Brigitte  Gabriel, founder of ACT for America, has announced a petition campaign urging Congress to investigate the Islamic hate literature  distributed by Mosques in America.

In its first day on line, the petition has been signed more than 1400 times. That compares to 1,101 signatures in three years on my Congress Debate Koran petition.  Congressional staffers say that there is not enough  pressure from constitutents. This petition campaign is intended to remedy that condition with one million signatures.

The national opinion survey  laid the foundation for the petition.  Now its time to click this link to add your signature. We the American people call on our U.S. Congress to conduct hearings for the purpose of examining extremist materials that have been found in American mosques that:

• exhort Muslims to engage in holy war (jihad) against us;
• incite terror and violence against us;
• call for abolishing our constitutional form of government and replacing it with the theological totalitarianism of strict Islamic law, known as “sharia.”

There have been a number of studies of materials sold or distributed in mosques in America;

These studies have uncovered materials containing information that include calls to jihad (holy war), incitement of terror and violence, and the abolition of our constitutional form of government;

One such study of 100 American mosques found that 75% of these mosques contained such material;

There have also been video and audio recordings of Islamic leaders in America calling for jihad against America, violence against America, and the replacement of America’s constitutional government with Islamic sharia law, such as these words by a leading American imam, “…and even if we go to war brothers and sisters, and one day we will…that’s why you’re commanded to jihad…When Allah demands us to fight, we’re not stopping…”;

Such incitements to jihad, terror, violence and the abolition of our constitutional form of government are illustrated by the following examples, excerpted from materials that have been distributed in mosques in recent years:

• “…we [Muslims] will not stop…but will pursue this evil force to its own lands, invade its Western heartland, and struggle to overcome it until all the world shouts by the name of the Prophet and the teachings of Islam spread throughout the world. Only then will Muslims achieve their fundamental goal, and there will be no more ‘persecution’ and all religion will be exclusively for Allah….”
• “To be true Muslims, we must prepare and be ready for jihad in Allah’s way. It is the duty of the citizen and the government. The military education is glued to faith and its meaning, and the duty to follow it.”
• “[O]ur doctrine states that if you accept any religion other than Islam, like Judaism or Christianity, which are not acceptable, you become an unbeliever. If you do not repent, you are an apostate and you should be killed because you have denied the Koran.”
• A document which states that supporting democracy amounts to “nullify[ing] one’s Islam.” Another which exhorts Muslims that changing government systems such as democratic ones is “binding in principle, in law, in self-defense, in community and as a sacred obligation of jihad.”
• “Muslim countries have been ruled by manmade systems ….This overlay of secular cultures makes it all the more necessary to abolish all traces of such primitive life (jahiliyya) and to reinforce the understanding and application of the eternal and universal Islamic deen [religion] until it becomes the ruling power throughout the world.”

The links between an extremist ideology and Islamic terror were reported in the 9/11 Commission Report, which stated:

“But the enemy is not just ‘terrorism,’ some generic evil. This vagueness blurs the strategy. The catastrophic threat at this moment in history is more specific. It is the threat posed by Islamist terrorism – especially al Qaeda network, its affiliates and its ideology.”

A Pew Research Center survey in 2007 found that 26% of American Muslims under the age of 30 believe suicide bombings are at times justified and legitimate;

Since the practice of religion in America does not include the right to create the imminent threat of terror or incite violence, terror, and the advocacy of the abolition of our constitutional form of government;

We, the American people, have a right to know to what extent the incitement to terror, violence and the overthrow of our constitutional form of government is being advocated through materials within Muslim tax-exempt organizations in our country, and a recent nationwide poll found that 74% of American voters agree that Congress should conduct hearings to examine such materials;

Since there is sufficient evidence to indicate that the information in some materials sold or distributed in mosques in America rises to the level of a genuine threat to our nation’s security and liberty;

Since it is the first responsibility of our federal government to safeguard the national security of our country and its citizens and guests;

And because the oath of office of a Member of Congress is an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution;

We, the undersigned, call upon Congress to conduct hearings to examine materials that have been uncovered that have been sold or distributed in mosques in the United States, to determine if these materials violate federal statutes governing tax-exempt organizations; to determine if these materials violate federal anti-terrorism statutes; and to determine if these materials violate federal statutes prohibiting sedition, the advocacy and/or effort of abolishing or overthrowing our constitutional form of government.

Serge Trifkovic gave the keynote address at an anti-jihad conference in Europe. His address has been transcribed at the Gates of Vienna. It is long, and full of profound wisdom. The highlighted clause in the following excerpt spoils an otherwise excellent article by displaying dhimmitude in the face of an intimidation campaign.

Senator McCain frequently uses the term “Islamic” to describe our terrorist enemies. The Arizonan’s media strategist Steve Schmidt says, “Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda represent a perverted strain of Islam at odds with the great many peaceful Muslims…. But the reality is, the hateful ideology which underpins bin Ladenism is properly described as radical Islamic extremism. Senator McCain refers to it that way because that is what it is.”

Snake feces!!!!!  The “hateful ideology”  is standard, off the shelf  ISLAM as revealed by Allah, recited by Muhammad, exemplified by Muhammad and enshrined in Sharia.  Islam is what Muhammad preached & practiced and his Caliphs emulated, not some ephemeral ideal which has been ‘perverted’, ‘distorted’, ‘radicalized’  or ‘ hijacked’ by mythical ‘extremists’.

If you are inclined to believe and accept what Wes Vernon wrote, then you need to perform the following steps:

1. pull your head out
2. wipe the excrement from your eyes
3. take a clear, unbiased look at the evidence.

What must they do? Make war upon  ”people of the book”.  When must they do it? At least once each year.

I repeatedly post this and related information and pound this issue because it is a life/death & liberty/slavery issue of the highest order.  Islam’s perpetual war against civilization must be priority number one.  The truth about it must be revealed, never concealed.  Unlike the professionals who get paid for writing and speaking, I will not be intimidated; I will not be silenced; I will not compromise.  I have presented the evidence, from translations of authentic Islamic sources. I visited Wikipedia to find the Republican  primary & caucus results. I tabulated the reported vote subtotals and tabulated them.  It appears that Senator McCain  received 7,908,469 votes. The total vote reported at Wikipedia is 18,199,065.
7,908,469 voted for McCain,  10,290,596 voted for someone else.

McCain won  43.5%  of the vote.  McCain’s supporters are outnumberd by 2,382,127.  Why, exactly, are we about to nominate a RINO, who

• opposed President Bush’s tax cuts
• supported illegal alien amnesty
• sponsored legislation in violation of the first amendment
• enabled Democrats to Filibuster Supreme Court nominees
• wants to close the prison camp at Guantanimo and give the enemy combatants unwarranted “civil liberties”
• will not acknowledge  the identity of the enemy  who is at war with us, mislabeling it  ’radical Islam’

56.5% of Republican  caucus & primary voters do not want McCain.  We allowed cross voting left wingers in the early  voting states to select our nominee. Why are we committing electoral suicide?  We need to reverse course, and nominate a Conservative Republican.  We must  raise our objections now, well in advance of the convention.  I urge you to sign and publicize the Give Us A Conservative Choice! petition.

Have you noticed that donations are declining? That the party’s base lacks enthusiasm and optimism? That turnout was low, far below that of the Democrat primaries? Have you considered possible causes?

Could it be that we have endured eight years of a RINO in the White House, who won’t veto pork laden appropriations, persevere in pursuing confirmation of his nominees or fight back against obnoxious partisanship?

Could it be that we are disgusted by the selection of Liberals masquerading as Conservatives so that we are effectively denied a choice in the primaries?

* Senator John McCain sided with the Democrats in frustrating Republican efforts to stop the Filibuster of judicial nominees.
* He co-authored McCain-Feingold, in violation of the first amendment.
* He wants to give terrorists captured on the battlefield the constitutional rights afforded to American citizens charged with domestic criminal offenses.
* He wants to leave our borders open and grant amnesty to illegal aliens.
* He panders to the Socialists with blather about “global warming” and caps on carbon dioxide emissions, which will ruin our economy and throw many people out of work.

So, I am supposed to vote for that RINO just because he will somehow win the war on terror? Yeah, wrong, he does not know who the enemy is! He blathers about “radical Islamic extremists” when the enemy is Islam.
In an interview with Dan Gilgoff, Senator McCain said::

“I admire the Islam. There’s a lot of good principles in it. I think one of the great tragedies of the 21st century is that these forces of evil have perverted what’s basically an honorable religion.“

Good principles, such as:

* imperialistic conquest: fighting Pagans until all resistance ceases and only Allah is worshiped [Al-Anfal 39 ]
* fighting Jews and Christians until we are subjugated and pay extortion [Al-Taubah 29] [Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387]
* genocide: making a great slaughter is the entry ticket to Paradise [Al-Anfal 67] [Sunan Abu Dawud Book 38, Number 4390]
* terror sanctified as a battle tactic [Al-Anfal 12] [Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220]
* If the “forces of evil” “perverted” Islam, they did it 1385 years ago when Muhammad began his career of rapine with raids on camel caravans. What must a Muslim do to be saved?

O You who believe! Shall I guide you to a commerce that will save you from a painful torment. That you believe in Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad), and that you strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allâh with your wealth and your lives, that will be better for you, if you but know! He can’t win a war without knowing the identity of the enemy!!!

No and Hell No!!! Senator McCain is no better than Senator Hilary Clinton or Senator Barack Obama. I refuse to be a party to treason — to the destruction of our economy, our liberty and the Constitution which protects them! I will not vote for the equal of evils. Nor will I vote for any congressional nor senatorial candidate who endorses Senator McCain.

The literal meaning of Jihad is striving. Who or what are Muslims striving against when they go out for Jihad? Are they striving against their egos and temptations?  How does one suffer death or injury in that struggle?

What is fighting in Allah’s cause?

Having considered Moe’s recitation &  sunnah, lets examine Sharia, the Islamic law which flows from those documents. My source is The Reliance of the Traveller and Tools of the Worshipper , described in its introduction as “a summary of the school of Imam Shafi’i “.

The meaning of Jihad is explained in Book O, Chapter 9, Paragraph  0

The scriptural basis for that definition is listed as:

Paragraph 1 of this chapter reveals an important fact about the obligation of Jihad.

A communal obligation  meaning upon the Muslims each year.  What must they do  annually?   Al-Misri informs us in the eighth paragraph of this chapter.

Where did Al-Misri get such an idea?

Lets review what we have learned from  our little inquiry into Sharia.

1. Jihad means to war against non-Muslims [and is] warfare to establish the religion.
2. Jihad has a scriptural basis in the recitation & tradition, particularly 9:29.  & Bukhari 1.8.387
3. Jihad is better than the whole world and everything in it.
4. Offensive Jihad is a communal obligation to be performed every year.
5. The Caliph makes war upon Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians. [Annually].
6. The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim.
