  1. Seeing the picture of the AH-6 really drew me to this one. It was the predeccesor, the OH-6A that was my helicopter of choice that I dealt with and flew in the most while in Viet Nam. Awesome little helicopter. I can only imagine how much better it is with the updates MD has given it. Back then, we referred to it as the Ferrari of the Helicopter Fleet. It was sad that politics had it replaced with inferior OH-58A, which I spent the rest of my time in the Army crewing and flying in.
