Inflammatory kutbah at Jumah Salat incited
riots which resulted in considerable death and property damage,
consequent of rabble rousing rants in mosques, not the trial &
burning of the Koran.

America, dated January 29, 2012,
announced the delayed uploading of the video of International Judge the Qur’an Day, which occurred
March 20, 2011. The original streaming video has been divided into five
parts.  The audio quality of the first part is marginal.
Since the trial was conducted in Arabic with a translator, it is not
easy listening.

The execution begins just after 57.5 minutes into
the fifth part.  One matter becomes clear: the front cover of the
book is facing us and the spine of the book is on the left, which shows
us that they burned a translation, not an Arabic Qur’an, which is
printed from right to left.   Only the Arabic Qur’an is
considered sacred.  The riots and recriminations were a big fuss
over nothing.

Reading the Qur’an is not easy because it is
archaic, redundant and jumbled, lacking context & chronology.
The Noble Qur’an, translated by Hilali & Khan, is
reputed to be 95% accurate and contains parenthetical expressions from
tafsirs and the translator’s footnotes.  Several Surahs are
essential to understanding the malignantly militant nature of Islam: 2,
3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 33, 47, 48, 49 & 61.  You can select them
from a pick list at the top of the page.

Hadith are sayings of Muhammad, passed down from
mouth to ear by his companions.  They have been collected by
several scholars, the most widely accepted collection being that of Bukhari. Like the Qur’an, hadith collections
suffer from redundancy.  Begin with Books 52, 53 & 59, then
read the others if you have sufficient patience.

Tafsir are scholarly explanations of the Qur’an.
They use parallel verses and relevant ahadith to clarify the verses. Tafsir Ibn Kathir
is fairly complete and easily accessible. You can select the Surahs
listed above and read them instead of the Qur’an & hadith to save
time and effort.

Islamic biography and history are also important,
but less easily accessible than the Qur’an, hadith and tafsir.
Craig Winn compiled  selections  of the canon into a 1000
page book with the quotes compiled into handy appendices  “The Prophet of
Doom“.

For those lacking the time, patience and ambition to
tackle the large tomes, there is a short book which encapsulates
the  most essential information: Suhas Majumdar’s “Jihad: The Islamic Doctrine of Permanent War“.

Pamela Geller raises the issue of Shari’ah: Islamic
law based on the Qur’an & hadith.  Much of it is arcane,
dealing with matters of prayer & ritual purity.  The really
important parts deal with “justice”, marriage & divorce.  It
will be easier for you go go to Amazon and buy a hard copy of Reliance
of the Traveller.  If you can tolerate a low resolution scan and
large, pdf, this link will get you into Chapter 9 of Book O;

If you delve deeply into Reliance, you will discover
that divorce is affected by the husband’s thrice repeating “I divorce
you”.  You will discover that a father can force his virgin,
pre-pubescent daughter to marry the man of his choice.  You will
learn that a Christian woman married to a Muslim can not obtain child
custody in divorce.

CAIR published a press release objecting to remarks by Rick Santorum in which he asserted that
Islam is not the source of the concept of equality.  I have

66:2 is in the context of marital disputes and 9:1 is in the context of

collected by Muslim shows us that Muslims have a break your oath free
card from Moe.  This dispensation vitiates a Muslim’s oath.

Islam is declared to be perfect, final &
superior.  Allah declares Jews & Christians to be the “worst of living creatures” Allah, his angels and
Muslims curse Jews & Christians.  The religion with Allah is Islam, and nothing else will be accepted.  A Muslim who
tolerates other religions is either ignorant, deceptive or an apostate.

Yes, we need a truthful President. First, we must
find truthful candidates who will acknowledge the fact that Islam is
the existential & irreconcilable enemy, with whom negotiation is
fruitless. It is Islam, not Wahhabism, ‘radicalism’ or
‘extremism’.  Islam’s perpetual enmity and aggression are
functions of the core doctrines of Islam, having nothing to do with

There is no moderate Islam. There is no modern
Islam.  Islam is what Moe preached and practiced 1400 years ago,
not what you wish it to be.  Islam is defined by the Qur’an, which
is immutable because the text forbids editing and Moe’s sunnah, which

Shari’ah

If Allah or Moe said it or did it, it is
Shari’ah.  A Muslim who abjures Shari’ah signs his death warrant
for believers to execute.  Because Shari’ah is primarily derived
from the Qur’an, it is impossible to abjure it without abjuring
Islam.

to every person who is not a Muslim.  Exactly what part of Islam

lets switch to a two stage ballot: let every voter make a first, second and third choice.  If no candidate obtains a majority of the first choice ballots, add in the second, and if necessary, third choice votes until a majority is obtained.  If there is no majority using all three ballots, let the convention system make the final choice the old fashioned way.

While we are at it, lets close the primaries, there is justification for allowing Democrats and Morons to interfere in the selection of the Republican nominee.

Urinating on dead Taliban has no effect on ‘peace talks’ . Anyone who believes that talking with Muslims can result in peace needs to take care in passing gas & wiping to avoid brain damage.  Nothing can make Muslims hate us more than they already do, either. Muslims hate us because we are not Muslims, no provocation is required.

  Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.” Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, “O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?” He replied, “Whoever says, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have.”
  • 33:21. Indeed in the Messenger of Allâh (Muhammad ) you have a good example to follow for him who hopes in (the Meeting with) Allâh and the Last Day and remembers Allâh much.
• Sunan Abu Dawud Book 14, Number 2526

  Narrated Anas ibn Malik:

  The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: Three things are the roots of faith: to refrain from (killing) a person who utters, “There is no god but Allah” and not to declare him unbeliever whatever sin he commits, and not to excommunicate him from Islam for his any action; and jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal (Antichrist). The tyranny of any tyrant and the justice of any just (ruler) will not invalidate it. One must have faith in Divine decree.

Is there some part of ‘fight them until’, ‘fight those who until’, ‘ordered to fight’ and ‘performed continuously’ that they do not comprehend?  The j8ihad imperatives are codified in Shari’ah, best exemplified in Reliance of the Traveller, Book O9.8: “The caliph makes war” & “The caliph fights”.  From Hedaya, we learn that “War must be carried on against the Infidels, at all times, by some party of the Muslims.” and is undertaken offensively, on Islam’s initiative, not defensively: “The destruction of the sword  is incurred by infidels, although they be not the first aggressors, as appears from various passages in the  sacred writings which are generally received this effect.”

From the Islamic perspective, peace is the result of conquest. There can be no peace until the entire world is conquered.  Islam does not negotiate peace, it negotiates hudna, for a maximum term of ten years or until it is able to resume attacks, whichever comes first.  Why did we fight two Barbary Wars?

• 47:35. So be not weak and ask not for peace (from the enemies of Islâm), while you are having the upper hand. Allâh is with you, and will never decrease the reward of your good deeds.

Having presented a link to the article, I will post only a few paragraphs that bear directly on the issue. Links in the quotes are original, the highlighting is mine.

As the UN documents are fond of saying, read “inter alia”. HRC RES 16/18 is based on UN standards, not Constitutional standards.  “Incitement to imminent violence” means what they want it to mean, not what we want it to mean. Islam practices Orwellian double speak.

Where in the resolution does it explicitly define the meaning of incitement?  Nowhere!!  The definition is found elsewhere, in the expressions of the Secretary General of the OIC and the Secretary General of the United Nations.

In the first page of Ishanoglu’s address to the HRC, we discover something important: his definition of incitement to violence includes announcing intent to burn the Koran.

On the next page, Ishanoglu lists campaigns that incite hatred,  including Burn a Koran Day, and informs us that they threaten global peace & security.  In the short form:  they incite violence.

Lets clarify the issue of “clear and present danger to peace”; in essence: violence, by breaking down the conjunctive clause.

Now it is time to go right to the top, to obtain the working definition of incitement to violence from  the Secretary General of the United Nations.

According to Ban, the short documentary by Geert Wilders, combining verses from the Qur’an & hadith with sermons from Friday prayers and images of the ensuing violence, is incitement to violence.  In reality, Fitna exposes incitement, it does not constitute incitement.  Having examined the operative definition of incitement, lets take a look at the Islamic law behind the whole operation.

What Moe preached is law, what he practiced is exemplary, together, his preaching and practice form the basis of Islamic law.  Moe had critics murdered.  Because of that exemplary conduct, the penalty for criticizing Islam is death.

• 011. IO The agreement is also violated (A: with
  respect to the offender alone) if the state has stipulated
  that any of the following things break it, and
  one of the suhjects does so anyway. though if the
  state has not stipulated that these break the agreement,
  then they do not; namely, if one of the subject
  people:
  • (5) or mentions something impermissible
    about Allah, the Prophet (Allah bless him and
    give him peace), or Islam.
• 011.11 When a subject’s agreement with the state
  has been viOlated, the caliph chooses between the
  four alternatives mentioned above in connection
  with prisoners of war (09.14).
• O9.14  When an adult male is taken captive, the
  caliph (def: 025) considers the interests (0: of
  Islam and the Muslims) and decides between the
  prisoner’s death, slavery, release without paying
  anything, or ransoming himself in exchange for
  money or for a Muslim captive held by the enemy.
  If the prisoner becomes a Muslim (0: before
  the caliph chooses any of the four alternatives)
  then he may not be killed, and one of the other
  three alternatives is chosen.

The OIC seeks to prevent & punish every negative utterance about Islam. Their current tactic is to conflate criticism with incitement, proscribing the latter.

For those too stupid or indolent to connect the dots: if the resolution had been implemented a year ago, Pastors Jones & Sapp would be  persecuted criminally & sued civil court for the “consequences” of their trial and execution of the Qur’an.  Holding them responsible for the acts of a Muslim rabble roused by kutbah at Jumah Salat is not just, nor is it rational.  Jones & Sapp did not incite anyone to violence. Asian Imams did.

It becomes obvious that the plan is to compel self-censorship through legal intimidation.  It is equally obvious that Human Rights first is so heavily invested in the Istanbul Process that they are blinded to objective factual reality.

If the strategic objective is to permanently
end  Afghanistan’s membership in the set of state sponsors of
terrorism and prevent Afghanistan from being used as a training ground
and staging area for terrorists, then the eradication of Islam from
Afghanistan is the criteria for ending the occupation. We bring the
troops home when the population of Afghanistan and their government are
totally free from the influence of the damnable doctrines of Islam
which inculcate hatred and enjoin genocidal conquest which is won by

In that case, you remove our troops from Afghanistan
when its population is either apostatized or converted and its
government is able and willing to secure its borders
against infiltration from neighboring countries infested with

government which respects human equality, dignity & rights,

Koran

Is that true? Is it really written in their Koran
that they have a right and duty to plunder and enslave?

Ordained means it is Allah’s law. “fight … until” makes the statements
imperative.  The Koran commands Muslims to wage perpetual war
against disbelievers.

Isn’t that special: the Koran has rules for
distribution of spoils, in anticipation of offensive warfare.  Moe
got the top 205, first pick of the spoils.  And as a Prophet, Moe
was not allowed to ransom prisoners until he had made great slaughter.

I did a little research on BNI and found some interesting statistics for the blog.

Those numbers ain’t trivial.  Even if we accept the lowest evaluation, a sub domain name    worth  nearly $500,. is too good to waste if it is bringing 100K visitors to WordPress every month.   At snooper.wordpress,com, the post about BNI received 25 page views, while the average daily page views for the blog has been less than 20 this week.  At Islam Exposed, it got 16 hits.  Page ranks for searches for Bare Naked Islam ranged from 9 to 45 in the  Google serps.  The post at Bloggersbase had 125 views.

If three thousand people are learning the truth about the doctrines & practices of Islam every day, its no wonder  that CAIR is determined to silence it.  But the blog’s creator is dedicated, motivated & persistent. She will rebuild the blog, bigger and better than before and the publicity resulting from CAIR’s intimidation tactics will increase the size of the blog’s audience.

A new WordPress Forum thread has been opened for the subject. I urge other WordPress users to add your own comments urging WordPress to show spinal & testicular fortitude and respect for free speech by reinstating BNI.

BNI aggregated news stories and particularly graphic videos from all over the world. Combined with incisive commentary, those videos proved to be valuable tools for exposing the stark reality of Islamic doctrine and practice.

2:256 Tafsir Ibn Kathir  mentions relation to the Ansar, whose children were among the Banu an-Nadir who were exiled from Medina. Unfortunately, Ibn Kathir leaves the story open ended, I suspect that there was an editing error somewhere along the way.  Other tafsirs complete the story and add more details.

Certain women among the Ansar, whose sons died in infancy would swear to raise one who lived as a Jew.  Evidently they farmed their surviving sons out to wet nurses among the Banu an-Nadir.   When Moe drove the Banu an-nadir from their fortifified settlements [59:2, The End that Bani An-Nadir suffered] some of the Answar offspring opted to remain among the exiled Jews. Their mothers ran complaining to Moe, who revealed 2:256 to fit the occasion.  The story finds its fullest explication in these tafsirs:

Mufti Shafi Usmani brings in a related argument not raised by the others in this context: the relationship between non compulsion and jihad, holding that the two are not in conflict.

Usmani asserts that jihad is for the purpose of eradicating people who cause fitna, not about compelling them to convert to Islam. Note that he claims that jijya provides security for kuffar, protecting their life and property.  From whom does jizya protect them?  I have three clues for you, and will allow you to draw your own conclusion.

In the matter of Surah Al-Kaafiroon, Tafsir Ibn Kathir informs us that the surah was revealed about Kafirs who challenged Moe to swap religions for a year. Rather than a statement of tolerance, it is a statement of rejection and immunity from their shirk.  [He commanded His Messenger to disavow himself from their religion completely]   Tafsir al-tustari informs us that Surah 109 was abrogated by 9:5; Tafsir al-Jalalayn & Tafsir Ibn Abbas cuncurr, citing   the “command to wage war” and “verses of fighting” respectively.

Surah Al-Kaafiroon  was # 18 in seqeuence of revelation , Surah Al-Baqarah was # 87, both are abrogated by conflicting  ayat in Surah At-Taubah which was next to last in revelation.

Does Surah Al-Isra’ 53-54 forbid compulsion?  Perhaps we should examine the context.

I do not see mention of compulsion or toleration in that context, but I do see a threat of destruction, before the day of judgment. Perhaps you can find something of interest in Ibn Kathir tafsir of 17:53.

Surah Surah Al-Ghaashiyah 21-22  looks swell until we examine the context. Of course, Muslims, who accuse us of “cherry picking” are prone to engage in selectivity.

Moe is only one who reminds, not a dictator; then comes the exception clause, which MPAC did not cite for us.  Allah will punish the disbelievers.  Of course, punishment is not coercion.  Of course, Ibn Kathir had something to say about that. [The Messenger is only charged with delivering the Message]

Moe can’t make us believe, but he has been commanded to wage war upon us until we recite Shahada.  That is a clue for the clueless.    Surah Al-Anfal & Surah At-Taubah contain the jihad imperatives refered to above. Because they were among the last to be revealed, they abrogate earlier verses whith which they are in conflict. [2:106 & 16:101 establish the rule of abrogation.] The jihad imperatives are  commands to fight idolaters until only Allah is worshiped and people of the book until they are subjugated & extorted.

Those imperatives are codified in Shari’ah, best exemplified by Reliance of the Traveller, Book O, Chapter 9.8 & 9.9. No compulsion?  Fighting Arabian pagans until they become Muslim is not compulsion.

I am not arguing with MPAC about the negative impliciations of the “defamation of religions” meme. The points raised fy Freedom House and other critics are valid, based on solid facts and logic.  I simply pointed out their practice of kitman: deception by obfuscation.   But this subject is raised in the context of two resolutions passed this year by the Human Rights Council and General Assembly.

The resolutions demand passage and enforcement of legislation to criminalize criticmsm of Islam.  Another resolution, flying below the radar, passed the GA by concensus, without a vote.  ¶10, on page 3 of Draft resolution XVIII,  emphasizes that Islam must not be equated with terrorism   Equation with terrorism fits the defamation meme, and it has not been dropped or abandoned by the UN, it lives on in a concurrent resolution.

The obvious was confirmed by our own Department of State last summer when they met the OIC at Istanbul to discuss implementation of the resolution.  This quote from the Secretary of State requires a little decoding. for the meaning of “intolerance” Refer back to the quote from Ban Ki-moon. The ostensible objection to depicting Moe is idolatry. There are two problems with that. First, Moe ain’t supposed to be the deity, Allah is. Second, nobody would possibly make those cartoons an object of idolatry.  The real reason for objecting to their publication is their depicting Moe as a terrorist.

Moe could not have possessed a bomb because he died prior to the invention of gunpowder.  Moe cast terror by a series of barbarian attacks, deliberately building a reputation for barbarian repine, so that he was more feared than Allah.  Moe bragged about being made victorious by awe & terror. What more do you need to know to make a judgment?

Fitna

The 15 minute documentary juxtaposes Qur’an verses and ahadith with the rabid rants of Imams at Jumah Salat and resulting acts of terror and rioting. Fitna does not incite violence, it exposes incitement. Fitna: Supporting Documentation 03/27/08  documents the ayat quoted in the documentary. Though words have meanings, we must be aware of the meanings intended by Muslims.  HRC 16/18 & Draft resolution XVII appear to concentrate on incitement.

What is it? Am I inciting hatred and violence by exposing the damnable doctrines of Islam which inculcate hatred and incite violence?  There is only one way to know the meaning: we must examine recent exemplary statements. This one, by Secretary Ban Ki-moon is dispositive.

According to the Secretary General, Fitna constitutes hate speech & incitement not protected by freedom of expression.  From that statement, it is clear tha the intention of HRC 16/18 and Draft resolution XVII is to criminalize all criticism of Islam.

would suffer when captured in battle, one of four choices by the Imam,

The OIC demanded prosecution of the publisher of the
Motoons and demanded that the Dutch government block the publication of
Fitna. After the publication, they demanded prosecution. Egypt is
demanding that publication of Wilders’ upcoming book be blocked.

• Resolution
  16/18 secured an international consensus around an action-oriented
  approach to combat religious intolerance in line with respect for
  universal human rights—including religious freedom and freedom of
  expression.

“Respect for freedom of expression” yeah, right. The
following paragraph occurs on page two of the resolution:

“Derogatory stereotyping ” & “negative stereotypes”  are
encrypted references to  associating Islam with
terrorism.  Last year’s GA resolution expresses it this

  (the hearts of) the enemies, of God and your enemies, and others
  besides, whom ye may not know, but whom God doth know. Whatever ye
  shall spend in the cause of God, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall
  not be treated unjustly.

Committee on Elaboration of Complementary Standards
whose mission is to write a binding protocol which will insert the

Define advocacy of hatred that constitutes

dialog, assuming that it will deaden our awareness of the existential

lectured at Regensburg, Muslims raised hell and a large number of the
Ulema wrote a missive entitled A Common Word Between Us and You. in which they
called for dialog to find “common ground”.  The central concept of
the missive is drawn from Surah Al Imran 3:64.
That ayeh ends with this sentence: “Bear witness that we are Muslims”;
those are fighting words.  Read the context through #112.
Those threatening words were used in Moe’s extortion letter to Heraclius.

This is a terrible place to use the royal we .  It is
Islam, not America that suppresses indigenous religious
minorities.  There is an external ‘religious’ minority which has
infiltrated a fifth column into America with moles in high places in
defense, intelligence and security agencies.  We need to expel and

I doubt that any falser words were ever uttered in
the history of mankind. We are committed to defend and promote
fundamental rights, Muslims are not; Muslims are committed to the
abrogation of our rights.  Islam denies the sanctity of our blood
and property, declaring that we have no rights until we become Muslims.
Those denials are contained in Moe’s declaration  quoted in Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387. Projecting our own values
onto the enemy is a suicidal blunder.

Ten years ago, 19 Muslims hijacked four passenger
aircraft and flew three of them into occupied office structures.

crews. Subsequently, other Muslims, acting in the name of Allah, bombed
subways in Madrid and London and seized a school in Beslan.  Get a
clue!  In the last 1400 years, 270*10⁶  innocent people lost their
lives to Islam.  If we do not eradicate Islam, either ideologically or militarily, they will out breed
&  out last us and civilization will be destroyed.

Reliance
of the Traveller: Handbook of Shari’ah
was published to provide information about Islamic law, known as
Shari’ah. It focuses on Reliance of the Traveller, the most widely
known and accepted codification of fiqh.   That post has been
receiving about four hits per day for several months.  I guess
that interest in Shari’ah is being aroused by the controversy over
proposed legislation to exclude foreign law from domestic court
decisions.

A lengthy anonymous comment on the post needs more
attention than the comment format permits.  I am therefore
blogging it here with a post of its own. The comment is reproduced
below, unedited. My point by point response follows below the
horizontal line.

Jesus’ teachings

Invoking Jesus to defend Islam and attack
disbelievers is a common tactic to which I attach the label: AssWholliness.
My supposed remoteness from the teachings of Jesus is argumentum
adhominem; an irrelevant logical fallacy. The facts and opinions I
utter & publish stand on their own merit, not on my own lack of
divine perfection.

What is the relevance of Christ’s universal
benevolence to a blog post about a codification of Shari’ah?
None, of course; a Muslim is trying to defend the indefensible by
attacking me with my own savior.  There is one little problem: the
attack has no merit; its malignant malarkey.

Search the Qur’an for “Allah loves”. I tried the
Hilali & Khan translation and found seven surahs containing
matches. At the risk of boring you to tears,. I present the relevant
ayat, with highlighting to bring out important points and links so that
you can check the context. In a few important cases, I include the
context here. .

• 2:195.
  And spend in the Cause of Allâh (i.e. Jihâd of all kinds, etc.) and do not throw yourselves into
  destruction (by not spending your wealth in the Cause of Allâh),
  and do good. Truly, Allâh loves Al-Muhsinûn(the good-doers).
• 2:222. They ask you concerning menstruation. Say:
  that is an Adha (a harmful thing for a husband to have a sexual
  intercourse with his wife while she is having her menses), therefore
  keep away from women during menses and go not unto them till they have
  purified (from menses and have taken a bath). And when they have
  purified themselves, then go in unto them as Allâh has ordained for you
  (go in unto them in any manner as long as it is in their vagina).
  Truly, Allâh loves those who turn unto Him in repentance and loves those who purify themselves
  (by taking a bath and cleaning and washing thoroughly their private
  parts, bodies, for their prayers, etc.).
• 3:31. Say (O Muhammad  to mankind): “If you
  (really) love Allâh then follow me (i.e. accept Islâmic Monotheism,
  follow the Qur’ân and the Sunnah), Allâh will love you and forgive you
  of your sins. And Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”
• 3:76. Yes, whoever
  fulfils his pledge and fears Allâh much; verily, then Allâh loves those who are
  Al-Muttaqûn (the pious – see V.2:2).
• 3:134. Those who spend [in Allâh's Cause -
  deeds of charity, alms, etc.] in prosperity and in adversity, who
  repress anger, and who pardon men; verily, Allâh loves Al-Muhsinûn (the
  good­doers).
• 3:146. And many
  a Prophet (i.e. many from amongst the Prophets) fought (in Allâh’s Cause) and
  along with him (fought) large bands of religious learned men. But they
  never lost heart for that which did befall them in Allâh’s Way, nor did
  they weaken nor degrade themselves. And Allâh loves As-Sâbirin (the
  patient ones, etc.).
• 3:147. And they said nothing but: “Our Lord!
  Forgive us our sins and our transgressions (in keeping our duties to
  You), establish our feet firmly, and give us victory over the
  disbelieving folk.“

  3:148. So Allâh gave them the reward of this world, and the excellent
  reward of the Hereafter. And Allâh
  loves Al-Muhsinûn (the good­doers – see the footnote of V.3:134).

• 3:156. O you who believe! Be not like those who disbelieve (hypocrites) and
  who say to their brethren when they travel through the earth or go out
  to fight: “If they had stayed
  with us, they would not have died or been killed,” so that Allâh
  may make it a cause of regret in their hearts. It is Allâh that gives
  life and causes death. And Allâh is All­Seer of what you do.

  3:157. And if
  you are killed or die in the Way of Allâh, forgiveness and mercy from
  Allâh are far better than all that they amass (of worldly
  wealths, etc.).

  3:158. And whether you die, or
  are killed, verily, unto Allâh you shall be gathered.

  3:159. And by the Mercy of Allâh, you dealt with them gently. And had
  you been severe and harsh­hearted, they would have broken away from
  about you; so pass over (their faults), and ask (Allâh’s) Forgiveness
  for them; and consult them in the affairs. Then when you have taken a
  decision, put your trust in Allâh, certainly, Allâh loves those who put their trust
  (in Him).

• 5:13. So because
  of their breach of their covenant, We cursed them, and made
  their hearts grow hard. They change the words from their (right) places
  and have abandoned a good part of the Message that was sent to them.
  And you will not cease to discover deceit in them, except a few of
  them. But forgive them, and overlook (their misdeeds). Verily, Allâh loves Al­Muhsinûn
  (good­doers – see V.2:112).
• 5:42. (They like to) listen to falsehood, to
  devour anything forbidden. So if they come to you (O Muhammad ), either
  judge between them, or turn away from them. If you turn away from them, they
  cannot hurt you in the least. And if you judge, judge with
  justice between them. Verily, Allâh
  loves those who act justly.
• 5:54. O you who believe! Whoever from among you turns back
  from his religion (Islâm), Allâh will bring a people whom He
  will love and they will love Him; humble towards the believers, stern towards the disbelievers,
  fighting in the Way of Allâh, and never afraid of the blame of
  the blamers. That is the Grace of Allâh which He bestows on whom He
  wills. And Allâh is All­Sufficient for His creatures’ needs,
  All­Knower.
• 5:93. Those who believe and do righteous good deeds,
  there is no sin on them for what they ate (in the past), if they fear
  Allâh (by keeping away from His forbidden things), and believe and do righteous good deeds, and
  again fear Allâh and believe, and once again fear Allâh and do good
  deeds with Ihsân (perfection). And Allâh loves the good­doers.
• 9:3. And a declaration from Allâh and His
  Messenger to mankind on the greatest day (the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah – the
  12th month of Islâmic calendar) that Allâh is free from (all)
  obligations to the Mushrikûn (see V.2:105) and so is His Messenger. So
  if you (Mushrikûn) repent, it is better for you, but if you turn away,
  then know that you cannot escape (from the Punishment of) Allâh. And
  give tidings (O Muhammad ) of a
  painful torment to those who disbelieve.

  9:4. Except those of the Mushrikûn with whom you
  have a treaty, and who have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor
  have supported anyone against you. So fulfill their treaty to them to
  the end of their term. Surely Allâh
  loves Al- Mattaqûn (the pious – see V.2:2).

  9:5. Then when the Sacred Months (the Ist, 7th, 11th, and 12th months
  of the Islâmic calendar) have passed, then kill the Mushrikûn (see
  V.2:105) wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and
  prepare for them each and every ambush. But if they repent and
  perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and give Zakât, then leave their
  way free. Verily, Allâh is
  Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

• 9:7. How can there be a covenant with Allâh and
  with His Messenger for the Mushrikûn (polytheists, idolaters, pagans,
  disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh) except those with whom you made a
  covenant near Al-Masjid-al-Harâm (at Makkah)? So long, as they are true
  to you, stand you true to them. Verily, Allâh loves Al-Muttaqûn (the
  pious – see V.2:2).
• 9:108. Never stand you therein. Verily, the mosque
  whose foundation was laid from the first day on piety is more worthy
  that you stand therein (to pray). In it are men who love to clean and
  to purify themselves. And Allâh
  loves those who make themselves clean and pure (i.e. who clean their private parts
  with dust [i.e. to be considered as soap) and water from urine
  and stools, after answering the call of nature].
• 49:9. And if two parties or groups among the
  believers fall to fighting, then make peace between them both, but if
  one of them rebels against the other, then fight you (all) against the
  one that which rebels till it complies with the Command of Allâh; then
  if it complies, then make reconciliation between them justly, and be
  equitable. Verily! Allâh loves
  those who are equitable.
• 60:8. Allâh does not forbid you to deal justly and
  kindly with those who fought not against you on account of religion and
  did not drive you out of your homes. Verily, Allâh loves those who deal with
  equity.
• 61:4. Verily, Allâh loves those who fight in His
  Cause in rows (ranks) as if they were a solid structure .

Allah loves those who do not throw themselves to
destruction by shirking jihad. How sweet.  Allah will love you if you emulate Moe… a murdering
lecher, pirate & pedophile.  Whoever fulfills his pledge is a
reference to the Pledge of Ar-Ridwan: to fight to the death for
Islam.  Allah loves those who spend in his cause; a reference to
jihad with their lives and their wealth.  Allah forgives those who
get killed in his wars.  Allah loves those who wipe their butts
with sand.  Where is  Allah’s love for mankind in general;
for sinners?  3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his
only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish,
but have everlasting life.    (King James Bible, John)

Islamic love and charity are for Muslims only. Muslims are commanded to shun their fathers and
brothers if they are not Muslims.

When you invoke Jesus Christ to condemn the facts I
utter and publish,. you have a big problem, because I do not pull my
punches.  Allah denies Christ’s patrimony, deity, crucifixion,
death & resurrection.   Moe’s prophesies depict Jesus as
less worthy than himself and a genocidal warlord who will return to
kill the remaining Jews & Christians.  I refer doubters &

Dhimmis

Nobody became a Dhimmi without first being conquered
or intimidated by Muslims.  Islam is a protection racket. Dhimmis

one half of their annual crop yield.  I direct the attention of
doubters & dissenters to this hadith which describes Moe’s orders to his
commanders in the field.   ” If
they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree
to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to
pay the tax, seek Allah’s help and fight them...”

Quran, and Islamic Law forbid offensive wars

There is no al-Taqiyya more offensive that this
direct deception.  Offensive conquest is commanded, not
forbidden!  The two principle jihad imperatives make no mention of
being defensive or in response to attack. Read them and their tafsirs;
bring forth facts with which to prove me wrong.

• 8:38. Say to those who
  have disbelieved, if they cease (from disbelief) their past will
  be forgiven. But if they
  return (thereto), then
  the examples of those (punished) before them have already preceded
  (as a warning).

  8:39. And fight
  them until there is no
  more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others
  besides Allâh) and the religion
  (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in
  the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides
  Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

• The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
• (And fight them
  until there is no more Fitnah…).” Ibn `Umar said, “We did
  that during the time of the Messenger of Allah, when Islam was weak and
  the man would be tried in religion, either tormented to death or being
  imprisoned. When Islam became stronger and widespread, there was no
  more Fitnah.” When the man realized that Ibn `Umar would not agree to
  what he is saying, he asked him, “What do you say about `Ali and
  `Uthman” Ibn `Umar replied, “What do I say about `Ali and `Uthman! As
  for `Uthman, Allah has forgiven him, but you hate that Allah forgives
  him. As for `Ali, he is the cousin of the Messenger of Allah and his
  son-in-law,” and he pointed with his hand saying, “And this is his
  house over there.” Sa`id bin Jubayr said, “Ibn `Umar came to us and
  was asked, “What do you say
  about fighting during Fitnah” Ibn `Umar said, “Do you know what Fitnah
  refers to Muhammad was fighting against the idolators, and at that
  time, attending (or residing with) the idolators was a Fitnah (trial in
  religion). It is nothing like what you are doing, fighting to gain
  leadership!” All these narrations were collected by Al-Bukhari,
  may Allah the Exalted grant him His mercy. Ad-Dahhak reported that Ibn
  `Abbas said about the Ayah,

  The caliph fights all
  other peoples until they become Muslim
  (O: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and
  are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax (jizya) ) (n:
  though according to the Hanafi school, peoples of all other religions,
  even idol worshippers, are permitted to live under the protection of
  the Islamic state if they either become Muslim or agree to pay the poll
  tax, the sole exceptions to
  which are apostates from Islam and idol worshippers who are Arabs,
  neither of whom has any choice but becoming Muslim (al-Hidaya
  sharh Bidaya al-mubtadi’ (y21), 6.48-49) ).

• 9:29. Fight
  against those who (1) believe
  not in Allâh,
  (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden
  by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the
  religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among
  the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with
  willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. 
• The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They
  give the Jizyah
• This honorable Ayah was revealed with the order to fight the
  People of the Book, after the pagans were defeated, the people entered
  Allah’s religion in large numbers, and the Arabian Peninsula was
  secured under the Muslims’ control. Allah commanded His Messenger to
  fight the People of the Scriptures, Jews and Christians, on the ninth
  year of Hijrah, and he prepared his army to fight the Romans and called
  the people to Jihad announcing his intent and destination.
• O9.8: The Objectives of Jihad

  The caliph (o25) makes
  war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians
  (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and
  practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social
  order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o11.4)
  -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money
  itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O:
  and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the
  non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,

  “Fight those who do not believe
  in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His
  messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth,
  being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax
  out of hand and are humbled” (Koran 9.29),

  the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon
  whom be peace).  After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be
  accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until
  Jesus’ descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the
  divinely revealed law of Muhammad. The coming of Jesus does not entail
  a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of
  Muhammad. As for the Prophet’s saying (Allah bless him and give him
  peace),

  “I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,”

  this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be
  peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a
  follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) ).

Allah said “fight them… until”. Not those who
attack you; them.
The smug, smarmy, self-righteous Muslim, convinced of the superiority
of his demon and himself, while substituting his anus for the brain
Allah has eaten, supposes us to be so stupid, ignorant and indolent
that we can neither discover nor comprehend objective factual
reality.  There is no greater arrogance than that which asserts
that offensive conquest is harram!

Defensive jihad is covered in Surahs Surah Al-Hajj 22:39
and Al-Baqarah 2:190.
In Reliance, O9.0 defines jihad as war against non-Muslims. O9.1
defines the communal obligation. Offensive jihad is fard kifaya, only
defensive jihad is fard ayn.  The minimum requirement is one
ghazwat in every year, without which, if it were possible, all who know
of it are sinners.

• O9.1: The Obligatory Character of Jihad

  Jihad
  is a communal obligation (def: c3.2).  When enough people perform it to
  successfully accomplish it, it is no longer obligatory upon others
  (O: the evidence for which is the Prophet’s saying (Allah bless him and
  give him peace),

  “He who provides the equipment for a
  soldier in jihad has himself performed jihad,”

  and Allah Most High having said:

  “Those of the believers who are unhurt but
  sit behind are not equal to those who fight in Allah’s path with their
  property and lives. Allah has preferred those who fight with their
  property and lives a whole degree above those who sit behind. And to
  each, Allah has promised great good” (Koran 4:95).

  If
  none of those concerned perform jihad, and it does not happen at all,
  then everyone who is aware that it is obligatory is guilty of sin, if
  there was a possibility of having performed it. In the time of
  the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) jihad was a communal
  obligation after his emigration (hijra) to Medina. As for subsequent
  times, there are two possible
  states in respect to non-Muslims.

  The first is when they are in their own
  countries, in which case jihad (def: o9.8) is a communal obligation,
  and this is what our author is speaking of when he says, “Jihad is a
  communal obligation,” meaning
  upon the Muslims each year.

  The second state is when non-Muslims invade a Muslim
  country or near to one, in which case jihad is personally obligatory
  (def: c3.2) upon the inhabitants

Exactly what part of that does Anonymous not
comprehend?  Perhaps Al-Shafi’i can clarify it for him.

“Fight them”!  “I am ordered to fight“! “The caliph makes war; fights all other
peoples”!  I will pile on the evidence: from Hedaya, Volume II, Book IX, Chapter 1.

• The destruction of the
  sword  is
  incurred by infidels, although they be not the first aggressors,
  as
  appears from various passages in the  sacred writings which are
  generally received this effect.
• War must be carried on
  against the Infidels, at all times, by some party of the Muslims
