VICTORY Is Not Defeat

Myth vs Fact 14

Myth Fact
Islam: Religion of peace. 3:13 There has already been a sign for you (O Jews) in the two armies that met (in combat i.e. the battle of Badr): One was fighting in the Cause of Allâh, and as for the other (they) were disbelievers. They (the believers) saw them (the disbelievers) with their own eyes twice their number (although they were thrice their number). And Allâh supports with His Victory whom He pleases. Verily, in this is a lesson for those who understand. (See Verse 8:44). (Tafsir At-Tabarî)

Please…Not Another DS Proponent

Barack Obama. Although I have no intentions of voting for the man, I did have some inkling of respect for him going up against The Rodham (Czarina) and for his “projected candor”. We all know that the politicians no longer represent “We The People”. The status quo in DC is unacceptable.

Shortly, I will have videos up in the VOD:POD of his “sound goods”.

On the same day that Barack Obama outlined his plan for tougher restrictions on lobbyists, the campaign manager to a rival Democratic presidential candidate questioned his commitment to practicing a new kind of politics.

His yapping to the Vocal Minority left fringe moonbats is laughable. It stems from the misconception that a “few radicals has hijacked a peaceful religion”. That statement right there and anyone agreeing with it, is not worthy to clean toilets at a zoo, let alone be POTUS.

Case in point. The below video, albeit the speaker has good intentions and the “sound good” sound bytes appear to be sincere, places on public display the ignorance of the inexperienced. When will politicians listen to those that know?

There are other videos in my VOD:POD listed under “favorites” of Barack. I haven’t “caught” him in any lies yet but I am sure they will follow. Of the three DNC front-runners, he appears to be the most honest. We all know that Hillary is a flat-out liar and criminal. Edwards has stated that he isn’t quite sure what a rich person is.

Naturally, no one being offered up by the DNC has a snowball’s chance in hell to match tit for tat with the likes of Fred Thompson.

Until We The People get someone that will adhere to the tenets of Reagan Conservatism, tis country will continue to suffer.

This is what I am talking about.  The creature is out of touch and is doing EXACTLY what he has been whining about others doing.  Double Standards.  Moron.

CBS News: (go figure)

Sen. Barack Obama told a church convention Saturday that some right-wing evangelical leaders have exploited and politicized religious beliefs in an effort to sow division.

“But somehow, somewhere along the way, faith stopped being used to bring us together and faith started being used to drive us apart. Faith got hijacked, partly because of the so-called leaders of the Christian Right, all too eager to exploit what divides us,” the Democratic presidential candidate said in a 30-minute speech before a national meeting of the United Church of Christ.

“At every opportunity, they’ve told evangelical Christians that Democrats disrespect their values and dislike their church, while suggesting to the rest of the country that religious Americans care only about issues like abortion and gay marriage, school prayer and intelligent design,” he said.

Shibboleth: Monopoly

Radio broadcasting is an artificial oligopoly. The restricted spectrum & ERP limit the practical density of transmitters. With the addition of the FM service, more frequencies became available, allowing for more competition in the market.

One factor limits competition: the FCC’s issuance of licenses. Before kvetching about monopoly, survey every major market, and compare the number of licenses to the maximum number of transmitters that can operate without mutual interference in the market area. If the market is not saturated, either there is a lack of demand, a lack of capitol, or the market is being restricted politically.

Here we have a government determining how many radio stations there will be in a market, and declaring that content must be regulated because there is a monopoly.

This is equivalent to:

  • intentional iatrogenic disease

  • morticians murdering to generate business

  • firemen committing arson.

Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity & Mark Levin started out small and worked their way up, building skills and audiences; moving from smaller to larger markets. So did John Hightower, but he did not achieve the same success. Al Franken, Gov. Cuomo, Senator Gore & Senator Daschle dreamed of making it big. They failed miserably because of inexperience, poor production values and failure to inform and entertain their audiences.

Their solution: punish those who are successful by enacting laws to stifle their free speech rights.

The whole scam is about creating a propaganda monopoly for Socialism by preventing free market supporters from effective public speech. Our recourse is to the polls. Send the Socialists home at the next election!!!

Islam Needs an Exorcist.

A Statement of Charges!

Max Flack Report

Where am I? I’m not supposed to be running an anti-Jihad website. I’m an old man. I’m supposed to be drinking gallons of coffee, jogging three miles a day and sitting in front of the TV set swearing at the Chicago Cubs—or cursing the computer; one is as irritating as the other. That’s what old men are supposed to do—make themselves as useless as possible, but then those bastards brought down the World Trade Center and everything changed. Well, not for everybody—but for me and Rocco DiPippo and Geraldo Rivera and millions of other Americans. But for some it’s been business as usual—for Rosie O’Donnell and Sean Penn, for the Democratic Party, for most of the Republican Party, for the campus SWINE (Students Woefully Ignorant of Nearly Everything), for the KKKK (Kollegiate Kustodians of all Kultural Knowledge), the radical left college professors like Ward Churchill, Robert Jensen and Nicolas DeGenova that dominate what passes for thought on American campuses, not much has changed. Maybe it’s because stupidity loves company and cowardice craves it even more.

There are 250,000,000 people in this world who believe it is okay to kill innocent men, women and children if it will advance the cause of their religion. That’s a lot of empty heads and 249,999,000 of them are Muslims. Not enough to alarm Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama perhaps but enough to send Jethro running to Uncle Jed for a new calculator. (“Two-hundred-fifty million, Uncle Jed! Two-hundred-fifty million!” “Now calm down, Jethro, calm down.”)

Two-hundred-and-fifty million! That number would terrify Dr. Frankenstein—he created one miserable measly monster; Mohammed has created hundreds of millions of them—Mohammed Atta, Osama bin Laden, Omar Bakri Mohammed, the Ayatollah Khomeini; Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Muqtada al-Sadr, Asan Akbar; Omar Abdel Rahman, a thousand jihadists named Mohammed residing inside one square mile in Pakistan—maybe inside one square block. They abound in New York, in California, in Michigan—in a mosque near you. Islam is a sick religion. It would be obvious if the dervishes would sit still long enough to have their temperatures taken. Franklin Graham said Islam was an evil religion. Many people agree with Graham but do not have the courage to say so. (Look! There lies Theo van Gogh—he disrespected Islam! How long did his movie last? Ten Minutes? Not worth getting killed over!)

Islam needs an exorcist worse than Linda Blair. And what does the Democratic Party have to offer—not William Blatty but Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid! Their recommendation—pull out of Iraq! They have been studying the Jubilation T. Cornpone Diaries. They know all about quagmires. Sure, quagmires, quicksand bogs…the stuff Foggy Bottom is made of. The United States is in a worse position today than it was right after the Second Battle of Bull Run—worse than it was after Pearl Harbor. Jefferson Davis did not want to invade the North. Lincoln could have walked away from the war and it would have been over. Japan wanted one battle with the United States, the one it had just fought—that was it. Neither could have conquered the United States and the same goes for Nazi Germany. In war, the initiative is everything. Pelosi and Reid would give it up. They would give it up for what…for talks…for talks with whom? (Look, Sancho, there’s another moderate Muslim! That’s the second one in 200 years! We’re making progress!) Good luck in finding Waldo.

There is nothing moderate about Islam. To believe in Allah and Mohammed is a Muslim’s highest goal. After that it’s Jihad—not the internal struggle between the id and the super-ego but Holy War, the quickest and surest way to Paradise. Mohammed Atta waged Jihad in the dar al-Harb against the nonbelievers; Salman Rushdie engaged in the other Jihad, the inner struggle. Rushdie lost and was anathematized. Whenever a suicide bomber strikes the moderate Muslim talks about Islam’s other Jihad, his struggle with his inner self. Opie Taylor struggled with his inner self every day. Should I cheat on the test? Should I hide Barney’s bullet? He didn’t turn it into a major life-and-death production. Islam’s inner struggle is nine-tenths nonsense—eyewash for dhimmis willing to be deluded—a way for a Muslim to avoid his complicity in one terrorist act after another. (“I was in Florida on St. Valentine’s Day, Mister Ness”)

Bring Abe Lincoln back to life and set him in the White House and it would be hours—maybe days—before he would realize it wasn’t 1863. (“Mr. President, the neocons want more money for the war.” “Neocons? Oh, you must mean Ben Wade and Zach Chandler.”) (“Senator Clinton to see you about the quagmire, Mr. President.” “The quagmire? It’s the Potomac, Mr. Hay. It always smells like this in the summertime.”) (“Who was that man? Clement Vallandigham?” “No, Mr. President, it was Harry Reid.”) (“And this woman’s group…they want to free the slaves in…Louisiana?” “No, Mr. President, they want to free the women in Iraq.”) There’s something wrong here.

And now a civil war is raging in Palestine. Was there an alternative? Ask Hamas Mouse. Hold a séance with Hanadi Jaradat. Check the Rogues Gallery—Yasser Arafat, Jimmy Carter, the Roadmap to Peace, the PLO, Hamas, the al-Aqsa Brigade, Islamic Jihad, intifadas, the right of return, Mad-Rats-Asses schools with textbooks that say: “There is no alternative to destroying Israel.” It’s a veritable devil’s playground—the Middle East. And lurking underneath this Hades on Earth is a crime so shocking in its magnitude it would have left Joseph Goebbels, Baldur von Schirach and the Hitler Youth gasping for breath—the systematic poisoning of the minds of generations of Palestinian children.

And the wonderful thing about all this—the war in Iraq, the horrors in Palestine, and the war on terror—is that it’s George W. Bush’s fault. Go ahead—ask Howard Dean…ask Dennis Kucinich. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) hasn’t accused George W. Bush of this, but the Democratic Party has. What a movie this will make in the 25th Century—Mel Gibson’s The Passion of the Bush.

Had enough? Okay? Let’s put the blame where it belongs—on Islam. It wasn’t Osama bin Laden who brought down the World Trade Center and it wasn’t Mohammed Atta or the creepy slugs preaching hatred in a thousand mosques across the world—it was ISLAM! Words on paper can mean a lot. The Qur’an and Islam’s problems predated the birth of Thomas Jefferson by a thousand years. Old Jeff might have sent Stephen Decatur to Tripoli but he wasn’t responsible for the Crusades or Islam’s inability to come to grips with the modern world. It was Mohammed that drove the Jews out of Palestine.

The differences between Islam and Christianity are too numerous and too horrifying to dwell upon for any length of time but there is one difference that one should not forget—now pay attention, Howard Dean—Jesus Christ died for our sins; Mohammed has made millions of people die for his. Islam cannot be forgiven for what it did to the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.

Which Fred Is Running?

From JB Williams, via email:

Which Fred is Running for President?
Written by JB Williams

I probably know more about Fred Thompson than any other candidate, which is why I worked with my reader base to help draft Fred into the ’08 Presidential race. But that doesn’t mean that an honest concerned American doesn’t need to ask the right questions before climbing fully onboard any political train today.

If Jesus Christ himself were running today, we’d have to ask the same questions in light of today’s deception and corruption filled arena of national politics, especially if Jesus is now a member of CFR. So, though I’m thrilled that Fred Thompson has answered the people’s call to run, I’m still waiting to see which Fred is going to run.

Will it be the real pro-American, conservative, plain-spoken good-ole-boy from down south Fred Thompson, who knows what he thinks, says what he thinks and makes no apologies for what he thinks?

Or will it be the new and improved Fred Thompson, spit shined by the globalist oriented and liberal leaning Council on Foreign Relations? – The organization largely responsible for turning a good American conservative family into a spineless bunch of so-called “compassionate conservatives” whose greatest accomplishment might just be their destruction of the Republican Party and true American conservatism.

We’re about to find out when Fred soon formally announces his candidacy, expected to take place on or around Independence Day.

Just in case Fred is reading this morning, I’ll make my personal plea for the real Fred Thompson to stand up, the one the people drafted… the one that can not be manipulated into policy platforms that the real Fred would never support, just for political expediency.

Senator Fred Thompson stood with the conservative base of the Republican Party

* Strongly Opposed to Abortion
* Supportive of Gender & Ethnic Equality
* Strongly Opposed to Special Treatment based on Sexual Orientation
* Opposed to “hate-crime” protections based on Sexual Orientation
* Supports teaching family values in school
* Opposes any Federal Health Care System
* Supports privatizing Social Security
* Strongly supports school vouchers and parental choice
* Supports a death penalty for violent crimes
* Strongly supports Gun ownership rights
* Opposes welfare for illegal aliens
* Supports an immigrant work visa program
* Supports fair free trade
* Supports honest campaign financing and reporting
* Supports stronger intelligence, military and security spending
* Supports International Peace Keeping Coalitions
* Opposes government waste and growth
* Supports efforts to reduce and eliminate illegal drug use
* Supports allowing churches to provide community support

Recently, Thompson spoke plainly about the current illegal immigration problem… in a radio message titled Southern Exposure.

In an interview with conservative radio host Mark Levin, Thompson commented on the current Washington wrangling over the illegal immigrant vote, – “The Democrats have decided that the politicians that make it the easiest for people to come into this country are going to get their votes. And some of the Republicans are looking at that and saying, “They may just be right, and we want to get in on the action.” I think that’s driving a lot of this. You know, I don’t know the answer to that, but if you study history, you come to the conclusion that doing the right thing often times works out. We can’t predict how this is going to work or how that’s going to work, but when the rule of law is at stake, when national security is at stake, when you’re doing some things that’s unfair to good people who are standing in line waiting their turn to be good United States citizens legally, then you have to put that [politics] aside.”

At this late stage of a problem that has been allowed to exist since the closing of Ellis Island in the 50’s, anyone who claims to know exactly which silver bullet will solve the illegal immigrant problem is either an outright liar or an idiot. But starting from a very conservative pro-law enforcement position is certainly a good start.

He’s technically not yet in the race, but already leading the field for the nomination.

I predict that if Fred gets this issue right in his campaign platform, he will trounce not only all other Republican candidates in the RNC primaries, but every other candidate running for the oval office. Both conservatives and liberals are angry over the current push for amnesty in Washington. If Fred can come up with the right answer to the hottest political issue in America today, he will be all but impossible to beat in ’08. (Note to Fred – NO Amnesty!)

On the other hand, if he allows his friends over at the globally compassionate CFR to make another Bush out of him, he will find his poll numbers looking much like that of President Bush, or worse yet, that of congress.

Thompson could face the Clintons in the general election. One would hope that he would stick to his traditional candor when reminding voters of the Thompson Committee Report, which investigated real political corruption on a monumental scale.

The report called for criminal prosecution of the Clintons for their role in our nation’s most egregious campaign funding scandals. That report was deep sixed by Clinton crony Janet Reno and completely buried by the lamestream press which was blindly committed to keeping the Clintons in power, no matter their traitorous criminal activities.

I like the real Fred Thompson very much and so do all the people across this nation who worked hard to get him into the race. The fact that he’s the only candidate in the race smart enough to not really want the most thankless job in the world shows two important Thompson character traits.

1) He’s obviously no dummy… for only a dummy would want the hell that comes with running for and being President of the United States today.

2) When called to serve, despite a comfortable acting career, money in the bank, a beautiful young family and his golden years in sight, Thompson agreed to answer a call to serve once again, this time on behalf of the people who have had their fill of typical Washington nonsense, from both political parties.

If Fred can manage to emerge from his whirlwind grooming process, surrounded by literally hundreds of CFR members anxious to set his agenda, with his own soul and agenda intact, he will be a formidable candidate to be reckoned with and he may well make one of the greatest American Presidents, at a time when America very much needs just such a leader.

I’m pulling for you Fred… and so are many Americans, conservatives in particular, who feel completely unrepresented in Washington today. We’re still the American majority and we’re looking for a chance to prove it!

Represent us please, since nobody else in Washington wants to anymore…

Arrowhead Ripper: Surrender or Die

First a quick media round-up. (This is not all inclusive.)
Alexandra Zavis from Los Angeles Times is down in the heat of the battle bringing home information. Michael Gordon from New York Times is still slugging it out, and his portions are accurate in the co-authored story, “Heavy Fighting as US Troops Squeeze Insurgents in Iraqi City.”target=”blank” (Long title.)

CNN has joined the fight. AP came but will stay only a few days. Joe Klein from TIME was here on the 21st and his story posted the same day and was accurate. We rode together in a Stryker. Like magic, Joe’s story was out before I got back to base. Joe took a helicopter out and filed from elsewhere. I’m having comms problems here which is greatly slowing the flow. My Thuraya satellite phone and RBGAN satellite dish are not working for hours each day. The AP reporter is having the same problems. The signal degradation is caused by a special sort of RF interference. Moving our antennas around won’t work. We simply get cut off for long periods.

I am with 3-2 Stryker Brigade Combat Team. I’ve run a few missions with them in Baghdad, and they have fought all over Iraq. This Brigade has much recent combat experience, and is expertly commanded. A person does not need to even meet the commanders (though I do each day) to know they are running a tight ship. The professionalism of 3-2 is particularly high, and they are very competent fighters who are maximizing their assets, including the incredible Stryker vehicles.

Follow Up On Harry-Kiri Reid

Previous post here:

NY Post here:

June 22, 2007 — THE ISSUE: Sen. Majority Leader Harry Reid’s attack on Gens. Pace and Petraeus.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s remarks are not just ill-timed, they’re unconscionable (“Harry-Kiri Reid,” Editorial, June 17).

It’s only in the last few days that the final brigade combat team responsible for implementing the “surge” of U.S. forces in Iraq has been deployed.

As such, Reid’s comments would be akin to Gen. Eisenhower having been disparaged by foes of FDR while our forces were still on the beaches during D-Day.

No political leader during World War II would have dared to utter such remarks, to the delight of our enemies, at so perilous a time.

That Reid could make such comments without complete condemnation by members of the Democratic Party, especially its presidential candidates, is staggering. Their so-called support of the troops rings hollow.

Jim Kelsch
West Chester, Pa.

I hope Reid and Nancy Pelosi are watching the civil war in Gaza very carefully. This is what happens when you unilaterally withdraw, re-deploy, disengage or whatever the word of the week is, before winning the war and peace and having a stable, strong government and well-trained security forces loyal to the government in place.

Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian Authority and the Fatah forces were all too weak, dysfunctional or corrupt to stand up against Hamas.

Now Israel will have to go back into Gaza and pay in blood and lives for the same real estate again.

When the left wing and the peace movement get their way in war, the body count goes up.

Michael Moss

Once again, The Post has it backward.

Supporting the troops means not sending them into a preemptive and unnecessary war without the proper body and vehicle armor they need, not slashing their benefits behind their backs and ensuring they have medical care when they come home.

Supporting the troops means not extending their deployments or cutting short their leaves, not using a back-door draft to keep more bodies on the front line and not sacrificing their lives, limbs and minds.

Reid is right. He’s not playing games with words as The Post and the GOP do regularly. He’s being truthful and honest – something President Bush & Co. have no use for.

Kate Schweizer

Reid’s disparaging remarks do not damage those intrepid defenders of America who have spent their lives in the service of this country, nor do they injure our troops in the field.

The generals and soldiers they lead are more far-sighted than the hapless Democratic leader who has his eyes only on the 2008 presidential campaign.

Our battle against Islamist terrorists will continue even if we have Reid and other near-sighted politicians biting at our ankles.

Their concentration on the short-term political benefits of bashing Bush and American commanders over the Iraq effort is seen clearly as a transparent attempt to politicize a deadly serious commitment.

Osama One Up On Rushdie

Not to be outdone by the Knighthood of the Muslim Apostate Rushdie, the terrorists of the Pakistan Ulema Council, bestowed upon their Jihadi hero the title of “saifullah”.

Question…full of what?

NY Post:

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan – A group of hard-line Pakistani Muslim clerics has bestowed a religious title on Osama bin Laden in response to a British knighthood for “Satanic Verses” author Salman Rushdie.

The Pakistan Ulema Council has given bin Laden the title “saifullah,” or sword of Allah, the council’s chairman said yesterday.

“If a blasphemer can be given the title ‘sir’ by the West despite the fact he’s hurt the feelings of Muslims, then a mujahid [Muslim holy warrior] who has been fighting for Islam against the Russians, Americans and British must be given the lofty title of Islam, saifullah,” the chairman, Tahir Ashrafi, said.
