Facebook Censorship: Everybody Draw Muhammad Day Deleted

One of my Facebook friends sent a message requesting  links to the groups participating in Everybody Draw Muhammad Day. When I searched for them, I  found the links as expected, then I made an unpleasant discovery.
Screen shot of the search word and results.

So far, so good, until I clicked on the first result.

Facebook News Feed

Instead of the group, I got the News Feed, meaning that Facebook deleted the group in a shameful act of censorship.

Only one of the three groups remains:  Click the image below to visit it, if Facebook does not pull it down as it did the others.

Everybody Draw Muhammad Day

Its about free speech, folks,  even obnoxious, offensive speech  must be protected.  Islam forbids all negative commentary about their demon, its mouthpiece and the damnable doctrines they concocted for the domination of the human race.   Here are the links to the relevant Shari’ah for those who missed them in previous posts.

Muslims riot, threaten and litigate when “offended”.  Their demeanor and conduct convey important information about Islam.  Shall we, like lambs, be led silent to the slaughter or will we rise up screaming curses?  I take the latter course. I ask you to join me.

Like Islam, Socialism seeks to protect its damnable doctrines from exposure to criticism. President Obama, Mark Lloyd and Elena Kagan have  something in common with Facebook: they think that there is too much of some kinds of speech.  They seek “balance”.  They don’t want their boat rocked.  Whether blatant, in Facebook’s case or subtle, in  Obamination’s case, censorship must be challenged

Combating Defamation of Religions

A/63/53 2008 944kb .pdf  resolution begins on p.126,  16  item enumerated list, 3 pgs.

2009    approx 35kb, Microsoft Word format.    18  item enumerated list.

Both of these sources have other related documents available, visit them to learn more.

[Emphasis added.]

  1. Expresses deep concern at the negative stereotyping of all religions and manifestations of intolerance and discrimination in matters of religion or belief;
  2. Also expresses deep concern at attempts to identify Islam with terrorism, violence and human rights violations and emphasizes that equating any religion with terrorism should be rejected and combated by all at all levels;
  3. Further expresses deep concern at the intensification of the campaign of defamation of religions and the ethnic and religious profiling of Muslim minorities in the aftermath of the tragic events of 11 September 2001;
  4. Expresses its grave concern at the recent serious instances of deliberate stereotyping of religions, their adherents and sacred persons in the media and by political parties and groups in some societies, and at the associated provocation and political exploitation;

Noting with concern that defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, could lead to social disharmony and violations of human rights, and alarmed at the inaction of some States to combat this burgeoning trend and the resulting discriminatory practices against adherents of certain religions and in this context stressing the need to effectively combat defamation of all religions and incitement to religious hatred in general and against Islam and Muslims in particular,

7. Expresses deep concern in this respect that Islam is frequently and wrongly associated with human rights violations and terrorism and in this regard regrets the laws or administrative measures specifically designed to control and monitor Muslim minorities, thereby stigmatizing them and legitimizing the discrimination they experience;

Action items:

  1. Urges States to take actions to prohibit the dissemination, including through political institutions and organizations, of racist and xenophobic ideas and material aimed at any religion or its followers that constitute incitement to racial and religious hatred, hostility or violence;
  2. Also urges States to provide, within their respective legal and constitutional systems, adequate protection against acts of hatred, discrimination, intimidation and coercion resulting from the defamation of any religion, to take all possible measures to promote tolerance and respect for all religions and their value systems and to complement legal systems with intellectual and moral strategies to combat religious hatred and intolerance;

  1. Reaffirms that General Comment 15 of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, in which the Committee stipulated that the prohibition of the dissemination of all ideas based upon racial superiority or hatred is compatible with freedom of opinion and expression, is equally applicable to the question of incitement to religious hatred;
  2. Strongly condemns all manifestations and acts of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance against national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities and migrants and the stereotypes often applied to them, including on the basis of religion or belief, and urges all States to apply and, where required, reinforce existing laws when such xenophobic or intolerant acts, manifestations or expressions occur, in order to deny impunity for those who commit such acts;
  3. Urges all States to provide, within their respective legal and constitutional systems, adequate protection against acts of hatred, discrimination, intimidation and coercion resulting from defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, and to take all possible measures to promote tolerance and respect for all religions and beliefs;
  4. Underscores the need to combat defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, by strategizing and harmonizing actions at the local, national, regional and international levels through education and awareness building;
  5. Calls upon all States to exert the utmost efforts, in accordance with their national legislation and in conformity with international human rights and humanitarian law, to ensure that religious places, sites, shrines and symbols are fully respected and protected, and to take additional measures in cases where they are vulnerable to desecration or destruction;

Compare Item #2 from ’08 with #7  from ’09.

  • attempts to identify Islam with terrorism, violence and human rights violations
  • Islam is frequently and wrongly associated with human rights violations and terrorism

The source  is easily identifiable.

  • Three, Islam is deliberately equated with terrorism and extremism. Those whipping up frenzy against Muslims use fundamentalism as a pretext but they are really concerned about the growing influence of the educated, modern and moderate Muslims in Europe, and North America who are moving into mainstream politics and businesses.

In Moral Standing: the Complaint I established the fact that Fitna is one of the chief targets of the continuing campaign to impose censorship.  Accurate description of the doctrines & works of Islam is broadly equated with “against acts of hatred, discrimination, intimidation and coercion resulting from defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general”. When the Danish cartoons and Fitna were published, did Christian mobs chant threats & execrations? Did they attack embassies, shoot or stab religious workers or burn buildings?

Pointing out the the Qur’an’s Jihad, genocide & terror enjunctions, confirmed by hadith & codified in Shari’ah, is not hate speech, neither is it racism.  As if the remarks of Masood Khan were not enough, examine the condemnation issued by the Secretary General of the U.N.

“There is no justification for hate speech or incitement to violence,” Ban said in a statement. “The right of free expression is not at stake here.” Reuters

I detailed the hypocrisy of that statement in You’ve Been Mooned! The right of free expression is at stake whenever the U.N. and its appendant bodies  are in session. They seek to criminalize the uttering & publishing of information essential to collective recognition of and defense against a barbarian campaign of genocidal conquest which has cost 270 million lives in the last 1400 years.

UnFairness Doctrine: Temporary Setback

“Whoever would overthrow the liberty of a nation must begin by subduing the freeness of speech. ” Benjamin Franklin []

“Without freedom of thought there can be no such thing as wisdom and no such thing as public liberty without freedom of speech.” Benjamin Franklin []

From News Max comes word that Senator Jim DeMint’s Broadcaster Freedom Act passed the Senate 87-11 as an amendment to an unrelated bill giving a voting representative to Washington D.C. Senator Dick Durbin’s Ownership Diversity amendment also passed 57-41.

The Socialists seek to squelch dissent, to silence dissenting voices by imposing economic penalties, denial of licensing, “local advisory” boards or restrictions on broadcast station ownership.

If they can restore “equal time” requirements, forcing broadcast stations to waste air time on left wing radio shows that can not draw and retain audience share, the loss in revenue will force broadcasters to drop the more popular conservative shows.

If they can set limits on how many stations a corporation can own, and issue more licenses to “minority owners” who are presumed to be more Socialistic in their outlook, they hope to reduce the number of stations carrying the more popular conservative shows.

If they can force broadcasters to institute “local advisory” boards, stacked with left wingers, who will whine & caterwaul about airing conservative opinions, they will have another excuse to deny licenses to those broadcasters.

In every case, the objective is to penalize broadcasters who provide what we want to hear. The Socialists want to assure a monopoly for their agenda driven house organs which print and broadcast their propaganda on their schedule without asking critical questions to expose their incompetence & corruption.

In a Representative Republic, an informed electorate is necessary to ensure competence and fiduciary trust. In the long run, an informed electorate is necessary to assure the preservation of liberty and prosperity. The Socialists want a one sided debate; a monologue, not a Dialogue. Competent electors will recognize the fact that “just us” is not justice.

There is nothing fair about the so called Fairness Doctrine; it is the acme of unfairness. When broadcasters operate in a free market, listeners vote with their tuners. They seek out the stations and programs they want and ignore the rest. Broadcasters sink or swim by adjusting their programming according to consumer demand. Pelosi, Schumer, Durbin & Stabenow seek to defeat the market so as to cement their party in power forever.

Far from fairness, theirs is an Unfairness Doctrine; an unconstitutional imposition of censorship. In their Orwellian lexicon, fairness is anything that benefits them and disadvantages their critics and electoral opponents.

In their campaign to squelch dissent, they rely on a shibboleth which, if carefully examined, reveals their dishonesty & corruption. “Public Airwaves” is their favorite. When it comes to radio, there is no such thing. Radio is not dependent on air, it would work just as well in a vacuum. It works by modulating electromagnetic radiation: “radio waves” with with sound. The waves are locally generated, on demand, by oscillators, modulated and amplified, all with privately owned electronic equipment and powered by electricity which the broadcasters pay for. There is no public resource involved.

The FCC allocates frequencies and sets power limits to assure that broadcast stations do not interfere with or jam each other’s signals. There is absolutely no rational basis for the unconstitutional censorship which the Socialists seek to impose upon their critics. The Socialists have a near total monopoly in the daily& monthly print media and in broadcast & cable television. A.M. radio is the one market they do not control, and they seek to monopolize it.

This issue is about content: they seek to stop speech which criticizes them, which questions their intentions, methods, policies, connections and effects. They don’t want us to hear the truth about their associations and policies. They would muzzle the guard dog and silence the canary in the coal mine.

Make no mistake, freedom of expression is necessary to facilitate full and complete debate of all sides of vital public issues. That is why the first Amendment protects it.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. [] [Emphasis added.]

Conservative talk radio is simply speech, translated into amplified radio frequency energy, amplified. & broadcast. Nothing in that process should remove it from the umbrella of first amendment protection. The fact that the Socialists seek unconstitutionally to censor it should prove to you that the Socialists are unworthy and unqualified to lead & legislate and should be removed from office at the next election.

The same forces seeking to censor talk radio also seek to censor the Internet. If they made conservative newspaper columns and editorials illegal, their violation of the Constititution would be immediately recognized as such. The only difference between news print and the Internet is the means of transmission and reproduction. Much of the content is transmitted both ways. Make no mistake, they’ll outlaw this blog if they can get away with it, just as they seek to outlaw Rush Limbaugh and his colleagues & competitors.

While the Broadcaster Freedom Act has intrinsic merit, it will, in the long run, have little effect because it can be repealed by a simple majority vote. The Constitution is our only real protection; it must be rigorously enforced. Once the Socialists pack the Supreme Court, we will lose our last line of defense.

Now is the time, while we still have our voices; while we can still say, hear, write and read the truth without penalty, to make maximal use of our Constitutional rights. Rise up and raise Hell! This blog post is placed in the public domain; copy it, cross post it, paste it into an email and broadcast it. Go to, enter your Zip Code and click the Federal Officials link. Send an email to President Barack Hussein Obama, your Representative & Senators. Tell them you are wise to their corrupt power grab and will not tolerate it. Unfairness Doctrine

Michael Calderone, at Politico, posted a transcript of a Bill Press interview with Senator Debbie stabenow.

SENATOR DEBBIE STABENOW (D-MI): I think it’s absolutely time to pass a standard. Now, whether it’s called the Fairness Standard, whether it’s called something else — I absolutely think it’s time to be bringing accountability to the airwaves. I mean, our new president has talked rightly about accountability and transparency. You know, that we all have to step up and be responsible. And, I think in this case, there needs to be some accountability and standards put in place.

  • accountability
  • transparency
  • responsible
  • standards

Meaning what, exactly?  How do those terms apply to Rush Limbaugh, Sean  Hannity and other talk radio hosts?  The core issue is subject  & content. Mainstream talk radio discusses politics, economics, morality, sports & entertainment.  It presents a mixture of  fact and opinion in an entertaining format designed to attract and retain audience share.  Without an audience, they would be out of business. Most attempts at building Liberal national talk show networks have failed because they were not sufficiently entertaining to attract and hold an audience.

Liberals are offended by exposure of their hypocrisy, conflicts of interest, scandals and policies. Conservative talk radio contributed to the defeat of amnesty for illegal aliens and is contributing to a significant reduction in the popularity of the “Economic Stimulus” scam.

It has been said that the antidote to offensive speech is rebuttal.  But free expression implies the right to choose what we listen to. Nobody can forbid us to listen, neither can they compel us to listen. The Liberals seek to monopolize the debate by erecting artificial barrios to Conservative broadcasters.

Issues such as the “Economic Stimulus” scam which threatens to saddle the next generation with insurmountable debt without real short term economic benefit and the “National Health Care” scam which threatens to make medical treatment a rare commodity, subject to rationing, need to be carefully examined for both intended & unintended consequences and hidden costs. They should be subject to open debate, not rammed through in a hurry, unexamined, as urgent business.

The “public airwaves” shibboleth needs to be exposed. “Airwaves” are a fantasy concept.  Acoustic transmission of sound operates through waves in the air. Radio does not require air, it operates by electromagnetic radiation, which is privately generated, by each broadcast station. Government’s involvement should be limited to allocation of frequency ranges and setting power limits to prevent interference between transmitters. In an open free market, driven by consumer demand, there is no need for content control.

The Liberals seek to outlaw effective opposition to their power grabbing schemes and lock themselves in power for the long term.  Their “fairness doctrine” is not about fairness, it is about excluding their opponents from the debate.

In a free and open market, without government interference, the listeners will decide what they want to hear and broadcasters will either provide it or lose market share & advertising revenue and change format / content or go out of business. In a closed, regulated market, listeners will either accept the government approved drivel or turn off the radio.  Without full and open debate, the Liberals will be able to impose their fascist plans without effective opposition.

“If the freedom of speech is taken away then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.” George Washington

If that is not what you want, now is the time for you to get organized and make your voice heard.  Let Nancy Pelosi, Debbie Stabenow & Chuck Schumer know that their current course will lead them out of office in the next election cycle.

There is another factor to consider: conflict of interest. Senator Stabenow is married to a man involved in a major Liberal talk radio failure.

Athans, co-founder and former CEO of Democracy Radio, is an interesting figure who may stand to benefit if the federal government mandates the sale or breakup of media properties. Athans, who also served as an official of the liberal Air America radio network, is the husband of Michigan Democratic Senator Debbie Stabenow. He developed and produced the liberal Ed Schultz and Stephanie Miller radio shows. [Cliff Kincaid – The Liberal Plan to Take Over Talk Radio]

Do you want the voices of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin and other Conservatives to be available on the radio?  Now is the time to take action, before power mad Liberals railroad censorship through the Congress & FCC.  Sign and promote  the MRC’s petition in support of the Broadcaster Freedom Act.

This subject is hot, on the back burner right now, ready to be brought forward at any time.  Yesterday at 5:21 p.m., someone in the office of the Sargent at Arms of the United States Senate viewed  Please act without delay. Sign the petition linked above. Then go to, enter your zip code and click the Federal Officials link. Tell your Representative & Senators that you want the Broadcaster Freedom Act passed and enacted into law immediately. Tell them that your next vote will depend on how they vote on this bill.

Prevent Censorship!

The Media Resource Center and allied organizations are seeking endorsement of their petition  to Congress in opposition to the the ‘Fairness Doctrine’ and similar censorship plans proposed to silence Conservative talk radio.  Reid, Pelosi, Schumer & their ilk are eager to silence voices of reason & common sense such as Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity & Mark Levin.

Whether they act through direct legislation, FCC rules & regulations; the ‘Fairness Doctrine’ or ‘Local Advisory Councils’,  they will move to censor Conservative voices unless we make it known to them that their careers will be severely impaired as  a direct consequence of their support for censorship schemes.

Click this link to sign the petition:

Here is the text of the petition:

I am signing this petition to urge members of Congress and government officials to reject any and all efforts to censor, limit, or restrain the right of conservatives to participate freely in the marketplace of ideas through the so-called “Fairness Doctrine” or other similar efforts.

Additionally, I am joining with other American citizens who want their individual Free Speech Rights defended and protected from government intrusion! Our great nation was built upon free and open discourse, and to remain a great nation this ideal must be protected and preserved at all costs.

Please note that I will be watching closely and taking action when necessary to directly combat the liberal bias of the media.

It won’t hurt to copy the text of the petition and paste it into an email to your Representative and Senators. You can send those three emails very easily at .

Either we rise up and raise Hell now or in the next election cycle, the only loud voices heard will belong to the Socialists and their media allies; our side will be entirely silenced.

Do you need more information? The MRC has links in their left sidebar. Do you need more arguments? You’ll find them here: Shibboleth: ‘Public Airwaves’ and here:  The Fairness Doctrine. See also: Fairness Doctrine Watch: A “progressive” attack on talk radio and Fairness Doctrine Me Arse! .

The Unfairness Doctrine does not have a monopoly on censorship.  At the United Nations, the Organization of the Islamic Conference is attempting to ram through the latest version of their Combating Defamation of Religions Resolution.  The proposed resolution, expected to come up for a vote between December 18 & 22, calls for national and international laws to censor criticism of Islam. Here is my latest post about the resolution: Defamation of Religions Resolution Revised.

Only 53,209 have signed the ACLJ petition against the UN Defamation Resolution. Now is the time for you to add your endorsement! Why not send an email to your Representative & Senators demanding withholding of foreign aid & MFN status from any and all nations voting for the resolution or abstaining?  No guts, no liberties!

Durban II: Egregious Arrogance Part 7

The preliminary draft is in five Microsoft Word files linked at the bottom of this page. Click this link to read Section 5,  a target rich environment from which I have excerpted some of the most egregious clauses.

  1. Reaffirms that any discrimination based on any ground such as sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation shall be prohibited;

Is it not, therefore, under the standard you have just reaffirmed, necessary to prohibit the propagation & practice of Islam?

  1. Calls upon all States to take specific measures for the promotion and protection of the fundamental rights and freedoms of victims of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance who also belong to vulnerable groups, especially children, youth, the disabled, people with HIV/AIDS, migrants, refugees and indigenous populations;

Exactly what measures should Egypt & Iraq take to protect indigenous Christians?  How would those measures be made effective?

10. Underlines the importance of the implementation of the Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and Discrimination Based on Religion e1981;

Of course, that wouldn’t include Dhimmitude & Jizya, would it? How about the exclusion of  Jews & Christians from Mekkah & Medina?

  1. Intellectual and political resistance to multiculturalism is one of the root causes of the resurgence of racist and xenophobic violence. Rejection of diversity has led to negation of the very humanity of the immigrants, foreigners and minorities. The most serious manifestation of racism is the democratic legitimization of racism and xenophobia in the guise of defending ‘national identity or preference’. No country, religion or minority should be discriminated on the grounds of its race, colour and creed;

The Muslim’s creed requires them to make perpetual war against all other people until the entire world is conquered for Allah and he alone is worshiped. But we can’t discriminate against them; we can’t defend ourselves. Go to Hell with that notion!

16. Urges  States to adopt and enforce legal and administrative measures at the national and local levels, or to strengthen existing measures, with the aim of preventing and punishing expressly and specifically contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance in public and private life;

Since Durban conflates opposition to Islam with racism, this effectively demands legislation prohibiting criticism of Islam. As such, it is an egregious affront to the first amendment and must be rejected.

17. Urges States to bolster protection against racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, thereby ensuring that everyone enjoys access to the administration of justice, competent national tribunals and other State institutions and mechanisms, in order to seek just and adequate reparation or satisfaction for any damage suffered as a result of such discrimination, and also stresses the importance for complainants of acts of racism and racial discrimination to have access to the protection of the law and the courts, and draws attention to the need to raise awareness of judicial recourse and other existing legal remedies and for these to be easily accessible, speedy and not excessively complicated;

Make it cheap & easy for CAIR and others to bring nuisance suits and intimidate us with litigation. This must be rejected.

23. Calls upon States to put in place policies and to establish mechanisms, including by means of international cooperation, to identify, prevent and punish contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance;

This is another restatement of the demand for censorship.

24. Urges States to continue implementing Durban Declaration and Programme of Action effectively and to adopt or strengthen as required, as a matter of high priority, laws, policies and measures aimed at countering and eradicating racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance;

They never quit; they continue to demand the abrogation of our right to free speech.

29. Encourages States to promote at the national level strategies, policies and programmes, including affirmative action, for the promotion and protection of the economic, social and cultural rights of all victims of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and for affording greater opportunities to them to share in the prosperity and wealth of the societies they live in, as well as for guaranteeing that the benefits of development, science and technology contribute effectively to the improvement of the quality of life of such victims;

Likewise, they continue to push reparations. There is no escaping from this arrogance.

37. Calls upon States to develop social policies, as appropriate, in order to encourage stable and harmonious relationships between different nations, peoples and groups, fostering mutual understanding, solidarity, tolerance and the development of a culture of peace;

This is a demand that we promote tolerance of the intolerable: of institutionalized hatred, discrimination & violence (Jihad). No way in Hell!  As reasonable men; as lovers of life & liberty, we  reject this imposition of Dhimmitude!

  1. Urges States to ensure the independence of national human rights institutions, together with their dovetailing and coordination in practice, both with specialized State bodies and mechanisms and with other civil society stakeholders, particularly in respect of the prevention of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance;
  2. Urges States to ensure the independence of national human rights institutions, together with their dovetailing and coordination in practice, both with specialized State bodies and mechanisms and with other civil society stakeholders, particularly in respect of the prevention of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance;

42. Devising programmes and the creation of national institutions responsible for human rights issues in accordance with the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action of 1993 and the Paris Principles;

43. Urges States, as appropriate, to establish, strengthen, review and reinforce the effectiveness of truly independent national human rights institutions, particularly on issues of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, in conformity with the Paris Principles and to provide them with adequate financial resources, competence and capacity for investigation, research, education and public awareness activities to combat these phenomena;

44. Encourages States to establish and strengthen, where required, national human rights institutions, and other similar entities to address problems connected to endemic racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and to assist victims of such discrimination in areas of their jurisdiction;

45. Calls upon States to establish and equip specialized State bodies and mechanisms for the implementation of public policies to eradicate racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and to promote racial equality with suitable financial resources, capability and capacity to survey, investigate, educate and undertake public awareness-raising activities;

These provisions demand the establishment of kangaroo courts, like the Canadian HRC, from whose arbitrary, pre-ordained rulings there is no appeal.  Not, by God, in America! We will not accept it!

  1. Underscores the need to step up efforts to protect the human rights of migrants, whatever their migratory status, together with the importance of upholding the duty of States Parties to the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations to comply with that Convention, including the obligation on States Parties on whose territory foreign nationals are detained to inform them of their right to communicate with their consular officers, which was upheld in the ruling of the International Court of Justice of 31 March 2004 in the case Avena and Other Mexican Nationals (Mexico v. United States of America);
  2. Protecting the human rights of migrants whether regular or irregular;

48. Countering anti-immigration ideologies advocating the criminalization of irregular migration with a view to achieving relevant objectives under paragraph 30 of the Durban Programme of Action as well as other relevant international instruments;

These provisions attempt to interfere in our judicial system; to prevent us from effectively prosecuting illegal aliens who commit crimes. They also demand outlawing political programs against and criticism of illegal immigration.  This must not stand!

  1. As has also been highlighted in different reports under agenda item 9, one of the principal reasons fomenting the tide of racism is the growing increase in the right wing extremist political discourse, including in some of the most liberal and pluralistic societies. This trend has led to the deepening of the racist tendencies in those societies through propaganda against immigrants and promotion of cultural and religious superiority doctrines. Immunity granted to such acts has led to denial of basic human rights to the affected communities including their right to freely practice and preserve their religious and cultural identities. Effective legislation is needed at the national, regional and international levels to curb these tendencies as well as to ensure relief to the victims;
  2. Urges States to adopt, and implement strictly, stringent laws against political platforms and ideologies based on racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance or doctrines of racial or national superiority;

This is another angle of approach to the constantly repeated demand that all criticism of Islam be outlawed. Opposition to Jihad, genocide & terrorism is not racism!  This crap must come to a complete and permanent end.

Foreign occupation

  1. Expresses deep regret the practices of racial discrimination against the Palestinians as well as other inhabitants of the Arab occupied territories which have an impact on all aspects of their daily existence such as to prevent the enjoyment of fundamental rights, express our deep concern about this situation and renew the call for the cessation of all the practices of racial discrimination to which the Palestinians and the other inhabitants of the Arab territories occupied by Israel are subjected;

The territories are illegally occupied by Muslim Arabs, subsequent to Umar’s conquest of 638 and the renewed conquest of 1948. The Fallestinians have nothing to bitch about except the necessary consequences of their continued attempts at policide & genocide.  The OIC & UN continue their insistence on moral inversion. Enough already!

Incitement to religious hatred

94. Calls upon States to promote and protect the exercise of the rights set out in the Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief, proclaimed by the General Assembly in its resolution 36/55 of 25 November 1981, in order to obviate religious discrimination which, when combined with certain other forms of discrimination, constitutes a form of multiple discrimination;

They claim a right to practice their ‘religion’, whose sacraments include:

Islam’s canon of jurisprudence requires a minimum of one military expedition against the Kuffar in every  year.

No way in Hell can the practice of such a ‘religion’ be a right!  It is clearly & obviously a wrong;  a crime against humanity of the worst sort. Moe made it plain, clearly denying our right to life and declaring open season.

  • Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
    Narrated Anas bin Malik:
    Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.” Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, “O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?” He replied, “Whoever says, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have.”

A Muslim, in order to avoid eternal Hellfire and be assured of admission to Paradise, must participate in Jihad.

  • 61:10. O You who believe! Shall I guide you to a commerce that will save you from a painful torment.
  • 61:11. That you believe in Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad), and that you strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allâh with your wealth and your lives, that will be better for you, if you but know!
  • 61:12. If you do so) He will forgive you your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow, and pleasant dwelling in Gardens of ‘Adn Eternity [‘Adn (Edn) Paradise], that is indeed the great success.

It is not possible for a rational man who loves life & liberty to tolerate that enormity. Free men must rise up as one, condemning & cursing Islam and demanding its eradication.  Demands for its protection & promotion by law must be rejected in all cases.

95. Prohibiting by law, and adopting necessary policy measures to combat, the dissemination of all ideas based upon racial superiority or hatred and incitement to hatred;

Since Islam is based on supremacism, inculcates hatred and incites violence, it must be prohibited by law, not given shelter and immunity from criticism.

96. Ensuring, in relation to the two above-mentioned themes:

a) That lawmakers in every country discharge their responsibilities in conformity with paragraph 2 of article 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and article 4 of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, taking due account of General Comment 15 of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination;

b) That model legislation on this issue is elaborated through a joint exercise to be undertaken by the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and the Human Rights Committee;

c) That permissible limitations on the exercise of the right to freedom of expression are elaborated and, where appropriate, incorporated into national legislation;

Political speech, promoting and opposing ideas & policies must be protected as a necessity for democratic and representative government. Speech exposing and criticizing the damnable doctrines & practices of Islam must be protected under our first amendment because it is necessary to our self defense against Jihad.

d) That a voluntary ethical code of conduct is elaborated, in association with the International Federation for Journalists, to address racism in the media and other modern information and communication technologies while taking into account fundamental issues, such as the right to freedom of expression, and to eliminate the projection and perpetuation through the media and new technologies of negative images and stereotypes of African people and people of African descent;

e) Establishing the necessary complementarity and balance between human rights and fundamental freedoms with a view to fighting racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance;

Without the right to live, to be secure in our persons and property free from aggression, threat of aggression & intimidation, we have no rights at all.  We must preserve the absolute right to speak and write in opposition to Moe’s Murder Cult, which is at present, the most clear and proximate threat to our lives and liberties.  To all these demands for censorship we must reply: Go to Hell and be damned!!!

  1. Calls upon all Member States to continue international efforts to enhance dialogue and broaden understanding amongst civilizations, in an effort to prevent the discriminatory targeting of different religions and cultures;

There is nothing to talk about with Islam except the time, place and manner of its induction into Hell.  Islam does not compromise, it does not negotiate, it demands surrender.  A Common Word Between Us and You, a missive to Pope Benedict from the Ulema,  is composed of tricks & deceptions which are dissected in detail in:
A Common Word: Islamic Extortion Scheme.

  1. Invites States to promote intercultural and inter-religious dialogue and cooperation at all levels, especially the local and grass-roots levels;

99. Operationalizing the recommendation of the Special Rapporteurs on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and freedom of religion or belief that the Human Rights Council invite member States to promote and practice dialogue among cultures, civilizations and religions as a profound way of combating racial and religious intolerance. To that end, the following approaches are suggested:

a) Promotion of reciprocal knowledge among cultures, civilizations and religions, with a particular emphasis on value systems;

b) Adoption of policies and programmes in the fields of education, social, economic and cultural life favouring interactions among communities;

c) Recognition of the value of cultural and religious diversity associated with the promotion of unity within society;

d) Creation of conditions that facilitate encounters, dialogue and joint action for social harmony, peace, human rights and development, and combat all forms and manifestations of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance;

This persistent demand that we tolerate the intolerant & intolerable murder cult which seeks total world domination, shield it from exposure & criticism and allow it to be propagated & promoted in our schools is an egregious outrage.

100. Urges States to take serious steps to address the contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and in this context to take firm action against negative stereotyping of religions and defamation of religious personalities, holy books, scriptures and symbols;

Racial profiling

  1. Prohibiting by law, and adopting the necessary policy measures to eliminate, racial profiling and profiling based on any grounds of discrimination recognized under international human rights law, providing for sanctions for those who violate the law and ensuring effective redress for their victims;
  2. Calls on States to ensure that any measures taken in the fight against terrorism do not discriminate, in purpose or effect, on the grounds of race, colour, descent, or national or ethnic origin as well as on the grounds of culture, religion and language and that non-citizens are not subjected to racial or ethnic profiling or stereotyping;
  3. Urges States to formulate, implement and ensure compliance with practical measures to eradicate the phenomenon commonly known as “racial profiling”, which includes the practice whereby police officers and other officials responsible for upholding the law act on the basis, to some extent or other, of race, colour, descent or ethnic or national origin as a reason for investigating persons or determining if a person is committing offences;

Who planted the bombs in Bali? Who blew up Pan Am 103? Who bombed the World Trade Center and the London & Madrid rail systems? Was it little old Lutheran ladies or was it young Muslim males?  Every Muslim on the face of the earth is a potential terrorist, because terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam.  Profiling makes sense. Random searches do not make sense.

Media & Internet

  1. Urges States to take necessary measures to denounce, actively discourage and prohibit the transmission of racist and xenophobic messages through all communications media, including new communications technologies such as the Internet;

Bear in mind that  Durban conflates  opposition to Islam with racism. They are trying to outlaw these blog posts.

  1. Calls upon States to develop, in cooperation with multilateral organizations, internet service providers, private sector stakeholders and civil society, and taking into account the principles of multilateralism, democracy and transparency, a coordinated global strategy to formulate a voluntary code of conduct to prevent the dissemination of messages of racial hatred and intolerance;

Read You’ve Been Mooned! , watch FITNA and compate it to Ban’s statement. These officious AssWholes would make it illegal to post FITNA  on the internet.  FITNA is neither hate speech nor a token of intolerance. It is an objective, factual exposure of the reality of Islam.  These demands for censorship must be rejected!

  1. Urges States to disseminate information, through appropriate means, including the use of the media and school curricula, to promote a spirit of respect for diversity and inclusiveness amongst the various racial, ethnic, national, linguistic and cultural groups;

They want our schools to be used as indoctrination tools; inoculating our children against the true facts concerning Islam. That can not be accepted!

  1. Recommends that the use of the new information technologies, including the Internet, should contribute to combating racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and that they should also be used to promote tolerance and respect for diversity;

They demand that the web be polemicized; used as a captive indoctrination tool. This can not be accepted by lovers of liberty!

  1. Calls upon the world media to establish and disseminate through their relevant associations and organizations a code of ethical conduct with a view to prohibiting the proliferation of ideas of superiority and the justification of racial or religious hatred and discrimination in any form, and promoting mutual respect and tolerance among all peoples;

There is no such thing as mutual respect and tolerance. Islam gives neither. Islam demands, it does not give. This is a demand for back door self censorship. It is not acceptable.

  1. Calls upon States to prevent, through all appropriate means, stereotyping of any ethnic, racial, national, cultural, religious and linguistic group, and encourage objective and balanced portrayals of people, events and history, especially in the media, recognizing the profound influence that such portrayals have on societal perceptions of groups whose members are frequently victims of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance;

That is another blatant demand for censorship.  Islam is perpetual war, neither peaceful nor a religion.  That is the fact which they seek to prevent from being disseminated. No, thank you, we will keep our first amendment rights!

  1. Urges States that have not yet condemned, apologized and paid reparations for the grave and massive violations as well as the massive human suffering caused by slavery, the slave trade, the transatlantic slave trade, apartheid, colonialism and genocide, to do so at the earliest;

Who captivated, enslaved & sold those Africans? Who committed genocide against Armenia, Assyria & India? Who was complicit in the genocide against Jews in WWII?  Where is the apology; where are the reparations from Islam?  Kiss my foot!

  1. Renews its call for international efforts to promote an understanding between different civilizations and cultures so as to counter attempts at cultural and civilizational domination and imposition motivated by racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance;

Civilizational domination is at the core of Islam.  Who has read 8:39 & 9:33?  Those who wrote the draft know; they don’t want you to find out.  It is precisely because we understand Islam that we reject this crap.

  1. Reiterates that the Palestinian people continue to be denied the fundamental right of self determination and urges member States to look at the situation of Palestinian people during the Durban Review Conference and implement the provisions of DDPA with a view to bring lasting peace in the Middle East;

The Palestinian people are Jews; Israelies.  Falestinians are  interlopers;  an illegal occupation force who must be sent home to Arabia where they belong.  It is Israel who has a right to self determination in a Levantine homeland.

  1. Urges States to take necessary measures to denounce, actively discourage and prohibit the transmission of racist and xenophobic messages through all communications media, including new communications technologies such as the Internet;

These AssWholes conflate opposition to Islamic conquest with racism. The two are unrelated; Islam is not a race; it is a murder cult.

(c) International legal framework:

  1. Invites the Human Rights Committee and the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination to adopt a joint general comment on article 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and article 4 of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination further clarifying and defining, inter alia, States’ obligations thereunder and the threshold beyond which an act constitutes a violation thereof, bearing in mind general comment 11 of the Human Rights Committee and general recommendation 15 of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination;

138. Urges the Human Rights Committee to clarify the scope and content of article 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights within the framework of its general comments with the aim, among other things, of defining an appropriate threshold for enacting relevant legislation;

139. Relevant recommendations must also find place in the new international standards to be developed in the area of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance as well as mainstreaming the subject of racism throughout the UN system;

140. Condemns human rights violations, irrespective of their origin, and is not against “reasonable and fair criticism.” However, recent events have once again highlighted the need to demarcate the legal contours between freedom of expression and hate speech. OHCHR’s proposed Expert Consultations on the permissible limits to freedom of expression, by taking into account the mandatory prohibition of advocacy of religious hatred, should reach some conclusions and recommendations coming out from the consultations should be worthy of including in the Review Conference documents

  1. Taking into account the difficulties encountered by the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination in its activity, the United Nations should strive to enhance the Committee’s capabilities by providing it with more time and resources to enable it to discharge fully its mandate under the 1965 Convention
  2. National laws alone cannot deal with the rising tide of defamation and hatred against Muslims, especially if such trends are spreading to the grass root communities. A framework is needed to analyze national laws and understand their provisions. This could then be compiled in a single “universal document” as guidelines for legislation – aimed at countering “defamation of religions“.

It never ceases; these arrogant AssWholes demand that we be silenced; prevented from pointing out the fatal facts of Islam: that Allah is a demon, not the Almighty Creator, that the Qur’an contradicts instead of confirming the Holy Scriptures, that Moe was a murdering pirate & pederast, not a holy prophet, that he revealed situational scripture mandating perpetual conquest, genocide & casting terror.

Anyone doubting or disputing those fatal facts would do well to read the Qur’an  and Bukhari’s Sahih collection of hadith. Those books are readily available in the Compendium of Islamic Texts at USC-MSA. Scroll to the top of the linked page and use the links in the left side bar.  Direct your attention primarily to the following:

Sahih Bukhari:

  1. Fighting for the Cause of Allah (Jihaad)
  2. One-fifth of Booty to the Cause of Allah (Khumus)
  1. Military Expeditions led by the Prophet (pbuh) (Al-Maghaazi)

The meaning is clear and obvious on the face of the texts. Jihad: aggressive wars of conquest, is a sacrament and participation therein is mandatory, not optional.  Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir, which explains the meaning of the Qur’an, confirms the fatal facts. I call your attention to the following topics in his tafsir. Read them and curse Islam.

So terrorism is haram? Explain these tafsir which explain 8:60 and 8:12!!

If any doubt remains, consult 3:7 and its tafsir; they tell you that Allah’s commands are contained in clear verses which are to be believed and carried out.

Further confirmation is found in Sharia.  Islamic law is derived from Muhammad’s recitation and example: Qur’an & Sunnah.  “Umdat as-Salik wa ‘Uddat an-Nasik (Reliance of the Traveller and Tools of the Worshipper, also commonly known by its shorter title Reliance of the Traveller) is a classical manual of fiqh for the Shafi’i school of Islamic jurisprudence.”  Here is the Wikipedia entry.

The book is about 1200 pages long. While you can search it at Muhaddith,  there are some limitations to the search. The text has been posted an an educational site. This is a raw text file, and some of it is extremely RAW! I suggest using the Ctrl F search function to find what you are seeking if you go here and delve into it: . Reliance is available as a scanned image, with a search engine at Scribid. Book O, “Justice”,  includes the laws of Islamic warfare.  Turn to Chapter 9 to learn what Jihad is, against whom it must be performed and how often. Keep reading until you learn what happens to captive women & children.

Throughout this series of seven articles, I have quoted from the Noble Qur’an translated by Hilali & Khan, and linked to, which displays a table of ten translations for easy comparison. This link 2:190 is to the King Fahd Complex for Printing the Holy Qur’an. Scroll to the bottom of the page and read the footnote to 2:190, which defines Jihad. Compare that to the definition given in Reliance of the Traveller: O9.0.

The UN & OIC seek to outlaw the exposure of these fatal facts. They seek to allow Islam to continue its infiltration, demographic expansion and Jihad without resistance.  This crap must come to an end!  Their unreasonable demands must be rejected, and we must get America out of the UN and the UN out of America. Let them find an alternative source of funding.

Heads up: Censorship!!

Here’s how WND described the issue.
Last day to save Christian radio?
FCC rule change seen as threat to licenses of religious stations

Under a proposed FCC rule, radio stations would be required to take programming advice from “community advisory boards representative of the area’s population”.   The regs. would also require  quarterly reports on program content, source and how it reflects the interest of the community.

Who the Hell  will seek and obtain membership on those advisory boards?  Unions, Move On  activists, Saul Alinsky disciples, ACLU member & libturds, thats who.  Regular people who have real lives would have  neither time nor interest in such pursuits.

It should be obvious that this proposal is a back door approach to the Unfairness Doctrine. [See Also]  The libturds have  failed miserably at competing with Limbaugh & Hannity, so they are making another back door approach to censoring them.

Unfortunately, the article was published on the last day for submitting contents. I did go just now to the NAB site linked at WND and submitted this post as my comment.   I will also go to and  send it to my Representative & Senators.   We need to rise up and make our voices heard!

From the U.N. News Center

Doudou Diène, the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance; Asma Jahangir, the Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief; and Ambeyi Ligabo, Special Rapporteur for the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of opinion and expression said the video “illustrates an increasing pattern that associates Muslims exclusively with violence and terrorism.”

“While on the one hand, freedom of expression is a fundamental human right that must be respected, it does not extend to include incitement to racial or religious hatred, which is itself clearly a violation of human rights. Public expressions that paint adherents of a particular religion as a threat to peace or global stability are irresponsible,”[Emphasis added.]

Islam & Muslims a threat to peace & stability?  What could induce such thoughts?

The Reliance of the Traveller. Version 1.06 – By Ahmad Ibn Naqib Al-Misri
BOOK O: JUSTICE >> Chapter O-9.0: Jihad

O-9.8: The Objectives of Jihad
The caliph (o-25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o-11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,
“Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled” (Koran 9.29), the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon whom be peace). After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until Jesus’ descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the divinely revealed law of Muhammad. The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad. As for the Prophet’s saying (Allah bless him and give him peace), “I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,” this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) ).

The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim (O: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax (jizya) ) (n: though according to the Hanafi school, peoples of all other religions, even idol worshippers, are permitted to live under the protection of the Islamic state if they either become Muslim or agree to pay the poll tax, the sole exceptions to which are apostates from Islam and idol worshippers who are Arabs, neither of whom has any choice but becoming Muslim (al-Hidaya sharh Bidaya al-mubtadi’ (y-21), 6.48-49) ).

What in Hell  accounts for such outrageous Islamic law?

  • 8:39 And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.
    • (I was commanded to fight against the people until they proclaim, `There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah.’ If and when they say it, they will preserve their blood and wealth from me, except for its right (Islamic penal code), and their reckoning is with Allah, the Exalted and Most Honored.)[Ibn Kathir]
  • 9:29 Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.
    • This honorable Ayah was revealed with the order to fight the People of the Book, after the pagans were defeated, the people entered Allah’s religion in large numbers, and the Arabian Peninsula was secured under the Muslims’ control. Allah commanded His Messenger to fight the People of the Scriptures, Jews and Christians, on the ninth year of Hijrah, and he prepared his army to fight the Romans and called the people to Jihad announcing his intent and destination. The Messenger sent his intent to various Arab areas around Al-Madinah to gather forces, and he collected an army of thirty thousand.[Ibn Kathir]

The outrageous AssWholliness of  these treacherous ‘public servants’ is second only to that  of the founder of the damned murder cult, who said:

  “My provision has been placed under the shadow of my spear, and abasement and humility have been placed on the one who disobeys my command.

The United Nations is part of the problem, not part of the solution. It must be dissolved! Let us begin by disrespectfully demanding withdrawal from the U.N.  and its  expulsion  from our soil. Sign this on line petition and email it to everyone in your address book. Exhort them to follow suit.  If you won’t take action, who will?  Will you waste the courage and effort of Geert Wilders, or will you stand up with him in support of life & liberty?

Wilders said that Islam must be banned. Take the first step: sign and propagate the Outlaw Islam petition.  Then copy this blog post, paste it into an email and send it to everyone in your address book.

You’ve Been Mooned!

Reuters quotes U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon about Fitna:

“There is no justification for hate speech or incitement to violence,” Ban said in a statement. “The right of free expression is not at stake here.”

The man chiefly responsible for enforcing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights asserts that there is no right to tell the truth about Islam. [Emphasis added for clarity.]

Article 19.

    Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

There is no justification for hate speech

3:12. Say (O Muhammad ) to those who disbelieve: “You will be defeated and gathered together to Hell, and worst indeed is that place to rest.” [Hilali & Khan]

5:60. Say (O Muhammad  to the people of the Scripture): “Shall I inform you of something worse than that, regarding the recompense from Allâh: those (Jews) who incurred the Curse of Allâh and His Wrath, those of whom (some) He transformed into monkeys and swines, those who worshipped Tâghût (false deities); such are worse in rank (on the Day of Resurrection in the Hellfire), and far more astray from the Right Path (in the life of this world).” [Hilali & Khan]

9:30. And the Jews say: ‘Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allâh, and the Christians say: Messiah is the son of Allâh. That is a saying from their mouths. They imitate the saying of the disbelievers of old. Allâh’s Curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth!

98:6. Verily, those who disbelieve (in the religion of Islâm, the Qur’ân and Prophet Muhammad ()) from among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) and Al-Mushrikûn will abide in the Fire of Hell. They are the worst of creatures.[Hilali & Khan]

or incitement to violence

8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

8:65. O Prophet (Muhammad )! Urge the believers to fight. If there are twenty steadfast persons amongst you, they will overcome two hundred, and if there be a hundred steadfast persons they will overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they (the disbelievers) are people who do not understand.

9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. [Hilali & Khan]

9:73. O Prophet (Muhammad )! Strive hard against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be harsh against them, their abode is Hell, – and worst indeed is that destination.

9:123. O you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allâh is with those who are the Al-Muttaqûn (the pious – see V.2:2).

The man chiefly in charge of maintaining peace and protecting human exhibits bias in favor of the world’s premier threat to peace & human rights.  The Secretary General, like his predecessor in office, is guilty of mopery &  AssWhollery. and ought therefore to be removed from office. Unfortunately, there is no possibility of replacing him with an honest statesman. Our only recourse is to get the U.S.A. out of the U.N. and the U.N. out of the U.S.A.

Let those who need more proof turn first to the United Nations: Investigate the Koran  petition, which documents many more of Islam’s conflicts with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Let lovers of life, liberty & peace sign and promote the Quit The U.N. petition. If you have viewed Fitna, you must understand the need to  Outlaw Islam.  If you have not yet endorsed those petitions, do  it now. And, in any case, email them to everyone in your address book, with an exhortation to forward them.  Saving western civilization is up to you, nobody else will do it.

Canadian Inquisition

Keith Bonnell wrote an excellent article, Commentator defends publishing controversial Muslim cartoons, about the case of Ezra Levant , who, as publisher of the Western Standard magazine, made eight of the infamous Danish Cartoons available to Canadian readers.Ezra Levant has been hauled before the Alberta Human Rights Council to give account of his offense to Islam. A second complaint has been lodged against him for republishing the cartoons on his blog in answer to the complaint.

Mr. Levant videotaped the inquisition and has posted videos on his blog. He also posted a transcript of his opening statement and a copy of the original complaint. I urge you to read those documents. His statement is one of the best and clearest expressions of the right to free speech.

In theory, it can’t happen here in the U.S.A., because of first amendment protection. In reality, it can and probably will, because of the corruption of our Judicial system. We owe it to ourselves and to futurity to stand up and scream curses, disrespectfully demanding the preservation of our rights before that happens.

The chief proponent of censorship is the United Nations, which resolved to ban criticism of Islam Dec. 24 last. Now is the time to get the U.S.A. out of the U.N. and the U.N. out of the U.S.A., while we still have the right to petition for redress of grievances. If you have not yet endorsed the Quit the U.N. petition, please do so now and email it to all your friends, asking them to endorse it and pass it on. Likewise the Outlaw Islam petition. The liberty you save will be your own, passed down to your children and grandchildren.
