UN Counter Terrorism: Malignant Malarkey!

The United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy Review

How does anyone expect to solve a serious problem without first identifying it and researching its cause?  The UN can not define terrorism because the OIC member states insist that Islamic attacks against Israel are “legitimate resistance”, not terrorism.

The draft resolution includes boiler plate common to many resolutions:

Reaffirming also that terrorism cannot and should not be associated with any
religion, nationality, civilization or ethnic group, [Emphasis added.]

That statement is an inversion of truth and morality; part of the problem, not part of the solution.  Terrorism is not an enemy, it is a tactic. Whose tactic is it?
Terrorism is associated with Islam because of egregious statements made in Islam’s canon of scripture & tradition.  Examine the evidence: Allah said that he would cast terror into the hearts of disbelievers.

  • 3:151. We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they joined others in worship with Allâh, for which He had sent no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong­doers)
  • 8:12. (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, “Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.”

Allah commanded Muslims to treat their victims harshly so as to terrify other prospective victims.

  • 8:57. So if you gain the mastery over them in war, punish them severely in order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson.

Other translators use more explicit terms.

Another ayeh confirms this one, fitting hand in glove with it, warning other intended victims.

  • 59:2. He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Bani An-Nadir) from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think that they would get out. And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allah! But Allah’s (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).

Allah commanded Muslims to maximize military strength to terrify potential enemies.

  • 8:60. And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery, etc.) to threaten the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom Allah does know. And whatever you shall spend in the Cause of Allah shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly.

Other translators are more explicit.

Allah cast terror, you have seen one example, another is more graphic concerning the consequences.

  • 33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.
  • 33:27. And He caused you to inherit their lands, and their houses, and their riches, and a land which you had not trodden (before). And Allâh is Able to do all things.

Allah promised a great reward to terrorists: extra credit towards an upgrade to their seats in his Celestial Bordello.

  • 9:120. It was not becoming of the people of Al-Madinah and the bedouins of the neighbourhood to remain behind Allah’s Messenger (Muhammad SAW when fighting in Allah’s Cause) and (it was not becoming of them) to prefer their own lives to his life. That is because they suffer neither thirst nor fatigue, nor hunger in the Cause of Allah, nor they take any step to raise the anger of disbelievers nor inflict any injury upon an enemy but is written to their credit as a deed of righteousness. Surely, Allah wastes not the reward of the Muhsinun

Any step taken to injure or enrage a disbeliever is a “deed of righteousness”.  On Judgment Day, Allah will weigh their sins against their good deeds. [7:8] [The Meaning of weighing the Deeds] The balance will determine their eternal destination: Celestial Bordello or fire.

Muhammad was not silent concerning terrorism: he bragged about it.

  • Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 7, Number 331:
    Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah:
    The Prophet said, “I have been given five things which were not given to any one else before me.
    1. Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month’s journey.
    2. The earth has been made for me (and for my followers) a place for praying and a thing to perform Tayammum, therefore anyone of my followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due.
    3. The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful for anyone else before me.
    4. I have been given the right of intercession (on the Day of Resurrection).
    5. Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only but I have been sent to all mankind.
  • Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:
    Narrated Abu Huraira:

    Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand.” Abu Huraira added: Allah’s Apostle has left the world and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not benefit by them).

It is clear on the face of the Qur’an & hadith that terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam.  Allah said he would cast terror, cast terror and his messenger was made victorious with terror. During the reign of Zia ul-Haq, Brig. S.K. Malik wrote a strategy manual for the army of Pakistan.  Two quotes stand out like sore thumbs.

This paragraph comes from the bottom of page 59. [Emphasis added.]

Terror struck into the hearts of the enemies is not only
a means, it is the end in itself. Once a condition of terror into
the opponent’s heart is obtained, hardly anything is left to be
achieved. It is the point where the means and the end meet
and merge. Terror is not a means of imposing decision upon
the enemy; it is me decision we wish to impose upon him.

There is one necessary prerequisite for instilling terror: the destruction of our faith. Islam’s strong faith shields Muslims from being terrorized. This paragraph comes from page 60. [Emphasis added.]

Terror cannot be struck into the hearts of an army by merely
cutting its lines of communication or depriving it of its routes
of withdrawal. It is basically related to the strength or weakness
of the human soul. It can be instilled only if the opponent’s
Faith is destroyed. Psychological dislocation is temporary;
spiritual dislocation is permanent. Psychological dislocation can be
produced by a physical act but this does not hold good of the
spiritual dislocation. To instill terror into the hearts of the enemy,
it is essential. in the ultimate analysis, to dislocate his Faith. An
invincible Faith is immune to terror. A weak Faith offers inroads
to terror. The Faith conferred upon us by the Holy Qur’an has
the inherent strength to ward off terror from us and to enable
us to strike terror into the enemy. Whatever the form or type of
strategy directed against the enemy, it must, in order to be effective,
be capable of striking terror into the hearts of the enemy. A strategy
that fails to attain this condition suffers from inherent drawbacks
and weaknesses; and should be reviewed and modified. This rule
is fully applicable to nuclear as well as conventional wars. It is
equally true of the strategy of nuclear deterrence in fashion
today. To be credible and effective, the strategy of deterrence
must be capable of striking terror into the hearts of the enemy.

Who created the association of Islam and terrorism?  The texts leave no doubt: Muhammad deliberately cultivated a reputation for barbarian rapine in the hope  of so terrifying his victims that they would surrender without a fight.  The Qur’anic Concept of War   shows us that  the association continues in modern times.

In his last instructions to the Magnificent Nineteen, Mohamed Atta wrote: “When the confrontation begins, strike like champions who do not want to go back to this world. Shout, ‘Allahu Akbar,’ because this strikes fear in the hearts of the non-believers.” [http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2001/sep/30/terrorism.september113]  Can anyone forget the words from the cockpit voice recorder?

The United Nations denies the identity of the enemy and its use of terrorism as a battle tactic. Instead, it seeks to conceal the fatal facts.   It is not sincerely interested in solving the problem of escalating terrorism; the UN is part of the problem, not part of the solution.

Ahmadiyya: Peaceful Islam; Fact or Fiction?

The main object of this Movement is to present the true, original message of Islam to the whole world — Islam as it is found in the Holy Quran and the life of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), obscured today by grave misconceptions and wrong popular notions.

Islam seeks to attract the hearts and minds of people towards the truth, by means of reasoning, good moral example, and the natural beauty of its principles. It neither aspires to gain political power, nor allows the use of force in support of the faith.

How will we know Islam as found in the Qur’an without reading it? How will we know the Profit’s life without reading his Sira & Sunnah? The quotation contains one egregious lie which I am compelled to expose to the world.

  • It neither aspires to gain political power, nor allows the use of force in support of the faith.
    • Islam does not aspire to temporal power.
    • Islam does not allow the use of force in support of the faith.

Islam aspires to gain political power: total world domination. I do not ask you to take my word for this fact, I have sufficient evidence to prove it. I quote from The Noble Qur’an, translated by Hilali & Khan. I link to ten parallel translations at http://www.quranbrowser.com. Tafsir references are to Ibn Kathir.

  • 13:41. See they not that We gradually reduce the land (of disbelievers, by giving it to the believers, in war victories) from its outlying borders. And Allâh judges, there is none to put back His Judgment and He is Swift at reckoning.
  • 21:44. Nay, We gave the luxuries of this life to these men and their fathers until the period grew long for them. See they not that We gradually reduce the land (in their control) from its outlying borders? Is it then they who will overcome.
  • 24:55. Allâh has promised those among you who believe, and do righteous good deeds, that He will certainly grant them succession to (the present rulers) in the earth, as He granted it to those before them, and that He will grant them the authority to practise their religion, that which He has chosen for them (i.e. Islâm). And He will surely give them in exchange a safe security after their fear (provided) they (believers) worship Me and do not associate anything (in worship) with Me. But whoever disbelieved after this, they are the Fâsiqûn (rebellious, disobedient to Allâh).
    • This is a promise from Allah to His Messenger that He would cause his Ummah to become successors on earth, i.e., they would become the leaders and rulers of mankind, through whom He would reform the world and to whom people would submit, so that they would have in exchange a safe security after their fear. This is what Allah did indeed do, may He be glorified and exalted, and to Him be praise and blessings. For He did not cause His Messenger to die until He had given him victory over Makkah, Khaybar, Bahrayn, all of the Arabian Peninsula and Yemen; and he took Jizyah from the Zoroastrians of Hajar and from some of the border lands of Syria; and he exchanged gifts with Heraclius the ruler of Byzantium, the ruler of Egypt and Alexandria, the Muqawqis, the kings of Oman and An-Najashi of Abyssinia, who had become king after Ashamah, may Allah have mercy on him and grant him honor…. Allah’s Promise to the Believers that He would grant them Succession
  • 9:33. It is He Who has sent His Messenger (Muhammad) with guidance and the religion of truth (Islâm), to make it superior over all religions even though the Mushrikûn (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh) hate (it).

Allah commands Muslims to fight pagans until only Allah is worshiped. He commands them to fight people with scriptural religions until they are subjugated and make annual extortion payments.

  • 8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.
  • 9:29. Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.

Only Allah has the right to be worshiped.

  • 2:255. Allâh! Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. Neither slumber, nor sleep overtake Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth. Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission? He knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter . And they will never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His Kursî extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great. [This Verse 2:255 is called Ayat-ul-Kursî.]
  • 23:116. So Exalted be Allâh, the True King, Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Lord of the Supreme Throne!

By this we learn that Allah is supreme, he rules the world. If any doubt remains after 24:55, then examine this crystal clear gem of exposure.

Clearly, the assertion that Islam seeks no temporal power is absolutely false, by the ample testimony of Allah and his Messenger!

Islam not only allows, but mandates offensive violence in obtaining temporal power. I do not ask you to take my word for this, I have ample evidence in Islam’s canon of scripture, tradition, jurisprudence & exegeses.

Jihad is mandated by Surah Al-Baqarah 216.

  • 2:216. Jihâd (holy fighting in Allâh’s Cause) is ordained for you (Muslims) though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allâh knows but you do not know.
    • In this Ayah, Allah made it obligatory for the Muslims to fight in Jihad against the evil of the enemy who transgress against Islam. Az-Zuhri said, “Jihad is required from every person, whether he actually joins the fighting or remains behind. Whoever remains behind is required to give support, if support is warranted; to provide aid, if aid is needed; and to march forth, if he is commanded to do so. If he is not needed, then he remains behind.”… Jihad is made Obligatory

Caution is required in reading that tafsir. this clause the evil of the enemy who transgress against Islam might seem to indicate that the mandate is strictly defensive. Transgression against Isnam is not so narrowly defined. I direct your attention to the Tafsir of 5:33.

  • (The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land.) `Wage war‘ mentioned here means, oppose and contradict, and it includes disbelief, blocking roads and spreading fear in the fairways…. The Punishment of those Who Cause Mischief in the Land

Disbelief in Allah is sufficient to subject you to the listed hudud. It is also sufficient to make you a victim of offensive warfare. The primary Jihad imperatives are contained in Al-Anfal 39 and At-Taubah 29 which are quoted above. Al Anfal 60 commands Muslims to maintain strength and preparation for war. Hilali & Khan go slightly overboard in contemporizing in their parenthetic commentary.

  • 8:60. At-Taubah 123 confirms the earlier imperatives.

  • 9:123. O you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allâh is with those who are the Al-Muttaqûn (the pious – see V.2:2).

Those imperatives are not anachronistic. Jihad will be performed continuously from the beginning of Moe’s mission to Judgment Day. Jihad is the Muslim’s ‘original religion’; they will be cursed if they abandon it.

  • Abu Dawud Book 14, Number 2526Narrated Anas ibn Malik:

    The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: Three things are the roots of faith: to refrain from (killing) a person who utters, “There is no god but Allah” and not to declare him unbeliever whatever sin he commits, and not to excommunicate him from Islam for his any action; and jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal (Antichrist). The tyranny of any tyrant and the justice of any just (ruler) will not invalidate it. One must have faith in Divine decree.

  • Abu Dawud Book 23, Number 3455:

    Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:

    I heard the Apostle of Allah, (peace_be_upon_him) say: When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.

Shari’ah, Islam’s canon of jurisprudence, is based primarily on the Qur’an & hadith. Umdat as-Salik contains some vital information which confirms what I have revealed to you. I quote from Umdat as-Salik. Book O, Chapter 9.

O9.1: The Obligatory Character of Jihad

Jihad is a communal obligation (def: c3.2). When enough people perform it to successfully accomplish it, it is no longer obligatory upon others (O: the evidence for which is the Prophet’s saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),

“He who provides the equipment for a soldier in jihad has himself performed jihad,”

and Allah Most High having said:

“Those of the believers who are unhurt but sit behind are not equal to those who fight in Allah’s path with their property and lives. Allah has preferred those who fight with their property and lives a whole degree above those who sit behind. And to each, Allah has promised great good” (Koran 4:95).

If none of those concerned perform jihad, and it does not happen at all, then everyone who is aware that it is obligatory is guilty of sin, if there was a possibility of having performed it. In the time of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina. As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, “Jihad is a communal obligation,” meaning upon the Muslims each year.

The second state is when non-Muslims invade a Muslim country or near to one, in which case jihad is personally obligatory (def: c3.2) upon the inhabitants of that country, who must repel the non-Muslims with whatever they can).

O9.8: The Objectives of Jihad

The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,

“Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled” (Koran 9.29),…

. Take note of the last highlighted phrase in O9.1: meaning upon the Muslims each year. What does it mean? Could it possibly mean that offensive Jihad against Kuffar must be performed at least once each year until Dar al-Harb is entirely conquered? Al-Shaffi’i & Al-Ghazali agree on this essential matter of Shari’ah.

Al-Shafi’i (God have mercy on him) said: “The least that the imam must do is that he allow no year to pass without having organised a military expedition by himself, or by his raiding parties, according to the Muslims’ interest, so that the jihad will only be stopped in a year for a (reasonable) excuse.” He said: “If he did not undertake the sending of enough troops to fight, those who are absent (must) go out, and consider as an obligation that which God (who is praised) said.” I said: “What I have mentioned showed that if a group was needed to carry out an expedition, [f. 175 a] our duty was incumbent on all of them.

Below is what Al-Ghazali actually wrote about jihad war, and the treatment of the vanquished non-Muslim dhimmi peoples (from the Wagjiz, written in 1101 A.D.): …one must go on jihad (i.e., warlike razzias or raids) at least once a year…one may use a catapult against them [non-Muslims] when they are in a fortress, even if among them are women and children. One may set fire to them and/or drown them…If a person of the Ahl al-Kitab [People of The Book – Jews and Christians, typically] is enslaved, his marriage is [automatically] revoked…One may cut down their trees…One must destroy their useless books. Jihadists may take as booty whatever they decide…they may steal as much food as they need…

Scoffers & skeptics are diredted to click these tafsir titles and read the tafsir which confirm the obvious. Therein you will discover the roots of supremacism, triumphalism & offensive Jihad.

Terrorism: Islamic Sacrament


Two pending United Nations resolutions share a common deception with previous resolutions and common dogma. Lets examine them closely. [Bold red font added for clarity.]

7. Expresses deep concern in this respect that Islam is frequently and wrongly associated with human rights violations and terrorism;

Agreed Draft Resolution on the Elimination of all forms of intolerance and of discrimination based on religion or belief

13. Also emphasixes that no religion should be equated with terrorism, as this may have adverse consequences on the enjoyment of the right to freedom of religion or belief of all members of the religious communities concerned,

How frequently is the association between Islam and rights violations & terrorism made?  Is there an acceptable threshold of frequency, or is any single suggestion of association unacceptable to the UN morality police? Could they perhaps be persuaded to list & enumerated the offensive statements that cause them deep concern?

The deep concern expressed is that Islam is “Wrongly associated” with rights violations & terrorism.  The unstated premise is that Islam neither violates human rights nor engages in terrorism.  We must examine that  premise in the light of truth.

        • 4:34. Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them) from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient (to Allah and to their husbands), and guard in the husband’s absence what Allah orders them to guard (e.g. their chastity, their husband’s property, etc.). As to those women on whose part you see illconduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful), but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allah is Ever Most High, Most Great.
          • Indeed, Allah ordered the wife to obey her husband and prohibited her from disobeying him, because of the enormity of his rights and all that he does for her.  [Dealing with the Wife’s Ill-Conduct]
        • 4:11. Allah commands you as regards your children’s (inheritance); to the male, a portion equal to that of two females;
          • Allah commands that both males and females take a share in the inheritance, although the portion of the males is twice as much as that of the females. There is a distinction because men need money to spend on their dependants, commercial transactions, work and fulfillling their obligations. Consequently, men get twice the portion of the inheritance that females get. [Males Get Two Times the Share of Females for Inheritance]
        • 2:282. …And if there are not two men (available), then a man and two women, such as you agree for witnesses, so that if one of them (two women) errs, the other can remind her
          • (so that if one of them errs) refers to the two women witnesses; whenever one of them forgets a part of the testimony, (the other can remind her) meaning, the other woman’s testimony mends the shortcoming of forgetfulness in the first woman.       • 3:85. And whoever seeks a religion other than Islm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.
      • 3:110. You [true believers in Islmic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad  and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin Al-Ma’rûf (i.e. Islmic Monotheism and all that Islm has ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islm has forbidden), and you believe in Allah. And had the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better for them; among them are some who have faith, but most of them are Al-Fsiqûn (disobedient to Allah – and rebellious against Allh’s Command).

        • O11.5.2 are distinguished from Muslims in dress, wearing a wide cloth belt (zunnar);
        • O11.5.4 must keep to the side of the street;
        • O11.5.6 are forbidden to openly display wine or pork, (A: to ring church bells or display crosses,) recite the Torah or Evangel aloud, or make public display of their funerals and feastdays;
        • O11.5.7 and are forbidden to build new churches

The authors of the resolutions assert that Islam is wrongly associated with human rights violations; implying that Islam is innocent of violating human rights.  I haveproved that Islam is a human rights violator.

I used used quotations from Islam’s canon of scripture to prove the fact that Islam considers women to be chattle property, tilth for men to plow.  It allocates to them half the inheritance a male receives and their testimony is weighted as half that of a male.

I used quotations from Islam’s canon of scripture and jurisprudence to prove the fact that Islam violates the rights of religious minorities.  How can the authors of the resolutions disprove those indisputable facts?

    • 3:151. We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they joined others in worship with Allah, for which He had sent no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of the Zlimûn (polytheists and wrong­doers).
    • 8:12. (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, “Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.
    • 33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers) Allah brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.
      • (and cast terror into their hearts;) means fear, because they had supported the idolators in their war against the Messenger of Allah and the one who knows is not like the one who does not know. [The Campaign against Banu Qurayzah]
    • 59:2. He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Bani An-Nadir) from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think that they would get out. And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from Allah! But Allah’s (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O you with eyes (to see).
      • (and He cast terror into their hearts) means, Allah cast fear, terror and fright in their hearts, and why would that not happen to them He who was given victory, by Allah frightening his enemies the distance of a month, laid siege to them.  [The Reason behind the Battle of Bani An-Nadir]
    • 59:13. Verily, you (believers in the Oneness of Allah – Islamic Monotheism) are more awful as a fear in their (Jews of Bani An-Nadir) breasts than Allah. That is because they are a people who comprehend not (the Majesty and Power of Allah).
    • Allah made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a distance of one month’s journey. [Bukhari 1.7.331]
    • I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), [Bukhari 4.52.220]

The authors of the resolutions assert that Islam is wrongly associated/equated with terrorism, implying that Islam is innocent of it.

I have displayed to you ayat which show beyond doubt that Allah sanctified and Moe engaged in terrorizing his intended victims.  One of them, 59:2, ends with a warning to future victims.  Another ayeh has a similar theme.

8:57. So if you gain the mastery over them in war, punish them severely in order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson.

It is clear, on the face of Islam’s canon of scripture that terrorism is an intrinsic sacramental tactic of Islam.  I have also displayed quotes from two hadith in which Moe braggs about being made victorious by terror.  That is the clincher.

Beat them to death so that others will see and be scared defenceless.  I have been made victorious by terror.  But, no, Islam has no association with terrorism.  Let the authors of the resolutions come forth and offer relevant, verifiable evidence to substantiate their assertion.  If they shall quote the Qur’an, let them make first ascertain that their ayat have not been abrogated by latter recitations.

What is the big deal; the cause of deep concern ? Why shouldn’t  Islam be associated with or equated with terrorism?

this may have adverse consequences on the enjoyment of the right to freedom of religion or belief of all members of the religious communities concerned,

Oh mercy! Some curmudgeon might demand impairment of Muslim’s right to practice Islam!  Where in Hell are these rights ordained:

  • right to conquer
  • right to kill
  • right to terrify
  • right to enslave
  • right to plunder
  • right to rape.

Nowhere  but:

If Muslims have a right to practice Islam then we have no rights. This is because:

  1. Allah commands Muslims to fight pagans & atheists until only Allah is worshiped in the entire world. This commandment is contained in 8:3839. This commandment is confirmed by Ibn Kathir in the following tafsir; its title is dispositive. The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
  2. Allah commands Muslims to fight ‘people of the book’ until we are subjugated and pay extortion. This commandment is contained in 9:29. This commandment is confirmed by Ibn Kathir in the following tafsir: its title is dispositive. The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
  3. In confirming those two commands, Moe declared that our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims until we become Muslims by submitting to Allah.  I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.“[Bukhari 1.8.387]
  4. The relationship between Allah and the Ummah al Islamiyaa is that of master:slave. This fact is made clear in 9:111. Verily, Allah has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allh’s Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurt (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur’n. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success .
  5. The compact with Satan is confirmed in Surah As-Saff. 61:10-13 tell Muslims of a commerce that will save them from Hellfire and assurre their admission to Paradise. That commerce is Jihad: holy fighting in Allah’s cause.
  6. Only Allah has the right to be worshipped. 3:2. Allah! La ilaha illa Huwa  (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists.
  7. Jihad, genocide and terrorism are intrinsic Islamic sacraments; part of the regular practice of Islam. Jihad is defined in Shariah and prescribed as an annual practice.

O9.0: Jihad

(O: Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion….

O9.1  As for subsequent times, there are two possible states in respect to non-Muslims.

The first is when they are in their own countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation, and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, “Jihad is a communal obligation,” meaning upon the Muslims each year.

O9.8: The Objectives of Jihad

The caliph (o25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,…

The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim (O: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax (jizya) ) (n: though according to the Hanafi school, peoples of all other religions, even idol worshippers, are permitted to live under the protection of the Islamic state if they either become Muslim or agree to pay the poll tax, the sole exceptions to which are apostates from Islam and idol worshippers who are Arabs, neither of whom has any choice but becoming Muslim (al-Hidaya sharh Bidaya al-mubtadi’ (y21), 6.48-49) ).

So long as Islam is practiced, human rights are violated and we have neither peace nor security.

Jihad: Conclusion


In Part 1, we compared ten translations of 2:216, which ordains fighting and makes it mandatory for Muslims. We consulted Ibn Kathir’s tafsir of that ayeh:  Jihad is made Obligatory, and learned that:

  1. Fighting is obligatory, not optional, Allah ordained it.
  2. Jihad is required from every person,
    1. to march forth
    2. to aid
    3. to support
  3. Fighting is difficult and an emotional burden; includes:
    1. being killed
    2. wounded
    3. striving against the enemy
    4. hardship of travel.
  4. Fighting is good for you; has benefits:
    1. followed by victory
    2. dominance over the enemy
    3. taking his:
      1. lands
      2. money
      3. wives & children.
  5. Refraining from fighting has negative consequences:
    1. dispossession
    2. dominance by the enemy.

In Part 2, we examined 8:39 and its tafsir, wherein we learned that Muslims are commanded to fight Pagans & disbelievers until there is no more resistance and only Allah is worshiped.

From 8:57 & 8:60, we got the first hints of the linkage between Jihad and terrorism. Defeated Kuffar are to be severely punished as a warning to others and maximum force is to be accrued to threaten them.

From 8:65, we learned of the urge to fight, and from 8:67 we learned of the mandate of genocide. and from Sahih Muslim19.4327, we learned that Moe obtained special dispensation to accrue spoils of war, relating to the title of the Surah.

In Part 3,  we explored 9:29, learning that Muslims are commanded to fight Jews & Christians until they are subjugated and pay extortion. We confirmed that by consulting Ibn Kathir’s Tafsir: The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah.

In 9:33 and its tafsir: Islam is the Religion That will dominate over all Other Religions, we learned that Islam must and will dominate all religions.

In 9:38…41 we learned the urgency & importance of marching forth in Jihad, how failure to do so will be punished.

In Part 4, we looked into Sharia, found in  The Reliance of the Traveller, discovering ample confirmation of the definition of Jihad, its declaration & execution of war against Pagans and Jews & Christians. We learned that Jihad must be performed annually and confirmed that fact from statements by Al-Ghazali & Al-Shafi’i.

In Part 5, we examined 9:111, learning the relationship between Allah and Muslims, which is master: slave. We discovered that Allah purchased the Muslims so that they fight in his cause, kill others and are killed.

From As-Saff 10-13, we learned what Muslims must do to be saved; to escape Hellfire and enter Paradise: they must participate in Jihad.

From Abu Dawud Book 14, Number 2526, we learned that: jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal (Antichrist). Meaning, from 610 to the end of the world.

From Abu Dawud Book 23, Number 3455, we learned what will happen to Muslims if they abandon Jihad for productive pursuits: “Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion. ”  Whereby we know that Jihad and Islam are synonymous.

Jihad: Part2


In the first installment, we delved into Surah Al-Baqarah, examining 2:216 and its tafsir. We learned that Jihad is holy fighting in Allah’s cause, that it is physical fighting, risking injury & death and that it is mandatory, not optional.  But how is it affected by later Surahs? Was it abrogated?   We’ll look to the next Surah, Al-Anfal, for part of the answer.

The name: Al-Anfal, is instructive. It means “the spoils”. That’s right, war booty. Why would Allah’s book, the scripture of the religion of peace, have a chapter named spoils? Perhaps because Jihad is mandatory in Islam.  Jihad, against whom?
In Surah Al-Anfal, Jihad is against pagans, particularly the Meccans. Before jumping for joy, believing the scope & term of the command to be limited, consider the translator’s commentary to 8:39, which is appended.

8:38. Say to those who have disbelieved, if they cease (from disbelief) their past will be forgiven. But if they return (thereto), then the examples of those (punished) before them have already preceded (as a warning).

8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

(V.8:39) It is mentioned by some of the Islamic religious scholars that, that will be at the
time when Ise (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary)  will descend on the earth, and
he will not accept any other religion except Islam ” The True Religion of Allah ” Islamic
monotheism).(V.8:39) A) See the footnote of (\/.2:193).[That note quotes one of the hadith cited by Ibn Kathir below.]

  • What are Muslims commanded to do? fight them
  • Who are they? those who have disbelieved
  • What are the terminal conditions?
    • no more disbelief
    • no more polytheism
    • religion for Allah alone.

Does this ayeh really mean what it says?

Allah then commanded fighting the disbelievers when He said:(…until there is no more Fitnah) meaning, Shirk. This is the opinion of Ibn `Abbas, Abu Al-`Aliyah, Mujahid, Al-Hasan, Qatadah, Ar-Rabi`, Muqatil bin Hayyan, As-Suddi and Zayd bin Aslam.

Allah’s statement:

(…and the religion (all and every kind of worship) is for Allah (Alone).) means, `So that the religion of Allah becomes dominant above all other religions.‘ It is reported in the Two Sahihs that Abu Musa Al-Ash`ari said: “The Prophet was asked, `O Allah’s Messenger! A man fights out of bravery, and another fights to show off, which of them fights in the cause of Allah’ The Prophet said:

(He who fights so that Allah’s Word is superior, then he fights in Allah’s cause.) In addition, it is reported in the Two Sahihs: (I have been ordered (by Allah) to fight the people until they proclaim, `None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’. Whoever said it, then he will save his life and property from me, except for cases of the law, and their account will be with Allah.)… The Order to fight until there is no more Fitnah

In confirming what we already knew, Ibn Kathir cited the two ahadith I planned to use,  I linked to them in line so that you can verify them.

Moe’s statement that he was ordered to fight the people until they become Muslim, that they thereby save their lives and property from him, clearly confirms the order to fight contained in 8:39.

That is not the end of the matter for Al-Anfal.

8:60. And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery, etc.) to threaten the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom Allah does know. And whatever you shall spend in the Cause of Allah shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly.

8:65O Prophet (Muhammad)! Urge the believers to fight. If there are twenty steadfast persons amongst you, they will overcome two hundred, and if there be a hundred steadfast persons they will overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they (the disbelievers) are people who do not understand.

8:67. It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allâh desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

8:69. So enjoy what you have gotten of booty in war, lawful and good, and be afraid of Allâh. Certainly, Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

8:57 & 8:60 are tokens of terrorism: punishing defeated Kuffar so as to admonish others and building up as much force as possible to threaten other potential victims. 8:65 is an obvious example of warmongering. 8:67 makes great slaughter a prerequisite for admission to Paradise; it sanctifies genocide. 8:69, along with 8:1 & 8:41, shows us what the title of this Surah is all about.  They find ample reinforcement in this hadith:

Sahih Muslim Book 019, Number 4327:
The spoils of war were not made lawful for any people before us, This is because Allah saw our weakness and humility and made them lawful for us.

Next we turn to Surah Al-Taubah, next to last in order of revelation, to see if it confirms or abrogates our present discoveries.

Islamic Terror Part 3


In Part 2 of this series, we focused on Al-Anfal 12 and Ibn Kathir’s explanation of that verse.  Now we move on to Al-Anfal 60.

8:60. And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery, etc.) to threaten the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom Allah does know. And whatever you shall spend in the Cause of Allah shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly.

Hilali& Khan added modern weaponry parenthetically. Note its purpose: to threaten the enemy of Allah. Other translations vary, lets have a look at the difference.

  • that thereby ye may dismay the enemy of Allah [Pickthall]
  • to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies [Yusuf Ali]
  • to frighten thereby the enemy of Allah [Shakir]
  • whereby you may frighten the enemy of ALLAH [Sher Ali]
  • that you may frighten the enemies of GOD, [Khalifa]
  • to terrify thereby the enemy of God [Arberry]
  • make the enemies of God, and your enemies, and others beside them, in dread thereof. [Palmer]
  • whereby ye may strike terror into the enemy of God [Rodwell]
  • whereby ye may strike a terror into the enemy of God [Sale]

Three translators chose strike terror, three chose frighten followed by dismay & make in dread.  Lets see what Ibn Kathir wrote about this.

…(60. And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war to threaten the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others besides them, whom you may not know but whom Allah does know. And whatever you shall spend in the cause of Allah shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly.)
Striking Hard against Those Who disbelieve and break the Covenants

He repeated it without comment in this tafsir. But he also referenced 8:57 in this tafsir. Pay close attention to the emphasized clause.

(So if you gain the mastery over them in war), if you defeat them and have victory over them in war,

(then disperse those who are behind them,) by severely punishing ﴿the captured people﴾ according to Ibn `Abbas, Al-Hasan Al-Basri, Ad-Dahhak, As-Suddi, `Ata’ Al-Khurasani and Ibn `Uyaynah. This Ayah commands punishing them harshly and inflicting casualties on them. This way, other enemies, Arabs and non-Arabs, will be afraid and take a lesson from their end,

The statement about frightening the enemy is repeated in this tafsir:

…(to threaten), or to strike fear, (the enemy of Allah and your enemy), the disbelievers,

(and others besides them), such as Bani Qurayzah, according to Mujahid, or persians, according to As-Suddi….

FITNA!!!


Jehovah,  grant us thy blessing:  statesmen like Geert Wilders ,  with testicles and  spines; with courage and conviction.
Geert Wilders has produced and published Fitna, which reveals the evil of Islam directly from its book of  damnation.
Amen!

While Geert Wilders lifts the lid from Hell and gives us a clear view, our own elected officials lie to us, concealing the identity & nature of the evil entity which is a clear, proximate & perpetual threat to our lives and liberties.

Sons of Apes And Pigs has posted the AFP article describing Fitna and a direct link to the movie at Livelink. Due to the slow speed of my dialup connection, I am composing this while waiting for the video to buffer. The movie appears to be smoothly produced, and the content I have seen thus far is excellent, juxtaposing the text of 8:60 with the image of the attack on the World Traid Towers.

Take due notice: the movie’s title is a reference to 5:33.  which prescribes diabolic hudud for Fitna.
