinians are Jews.  The U.N. stands history, morality, truth and justice on their heads, inverting  objective factual reality.

34.  Reiterates its call to States and encourages the private sector to promote the development by the media, taking into account their independence, of a voluntary ethical code of conduct and self-regulatory measures;

Translation: encourages censorship.

  1. Reiterates to States the importance of abolishing and prohibiting any discrimination within their jurisdiction, criminalizing racial profiling, envisaging sanctions for those who violate the law and ensuring effective remedies for victims;
  2. Draws attention to the impact of counter-terrorism measures on the rise of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, including the practice of racial, ethnic, national and religious profiling;

Who hijacked three commercial flights and piloted them into office buildings?  Who carried bombs onto buses and subways? It was Muslims. But, no, we mustn’t profile; we are not to be wary of Muslims, of course not!   There is only one possible anti-terrorism measure: eliminating Islam.
.  75.

  1. Elaborating specific laws on combating incitement to racial and religious hatred, in conformity with obligations under article 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and article 4 of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination;

Objective: legislating censorship; Islam’s blasphemy law to be imposed on Dhimmis.

h. Introducing educational curricula aimed at raising awareness of different cultures and civilizations with a fair and objective perspective;

Insinuating Islamic propaganda into our schools.

m.  Devising special laws and policies to confront the ideologies and practices of extreme right wing groups;

Those who expose Islam are branded ‘Nazis’ and outlawed. As they are trying to do in Belgium.

    1. Normative measures and other practical solutions
    1. Prohibiting by law, and adopting the necessary policy measures to eliminate racial profiling and profiling based on any grounds of discrimination recognized under international human rights law, envisaging sanctions for those who violate the law and ensuring effective remedies for the victims;
    2. Prohibiting by law and adopting necessary policy measures to combat the dissemination of all ideas based upon racial superiority or hatred and incitement to hatred;
    3. Ensuring, in relation to the two above-mentioned themes:
      1. That lawmakers in every country discharge their responsibilities in conformity with article 20 (2) of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and article 4 of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, taking due account of General Comment 15 of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination;
      1. That model legislation on this issue is elaborated through a joint exercise to be undertaken by the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and the Human Rights Committee;
      2. That permissible limitations on the exercise of the right to freedom of expression are codified;
      3. That a voluntary ethical code of conduct is elaborated, in association with the International Federation for Journalists, to address racism in the media and other modern information and communication technologies while taking into account fundamental issues, such as the right to freedom of expression, and to eliminate the projection and perpetuation through the media and new technologies of negative images and stereotypes of African people and people of African descent;
    1. Establishing the necessary complementarity and balance between human rights and fundamental freedoms with a view to fighting racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance;

Res Ipsa Loquitur!
