CAIR: Inconsistency

Dan Fanelli ran two humorous and dramatic campaign spots  for the Republican nomination in  Florida’s 8^th District.  CAIR immediately reacted with a press release and a video.

Rick Barber, running in Alabama’s 2nd district,  created an ad about the Cordoba House  project. Barber let it all hang out.

• “we were attacked by Islamic jihadists”
• “in the name of Islam nearly 3000 Americans have been murdered”
• “Jihad threatens our freedom, our families and our way of life.”
• “Under the name of Islam, American soldiers and civilians have been tortured and murdered”
• “Islamic jihadism poses a clear and present danger”
• “there is a difference between tolerance and surrender”
• “recognize the enemy, call them by name and stand up against them”

After nearly a month, CAIR remains silent.  Why  is CAIR ignoring Barber’s explicit statements after blasting  Fanelli’s innocuous skits?  Is it because what Rick Barber said is true and impossible to refute?  Or  is CAIR afraid that criticizing Barber would  give publicity to his run off campaign for the  Republican  nomination?  Perhaps the law of multiple causation applies.

Shari’ah in Dearborn: Denial of Free Speech

Jihad Watch carried the story of the arrest of Christians at the Arab Festival in Dearborn.

There is an injunction in a similar case, technically, it does not cover Act 17′s activities, but the same principles should apply. [From another angle.]

Therefore, the motion for an injunction pending appeal is GRANTED as follows. The relief granted hereby pertains only to the Festival to be held June 18, 19, and 20, 2010, after which this order will be deemed to have expired. During the hours that the Festival is open to the public on June 18, 19, and 20, 2010, Saieg shall be permitted to distribute his religious literature in the streets contained within the area referred to as the “outer perimeter” or “buffer zone.” This order leaves undisturbed the ability of the defendants to prohibit Saieg from distributing his religious literature within the Festival itself. See Heffron. Obviously, this temporary order shall be fully subject to reconsideration and revision or modification by any merits  panel of this court to which this appeal may be assigned.

Observe the facts: the participants were not being loud or aggressive. They were outside the festival.  The police objected to being  documented in the act of hassling them.

For Chrissake, it is the Arab Festival, not the Muslim  Festival. There are Christians of Arabic descent living in Michigan.  Video from last year’s festival and an update on the arrestees is on another page at Jihad Watch.

Perhaps descendants of the hillbillys  who migrated from the south to work in auto plants and related factories  might consider having a  Cracker Festival.  How  would the Muslims react to that?   Would we be seeing arrests of Muslims for proselytizing, praying  in the street and passing out literature?

Islam: the Ultimate Hypocrisy

Barenaked Islam, in a post about an EDL counter march, posted  a most instructive  quote which bears close examination as a teachable moment.  The quote comes from an interview segment in the video embedded below.

”We find many of these people who call for human rights and one law,” said Asad Ullah, member of the Muslims against the Crusades group. “They come and they say that they want equality. But what equality do you get when one man legislates over another? Is he not more superior than you? You are worshipping him by submitting to and obeying his laws… We will get oppression like this until we all submit to one law, and that is the law of God.”

The Muslim demonstrators, including Asad Ullah, were demanding imposition of Shari’ah on Britain, the wrong law for all.

Shari’ah is one man : Muhammad, legislating over everybody. It is founded on  his preaching & practice; the Qur’an & hadith. It is epitomized by this ayeh.

33:36. It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allâh and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allâh and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed in a plain error.

Moe and his imaginary friend make the laws, you obey without question. That is  justice, equality and one law for all. Yeah, right. One law for all.

Is he not “superior” ?

How else would you explain Moe being given the special privilege of supernumerary wives?

“You are worshiping him by submitting to and obeying his laws.”

“ṣall Allahu ʿalayhi wa aalihi wa sallam” That pretty much says it all.  Muslims worship Moe. We do not worship a legislature by obeying laws  we participated in creating and to which we consented.

Yes, arbitrary arrest of EDL members for exercising the right of free speech is oppression; Shari’ah will increase, not decrease oppression.
Shari’ah makes any negative expression about Allah, Moe or their system of oppression a capitol offense. Wake up, wise up & rise up for the love of liberty!

JCPA Dreaming

I usually confine the use of  the ironic “yeah, right” to commentary on the foibles of Muslims. Not this time.  I received an email appeal  which I have reproduced below, unedited.   Iran is about to join the nuclear club, probably within the next three years.

The theory is that  we can slow Iran’s nuclear development by reducing their income by reducing our reliance on imported oil.   There is only one practical way to reduce that dependence on imports: by increasing domestic production & refining.  That process has a long lead time, about ten years.  In three years Iran has  nukes; in ten we  throttle their  oil revenue.  Yeah, right.

Obamination has cut off domestic offshore exploration and production.  The next five year MMS plan got canceled.  Get a clue already!  It ain’t gonna happen.   If we had increased domestic exploration in 1995, we could be enjoying the benefits now.  But Slick Willy vetoed it.

Ahmadinejad needs nukes. Give him  a few.  That will solve his problem and ours, immediately &  permanently.

Iranian President Ahmadinejad addressed the United Nations on nuclear non-proliferation.  How ironic is that? Nobody is fooled by President Ahmadinejad’s attendance.  Iran’s intentions are abundantly clear and his nuclear ambitions threaten his neighbors, Israel’s existence, and our national security.  Iran is closer than ever before to obtaining nuclear weapons.  Are you doing all that you can to help prevent a nuclear Iran? Another Great Musical Spoof

Another Great Musical Spoof from Latma  has three spoofers posing as  Ahmadinejad, Erdogan & Asad  as classical singers praising terrorism.  The good stuff is sandwiched between Hebrew language news spoofs with sub titles that  flash by too swiftly.  Be patient, it is worth the wait.

The musical parody is in English, so the sub titles are redundant.  Instead of reading them, concentrate on the actor’s expressions and gestures.
