CAIR submitted thirteen pages of written testimony
to the United States House Committee on Homeland Security. In my
view, the major thrust of the testimony is condemnation of alleged
profiling & entrapment. I see it as equivalent to the Mafia
telling the committee how organized crime should be investigated and
prosecuted. Uncle Vladdi

Targeting al-Qaeda-Inspired Violent Extremism
to any
one ethnicity, political ideology or religion. In January, the West
Point Military Academy’s Combating Terrorism Center reported that since
2001, violent white supremacists and other far-right groups have
murdered 306 Americans and injured another 1,616.i Since the
events of
September 11, individuals associated with or inspired by al-Qaeda or
similar groups have committed 37 murders in the U.S., out of the
180,000 murders committed during that time.ii Moreover,
since 1979
environmental and animal rights extremists have committed over 2,000
crimes and caused more than $110 million in damage.iii
Terrorism is not limited to the USA. It is performed
all over the world. Most of it is done by Muslims. The two
attacks on the World Trade Center were not done by right wingers or
Christians. The attempted Times Square bombing was not plotted by
a Jew. Numerous foiled plots were planned and almost carried out
by Muslims. The Boston Marathon bombing was carried out by
Muslims, motivated by their religion.
No matter what anyone else does or has done, Islam;
off the shelf, normative, as revealed and exemplified by Moe, motivates
Muslims to maim, mutilate, kill and enslave. Since 623, 270*106 lost their lives to Islamic
imperialism.
Violent Extremism
Terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam
predating the formation of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood and its
offshoot, al-Qaeda. Allah said in the Qur’an that he would
and did
“cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve” and described the
consequences of that act. Allah commanded Muslims to strike
terror into the hearts of disbelievers by building
a mighty army and harsh
treatment of defeated victims. Allah promised to reward
Muslims who take
any step to injure or enrage disbelievers.
Moe said that he was made victorious by terror cast into the hearts of
his enemies. Allah said that Moe was an excellent
example to emulate if one desired admission to his celestial bordello.
Terrorism is not extremism; it is normative Islam,
commanded by Allah and exemplified by his Messenger. Moe terrorized his
victims by harsh treatment of defeated people and assassinations. He also dictated &
dispatched explicit extortion letters.
al-Qaeda-Inspired
Terrorist groups do not inspire terrorism, they draw
attention to Allah’s imperatives,
threat & promise, which motivate
believers to do his wet work. They remind believers
of the fard al-kifaya of participation in annual attacks
against infidels.
While al-Qaeda and other groups exploit real and
perceived provocations and grievances to pressure believers
to engage in violence, Allah’s imperatives, threat & promise
and Moe’s exemplary conduct are the real sources of the terrorist
impulse.

lays down its burden. Thus [you are ordered by Allâh to continue in
carrying out Jihâd against the disbelievers till they embrace Islâm
(i.e. are saved from the punishment in the Hell-fire) or at least come
under your protection], but if it had been Allâh’s Will, He Himself
could certainly have punished them (without you). But (He lets you
fight), in order to test you, some with others. But those who are
killed in the Way of Allâh, He will never let their deeds be lost,

What does Allah want? Genocide: “great
slaughter”; “killed and wounded many of them”. What did Moe want?
Ransom & plunder: “the good of this world”. Can you get a
clue? Genocide is moderate, normative Islam, not extremism.
There is nothing wrong with the massacres of Hindus, Assyrians &
Armenians, Allah demanded “great slaughter”. Got a clue yet?
radicalization
Tamerlan, 26, and Dzhokhar, 19, Tsarnaev, journey to
violent extremism
had in part begun online through social networking sites linked to
al-Qaeda-inspired videos and content. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has told
investigators that he and his brother learned to build the improvised
explosive devices (IEDs) used in the Boston attacks from the
English-language online magazine Inspire, circulated by al-Qaeda’s
Yemen branch, and were influenced partly
by the online sermons of Anwar al-Awlaki,
an al-Qaeda linked leader.iv It has been reported that Tamerlan had
posted to his personal YouTube account a video extolling al-Qaeda.”v
The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) also allege that Tamerlan
was in contact by message board with at least two individuals who were
killed in a battle by Russian security forces in the Russian republic
of Dagestan in 2012.vi
Radicalizer
& 1999: Serves as vice president of
Charitable Society for Social Welfare Inc., the U.S. branch of a Yemeni
charity headed by Abdul
Majeed al-Zindani.
Federal prosecutors in a New York terrorism-financing case later
describe the charity as “a front organization” that was “used to
support al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden.”

Security
Security is not surveillance, security cameras,
investigations or infiltrating mosques. Security
is eliminating
enemy personnel from within our borders. If you want to be
sure
that some G’d'd Muslim will not run you over with his auto, shoot you,
stab you or dismember you with a bomb, then send them all home and
exclude them from entry. No Muslim students, technical workers,
medical
specialists, religious workers or tourists. No Muslims!
Expel them and exclude them.

Exposing Islam Through CAIR’s Lies about the Boston Marathon Bombing

a crucial phrase and did a search. The text turned up on CAIR’s
Facebook page. I have reproduced it below, highlighting some
important words, phrases & clauses which I will dissect below
the OPED.

Nihad Awad, like all lying Muslims, assumes that we
are stupid, illiterate and gullible. With a smug smirk he plays
semantic games, cherry picks scripture and misrepresents the damnable
doctrines & practices of Islam.
The bothers who bombed the Boston Marathon were
Muslims. The surviving bomber said that they were motivated by
religion. What component of Islam would motivate anyone to maim
and mutilate as many people as possible? After reading this

Jihad and Islam

There is a growing attempt by some commentators to label the recent
bombings in Boston as “jihad” and to blame the deadly blasts on a
non-existent
concept they call “radical Islam.”1
I call “radical Islam” non-existent because radicalism or extremism
is
not permissible in Islam. Islam prohibits extremism2 and an
essential
part of the faith is moderation. A more accurate term
might be
“Al-Qaeda ideology3.”
The Quran, Islam’s foundational holy text, states clearly: “We made you
to be a community of
the middle way, so that (with the example of your
lives) you might bear witness to the truth before all mankind.” (Quran,
2:143)
The Quran also states: “O you who believe! Stand out firmly for
justice, as witnesses to God, even against yourselves, or your parents,
or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or poor: for God can best
protect both.” (Quran, 4:35)
There is no such thing as radical Islam4,
but there are radical
Muslims5
– just as there are extremists
of every other religion6 or belief.
But there’s a huge difference between the existence of radical
individuals and a religion
that permits radical beliefs or actions.
These radicals
certainly do not represent the teachings of Islam or the
behavior or beliefs of mainstream Muslims7.
In one Islamic tradition, called a “hadith,” the Prophet Muhammad said:
“Religion is very easy and whoever overburdens himself in his religion
will not be able to continue in that way. So you should not be
extremists, but try to be near to perfection and receive the good
tidings that you will be rewarded; and gain strength by worshipping in
the mornings, the nights.” [Bukhari 1.2.38]
In recent years, we have seen the term “jihadist” come to be used as if
it means a person who kills people out of a religious motivation8,
but
this is terribly inaccurate.
“Jihad”
does not mean “holy war.” 9Literally,
jihad means to “struggle,”
strive and exert effort. It is a central and broad Islamic concept that
includes struggle against evil inclinations within oneself, struggle to
improve the quality of life in society, struggle
in the battlefield for
self-defense 10(e.g., – having a standing army
for national
defense11), or
fighting
against tyranny or oppression.
For the sake of accuracy and to avoid spreading false information about
a major world religion, extremist
Muslims who commit crimes should be
called criminals or, in cases where the definition fits, terrorists.
We
should not legitimize
their actions by calling them jihadists, even if
they attempt to call themselves by that label and seek a false
religious connection or justification. These criminals should not be
honored with a religious label.
Islam allows legitimate self defense, but prohibits
the killing of
innocent people12, even in times of war or
conflict. Aggression
is never
permitted.13
“And fight in the cause of God those who
, and do
not
commit aggression. Indeed God does not love those who are
aggressors,”
(The Quran, 2:190).
So yes, there are some Muslims who have extreme views, or mental
illnesses, or political grievances, or a host of other reasons that
lead them to kill people, and this is not only a tragedy and a crime
but an egregious
violation of the principles of Islam.
The difference between Muslim killers and killers from other
backgrounds is often the way they are described by the media and viewed
by the public: with Muslim killers, the
crime is almost always
attributed to their religion.14
Because the word “terrorism”15 is used almost exclusively to
describe
crimes whose perpetrators are Muslims, you might think that a majority
of mass killings and acts of terrorism in the U.S. were committed by
Muslims. But when we look at the facts, that perception does not hold
up.

from 1980 to 2005, six percent were committed by Muslims. (Source:

In a well-known hadith, a man asked the Prophet Muhammad, “What is the
best
jihad?” to which Prophet Muhammad replied, “Speaking a word of
truth to an oppressive ruler.”
The constant misuse of terms like “jihad” and “radical Islam” is
offensive to the truth and is counterproductive to our nation’s efforts
to achieve security.
It is time we all speak a word of truth by applying the proper labels
to criminals and their acts of violence, no matter their religious
background.

To be effective, a professional liar will include
some truth in his spew of malignant malarkey. It is true that
there is no such thing as radical Islam. Islam is what it is; its
standard was set 1400 years ago by Moe’s recitation, which is recorded

pillage. Those intrinsic sacraments of Islam are not
prohibited. Transgressing the limits is prohibited.
The limits are set in Sahih Muslim 19.4294,
in which Moe commands his generals to make holy war. What would profane
it? Embezzling spoils, killing children, mutilating bodies and fleeing
from battle are the limits which must not be transgressed; which would
profane Islam’s holy war.
Al-Qaeda ideology
Al-Qaeda is a subset of the Muslim Brotherhood,
which is a subset of Islam; what is their ideology? Islamic
ideology is most clearly stated in the motto of the Brotherhood,
which is copied in the Charter of HAMAS.

The correct expression is: Believers.
Believers are defined in 8:1-5. The meaning will not be clear until

definition in 9:111 is more explicit: they sold their souls to
Allah for admission to his celestial bordello so they fight in his cause,
killing and being killed. In 49:15, they are described as only those who fight
in Allah’s cause.

Tim McVeigh was a lapsed Catholic who acted out of
political, not religious motives. Christians who shoot
abortionists or bomb abortion mills, like McVeigh, act in contravention
of Christ’s teaching and example. Muslims engaged in terrorism

If your Lord issued divine imperatives commanding
you to wage war against pagans and ‘people of the book‘ and if he threatened you with eternal damnation if you refused to wage war and promised you admission to his celestial bordello
if you join the jihad, that would be religious motivation to engage in
offensive conquest. What if your Lord promised you extra credit
towards an upgrade in your seat in his celestial bordello for any step you take to injure or enrage disbelievers;
would that be religious motivation?
Khalid Sheikh Mohammad and his co-conspirators filed
with the military tribunal a signed response to the
“nine accusations” against them. In their document, they spill the
beans.
Many thanks to God, for his kind gesture, and choosing us to
perform the act of
Jihad for his cause and to defend Islam and Muslims.
Therefore, killing you and
fighting you, destroying you and terrorizing you,
responding back to your
attacks, are all considered to be great legitimate duty in our religion.
These
actions are our offerings to
God. In addition, it is the imposed reality on Muslims in
Palestine, Lebanon,
Afghanistan, Iraq, in the land of the two holy sites [Mecca and Medina,
Saudi Arabia], and in the rest ofthe
world, where Muslims are suffering from your brutality, terrorism,
killing ofthe innocent, and
occupying their lands and their holy sites. Nevertheless, it would have been the greatest
religious duty
to fight you over your
infidelity. However, today, we fight you over defending Muslims,
their land, their
holy sites,and their religion as a whole.
That is neither radicalism nor extremism; that is normative Islam, as
Moe preached and practiced it. That is motivated by Allah’s
imperatives, threat and promise. Those are religious motivations.
Jihad
Jihad means extreme exertion and striving. It
is not defined in the Qur’an, but it is defined in a footnote by Hilali
& Khan in their translation of 2:190.

given the utmost importance in Islâm and is one of its pillar (on which
it stands). By Jihâd Islâm
is established, Allâh’s Word is made superior, (His Word being Lâ
ilaha illallâh which

(Islâm) is propagated. By abandoning Jihâd (may
Allâh protect us from that) Islâm is destroyed and the Muslims fall

an obligatory duty in Islâm on every Muslim, and he who tries to escape
from this duty, or does not in his innermost heart wish to fulfil this
duty, dies with one of the qualities of a hypocrite.
Narrated
‘Abdullâh bin Mas‘ûd رضي الله عنه: I asked Allâh’s Messenger صلى الله
عليه وسلم “O Allâh’s Messenger! What is the best deed?” He replied, “To
offer the Salât (prayers)
at their early fixed stated times.” I asked, “What is next in
goodness?” He replied, “To be good and dutiful to your parents.” I
further asked, “What is next in goodness?” He replied, “To participate
in Jihâd in Allâh’s Cause.” I did not ask Allâh’s Messenger صلى الله
عليه وسلم anymore and if I had asked him more, he would have told me
more. (Sahih
Al-Bukhâri,
Vol.4, Hadîth No.41).
holy fighting in Allah’s cause
What makes fighting holy? Intentions:
intending to please Allah. What profanes it? Embezzling spoils, killing
children, mutilating corpses and fleeing from battle.
What is Allah’s cause? To make Islam dominate the world.
legal definition
The Reliance of the Traveller, the Shafi’i school’s
handbook of Shari’ah, certified as accurate and authentic by the
Sheikhs of Al-Zzhar University, defines Jihad in Book O9.0.
(O: Jihad means to
war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the
word mujahada signifying warfare to establish the religion. And it is
the lesser jihad. As for the greater jihad, it is spiritual warfare
against the lower self (nafs), which is why the Prophet (Allah bless
him and give him peace) said as he was returning from jihad.
“We have returned from the lesser jihad to the
greater jihad.”
The scriptural basis for jihad, prior to
scholarly consensus (def: b7) is such Koranic verses as:
-1- “Fighting is prescribed for you” (Koran 2:216);
-2- “Slay them wherever you find them” (Koran
4:89);
-3- “Fight the idolators utterly” (Koran 9:36);
and such hadiths as the one related by Bukhari
and Muslim
that the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) said:
“I have been commanded to fight people until
they testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the
Messenger of Allah, and perform the prayer, and pay zakat. If they say
it, they have saved their blood and possessions from me, except for the
rights of Islam over them. And their final reckoning is with Allah”;
and the hadith reported by Muslim,
“To go forth in the morning or evening to
fight in the path of Allah is better than the whole world and
everything in it.”Details concerning jihad are found in the accounts

“Jihad is ordained for you” in 2:216 Allah says
Jihad, not defense. When Moe was weak, with no army, Allah
prescribed patience and forbearance. When he moved to Medina and built
a small force, Allah prescribed defensive and retaliatory fighting in 22:39.
When his army grew strong enough to raid camel caravans and small
settlements, Allah revealed the primary Jihad imperatives in Surahs
Al-anfal & At-Taubah.
The Reliance of the Traveller, in Book O9.1,
sets forth two types of jihad: offensive and defensive. The former is
required in every year, and if not performed when possible, all who
know of the obligation are in sin. The obligation is communal,
binding on all eligible male Muslims until a su8fficient number has
reported to the front.
O9.1: The Obligatory Character of Jihad
Jihad
is a communal obligation (def: c3.2). When enough people perform
it to successfully accomplish it, it is no longer obligatory upon
others (O: the evidence for which is the Prophet’s saying
(Allah bless him and give him peace),
“He who provides the equipment for a soldier in
jihad has himself performed jihad,”
and Allah Most High having said:
“Those of the believers who are unhurt but sit
behind are not equal to those who fight in Allah’s path with their
property and lives. Allah has preferred those who fight with their
property and lives a whole degree above those who sit behind. And to
each, Allah has promised great good” (Koran 4:95).
If none
of those concerned perform jihad, and it does not happen at all, then

was a possibility of having performed it. In the time of the

speaking of when he says, “Jihad is a communal obligation,” meaning upon the Muslims each year.
The second state is when non-Muslims invade a
Muslim country or near to one, in which case jihad is personally
obligatory (def: c3.2) upon the inhabitants of that country, who must
repel the non-Muslims with whatever they can).

except (that it be) by mistake, and whosoever kills a believer by
mistake, (it is ordained that) he must set free a believing slave and a
compensation (blood money, i.e Diya) be given to the deceased’s family,
unless they remit it. If the deceased belonged to a people at war with
you and he was a believer; the freeing of a believing slave (is
prescribed), and if he belonged to a people with whom you have a treaty
of mutual alliance, compensation (blood money – Diya) must be paid to
his family, and a believing slave must be freed. And whoso finds this
(the penance of freeing a slave) beyond his means, he must fast for two
consecutive months in order to seek repentance from Allâh. And Allâh is
Ever AllKnowing, AllWise.
4:93. And whoever kills a believer
intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the
Wrath and the Curse of Allâh are upon him, and a great punishment is
prepared for him.
Who is innocent? Only Muslims!!! If you ain’t
Muslim, you are a rebel against Allah and his Messenger, due to be
killed for waging war against them.

Anything and everything Moe said while reciting the
Qur’an and everything he did in pursuit thereof is the “law of the
Prophet” After Moe died, Umar sent the army to fight nearby
kingdoms. The Persians wanted to know why they were being attacked.
Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till
you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and our Prophet
has informed us that our Lord says:– “Whoever amongst us is killed
(i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as
he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become
your master.” he
The orders to fight
Surah Al-Baqarah 2:216 makes it plain that Jihad4
is ordained for Muslims; a communal obligation. The next verse
makes it plain that Jihad, in that context, means holy war.
Jihâd (holy fighting in Allâh’s Cause) is ordained for you (Muslims)
though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is
good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allâh
knows but you do not know.
2:217. They ask you concerning
fighting in the Sacred Months (i.e. 1st, 7th, 11th and 12th months of
the Islâmic calendar). Say, “Fighting therein is a great
(transgression) but a greater (transgression) with Allâh is to prevent
mankind from following the Way of Allâh, to disbelieve in Him, to
prevent access to Al-Masjid-al-Harâm (at Makkah), and to drive out its
inhabitants, and Al-Fitnah is worse than killing. And they will never
cease fighting you until they turn you back from your religion (Islâmic
Monotheism) if they can. And whosoever of you turns back from his
religion and dies as a disbeliever, then his deeds will be lost in this
life and in the Hereafter, and they will be the dwellers of the Fire.
They will abide therein forever.”
The primary Jihad imperatives are found in Surah
Al-Anfal and Surah At-Taubah. Note that there is no mention of
their being defensive in nature and no geographic or chronological
limits on these imperatives.
And
fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism:
i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will
all be for Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease
(worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer
of what they do.
9:29.
Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last
Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His
Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e.
Islâm) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until
they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves
subdued.
Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387 is one of several hadith
which confirm the Jihad imperatives. It also brings unpleasant facts to
light:
- Our blood and property are not sacred to Muslims: The season is
open and we can be attacked with impunity. - As disbelievers, we have no human rights; we only obtain them by
becoming Muslims.

Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah’s Apostle said, “I have
been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to
be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers,
face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and
property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them
except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.” Narrated Maimun
ibn Siyah that he asked Anas bin Malik, “O Abu Hamza! What makes the
life and property of a person sacred?” He replied, “Whoever says, ‘None
has the right to be worshipped but Allah’, faces our Qibla during the
prayers, prays like us and eats our slaughtered animal, then he is a
Muslim, and has got the same rights and obligations as other Muslims
have.”

provided he has first invited them to enter Islam in faith and

The caliph fights all other
peoples until they become Muslim (O: because they are not a people with
a Book, nor honored as such, and are not permitted to settle with
paying the poll tax (jizya) ) …
Where is the defensive or retaliatory element in
those provisions of Islamic law? To see clear confirmation of the
obvious, turn to O25.9 where waging war against neighboring
infidels is listed as an eighth duty of subordinate rulers.
What motivates Muslims?
Terrorists are motivated by Allah’s threat and
promise because they are believers5. If they were hypocrites,
whose Islam goes no deeper than their throats,
they would not be planting bombs. On resurrection day, Allah will
weigh their sins against their good deeds. The swing of the balance
determines where they spend eternity, Paradise or Perdition.
Allah’s threat
A Muslim who does not join the Jihad when called
will be damned.
you who believe! What is the matter with you, that when you are asked
to march forth in the Cause of Allâh (i.e. Jihâd) you cling heavily to
the earth? Are you pleased with the life of this world rather than the
Hereafter? But little is the enjoyment of the life of this world as
compared with the Hereafter.
9:39. If you march not forth, He
will punish you with a painful torment and will replace you by another
people, and you cannot harm Him at all, and Allâh is Able to do all
things.
Allah’s promise
A Muslim who joins the Jihad with good intentions
will have his sins forgiven and be admitted into Paradise.
You who believe! Shall I guide you to a commerce that will save you
from a painful torment.
61:11. That you believe in Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad ),
and that you strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allâh with your
wealth and your lives, that will be better for you, if you but know!
61:12. (If you do so) He will forgive you your sins, and admit you into
Gardens under which rivers flow, and pleasant dwelling in Gardens of
‘Adn Eternity ['Adn (Edn) Paradise], that is indeed the great
success.
61:13. And also (He will give you) another (blessing) which you love,
help from Allâh (against your enemies) and a near victory. And give
glad tidings (O Muhammad ) to the believers.
The minimum number of wives in Paradise is two.
The maximum number is 72. The quantity and quality of food and
wine the Muslim gets and the number of virgins he gets is a function of
which of the 100 levels of Paradise he is admitted to, which is a
function of the balance of his sins and good deeds. How can a
Muslim gain extra credit toward an upgrade in Paradise? By any
step taken to injure or enrage disbelievers: ACTS OF TERRORISM!
. This fact is clear on the face of the text in 9:120.
It
was not becoming of the people of Al-Madinah and the bedouins of the
neighbourhood to remain behind Allâh’s Messenger (Muhammad when
fighting in Allâh’s Cause) and (it was not becoming of them) to prefer
their own lives to his life. That is because they suffer neither thirst
nor fatigue, nor hunger in the Cause of Allâh, nor they take any
step to raise the anger of disbelievers nor inflict any injury upon an
enemy but is written to their credit as a deed of righteousness.
Surely, Allâh wastes not the reward of the Muhsinûn.
Why do they hate us?
Muslims hate us because we are not them. Why?
Because Allah hates us; we are accursed,
the worst
of creatures who must be punished,
defeated
and gathered into Hell. Muslims love what Allah loves and
hates what Allah hates. The concept is called Wala Wal Bara.
They hate us and attack us because we ain’t Muslims;
nothing short of sincere conversion to Islam will change that. If
we want to stop the attacks, we must deport all Muslims and exclude
them from entering. There is no acceptable alternative.

Surah Al-Hashr
He it is Who drove out the disbelievers among the people of the
Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Banî An-Nadîr) from their
homes at the first gathering. You did not think that they would get
out. And they thought that their fortresses would defend them from
Allâh! But Allâh’s (Torment) reached them from a place whereof they
expected it not, and He cast terror into
their hearts, so that they destroyed their own dwellings with
their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then take admonition, O
you with eyes (to see).
59:13. Verily, you (believers in
the Oneness of Allâh – Islâmic Monotheism) are more awful as a fear
in their (Jews of Banî An-Nadîr) breasts than Allâh. That is
because they are a people who comprehend not (the Majesty and Power of
Allâh).

Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah:
The Prophet said, “I have been given five things which were not given
to any one else before me.
1. Allah
made me victorious by awe, (by His frightening my enemies) for a
distance of one month’s journey.
2. The earth has been made for me (and for my followers) a place for
praying and a thing to perform Tayammum, therefore anyone of my
followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due.
3. The booty
has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful for anyone
else before me.
4. I have been given the right of intercession (on the Day of
Resurrection).
5. Every Prophet used to be sent to
his nation only but I have been sent to all mankind.
Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been sent with the
shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I
have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the
enemy), and while I was sleeping, the
keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my
hand.” Abu Huraira added: Allah’s Apostle has left the world and
now you, people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did
not benefit by them).
How did Allah cast terror?
Maulana Mufti Muhammad Shafi, commenting
on 59:2, in the Mariful Qur’an, says that Moe’s companions were the
agency of terror, by cutting and burning date trees.
- So, some
of the blessed Companions, in order to anger them or cast terror
into their hearts, cut and
burned down some of their date trees.
He
also cast terror by murder and genocide. Guillaume’s translation
of Hishham’s Rescension of Sirat Rasul Alah [The
Life of Muhammad] provides more details of a disturbing

you come upon them in war, deal with them so forcibly as to terrify
those
who follow them, haply they may take warning,’ i.e. make a severe
example of them to those that come after, that haply they may

‘And prepare what strength you can against them, and cavalry by which
you

as His
words, ‘And whatever you spend in the way of God will be repaid to you:
you will not be wronged,’ i.e. you will not lose your reward with God in
the next life and a rapid recompense in this world.
Moe,
sensitive to the fact that he was a false prophet acting out of
mercenary motives, routinely had critics murdered Ka’b Ibn ai-Ashraf
was one of them; the story of his murder is in Sahih
Muslim 19.4436.
The Sira adds a clarifying detail which tells us more about by what
mechanism Allah cast terror. This brilliant little gem is found
on page 368.

enraged by Ka’b's murder and recited critical poetry for which Moe had
her assassinated too. The following gem of revelation is found on
page 676.
day after Bint Marwan was killed the men of B.
Khatma became Muslims because they
saw the power of Islam.
A
tribe, terrified by her assassination, converted to Islam rather than
defend themselves. The raid on the Khaibar Oasis had a similar
effect, illustrative of 8:57 which confirms how Allah cast
terror. This gem of revelation is found on page 523.
the apostle had finished
with Khaybar, God struck terror to the
hearts
of the men of Fadak when they
heard what the apostle had done to
the
men of Khaybar. They
sent to him an offer of peace on condition that
they should keep half of their produce. Their messengers came to him in
Khaybar or on the road or after he came to Medina, and he accepted their
terms. Thus Fadak became his private property, because it had not been
attacked by horse or camel.

apostle passed by a number of his companions in al-Saurayn before
he got to B. Qurayza and asked if anyone had passed them. They replied
that Dihya b. Khalifa al-Kalbi had passed upon a white mule with a

covered with a piece of brocade. He said, ‘That was Gabriel
who has been
sent
to B. Qurayza to shake their castles and strike terror to their hearts.’
Yeah, right, they saw an angel riding a mule.
But there is more and more realistic on the same page.

the B. Qurayza for twenty-five nights until they were sore
pressed
and God cast terror into their hearts.
Then Moe enslaved the women and children, slaughtering the men and
adolescent boys as a terrifying example for other intended victims. Its

and their dwellings, and their property, and a land you had not trod,’

Terrorist Verses Report
The government laid out a great deal of money for a scholarly analysis
of the communications of terrorist groups & individuals whose
output agrees with their pre-ordained opinion. Islamic terrorism
is a function of Islamic doctrine, not the propaganda pitch of any
group of terrorists. Muslims engage in terrorism because of Allah’s
imperatives, promise & threat. Terrorism was practiced and
bragged about by Moe long before Abd-Al-Wahhab began his Salafist
revival.

The malignant malarkey commences early: in the third
paragraph of the executive summary on page 2.

surprising is the near absence of the well-known “Verse of the Sword”

violent passage of the Qur’an, it is treated as a divine call for
offensive warfare on a global scale.”
“Widely regarded as the most militant or violent passage” by whom, and
is that evaluation warranted by the facts? “Treated as a divine call
for offensive warfare on a global scale.”: if you treat
your dog as your child, does it produce grandchildren for
you? Is Surah At-Taubah 9:5 the most violent verse? Is it the
best basis for ordaining global conquest?
And a declaration from Allâh and His Messenger to mankind on the
greatest day (the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah – the 12th month of Islâmic
calendar) that Allâh is free from (all) obligations to the Mushrikûn
(see V.2:105) and so is His Messenger. So if you (Mushrikûn) repent, it
is better for you, but if you turn away, then know that you cannot
escape (from the Punishment of) Allâh. And give tidings (O Muhammad )
of a painful torment to those who disbelieve.
9:4. Except those of the Mushrikûn with whom you have a treaty, and who
have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor have supported anyone
against you. So fulfill their treaty to them to the end of their term.
Surely Allâh loves Al- Mattaqûn (the pious – see V.2:2).
9:5. Then when the Sacred Months (the Ist, 7th, 11th, and 12th months
of the Islâmic calendar) have passed, then kill the Mushrikûn (see
V.2:105) wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege
them, and prepare for them each and every ambush.
But if they repent and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and give
Zakât, then leave their way free. Verily, Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most
Merciful.
9:3 Is translated as a declaration to mankind, but the Arabic word
used: الناس

Tafsir Ibn Kathir indicates that the declaration was issued to the

22 of the translations at Islam Awakened use the people, 3 use all
mankind and 8 use mankind. While the original intent was local,
many want to interpret this context as global, in my opinion, the
globalization is a polemical error. Unfortunately, several hadith
can be used to reinforce the global interpretation. I will
therefore stipulate that 9:5 is a declaration of local and global
jihad.
most violent verse
Is 9:5 the most
violent verse? We need a few verses for comparison.
find them,
and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah is
worse than killing. And fight not with them at Al-Masjid-al-Harâm (the
sanctuary at Makkah), unless they (first) fight you there. But if they
attack you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers.
8:12.
(Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, “Verily, I am with you,
so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the
hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the
necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.”
8:39. And fight them until
there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping
others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will
all be for Allâh Alone
[in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease (worshipping others
besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer of what they do.
8:67. It is not for a Prophet that he should have
prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a
great slaughter
(among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world
(i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allâh desires
(for you) the Hereafter. And Allâh is All-Mighty, All-Wise.
9:29. Fight against those who
(1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that
which has been forbidden by Allâh and His Messenger (4) and those who
acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islâm) among the people of
the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah
with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.
47:4. So, when you meet (in fight Jihâd in Allâh’s
Cause), those who disbelieve smite at their necks
till when you have killed and wounded many of them, then
bind a bond firmly (on them, i.e. take them as captives). Thereafter
(is the time) either for generosity (i.e. free them without ransom), or
ransom (according to what benefits Islâm), until the war lays down its
burden. Thus [you are ordered by Allâh to continue in carrying out
Jihâd against the disbelievers till they embrace Islâm (i.e. are saved
from the punishment in the Hell-fire) or at least come under your
protection], but if it had been Allâh’s Will, He Himself could
certainly have punished them (without you). But (He lets you fight), in
order to test you, some with others. But those who are killed in the
Way of Allâh, He will never let their deeds be lost,
- kill the
Mushrikûn (see V.2:105) wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege

Which of these is the most violent? Does any really
stand out above the rest as an exemplar of violence? 9:5 is
equaled, if not exceeded by 2:191.
global scope
9:5 is primarily local in scope, confined, by its
immediate context, to Mekkah & environs; to pilgrims making
the hajj. 8:39 is global in scope, setting a monopoly for Allah
as a terminal condition of a fight until loop. Abdullah Yusuf Ali says “altogether and everywhere“
. 9:29 makes people with scriptural religions the object, implying that
the scope extends to wherever Jews, Christians & Zoroastrians are
found.
straw man
The authors of the study have set up a straw man
argument: 9:5 is the “most violent verse” which commands global jihad
but the terrorists rarely mention it, so it must be
insignificant. Thus, they conclude, that we do not face an
“aggressive offensive foe” bent on conquest. Instead, the enemy
writes about “themes of victimization, dishonor, and retribution”, so
we should assume that jihad is grievance driven, not doctrine driven.

domination, focus on counteracting or addressing claims of victimage,
emphasize alternative means of deliverance, and work to undermine the
“champion” image sought by extremists.”
Terrorism is an intrinsic sacrament of Islam, not
the innovation of any subset. Examine the Qur’an verses relating
to terrorism and the hadith which exemplify their implementation.
Take a close look, then a second look at modern Islamic military
strategy.
- 3:151. We shall cast terror into the hearts of those
who disbelieve- …Allah next conveys the good news that He will put fear of the
Muslims, and feelings of subordination to the Muslims in the
hearts of

terrified the Muslims and intended to kill them so as to gain earthly
power, but their plans backfired; the idolators ran away and the

struck them in this life, as well as, the painful torment that Allah
has reserved for them in the Hereafter.”… The End that Bani An-Nadir suffered

- 59:13. Of a truth ye are stronger (than they)
because of the terror in their hearts, (sent) by
God. This is because they are men devoid of understanding.- …(Verily, you
are more fearful in their breasts than Allah.)
meaning, the hypocrites fear you more than they fear Allah, as He
says; (Behold! a section of them fear men as they fear Allah or
even
more.)… The False Promise of Support the Hypocrites gave to the Jews
- …(Verily, you
- 8:57. So if you gain the mastery over them in
war, punish them severely in
order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they may
learn a lesson.- …(then disperse those who are behind them,) by severely
punishing
﴿the captured people﴾ according to Ibn `Abbas, Al-Hasan Al-Basri,
Ad-Dahhak, As-Suddi, `Ata’ Al-Khurasani and Ibn `Uyaynah. This
Ayah commands
punishing them harshly and inflicting casualties on them.
This way, other enemies, Arabs and non-Arabs, will be afraid and take a
lesson from their end,… Striking Hard against Those Who disbelieve and break
the Covenants

Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah:
The Prophet said, “I have been given five things which were not given
to any one else before me.1. Allah made me
victorious by awe, (by His frightening my
enemies) for a distance of one month’s journey. . - Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 220:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been sent with the
shortest expressions bearing the widest meanings, and I have been made victorious with terror(cast in the
hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the
treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand.“
Abu Huraira added: Allah’s Apostle has left the world and now you,
people, are bringing out those treasures (i.e. the Prophet did not
benefit by them).
Brig. S.K. Malik wrote The Qur’anic Concept of War
as a training manual for the army of Pakistan. His analysis will
help
you to comprehend their strategy. Terror is both a means and an
end.
This paragraph comes from the bottom of page 59. [Emphasis added.]
enemies is not only
a means, it is the end in itself. Once a condition of terror into
the opponent’s heart is
obtained, hardly anything is left to be
achieved. It is the
point where the means and the end meet
and merge. Terror is not a means of imposing decision upon
the enemy; it is me decision we wish to impose upon him.
There is a purpose for the numerous continuing
assaults against Christian faith in this nation. You will not
fully comprehend it without reading this next quote.
There is one necessary prerequisite for instilling terror: the
destruction of our faith. Islam’s strong faith shields Muslims from
being terrorized. This paragraph comes from page 60. [Emphasis added.]
struck into the hearts of an army by merely
cutting its lines of communication or depriving it of its routes
of withdrawal. It is basically related to the strength or weakness
of the human soul. It can
be instilled only if the opponent’s
Faith is destroyed.
Psychological dislocation is temporary;
spiritual dislocation is permanent.
Psychological dislocation can be
produced by a physical act but this does not hold good of the
spiritual dislocation. To
instill terror into the hearts of the enemy,
it
is essential. in the ultimate analysis, to dislocate his Faith. An
invincible Faith is immune to terror. A weak Faith offers inroads
to terror. The Faith
conferred upon us by the Holy Qur’an has
the inherent strength to ward off terror from
us and to enable
us
to strike terror into the enemy. Whatever the form or type of
strategy directed against the enemy, it must, in order to be effective,
be capable of striking terror into the hearts of the enemy. A strategy
that fails to attain this condition suffers from inherent drawbacks
and weaknesses; and should be reviewed and modified. This rule
is fully applicable to nuclear as well as conventional wars. It is
equally true of the strategy of nuclear deterrence in fashion
today. To be credible and effective, the strategy of deterrence
must be capable of striking terror into the hearts of the enemy.

The experts make a false assumption concerning the
identity of the enemy as well as the enemy’s motivation. Those
who ignore history are doomed to repeat it. 230 years ago, the
new nation’s shipping was attacked by the Barbary Pirates, who seized
crews & cargoes for ransom, demanding tribute.
“In
1786 Jefferson and John Adams went to negotiate with Tripoli’s envoy to
London, Ambassador Sidi Haji Abdrahaman or (Sidi Haji Abdul Rahman
Adja). They asked him by what right he extorted money and took slaves.
Jefferson reported to Secretary of State John Jay, and to the Congress:
The
ambassador answered us that [the right] was founded on the Laws of the
Prophet (Mohammed), that it was written in their Koran, that all
nations who should not have answered their authority were sinners, that
it was their right and duty to make war upon them wherever they could
be found, and to make slaves of all they could take as prisoners, and
that every Mussulman (or Muslim) who should be slain in battle was sure
to go to heaven.”
Many years earlier, a Persian General asked a similar question and
received a similar answer.

Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you
till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and
our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:– “Whoever amongst us
is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a
luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain
alive, shall become your master.” …
Did we have “boots on the ground” of the Hijaz in
1786? Israel was under the thumb of the Ottoman Empire, so there
was no grievance against us except the status offense of not being
Muslims. What did Allah order them to do? Was that order in 9:5 or was
it in 9:29?
The Barbary Pirates were not the enemy in the 18th
century, Islam was. They attacked us because they were
Muslims and we were not. Al-Qaeda, Hamas, Hizbollah, etc. etal.
are not the enemy. Islam is the enemy. They attack us because they are
Muslims and we are not. All of those so called terrorist groups have
one thing in common: they are Muslims: believers in Allah; emulators of
Muhammad.
Islam means submission. Muslims are those who submit
to Allah and obey his commands. What did he command them to do?
He commanded them to conquer the world and impose the rule of
Islam. 8:39 & 9:29 the scholarly exegesis of those verses and
their codification in Shari’ah leave no possible doubt.
Two verses clearly define believers.
believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall
be the Paradise. They fight in Allâh’s
Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed.
It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurât (Torah)
and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur’ân. And who is truer to his
covenant than Allâh? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have
concluded. That is the supreme success .
49:15. Only those are the believers
who have believed in Allâh and His Messenger, and afterward
doubt not but strive
with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allâh. Those!
They are the truthful.
Lets break that down for the low functioning Morons among us.

Allâh – Islâmic Monotheism) and do deeds of righteousness, We shall admit them to

Mutahharatun [purified mates or wives (having no menses, stools, urine,
etc.)] and We shall admit them to shades wide and ever deepening
(Paradise) .
61:10. O You who believe! Shall I guide you to a commerce that will save
you from a painful torment.
61:11. That you believe in Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad ),
and that you
strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allâh with your wealth and your
lives, that will be better for you, if you but know!
61:12. (If you do so) He will forgive you your
sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow, and
pleasant dwelling in Gardens of ‘Adn Eternity ['Adn (Edn) Paradise],
that is indeed the great success.
61:13. And also (He will give you) another (blessing) which you love,
help from Allâh (against your enemies) and a near victory. And give
glad tidings (O Muhammad ) to the believers.
If Muslims join the jihad, Allah will forgive their sins and admit them
to his celestial bordello, flowing with rivers of wine, milk, honey and
water. There they will sport with virgins who grow new hymens every
time and they won’t need Viagra.
Allah’s threat
you, that when you
are asked to march forth in the Cause of Allâh (i.e. Jihâd) you cling
heavily to the earth?
Are you pleased with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter?
But little is the enjoyment of the life of this world as compared with
the Hereafter.
9:39. If you march
not forth, He will punish you with a painful torment and will
replace you by another people, and you cannot harm Him at all, and

If you do not go to jihad, you will go to Hell to be
burned & tormented, eating wound discharges and toxic nettles,
drinking boiling water.
where are you going?
If you are a Muslim, and you really believe that
Allah is going to dig you up, weigh your sins against your good deeds
and send you to the garden or the fire unless you got killed in battle,
what will you do? Yeah, right, you will spend 40 passive
years on earth, only to burn in the fire for eternity.
rousing rabble
Protecting the weak, aiding the distressed and
promoting justice are common themes in rousing the rabble to fight. The
“plight of the Palestinians”, “illegal occupation” and “resistance” to
invasion serve to cloak jihad in an aura of moral virtue. The
expert authors of the study seem to be unable to detect the difference
between the recruiter’s propaganda pitch and the Islamic doctrines that
drive jihad. Recruitment may be aided by false appeals to virtue,
but the real motivator is the immutable doctrines enshrined in the
Qur’an and exemplified in Moe’s sunnah: Allah’s imperatives, threat
& promise.
After the Hijra, Moe assembled an army. As his
army grew, and graduated from raiding camel caravans to
invading villages and threatening neighboring
kingdoms, he spent much of his time exhorting the Muslims to
fight. The recitation of Surahs 8 & 9 result from
that effort.
Shari’ah
The major codes of Islamic law are silent on
terrorism but not about jihad, which is a communal obligation.
Jihad is offensive, not defensive and is undertaken on Islamic
initiative. I will give you one infamous quote and links to the

bottom line
If vampires were real instead of mythical, it would
be necessary to hunt them down and destroy them: all of them. In
Rabies epidemics, bounties are placed on skunks & raccoons. When
the Black Plague strikes, bounties are placed on rats. The
political, academic & clerical elites can not acknowledge the
reality of Islamic doctrine & practice because to do so would
be an extermination warrant.
The elites view that as the moral equivalent of the
murder of six million innocent Jews by Hitler’s SS. It is not,
for two reasons:
- Islam can be greatly reduced in magnitude by inducing mass
apostasy through educating Muslims about the true character of Allah
& Muhammad. - The true believers who endorse, propagate, promote and engage in
terrorism are not morally equivalent to the innocent Jewish masses of
Europe in WW2. They believe that they have a divine mandate to
conquer the world and that their eternal destination is dependent on
implementing that mandate. They view us as morally inferior, subhumans
whose blood and property are not sacred to Muslims; without human

There is no alternative to eliminating them because they will never
cease from terrorism so long as they continue to believe Allah’s
imperatives, threat & promise. They can not be deterred or

CAIR, Awad and Awlaki: Al-Taqiia
Nihad Awad, Executive Director of CAIR, uttered and USA Today published remarks about the life and death of Anwar al-Awkaki. Al-Taqiyya is the Islamic practice of self-protection & promotion by active deception. It is based on 3:28 and exemplified by this hadith cited by Tafsir Ibn Kathir: “We smile in the face of some people although our hearts curse them.”.

Islamic Cooperation (OIC) joins the international community in
remembering the horrendous and cowardly act of terrorism
and the tragic
loss of thousands of innocent human lives. The OIC was among the first
in expressing shock and horror at the dastardly terrorist attack and in
condemning it in
the strongest terms1.
The OIC seizes this
opportunity to reiterate its firm position of condemning terrorism
in
all its forms and manifestations and to underscore that terrorism is a
repugnant malady that seeks to destroy the fundamental ethos of
humanity. This principled position of the OIC against terrorism and
extremism is clearly stated in the OIC Ten Year Programme
of Action
adopted by the Heads of State and Government in 2005.2The perpetrators of terror
have no respect
for human life or dignity3
and pursue an agenda of hate4
and destruction5.
They have no character, follow no faith6
and live by a
dogma of violence7. The OIC that is
guided by principles
of peace
and
tolerance and moderation and modernization, is a major partner
of the
international, community in combating terrorism. In doing so, the OIC
Member States have themselves become the targets of terrorists and have
paid a heavy price in terms of human life and damage to property. The
OIC endeavors to combat
terrorism at its roots8 whatever its
possible
underpinnings, whether political, economic, social or technological.
This stand has been evidenced over the past decades through the
Organization’s endeavors to mobilize energies and efforts to fight
against terrorism. The OIC’s efforts were further strengthened with the
establishment of the Convention on Combating
Terrorism in July 1999.
Perhaps, it is the only available Convention which defines terrorism9,
so far.
In its firm belief that
combating terrorism requires a multi dimensional approach and not only
the use of military means to guarantee sustainable peace, the OIC
attaches enormous importance to identifying and addressing the root
causes of conflicts and disputes10.
Dealing with
conflict through
the
comprehensive approach obviously carries huge potential benefits.
In this regard, the OIC has
been vocal in calling for historical
reconciliation among
different
religions, cultures, and civilizations11, which would be seen as
catalyst
to debunk the myth of “clash of civilizations”12
elevated by the tragic
events of 9/11, which have, also, helped, unfortunately, the
Islamophobes to pursue with their discriminatory agenda towards Islam
and Muslims. It is worth mentioning that the OIC has always emphasized
that the international
community should act in the spirit of moderation
and dialogue to eliminate
all forms of hatred, intolerance and
discrimination.13 The OIC
believes that the limits of
discrimination and
racism have already been defined by existing international human rights
instruments, including the consensually adopted HRC Resolution 16/18.
It is equally important to recall the need to observe the UNGA
Resolution 62/272 of September 5, 2008, which
negates the association
of Islam to terrorism.14 The OIC,
in this regard, calls
for the
full
adherence15
to these and other similar resolutions and
instruments.
While commending the
initiatives of the international community on combating terrorism, the
OIC reiterates its readiness to cooperate with any
credible initiative in addressing the root causes and
consequences of
terrorism with a view to having a safer world free from the evil
faces
of terrorism for our future generations.

well as the recommendations of the Special Meeting of OIC Foreign
Ministers on Terrorism, held in Kuala Lumpur in April 2002.4. Support
efforts to develop an International Code of Conduct to Combat Terrorism
and to convene an international conference or a special session of the
UN General Assembly to reiterate the international consensus on
establishing a comprehensive strategy to combat this dangerous
phenomenon.- [...]“I have been ordered
to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped
but Allah.’ And if they say so,
pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will
be sacred to us[...][Sahih Bukhari 1.8.387] Islam does not hold our
lives & property sacred until we become Muslims at sword point. It
is Islam that disrespects life &
liberty. - 1:6. Guide us to the Straight Way
1:7. The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned
Your Anger (such as the Jews), nor of those who went astray
(such as the Christians).2:161. Verily, those who disbelieve, and die
while they are disbelievers, it is they on whom is the Curse of Allâh and of
the angels and of mankind, combined.2:162. They will abide therein
(under the curse in Hell), their punishment will neither be
lightened, nor will they be reprieved.98:6.
Verily, those who disbelieve
(in the religion of Islâm, the Qur’ân and Prophet Muhammad ()) from among the people of the
Scripture (Jews and Christians) and Al-Mushrikûn will abide in the Fire of Hell. They
are the worst of creatures. - 3:110. You
[true believers in Islâmic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet
Muhammad and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you
enjoin Al-Ma’rûf (i.e. Islâmic Monotheism and all that Islâm has
ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that
Islâm has forbidden), and you believe in Allâh. And had the people of
the Scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better
for them; among them are some who have faith, but most of them are
Al-Fâsiqûn (disobedient to Allâh – and rebellious against Allâh’s
Command).3:111. They will do you no harm, barring a trifling annoyance; and if
they fight against you, they will show you their backs, and they will
not be helped.3:112. Indignity is put over
them wherever they may be, except when under a covenant (of
protection) from Allâh, and from men; they have drawn on themselves the
Wrath of Allâh, and destruction
is put over them. This is because they disbelieved in
the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.)
of Allâh and killed the Prophets without right. This is because they
disobeyed (Allâh) and used to transgress beyond bounds (in Allâh’s
disobedience, crimes and sins).59:2. He it is Who drove out the disbelievers
among the people of the Scripture (i.e. the Jews of the tribe of Banî
An-Nadîr) from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think
that they would get out. And they thought that their fortresses would
defend them from Allâh! But Allâh’s (Torment) reached them from a place
whereof they expected it not, and He cast terror into their hearts, so that they destroyed their own
dwellings with their own hands and the hands of the believers. Then
take admonition, O you with eyes (to see). - What did they say when they slit the

sort of Muslim follows no faith? - Bukhari
Ch 61 # 2756: …It is mentioned from Ibn ‘Umar from the Prophet, may
Allah bless him and grant him peace, “My provision has been placed
under the shadow of my spear, and abasement and humility have been
placed on the one who disobeys my command. 2:216. Jihâd
(holy fighting in Allâh’s Cause) is ordained for you (Muslims)
though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is
good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allâh
knows but you do not know.8:39. And fight
them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism:
i.e. worshipping others besides Allâh) and the religion (worship) will all be for
Allâh Alone [in the whole of the world ]. But if they cease
(worshipping others besides Allâh), then certainly, Allâh is All-Seer
of what they do.9:29. Fight
against those who (1) believe not in Allâh, (2) nor in the Last
Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allâh and His
Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e.
Islâm) among the people of the
Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with
willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. - Terrorism is rooted in the Qur’an &
sunnah. To combat terrorism, it is necessary to abjure &
curse the following ayat & ahadith without any hesitation, evasion
or mental reservation whatsoever. No Muslim will abjure & curse
these verses because by so doing, he would sign his own death warrant.
I refer doubters & dissenters to Reliance of the Traveller, O8.1 & O8.7-7.3:151. We
shall cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve,
because they joined others in worship with Allâh, for which He had sent
no authority; their abode will be the Fire and how evil is the abode of
the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers).8:12.
(Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, “Verily, I am with you,
so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the
hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and
smite over all their fingers and toes.”8:57.
So if you gain the mastery
over them in war, punish them severely in order to disperse those who
are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson.8:60.
And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of
war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery, etc.) to threaten the enemy of Allâh
and your enemy, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom
Allâh does know. And whatever you shall spend in the Cause of Allâh
shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly.9:120.
It was not becoming of the people of Al-Madinah and the bedouins of the
neighbourhood to remain behind Allâh’s Messenger (Muhammad when
fighting in Allâh’s Cause) and (it was not becoming of them) to prefer
their own lives to his life. That is because they suffer neither thirst
nor fatigue, nor hunger in the Cause of Allâh, nor they take any step to raise the
anger of disbelievers nor inflict any injury upon an enemy but is
written to their credit as a deed of righteousness. Surely,
Allâh wastes not the reward of the Muhsinûn33:26. And those of the people of the Scripture
who backed them (the disbelievers) Allâh brought them down from their
forts and cast terror
into their hearts, (so that) a
group (of them) you killed, and a group (of them) you made captives.33:27. And He caused you to inherit their lands, and their houses, and
their riches, and a land which you had not trodden (before). And Allâh
is Able to do all things.59:2.

is not able to define terrorism: The OIC refuses to admit the

of peoples to struggle against foreign occupation and colonialist and

all means, including armed struggle to liberate their territories and
attain their rights to self-determination and independence in
compliance with the purposes and principles of the Charter and

Eight years after the September 11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, the Pew Global Attitudes Project finds that support for Osama bin Laden has declined considerably among Muslim publics in recent years.
The first graphic in the article depicts rejection of suicide bombing and violence against civilians. The % declaring it never justified ranges from 87 in Pakistan to 17 in Falestine. The mid range is 56/55 in Jordan/Israel.
Confidence in Usama bin Laden is reported to have declined from 34% in 2008 to 18% in 2009. The question was: ” How much confidence do you have in Osama bin Laden to do the right thing regarding world affairs- a lot of confidence, some confidence, not too much confidence or no confidence at all” The question was asked about a group of leaders. Unfortunately, only the bin Laden results are reported.
Support for suicide bombing is graphed on another page. The bar chart is two dimensional, you must click years other than ’09 to see their statistics.
Concerns about domestic extremism are charted on another page. In ’09, concern peaked at 79% in Lebanon & Pakistan. Note that “not too concerned” is combined with “not concerned”. Concerns about global extremism peak in Pakistan, Indonesia & Lebanon.
If support for bin Laden & al-Qaeda has declined, has support for Hamas, Hezbollah and other branches of Islamic terrorism declined? Is the decline a result of publicity surrounding merciless random killings in Pakistan? Is it permanent or temporary? How will it be affected if al-Qaeda brings off a mass casualty attack in Dar al-Harb before September 20?
Is there any reduction in approval of and dedication to Allah’s imperative to conquer the world by genocidal Jihad & terrorism? Why don’t they ask about attitudes toward the relevant Surahs of the Qur’an?

The article details the evil activities of a terrorist who planted three bombs in N.Y.C.; how long and difficult was the effort to capture him, and the other bombs he planted. Now he is about to be released after serving half his sentence. There is no doubt that he will resume making and planting bombs.
