O-9.8: The Objectives of Jihad
The caliph (o-25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o-11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,

The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad. As for the Prophet’s saying (Allah bless him and give him peace), “I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,” this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) ).

The caliph fights all other peoples until they become Muslim (O: because they are not a people with a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with paying the poll tax (jizya) ) (n: though according to the Hanafi school, peoples of all other religions, even idol worshippers, are permitted to live under the protection of the Islamic state if they either become Muslim or agree to pay the poll tax, the sole exceptions to which are apostates from Islam and idol worshippers who are Arabs, neither of whom has any choice but becoming Muslim (al-Hidaya sharh Bidaya al-mubtadi’ (y-21), 6.48-49) ).

What in Hell  accounts for such outrageous Islamic law?

• 8:39 And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.

Allah commanded His Messenger to fight the People of the Scriptures, Jews and Christians, on the ninth year of Hijrah, and he prepared his army to fight the Romans and called the people to Jihad announcing his intent and destination. The Messenger sent his intent to various Arab areas around Al-Madinah to gather forces, and he collected an army of thirty thousand.[Ibn Kathir]

The outrageous AssWholliness of  these treacherous ‘public servants’ is second only to that  of the founder of the damned murder cult, who said:

  “My provision has been placed under the shadow of my spear, and abasement and humility have been placed on the one who disobeys my command.“

The United Nations is part of the problem, not part of the solution. It must be dissolved! Let us begin by disrespectfully demanding withdrawal from the U.N.  and its  expulsion  from our soil. Kerry: Obama Could Help US Relations with Muslim Nations ‘Because He’s a Black Man’

In an interview with Massachusetts’ SouthCoastToday (watch it HERE), Obama-backing Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., says among other reasons he’s supporting Sen. Barack Obama, D-Illinois, is his belief that “it would be such an affirmation of who we say we are as a people. if we could elect an African-American president, young leader, who is obviously visionary about the ability to inspire people.”

Asked about Obama’s credibility, Kerry said:

“Because he’s African-American. Because he’s a black man. Who has come from a place of oppression and repression through the years in our own country.”

It would give us an ability to talk to those countries, to, in some cases, go around their dictator leaders to the people and inspire the people in ways that we can’t otherwise.  I think in the end, um, he has an ability to help us bridge the divide of religious extremism, to maybe even give power to moderate Islam to be able to stand up against this radical misinterpretation of a legitimate religion.

Because he’s African-American!  Because he’s a black man who has come from a place of oppression and repression through the years in our own country.  His life story, you know, a Kenyan father who abandoned him and he was raised by a single parent and — and — and found the purpose and values to go to college and make something of himself.  That’s an important lesson for America to show Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and other places in the world where disenfranchised people don’t get anything.

YNET News reports on the whining about Geert Wilders’ upcoming film about the demon’s book. Their report contains two crucial quotations.

My right of free expression, guaranteed by the first amendment to the United States Constitution, is not in conflict with any other right of any person. There is no right to be sheltered from the truth. Rights & obligations must be reciprocal, they are not one sided.

Muslims refer to us as “sons of apes and pigs“, the expression derives from the demon’s book. That same book invokes the demon’s curse upon us. Guess what they pray for…

Article 29.

(1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.(2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.(3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.

Does anyone believe that Wilders will, in his film, incite violence? Did the Danish cartoons incite Danes to assault Muslims? Now a new domestic threat to our liberty & privacy has appeared. WTVQ in Kentucky reports that their M.C. is seeking to outlaw anonymous posting on the web. Those of us who risk fatwa by exposing the evil doctrines of Moe’s murder cult would be forced to reveal our full names and physical addresses so that the assassins could find us easily.

Couch’s bill would require anyone contributing to a web site to file their real name, physical address and email address with the site. Your full name would be displayed with your comments.

Fines for anonymous posting would be $500 for the first offense; $1000 for subsequent offenses. The excuse for the bill: to reduce on line bullying.

Couch’s bill would be a foot in the door, the first step toward censorship. Can attempts to regulate content be far behind?

Our leader’s blathering about “extremism” & “radicalism” is unmitigated excrement. What they label extreme is the standard of Islam. Most people do not know what is in Islam’s canon of scripture & tradition, nor would they understand it if they did.

The terrible facts are exposed in documents published by the Muslim Student Assn., Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and numerous Islamic organizations.

We are told that offensive Jihad is an insignificant artifact of “extremism”. Muslims are told something else, in every Goddamn Mosque, Masjid & Madrassa.

190. And fight in the Way of Allâh^[1] those who fight you, but transgress not the limits. Truly, Allâh likes not the transgressors. [This Verse is the first one that was revealed in connection with Jihâd, but it was supplemented by another (9:36)].

(Sahih Al-Bukhâri, Vol.4, Hadîth No.41).

The material in brackets & parenthesis was provided by the translators to clarify the scripture. It is derived from various tafsir [exegis].  2:190  refers to defensive Jihad, but take close look at the translator’s footnote on this ayat. Since its length and detail exceed your attention span, I will excerpt the most vital clauses.

Where did they get those ideas about abandoning Jihad? I linked it to an ahadith which makes the matter crystal clear. Doubting that you will follow up, I quote it in full.

Abu Dawud Book 23, Number 3455:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:

I heard the Apostle of Allah, (peace_be_upon_him) say: When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion.

I added emphasis to the font to make the critical phrases stand out and catch your attention. Trade Jihad for farming, and Allah will curse you.  There can be no doubt of the meaning of this Islamic tradition.

Lest you doubt that offensive Jihad is the standard of Islam, not a deviation, I will quote the ayat which sanctify it.

2:216. Jihâd ^[1] (holy fighting in Allâh’s cause) is ordained for you (Muslims) though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allâh knows but you do not know.

8:39. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism, i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world^[1]]. 8:65. O Prophet (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم)! Urge the believers to fight. If there are twenty steadfast persons amongst you, they will overcome two hundreds, and if there be a hundred steadfast persons they will overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they (the disbelievers) are people who do not understand.

What did Muhammad say outside the Mosque, when he was not revealing new messages from Satan?

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 387:
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.” Narrated Maimun ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, “O Abu Hamza! What makes the life and property of a person sacred?” He replied, “Whoever says, ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims have.”

Your blood & property are not sacred to Muslims until you become a Muslim. Open season is declared on you! There is no bag limit. The Muslim must only give 20% off the top to Moe or his Caliph.

And know that whatever of war-booty that you may gain, verily one-fifth (1/5th) of it is assigned to Allâh, and to the Messenger,…

But I’m a liar, one who distorts, perverts & mis-translates Islamic scripture. Yeah, right.  Ibn Kathir, the greatest of Koranic exegetes, mis-translated, misinterpreted distorted & perverted Islam.

• The Command to have Enmity towards the Disbelievers and to abandon supporting Them
• The Command to strike the Enemies’ Necks, tighten Their Bonds, and then free Them either by an Act of Grace or for a Ransom
• The Order to fight until there is no more Fitnah
• Allah gives Victory to the Believing Group
• Permission to fight; this is the first Ayah of Jihad
• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers, the Closest, then the Farthest Areas
• The Order to fight to eradicate Shirk and Kufr
• The Order to fight People of the Scriptures until They give the Jizyah
• The Order for Jihad against the Disbelievers and Hypocrites
• The Good News that Muslims will conquer the Known World, and ultimately the Entire World
• The Good News that Muslims will Dominate the People of the Book
• The Good News that Islam shall prevail

Islamic law mandates making war upon Jews & Christians and all other peoples. Somewhat ambiguous; can we get a clarification?

One must go on jihad (i.e. warlike razzias or raids) at least once a year […] one may use a catapult against them [non-Muslims] when they are in a fortress, even if among them are women and children.

al-Ghazali, d. 1111, shafi’i, sufi. Kitab al-Wagiz fi fiqh madhab al-imam al-Safi’i (Beirut 1979), s. 186, 190-1, 199-200, 202-3, övers. Michael Schub. 

al-Ghazali was a Sufi, and Sufi are supposed to be spiritually oriented, mystical & peaceful. Perhaps we need to consult a Sunni.

Al-Shafi’i (God have mercy on him) said: “The least that the imam must do is that he allow no year to pass without having organised a military expedition by himself, or by his raiding parties, according to the Muslims’ interest, so that the jihad will only be stopped in a year for a (reasonable) excuse.” He said: “If he did not undertake the sending of enough troops to fight, those who are absent (must) go out, and consider as an obligation that which God (who is praised) said.”

Sufi & Sunni Agree: the Caliph must attack us at least once each year. It’s a requirement of Islamic law, not a deviation from standard Islam.

But terrorism; surely it must be haram. Allah could not sanction that, could he? Only damn fools believe that!

3:151. We shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve, because they joined others in worship with Allâh, for which He had sent no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers).

8:12. (Remember) when your Lord revealed to the angels, “Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.”

     13. This is because they defied and disobeyed Allâh and His Messenger. And whoever defies and disobeys Allâh and His Messenger, then verily, Allâh is Severe in punishment.

     14. This is (the torment), so taste it; and surely for the disbelievers is the torment of the Fire.

But surely that must be allegory, not something they’d ever perform. Yeah, right.

  33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture who backed them (the disbelievers), Allâh brought them down from their forts and cast terror into their hearts, (so that) a group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.

     27. And He caused you to inherit their lands, and their houses, and their riches, and a land which you had not trodden (before). And Allâh is Able to do all things.

Is this confirmed?

Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:
Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been sent with the shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand.” Abu Huraira added: Allah’s Apostle has left the world and now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not benefit by them).

Now you know that the elected leaders of Western Civilization are damned liars, who chant “peace, peace” where there is no peace and declare the enemy of all mankind to be our steadfast ally.  What are you going to do with this new found knowledge? Will you conceal it, keep it private, shove it to the back of your mind and forget it?  Or will you join me in sharing it?  The choice is yours.  If you want your children & grand children to live in peace, prosperity & freedom, you will join me in propagating knowledge of the evil which seeks to subjugate them. Muhammad, A Symbol Of Terrorism    Syed Jamaluddin  obviously put a great deal of time and effort into creating this excellent petition which lays out the critical evidence against Moe’s damnable murder cult.  It should have 80 million signatures, not just 80!!!  In adition to the ayat & ahadith I use, Syed quotes Ishak & Tabari, laying bare the evil which is the core of Islam.

2. Rights  couched in terms of entitlement do not stand alone, they are paired with obligations. Which clause in our Constitution obligates us in this manner??!

It is my habit to drop the Fact Bomb upon the dance of idiocy.

What should the Jews have done in 638?  You know as well as I do that the whole damn deal stems from Umar’s conquest.  Why play semantic games and set traps?

Its all so blessed obvious that there is no need to question it.  Israel has two choices:

1. usher the Muslims into Hellfire
2. suffer continuous torment until they are finally exterminated by the Muslims.

Exactly what is the legal, moral, logical & historical basis for the existence of a Falestinian state?

Exactly when did the Falestinians have a state with Jerusalem as its capitol? What was the name of that state? Who was its ruler? What was the difference between it and run of the mill Arabian culture?

O-9.8: The Objectives of Jihad
The caliph (o-25) makes war upon Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians (N: provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and practice, and if they will not, then invited them to enter the social order of Islam by paying the non-Muslim poll tax (jizya, def: o-11.4) -which is the significance of their paying it, not the money itself-while remaining in their ancestral religions) (O: and the war continues) until they become Muslim or else pay the non-Muslim poll tax (O: in accordance with the word of Allah Most High,
“Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day and who forbid not what Allah and His messenger have forbidden-who do not practice the religion of truth, being of those who have been given the Book-until they pay the poll tax out of hand and are humbled” (Koran 9.29),
the time and place for which is before the final descent of Jesus (upon whom be peace). After his final coming, nothing but Islam will be accepted from them, for taking the poll tax is only effective until Jesus’ descent (upon him and our Prophet be peace), which is the divinely revealed law of Muhammad. The coming of Jesus does not entail a separate divinely revealed law, for he will rule by the law of Muhammad. As for the Prophet’s saying (Allah bless him and give him peace),
“I am the last, there will be no prophet after me,”
this does not contradict the final coming of Jesus (upon whom be peace), since he will not rule according to the Evangel, but as a follower of our Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) ).

If that ain’t authentic Islamic law, then how do you explain what Al-Shafi’i & Al-Ghazali said about making annual military expeditions against Kufar?

Honesty may not generate popularity, but it remains the best policy.  Get the facts out on the table and rub everyone’s snouts in them it until they see  & recognize them.

4. Sirah
5. Fiqh

The unwillingness & inability of the self-appointed intellectuals to recognize truth does not alter its status as truth.  No amount of proof  will ever be enough.  But, because it is possible that some rational and open minded person might by some accident fall upon these posts, it is good to establish a record of the facts.

Umar’s conquest of the Province of Syria and the Arab invasions of 1948, 1967 & 1973 are part of a congruent pattern of aggression invisible to the willfully blind.

The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: It will turn out that you will be armed troops, one is Syria, one in the Yemen and one in Iraq. Ibn Hawalah said: Choose for me, Apostle of Allah, if I reach that time. He replied: Go to Syria, for it is Allah’s chosen land, to which his best servants will be gathered but if you are unwilling, go to your Yemen, and draw water from your tanks, for Allah has on my account taken special charge of Syria and its people.

Bukhari Volume 4, Book 53, Number 386:
Narrated Jubair bin Haiya:
‘Umar sent the Muslims to the great countries to fight the pagans.[...]
Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:– “Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become your master.”  [...]

According to Ibn Hawalah’s narration, Moe predicted the invasions of Yemen & Syria, and declared a preference: that Syria take priority: Go to Syria, for it is Allah’s chosen land, to which his best servants will be gathered…for Allah has on my account taken special charge of Syria and its people.

What did Caliph Umar do and why? for Allah has on my account taken special charge of Syria and its people. Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya.

    While Jubair bin Haiya’s narration relates directly to the invasion of Persia,  the referenced command applies to “people of the book”, which  includes Jews. It is quoted in the Fiqh cited in the post which follows the one to which you responded.

In view of the clear command, which forms the basis of a significant legal ruling, confirmed by Moe’s own statements and the statement made to the Persian general and in view of Moe’s statement that Jihad would be performed continuously and that the end could not come until they hunt down the last Jew, your expectation that Muslims will negotiate peace in good faith is extremely irrational.

Another poster previously alluded to the treaty of Hudaibiya,whose ten year term was violated by Moe after three years. See 9:1–3.

Sahih Muslim Book 015, Number 4052:

[...]whereupon Allah’s Messenger (may peace he upon him) said: He who took an oath and (later on) found something better than that should do that, and expiate for (breaking) his vow.[...]

Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 53, Number 361:

[...]and by Allah, Allah willing, if ever I take an oath to do something, and later on I find that it is more beneficial to do something different, I will do the thing which is better, and give expiation for  my oath.”[...]

How, in view of those ahadith, can any rational person accept a Muslim’s obligation in any matter of substance?  Expecting Islam to make peace in good faith is a token of the most extreme stupidity & irrationality.

Secretary of State Rice has pledged half a billion of your tax dollars for Falestinian terrorists.  The claim is that Abbas is a moderate, as contrasted with the militants of  HAMAS. In ‘72, Abbas was the bag man for the Munich Massacre. Some moderate.  Has he renounced “from the river to the sea”? Has he taken any tangible steps to reduce terror attacks?  Has he secured the arms and ammunition we donated to him?  What in Hell makes the Secretary of State expect his intentions or conduct to change?

Their maps do not include Israel. Their mass media incite terror. Their schools, summer camps and sporting events are named in honor of terrorists. Our President and Secretary of State have their heads so far up their butts that they can’t see objective factual reality and instead govern by fantasy.
